Clean place with a friendly & efficient staff!

What can I say? It's a Chick-fil-A.

Double check everything, I promise this is the worst chick fil a you’ve ever been to. They have the collective IQ of one of the cows in their commercials

Waited awhile for 2 peach milkshakes. Slow service. Milkshakes were awesome.

The sandwich was excellent. We will go back!

Love their chicken sandwiches, hate their drive-thru system. (Drive around the entire building just to get into the drive-thru Lane, then have people taking your order outside instead of using their speaker)

I messed up my mobile order, and there was no employee in that whole restaurant that got upset. Unlike all the other places where I order ahead. I'm often met with annoyance and attitude because i usually have not a clue as to what I'm doing in these mobile apps, lol. Chuck-FIL-a employees were nice and courteous while getting me the food I had thought I had already ordered. Waited shorter than any place else, and they were VERY busy. Was nice to see

Good food, except for the blonde hair found in fries.

Food was good. Service was excruciatingly slow BUT our food was fresh and hot. Can't complain.

I've been here 3 times over several months but somehow consistently receive cold food. I blame the fact they stuffed a Chick-fil-A into an old McDonald's building. I also blame low food turnover because it's in... Edgewater, Florida.

Great grilled chicken sandwich...could do without every employee being forced to say "my pleasure"...phony insincere and predictable..good food on occasion but $$ than most fast food...the review is "my pleasure"!!!

You can order online and pay then go to their drive thru and tell them your name and wala you have your food. Which you have already paid for.

I just went for National Pet Day however it wasn't being celebrated at this location

Only went through the drive-thru very crowded but service was still outstanding for the amount of people that went through that drive-thru anywhere else it would have taken twice as long in any other drive-thru definitely the best drive-thru experience I've ever had in any fast food or restaurant service.

The staff as always was super friendly and patient with me. The food was fire!!! So so good I had grilled chicken club meal and I was completely satisfied! Put me in a my happy place

I love Chick-fil-A, and I don't live near one, so it's a treat for me to get Chick-fil-A, and I was so disappointed with this visit.. it did not even taste like a regular original Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich it was terrible, it was greasy, and the breading was different and wrong. I don't know what was wrong with it, but it was terrible.

Not a single complaint here. Every staff member is always friendly and the service is very fast! I can say it gets annoying the kids want it all the time but it says ALOT there.

Ordered nuggets today. They were dry. I usually get the strips which I will order in the future. Waffle fries are always the best!

Start waiting for the prices cause absolutely ridiculous. Chick-fil-A and Zaxby’s. I’m in the fried chicken nuggets and the mac & cheese. Damn, so good.

Originally Chic-fil-a layout with the new drive thru setup. Gets ridiculously congested. Blocks traffic for everyone else, just like every other store.

Absolutely THE CLEANEST and well managed location we've ever been to. I haven't seen this level of customer service at a Chick-fil-A in 10 years, and I still thought highly of the ones I visited. The food was hot, the service was fast, the tables and restrooms were sparkling.

Not good. Food did not taste fresh at all especially the nuggets. Employees were rude. Made a big deal over an empty salad bowl. even offered to pay extra and they made a huge deal out of it. Extremely disappointed because this is the first Chicfila i’ve ever been to too give me this kinds of bad service.

Just like most Chick-Fil-As, this one is always busy. The workers are very good about getting your order correct and efficiently. I find that this store tends to be a bit faster. The food has always been fresh, and portion sizes are correct. I do recommend this location!

they were really nice and gave us moist towelettes and mints never got that from a chic fil a before. we ran over their cone and they were still friendly

Me and my son just hopped in last Thursday. I personally do not like fastfood too much but it was ok for me ;-) I do not write reviews often but in that case I want to point out that your service has been the best during our week of holiday. Outstanding friendly, very attentive, always making an effort to keep everything clean and often a smile on your lips. I write that because I remember you all, even after our return to Germany today. Keep on doing this fantastic job. What a great team 👍

Long line in drive through but the wait isn't that bad compared to other ff places

The drive thru is the absolute worst experience ever and a waste of labor. They could move those same employees inside and have the line move twice as fast

Small portions, high prices and a long line but the service was fast considering. Not my favorite place but my 12 yr old Really wanted to go so we accommodated him, lol.

I love their chicken minnie's, But for some reason they have stopped putting honey on top of them. The last four times I have got them.

Probably the worst chick fil a in the area. They aren’t very friendly. The other week my chicken on my grilled sandwich was raw. The customer service also isn’t the best either. They’re rude and kinda have a tone when speaking to you. Took 15-20 mins in for a “curbside” sweet tea. Go elsewhere!

Normally I find something that makes me want to take a point off of a place but this was pretty damn tasty I got to say. For a simple spicy chicken sandwich they seem to do a really good job The only one I found I like better or at least the same as from Wendy's you just got to make sure they don't put any mayonnaise on it Wendy's has a better bun I think I didn't try the fries or anything like that here but I will next time. I got the barbecue sauce it was pretty good and I also grabbed a packet of like honey mustard something can't wait to try that on something oh well next time.

Truly the pinnacle of efficiency, the line wrapped around the building but we were out of there in under ten minutes, great food as always!

Chicken was dried out, fries were gross. Icecream machine needed to be cleaned out... it was yellow and tasted like ice milk and the cone was stale. Their saving grace were the ladies in the front of house taking care of everyone..

To start my review I would like to recognition Zackary, the young man who greeted me and took my order. Zackary is very polite and well mannered. Good job to mom and dad, or whoever deserves the credit for raising him! I absolutely loved my chicken sandwich 🥪 😋. It was extremely tasty. The fries were a disappointment secondary to not being cooked enough. The drive-thru was unbelievably busy and I purposely went after the "regular" lunch crowd times. The staff outside in the sweltering heat were all smiles and friendly. I predict this restaurant will need to close to remodel and expand sometime in the near future.

Pretty good chicken sandwich. You have to order it kinda wierd. But once you get the hang of it, you get what you want. Expensive for fast food. I don't get the hype, but I will be back. The sodas (1 diet coke 1 sprite) taste aweful either the water was bad, or the soda machines are bad. I thew them out for fear of getting sick.

As always, you cannot go wrong with Chick-fil-A!

The parking for this Chick-fil-A is very small and can be cumbersome, but the food and service have always been great.

If you can navigate through there traffic patterns then that’s the hardest part of it; quick, efficient and great food…exceptional…now if only the driving customer could help out in the process…know your order and be ready to move…

I didn't go inside, they take your order for the drive thru to expedite the process, this location in edgewater is very very busy, there is always a line to wait but the food is great.

I don't know what's wrong with this Chick-fil-A. I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's and always been good. I can't put my finger on just something about it's not right. Bottom-line it just doesn't taste very good for some reason.

They're always on top (service) getting people in and out, drive thru or inside, in quick succession. Never a bad attitude and always smiling. Every one I've been to and never bad service. Thank you Chik Fil A for always being on top!

predictable food, prepared well... the drive-thru was moving slow, and the servers were very disorganized out there. We had an order error and food errors on our last trip. Tip: Check your food before you leave the premises... and have your order read back.

I mean... It's Chick-fil-A. You either like it or you don't. This location has a terrible drive-thru set up, but when it's serving multiple towns, they do their best to manage the car line. I haven't had major issues with any of my orders, food has always been fresh tasting and sometimes generous with their portions... I haven't gone inside since it first opened because the parking lot seems like a nightmare (before and after it was coned off). It's an old building... I was around for the ball pit of Hardee's a million years ago...
