I had a layover in Miami and I went out of TSA cleared area to get haitian food at concourse E. The green plantain was heavenly and the stew chicken was so good! If I had another layover in Miami I would definitely go out and wait in the TSA line again.

Gary was amazing!! The restaurant is calm and the food is good. Every interaction were pleasant.

Delicious! Generous servings and great staff. I gave 5 stars for atmosphere because of the friendly staff. Lots of to go orders with a small seating area with 5 or 6 tables for 2.

Ramses introduced me to the steamed shrimp in garlic butter sauce and it was delicious. I ended up having it two days in a row. Jeff was friendly and nice as well.

Today I went to Chef creole at Miami International Airport, I received the best customer service from, one of the server (Johanna ). It was a great experience.

The food was amazing. Everything had flavor down to the plantains I ordered to go. I have absolutely no complaints the fish. Every single bite was enjoying the rice the salad everything was great.

This was my first experience here at chef creole, as it came highly recommended. I was pleased to see that they had a fish option for me and was able to stew the fish. Gary, Jeff and Janet were very nice and helpful. The food looked fresh and smelled delicious!! Looking forward to seeing how it tastes!

Easily the best meal I’ve had in any airport, and the best meal period I’ve had in a long time. Jambalaya was unbelievable, maduros were crispy and delicious, VERY generous portion of rice and this awesome bean soup on the side. The music and service are great too. THE best option for good cooked food served quick for a good price.

Gary was amazing and provided me with information on items on the menu. This was my first time but I will definitely return how does that taste? Hospitality is amazing. The food was so tasty. I ordered oxtails and griot and enjoyed them tremendously.

The food tastes really good, and what I most liked about them was the fact that the portions where ate the same time well served but not too large. The attendants are really nice and helpful, Johanna, Gigi, Keena and Rose! Great to hear there’s other locations other than the airport. Totally recommend the Fish Sandwich, very unique.

Very good time to have after hearing from Creole chef in Paris I had to go and taste it and it is without regret really very good taste pleasant atmosphere and fast and quality service. Thanks to keena Johanne rose and gigi I hope you will open one in France thank you very much for this good time
