My go to place for the best hamburger the way you want it!😃

Burger not seasoned but service and ability to build your own burger was amazing.

I was expecting a more tender hamburger. Not impressed with the Burger. NOW their chicken tenders were on point! Very moist and tender!

The burgers are TOO SMALL now!! The pictures of their food is MISLEADING. We have been going to this location since it opened. It has been about a year since we came back. We came in last week and I could not believe how small the portions are. The double burger looks like a kids burger. The prices do not reflect the downsizing of portions. Until the price drops or the portions get bigger, we will not be back. SO SAD

(Edited) Used to have great food, nice atmosphere. Staff are still great. However on the last visit we saw multiple roaches around us. Two dead and one alive crawling all over the sauces. Another corpse under our childrens feet at our table. It's a shame because the place used to be clean with great food.But that last visit was such a disgusting experience I don't think we will go back. Avoid.

Good burger and hot fries were great

Such a disappointment to come into a burger place that is rated 4.5, confidently order a smokehouse burger that sounds delicious and receive a plain burger that I have to build myself. The patty tastes like the least expensive frozen patty they can find. No seasoning on the patty. It is sad to think I would have been more satisfied with a Burger King Whopper.

Standard burgers that you dress/top yourself. Overpriced. A bit noisy.

Turkey Burger has a lot of flavor!

This place is a MUST if you've never had the joy that is Bobby's! Amazing flavor and fresh as it gets. The taste of the naked burger is stand alone GREAT but make a visit to the veggies and sauce bar to really customize and take their flavor to another level! It's kinda like Fuddruckers in that way, which I miss. The people there are great, the food is delicious and their service is friendly and quick to bring their joy to the hungry ATLiens out there! Check them out the next time you're craving a burger or chicken sandwich, you won't be let down; be sure to save room for some custard for dessert!

Tenders lack the flavor boasted by other chicken chains. Even a 12YO boy said the chicken was bland and needs to be marinated.

Over the years this place has gone downhill. Especially within the last year alone.The food is short compared to other locations , you barely get like 10 fries,honestly it's ridiculous. The bread is smaller, WAY less fries, it's almost a joke. American standards this isn't enough food for what you pay for. Definitely a cheat (in the Barrett location). By European standards it's almost decent. But...this is America, so... I mean hey if you need help with portion control you don't have to worry about that here,so that's a plus. You will be given just the right amount to be almost satisfied.

The service and food was great, but the place is boiling hot! It was hard to enjoy my burger in the heat…

First time I've ever had a bad experience at Bobby's. And the details are quite odd, myself being a longtime Bobby's fan. Customer service was good but here is my issue and I recommend others know this and get what you deserve. I ordered a classic cheeseburger and fries. It had been a while since I had been to Bobby's as I no longer work near one. But it did seem off to me that there was only one patty on my burger. And I got the skimpiest side of fries I've ever received at Bobby's. I began eating at Bobby's in Sandy Springs and I remember absolutely loving that location. The employees there knew my name and would come out into the lobby and refill everyone's fries if they were low and still eating. That's what makes customers keep coming back- genius service. And for me- the highlight of my meal there IS ALWAYS the fries and the Bobby Sauce. So when i ate at the Flowery Branch location later that week, I learned how disappointing that Barrett Pkwy experience was. When I ordered I asked if I could get a double and she told me that all their burgers were doubles. I also asked if I could get a large side of fries and she said there is only one size. So I ordered 2 orders of fries. I got so many fries that I could only eat 1 of the orders of fries. Though the Bobby's sauce dispenser was empty (a big bummer for me), I realized then that the Barrett Pkwy location must be intentionally shorting their customers. And that is exactly how to ensure customers never come back. Warning for anyone that goes there- they're intentionally giving you less than you pay for and apparently think you're stupid. I may eat there again but I'll be demanding what i pay for and you should too.

Felt the pricing was too high for what we got and the food was just mediocre. There was nothing unique about the flavor of the burger. It was just... meat. Loved the 'build your own' aspect of the topping bar, but that wasn't enough to bump this place up. I got a chocolate shake and it wasn't that great. It was very liquidy, but again, no unique flavor to set it apart. We had been looking forward to the meal all day and it let us down.

Burgers are cooked to order. You can put whatever toppings you want on it. Fries are hot and fresh.

Generous amount of bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. Good flavor too. Fries were as good as the fries you get at most restaurants. Price was a little higher than the "regular" fast foods places but the quality makes it worth it.

Great food! Also the staff there were very kind and patient when I (mistakenly) thought they made a mistake on my order. Love this place, will come again.

It has been a while since I have been to Cheeseburger Bobby’s, so when the family decided to meet up for dinner this was the place that they picked. I do want to start off with Juan who was the man running the register… He was very helpful in making sure that we had everything that we needed to make our trip here a good one. I did have to ask for a little more sauce for my Lemon pepper wings, and while I was just expecting a little sprinkle of it, he went to the back and made sure to get a portion of the dry rub and the wet dipping sauce to make sure it was what I needed. If you are planning on going, I’d recommend downloading their app, because they have specials every day and you don’t want to miss out on those. And lastly… make sure you save room for dessert! Their Frozen custard is fantastic and just the right sweetness to top off a really good meal. Personally, I like the peanut butter one… but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the flavors that you choose they are all delicious. If you are in the mood for a good burger, fry, and dessert combo, then Cheeseburger Bobby’s is your place.

Friendly staff and good food, price is ok for how much food it is, at around $15 for a combo with fries and a drink with the sandwich but quite consistent and they have the topping bar for the sandwiches so you can put as much as you want. The Cajun seasoning for fries is awesome and their sweet tea is good too, they usually have both regular and peach sweet tea. Service is quite fast as well. They also have a rewards program that can get you discounts occasionally as well.

The food is really good in this place. Really fresh and tummy

The burger is smaller than they used to be, but more expensive and $4.00 for a small side of fries. It's tasty, but not a great value.

Ordered lemon pepper wings and they came with no seasoning. Nobody showed me my food since it was to go and I trusted. Thanks for a waste of money! Unseasoned wings taste great!

The NICEST staff I've met. So professional and prompt! The manager offered an upgrade and the staff was super courteous. Pretty clean food area and clean restroom.

The burgers and ice cream treats are amazing. We recently discovered Bobby's and we fully appreciate the staff here, the plentiful fixings bar and the sundaes available! This spot is a winner!!

This is the fourth time I’ve been to this establishment and now I’m fed up. The wings are horrible! I have given several chances and every time it’s the same. So now I’m leaving a truthful review. I ordered hot with lemon pepper sprinkle. Every single time it’s at least three or more wings that are not coated with wing sauce and overly seasoned with lemon pepper. The wings are fatty and rubbery. I will not waste another cent at this place. So disappointed…

The touchscreen kiosk was not taking input, but the staff was quick and friendly to take my order instead. The food came out fast despite the restaurant being packed. Bathrooms were clean, food was great and the staff was helpful and attentive . Well done!

Best cheeseburger I've had in a long time. Loved that you can add your own toppings from a bar and put one of several seasonings on your fries. And the milkshake was excellent, so creamy and just the right thickness.

This used to the the best but they have changed their fries to frozen ones and the burgers aren't as good. But this is the Bobby's with the best service around.

They came through and gave us extra fries, and then after that, followed through with samples of ice cream. Also, the tenders were delicious.

Mrs Shelly always takes such good care of us the best customer service I have experience in a while!!! So grateful to always come here and to be able to receive that!!

Entrees we had were good, fries were OK. Chili and cheese on the side not worth it, very little flavor.

The food it was really good and tasty and it look so good too other then the staff they have they’re so nice and patient and they welcome you with a big smile they even come out to all the tables to give how want extra fries 🍟 that was a nice move so I give them 10/10 with kinda everything from the food to customers service and to the how clean was the restaurant 🙏👍🏼

This is my favorite burger restaurant. Why anyone would wait in line for whataburger when there is a cheeseburger Bobby's around the corner is beyond me. Tried the Philly cheese steak burger tonight after much deliberation and threat of violence to the employee that recommended it if it wasn't better than the bacon cheeseburger and man, I wasn't disappointed. Gonna be a tough choice next time for.surw. their bacon is soooo good though!!!!

Our first visit and it was during a thunderstorm. It was a bit busy but it did not seem to affect operations. The pricing and quality of food was on par with the best. Ordered a double cheese with bacon and it was pretty good! The patties were slightly dry but well seasoned and freshly cooked. The bun, cheese and bacon were great. The toppings were done by customers and even with it being busy, the area was clean and offerings were fresh. Loved the pickled onions. Will definitely be back as it was overall good and I look forward to tryi g the different sauces and seasonings. The fries were very good and the chicken tenders were on another level. Very delicious and again, fresh. The Mac n Cheese was nothing to write home about. Seemed processed. The macs were overcooked to the point of being like paste. Could use an upgrade. The service was decent and the staff was attentive. Will be back for more!!

My wife and I have been going to Marietta Bobby's for many years. We enjoy everything, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fingers. We have e always loved the fries but we noticed a definite change in the fries and they are no better than Macdonalds or BK. Hopefully someone reads this and will stop the test of the new fries and go back to the originals.

Used to eat there regularly. The prices got ridiculous. Used to be a great bargain for a great burger. Not anymore. I rarely eat there anymore. Still good food, though.

Very fair burger. I now usually get the cheese grilled chicken now since their burger is fair. What makes for a good sandwich is adding fresh cut crispy lettuce and tomatoes and chopped white onions and mayo Toppings bar is very good. I stay clear of french fries because of my diabetes do I really enjoy their coleslaw when it is fresh. Sometimes they serve older slaw and then not happy.

I placed an order via DoorDash this morning and the manager cancelled the order because he was short staffed and closed down the app. I called in an he said it will be back up in an hour. An hour passes I place the order and it cancels again. Contacted DoorDash they said the manager needs to contact them. Called the manager back and he tells me he doesn’t have time to contact them and the fact my money is stuck in their app in credits isn’t their problem. I order from here 2-3 times a week and won’t again. When asked since I can’t get it through them and he initially canceled my order would he offer any kind of compensation and I was told the most he’s willing to do is $5. So now it’s 4 hours later still have no food. Money stuck in an app because the manager won’t call and they’ve just lost a customer!

Jose is best restaurant manager around! I have been coming here for years and Israel on the grill is phenomenal. Food is ALWAYS fresh and hot! 5 stars every visit!! Best food for the money!!

For a fast food place, the food was overall good. The location was clean in the lobby, but bathrooms were horrible. Food took some time to come out, and condiment bar looked like it was old/had been sitting for some time. We also got a concrete and they never told us it was ready and just sat it on the counter.

Quick service, ordered the 1/3 lb burger, came out nicely caramelized, lots of vitamin G here (grease), but the food tasted fantastic. I would definitely come back. Service was friendly, lots of smiles, so my experience was not the same as others who have commented.

My goto is the black and blue burger with cheese fries. It's too good!

I stopped by there yesterday for my first time and Jessica made my experience and exceptional one!!! I had the1/3 lb. classic with a peach shake and loved every bit of it. I’m am definitely hooked!

Been to this location several times and I often see familiar faces behind the counter, which to me says something about the work environment. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating. The food is great… I don’t often eat fast food, but if I’m going to eat a ff burger, it’s going to be Bobby’s. The condiment/toppings bar is always fresh and clean and the ice cream/sundaes are also great. I love how the employees always come around offering extra fries, mints, samples, etc.
