I gave them specific instructions for delivery and they didn’t listen and because of that someone else took my food. Terrible service.

I have always had a great experience at Chick-fil-A no matter where I go until I went here. A long while back I had gotten sick off of some fries I bought at this location, ut chalked it up to just a bad tummy day. My last visit, I walked in with my sibling to just grab a sauce, since we forgot to at another Chick-fil-A. We waited in line to be courteous since it was a bit busy. When we got to the register and began to ask a quick question we were immediately cut off by the cashier who stated for us to wait until he filled the drinks for the previous order, which they struggled to do. After watching this person continue to struggle to get drinks together, I asked another representative for a sauce as we just had a quick request. The cashier suddenly responded saying we could have just asked, completely forgetting that they cut us off when we began to. I will not be going to this location anytime in the future and highly advise anyone to go a little further north to the other location on Cobb Parkway near the Truist Stadium.

Great all round experience. Chick-fil-a is always a great option for any meal of the day. The parking lot can be a little hectic at lunch but that is to be expected. Conveniently located off of I-75.

Tried to buy 40.00 of food for my family with a 100.00 bill and they refused to take it. I asked the person that said they were a manager to check it with a counterfeit pen and they said, what is that? Had to go to the next Chik fil A exit.

They gave me half of my order and then told me to pull up to the curbside pickup spot. They proceeded to serve the entire car line and then never gave me my other half of the order. I had to reverse to the drive through line just to ask for my order. Worst service i’ve had from CFA.

No parking at all, tried the new bacon pepper sandwich. Very dry, bun is too big for piece of chicken.

I often visit this CFA, but today I found a bug in my kale salad just 10 mins after leaving, as I was eating. I returned to show the staff my salad AND bug to be offered a brownie. In addition, one of my meals was missing a waffle fry. Opposed to returning, I called after contacting corporate and was told corporate won’t do anything, but return the issue back to the restaurant. The gentlemen went on to say, I can return to get the waffle fry that was missing in my order. Who is driving mile after mile to have them fix an issue that was properly brought to their attention. Before leaving the restaurant and noticing the bug, I asked my daughter to return to the window to get the extra fry. The lady at the window advised only one fry was placed in the order but receipt # 13681350 clearly states two meals! I’m disgusting, and won’t be returning to this location. Poor customer service, dirty veggies…

This is my 4-5th time at this location and it's horrible. Customer service is not up to standards like other locations, the food is ALWAYS cool-never warm nor hot, and the drive thru line on the right side is useless! Get it together...you make the food chain look bad.

Food is great and all but I heard some things in there as well, downsizing and all. I had a friend who worked the for long time. But damn the nerve they did to him. Wrongfully terminated him here. Through he did enjoyed the job and always happy to work every day. Don’t work here. Unless you want to be cut off like a nobody. I want to say we should sue but he doesn’t want too.

I was disappointed about the Cobb salad I received medium fry with four waffles and crumbs in a large drink I've never had a problem with the the amount of chicken they put in a salad but this one was really really disappointing. For $15 & change you expect to be a lot better.

Standard dinner stop on the way home from spring break. Closed Sunday doesn't matter if you are traveling on Saturday.

As always, the food was delicious. They have two lanes, but Lame 2 is always slow even if they have fewer cars. Just stay in lane 1.

I have been treated better at a McDonald's. I was given a red plastic kind of cone, my name was yelled out across the restaurant, talked to the cashier what was the purpose of the red thing. Tables were dirty trash was over flowing and restrooms were ok. Food good as always. Need improvement!

What happened to the portion sizes? I ordered strips. They are half the size they used to be.

This store needs to be better with training their young staff. Our orders have to be constantly corrected due to just lack of detail. Just went through the drive through and the young man tried to give me four drinks as if cars have 4 cup holders in the car. I asked for a large and they gave me a regular. All the sauces were wrong even though I corrected them twice. If this establishment is owned by company they should be ashamed. If this is privately own then managers need to be fired. This is not the first time where it seemed teenager ran the store and there is no accountability for incompetence.

This saddens me to post this ,but this is the WORST Chick-fil-A I have eaten at in my life while eating at hundred of different locations. I unfortunately live closest to this location. In 5 years have had more mess up on orders or poor quality food, such as the consistent old fries. Old fries is the new normal at this branch. Needs to have new operator who cares and does not close early before time and addresses these issues. It’s just shameful. I’d like to have my entire order be correct for once at this location.

Well who would ever think a simple cup of water would turn into a sanitary issue..Well you can ask the supervisor, the lead, the person that calls herself a representative for your company and her name is Alley Cat..I just came in for a simple cup of water extra ice to be exact..Than I got two lemons on the side which may have been a little more difficult to manage. So I get my water and soft wilted lemons on the side and I noticed a lemon seed was in my water. So how could that have happened if they didn't put the lemon in the water than put their peed up fingers in my water to get it out..and they were to lazy to put their whole hand to the bottom of the cup so they just figured I wouldn't see that..So I immediately called Alley cat and her response to this was oh sorry I will talk to my team about this..Wait a minute "Oh Sorry!!" You ppl are filthy if you seriously think a sanitation issue is just an oh sorry..Go back to training for you as well..With all this COVID and disease you took my complaint as a oh sorry..No your sorry and and a sorry excuse respresenting Chick fila..Disgusting & Unacceptable!!!

1st chick fil a that I felt not welcomed a employee handed other customers their take out order but left mines on the table when she called my name ( she saw me give her sign that order belonged to me ) . Not sure but seemed racial because the other customers were white and I was the only Hispanic .

Myles is top-tier! He managed the window while filling orders. I’ve visited this location several times during lunchtime and his behavior and work ethic are consistent, while maintaining a smile on his face.

Correct name on bag, wrong order of strips for nuggets. Strips and nuggets have different taste. Got out of car to walk in to exchange strips for nuggets, not one, but three homeless people asked for $$$. Hence I gave the nuggets, waffle fries etc. between two people, then drive away... sad that ATL has so many homeless people. But some are smart, hang around QSR for food...

I ordered the english sausage and egg muffin and it wasn't cooked well...The muffin and sausage were under done and instead of the perfectly folded egg shown on the menu board, mine was scrambled???? Go figure...At any rate, if I should be brave enough to try it again...I pray it resembles the photo on the menu board..Under whelmed is how I felt upon opening my wrapper and seeing it's content😔😔😔😔😔

Speedy. Service. Difficult parking. Worth it for the great food.

1. This recipe needs half kg chicken (1.1 lbs.). Make few slits on all the chicken pieces and add to a large bowl. Then add • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt (Indian curd) • 1¼ tablespoons ginger garlic paste • ½ to 1 tablespoon garam masala (or biriyani masala) • ½ teaspoon salt • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric • ½ to 1 teaspoon red chili powder (reduce for kids) • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional) 2. Mix everything well and marinate the chicken. Cover and set this aside for 1 hour. You can also rest it overnight in the fridge. 3. Meanwhile add 2 cups basmati rice to a large pot and rinse it at least thrice. Drain and soak in fresh water for 30 mins. Drain to a colander after 30 mins. Optional – Soak a pinch of saffron strands in 2 tablespoons hot milk. Cooking chicken 4. Heat ghee or oil in a heavy bottom pot or pressure cooker. Make sure you use a large one for this. Using whole spices is optional but recommended. Use whatever you have. I use • 1 bay leaf • 4 green cardamoms • 6 cloves • 1 inch cinnamon piece • 1 star anise • ¾ teaspoon shahi jeera (caraway seeds) • 1 strand mace 5. Add thinly sliced onions. On a medium heat, fry them stirring often until uniformly light brown. 6. This is the correct color of the onions. Do not burn them as they leave a bitter taste. (check video) 7. Add marinated chicken & saute until it becomes pale for 5 minutes. 8. Lower the flame completely. Cover and cook until the chicken is soft, tender and completely cooked. 9. Check if the chicken is cooked by pricking with a fork or knife. It has to be just cooked and not overdone. Evaporate any excess moisture left in the pot by cooking further without the lid. 10. Taste test and add more salt if needed. I added ¼ more salt here. Add • ¼ cup plain yogurt (Indian curd) • 1 teaspoon garam masala (or biryani masala) • ¼ to ½ teaspoon red chili powder (optional) • 1 slit green chili pepper (optional) • 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves (pudina) Make chicken biryani 11. Mix everything well. Spread it evenly in a single layer. 12. Layer drained rice all over the chicken. To a separate pot, pour 3 cups water and add ¼ to ½ teaspoon salt. If cooking in a pot (not cooker), start with 3 cups water at this stage. Stir and taste the water. It must be slightly salty. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Pour 2 cups of this hot water across the sides of the cooker or pot. Pour rest of the water over the rice gently.

The dine-in attendant was awesome. Literally helped a family steam a shirt and was right on our needs. It was his inside and he rocked! Had to wait a bit for our food but overall was a fine experience.

Management needs improvement. Customer service is extremely bad. Will not stop at this location again.

THE WORST Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. I waited 30 minutes in my order because someone ‘stole’, or they just didn’t make it. & when asking for a refund I was told no. I HATE IT HERE!!!

Like everything about this location except they have shorted my (large) order three times this past month. So i will go elsewhere from now on.

I have never had any problem with a chic fil a getting my order corrent until today. Went through the drive thru and upon leaving didn't have all of our food. Was already back on the interstate so didn't have a chance to turn around. We never go back to this again. Highly disappointed!!

I understand my arrival was right before closing, but can you please tell the young man that was at drive through prior to closing, to not be so rude! I've actually encountered him before outside, and was pushy-rushy then aswell!

The first time ever that I received mediocre service at Chik Fil A. The drive thru attendant took our bag back after we stated we didn't get all our fries. Then he and another associate picked through it and gave it back. No glove or anything. Finally he said he didn't ring it up & charged us and passed us another fry.

My child has an allergy to most fruit including apple skins and strawberries. When we ordered an almost $4 fruit cup, I asked why it only had 4 oranges and 5 blueberries and he said they just took out the apples and strawberries which would have left her to have a serious allergic reaction and possible hospitalization… I asked Elijah (supposedly the manager) for a new fruit cup and he said they couldn’t do anything and was EXTREMELY RUDE!! Very disappointed in the disrespect and unwilling to accommodate a child with a severe allergy!

Elijah (shift member) was extremely unprofessional and rude. Please educate him on the importance of dealing with customers with simple complaints. I ordered a Cobb salad grilled with extra cheese and tomatoes. The salad did not have extra cheese. Upon going to the counter, Elijah immediately started touching my salad container and telling me that I have enough, despite the cheese being barely noticeable. I'm surprised Chick-fil-A's customer service is this bad. Be kind and courteous. 😳 5/13/2022.

Awful experience. Me and another driver pulled up at CFA at 9:02pm and the manager Ally would not take my order but took the other driver's order. Ally was locking the doors and yelled at me while I was in the drive thru and said they were closed. The other driver placed his order and then I drove up and placed my order. After I placed my order, I could hear Ally telling the person who took my order that they were closed. The guy comes back to the speaker after taking my order and said they were closed. Of course I got upset and drove around and asked for a manager. Ally comes to the window, I asked for another manager. She said she was the only one there and refused to give me her manager's name. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint.

I visited this location and the service was OK but the quality was not what I expected the bread on my sandwich seemed old and outdated it even tasted like it was old.

Since when do you charge extra to put chicken from a salad on the side? This is how I always order it but now they want to charge $3 extra? I don't think so. Disappointed & you've lost a customer.

Great staff! Plan your visit accordingly. Drive Thru lines are usually very long (as with most CFA's). I order for in-store pickup through the app to save time. Anything wrong with my pickup they correct immediately (but very rarely are there any issues)

Worker refused to give me a refill. Wow. Only restaurant in the entire metro area that will not allow you inside their restaurant nor will they give you a simple refill. After I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. There are much better and convenient options in this area. Shameful

Great food and great service. I usually do curbside as the drive thru lines are quite long. Entry and exit are a little cumbersome due to traffic on Northside and all the other food places around it. Definitely recommend!

I'd got a big order (11) and they despite I'd say yes when they asked me if I wanted any dressing, catsup or hot sauce they forgot. Anyway sometimes food gets a little dry with out them
