I wanted to give huge kudos to Chik Fil A on Central at McCord (lunch time). Once again, GREAT costumer service, friendliness, etc. In particular, I wanted to say GREAT JOB to the employee working the lunch floor named Joe. Twice he came by asked if I needed anything, and offered to refill my drink (and left a mint). I tried to give him a tip, he refused. Just want to give credit where credit is due. Thanks for giving us a great experience. Great customer service. Thank you. Great job, Joe!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Always fast and yummy, great employees. This is the location that if you go enough they treat you like family. I just love this location above all other area locations around the Toledo area.

The food was delicious. The service was even better. My problem is, this company will not let their employees accept tips. Really? With the price that everything is these folks deserve every dollar they EARN. Change this policy or you lose a customer, period. Paul, get this done and help your staff. As a hard working American I find it hard to believe staff cannot accept a tip for exceptional work. GET THIS DONE.

It's Chick-fil-A, always a 5 star experience

Very kind and helpful servers, even when it's the lunch rush. Both breakfast and lunch here are very tasty. There is outdoor seating and a lot of indoor seating a variety of distances away from big windows, so you have options if you enjoy the light or prefer the vampire lifestyle.

Great service and fast and delicious

Employees are so nice and polite. The employee's are very well trained in their jobs, and they excel. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for food in drive thru or inside.

Placed a breakfast order for pick up online at 10:14 am. Waited in the drive thru for the car in front of us to complete their order at 10:29 am. Pulled up to the attendant to say that we arrived for the order, at 10:31am to find out that they stopped serving breakfast. Argued that we had in-fact arrived before 10:30 but regardless that it was a minute after and that it shouldn't matter. We had already paid and a single minute should not deter the ability to make the food. Why have mobile ordering available and take my money if you aren't going to honor it 15 minutes later. Just stupid business. This isn't the first time I have had issues with chick-fil-a. The guest experience here just isn't what it used to be.

Had DoorDash delivered our food but there was no sauce in the bag without the sauce the sandwich isn’t worth eating highly disappointed

This particular chick fil is always late on delivering food. Placed order and waited 30 mins. Hoping management gets more efficient

Everything is Always good here, not many times can I say that they made a mistake on our order. The only thing I can say is they don't give enough condiments. We end up going inside to get more, 2 each just isn't enough. We like a ton each. So thank you for having more in the lobby and for being such a great place to eat.

The owner of this place is CHEAP. Chicken doesn’t cover half of the bun !!

I need to shoutout the Catering Director, Becky! She helped us host a special event at our company and made the whole process a dream. The whole team was excellent to work with and made sure our order was fresh and delicious!

Super clean restaurant, excellent food and a kids play area which is awesome! The employee that rang us up was so nice but the young man that was delivering orders to tables was over the top,! He got us refills on pop, got my husband BBQ sauce he forgot to order and was so helpful to everyone in the restaurant. We will return to this location soon!

The chicken nuggets were very dry. Waffle fries were moldy, and the chicken burger that my Mother got was missing toppings. They even missed the cheese! The lady who served charged us extra 10 dollars, and She told my mother, Oldies Last. I told her Oldies first but she said no haha oldies last. Inside was a junkyard. I don’t even wanna talk about the man who peed on the cashier. Never coming here agian

I ordered the chicken sandwich meal for lunch and had it delivered to my office. I got nuggets. Unfortunately there was not enough time left of my lunch break for a return.

We, as a company get lunch every Friday catered for our employees. Throughout 2023 we had ordered a hand full of times from the Chick Fil A on Central and McCord, and each time they delivered top notch service! Everything is always ready when you get there, they check it with you before you leave, and help take it out to your car. We also had it delivered on one occasion and they came in and set it completely up for us. This week we received a little post card in the mail directly from the Chick Fil A Catering Team thanking us for supporting them throughout 2023 with a gift card for a FREE small platter! In this day and age when you only hear about the negative, we wanted to thank them for all that they do!! We will definitely be using them more in 2024!

I love using the “Mobile Thru” feature to bypass the long line of people/cars who haven’t hopped on the mobile order wave. My meal was prepared exactly as I ordered on the app, and my food was fresh and crispy. Thank you all for a great experience.

Brooklyn is a fantastic cashier/server. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Give that girl a raise if you haven’t already.

I ordered for curbside delivery. I pulled in, put my spot number in the ap. It said something hang tight expect up to 6 minutes. I sat there for 22 minutes. I went in to ask about my order and a female asked my name, and grabbed a bag with my name on it and said oh here you go. She was waiting on the next customer before her hand released my bag. I was now late for an appointment, but you can imagine my joy 2 minutes later when I discovered that the sandwich was less than warm. Chick-fil-a has always had way better customer service and food quality. I guess the question is: Do you really offer curbside delivery?

Line was not long, service was quick and food was good. Now open one up in canton or plymouth

Stale bun, old lettuce, and why is the buffalo sauce so watery? Waffle fries are still perfect.

Chicken was good as always. Got a 30 ct nugget today around 5 pm, just ate 15 of them and one chicken nugget had a long black hair in it. Not in the box, in the actual deep fried chicken nugget. I am very grossed out

This Chick-Fil-A is definitely the best one I have been to. Don’t get me wrong, all Chick-Fil-A is phenomenal, but this one is the BEST. Neco helped my family and I today, and he was very polite and made us feel welcome. We dined in, and he explained to us the mobile dine-in. There is a great children play area, and the food came out quickly! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. This Chick-Fil-A location makes my heart, tummy, and face smile. :)

I have gone through the Drive-thru many times, but this was the first time I ate inside this Chick-fil-A. I was impressed by how clean and fresh everything was. I really like the added touch of having fresh flowers at each table. 🙂

The Chick-fil-A on Central and McCord is outstanding for their food, service and cleanliness! It is by far my favorite Chick-fil-A. My grandson begs me to take him there so he can enjoy the food and play in the Playland.

As usual Chick-fil-A was a great experience. Walked in, ordered our food and it was brought quickly to our table. The chicken was good and our host was prompt in refilling our beverages. As far as fast food is concerned there is nowhere better to eat than Chick-fil-A. We have been to Chick-fil-A restaurants all across the country and we never really have had a bad meal or experience. (Except their coffee). If you're looking for a quick meal that is good, definitely try Chick-fil-A.

I didn't realize this Chick-fil-a had a children's play area, which is awesome! My young boys loved it and didn't want to leave. The food was delicious and hot as always! The service was wonderful and helpful. We had multiple staff members asking if there was anything we needed. I appreciate the changing table in the men's restroom for a dad with a young child (some places only have changing tables in the women's restroom). My son loved smelling the flowers that I assume were put out for Valentine's Day, but maybe they always have them out. Overall, it was a great experience! I'm sure my kids will be ready to go back again soon...and I will be happy to take them.
