The people who run this are amongst some of the kindest restaurant owners I’ve met in Daytona. Finding genuinely delicious and well-priced food at restaurants is growing harder and harder and this is a restaurant that never does anything BUT exceed my expectations. The prices are super good given the huge portions I’ve received. I don’t typically care for Chinese food but Chen You does it differently in the best way possible. It’s to the point that they seem to have my voice recognized because of the amount of times I’ve come here. I’ve never liked chicken fried rice and the chicken fried rice here is not only tolerable but delicious. The establishment is always very clean compared to others as well. I tried the sweet and sour chicken last week and that was amazingly tasty and also had a large portion relative to the price. Yesterday I tried the beef lo mein and I’m back again today to get a second helping plus some other food for my friends. Again: great value, great food, great people. These are the kind of mom and pop shops/restaurants I want to support and will continue to support in the future.

Little hole in the wall hidden chinese food to eat. Food is very delicious, fresh, fast made within 10 min, relatively cheap, and a big portion. No place to sit or relax only take out no dine in 10/10 recommend. Got the chicken curry and highly recommend the crab rangoons

The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the price is high quality. The boss is friendly. It is the best Chinese food in this area. Although the taste is still more American and sweet, the main taste is good. A combo is usually too much for one person to finish. The two of us ordered a beef fried rice and a combo, and we still finished it in two meals. You can swipe your card and accept Apple pay and other mobile payments, which is very convenient.

I dont eat chinese food but my girlfriend does and she says this is the best chinese food in the county

I usually hit the Asian restaurant right down the street but they had a sign in the window saying closed for family emergency so gave this place a try. Like most Asian places food came out quickly. Staff was friendlier than most. The price was identical to the place down the road I usually go but Chen You had much few shrimp in the Shrimp with Lobster sauce. Rice was very good.

Great food, I wasn't sure looking at the parking lot but I tried it and I'm glad I did. I go back regularly

The plaza has gone downhill over the years.

Certainly not the best location or anything fancy of a restaurant. You can't even enter the business, they have a take out window only. But, Chen You has really good food and prices as well. We've had the Hot & Sour soup, Egg drop soup, Fried rice, Beef and broccoli and Chicken and vegetables. Been there three times now and the food has been consistently very good.

I always say you gotta go to the hood to find a decent place to eat and I am always right. CASH ONLY and TAKE OUT spot with large portions of food for cheap. Service is fast and good. The food is pretty good and nothing was dripping in the bad like other Chinese restaurant places. Cool spot 😎

Usually get the fried shrimp and fries from here, which is really good. I like the dipping sauce for the shrimp here, and the Shrimp Egg Foo Yung is tasty here as well.

Hole in the wall with big flavour. Area definitely need a facelift or new location. Food is great but the area at night can leave u wondering.. Be alert. Enjoy!

I went to the restaurant to order some bourbon chicken & got home started to eat to find out the chicken was OLD.. the odor from the chicken over powered the sauce, called the food back, and he gave me a refund.. almost as if they knew the chicken was going bad and still decided to serve it… after the hurricane.. I wouldn’t suggested eating there…

The place is as I call it A rinky-dink Resturuant, but the food was delicious! My husband and I tried many different Chinese restaurant. In Palm Coast. And they had at times, rice that was too old or not cooked fully.. one restaurant gave us pork fried rice that was fermented! I stop eating at the Chinese Resturuant for a year. Now we stopped here because we was hungry and it was passed 8:00 pm. We was amazed at there food. I think though they should give more rice.

I had higher hopes with this place having more stars and better reviews then the other places near us. I will never go here again after trying this place. Ordered four lunch specials (2 generals, 1 orange chicken and 1 chicken lo mein) , crab Rangoon and soup. There is practically no meat in the specials and barely any wontons in the soup yet we were charged $50! It costs us less to go out to eat at Denny's or apple bees/chili's then it did for these "specials" and my orange chicken they even wrote "orange" on the box yet they all look exactly same and taste like general. Sticking with my regular Chinese place from now on because these portions and prices do not match and are not worth it!

see I do love this place I do love eating here but at one time when I first started buying from them their chicken wings were a lot bigger and I got more for my money let's just put it that way but ever since they raise the prices up on everything their food is gotten smaller so now for the price you pay it kind of isn't really worth it unless somebody else is paying for it for you. I still love u all though 😢

Nothing special, I ordered my food during lunch so that I didn't have to make dinner. Maybe it wasn't that tasty because I waited so long and re-heated it in the microwave. They very very friendly though. My children enjoyed the wings.
