I am gluten intolerant and could not get grilled chicken for my salad during breakfast

I always enjoy my food,the service and the ppl who works there.

Chick-fil-A has consistently demonstrated exceptional service and customer care, earning a top ranking in our evaluations. Previously, they were recognized as a fast food chain that consistently provided high-quality food. However, recent changes, such as the addition of antibiotics to their chicken, have raised concerns. The noticeable presence of sugar in their chicken and breakfast biscuit has also diminished their appeal. Additionally, the breakfast biscuit now has an undesirable topping that is intended to enhance its buttery flavor. It is suspected that genetically modified ingredients may also be used in their products. Consequently, Chick-fil-A is no longer our primary choice for fast food, although it remains the best among its competitors. It is crucial for consumers to be mindful of their food choices, as excessive consumption of unhealthy foods can lead to obesity-related health problems and even cancer. While we held Chick-fil-A in high regard, it appears that they are succumbing to industry norms.

Lindsay made this Chick-Fil-A AMAZING! In the drive thru, I forgot to switch out fries for a side salad. When I drove around the corner, I asked the lady at the booth if I could change my side. She said it would be an up charge and asked if she could cancel my card. I said sure, hesitate about the back and forth on my card. Once I got to the food window, I let the ladies know that I asked to switch my side from fries to a side salad. They had to run my card again and it declined. I apologizd and asked them to please cancel my order. How embarrassing for them and for me. However, I drive around to the exit and there was Lindsay with my food. She said, “I took care of it.” And I said, “I canceled my order.” She said, “I took care of it.” Lindsay and CFA, thank you so much for your kindness. CFA customer for life. Thank you.

I’ve been here a couple times and the baggers and regular employees are great. HOWEVER, I’ve seen how the directors treat these employees and it’s disgusting.

I went through the drive through and there was a line but it moved quickly. The staff were pleasant and the food was good. I got chicken nuggets and frosted coffee... Yummy.

Today, team member Larry went above and beyond expectations when it came to customer service. Way to go!

I ONLY ordered 10 pcs chick'n'minis, to which I even said just the minis. To my surprise, the cashier (I believe his name is gonzola but the operator name is steve on my receipt) asked what I wanted for the drink. I told him I didn't want a drink, to which he responded with "oh, but it comes with a drink." With the line and all, I asked for half and half. I paid, then got my receipt. I didn't pay attention til I got the food and I saw that he made it a meal. I looked at my receipt and I didn't realize he charge me for about 18 dollars... was looking around but I didn't see a manager but please make sure your employees know what they're doing.

Quite slow. The line was not being worked as efficiently as other locations.

A few weeks ago, I stopped by this restaurant to try out “Chick-fil-A Original Chicken Sandwich.” It came with 2 slices of pickles and without mayonnaise or a slice of cheese in the toasted bun, priced at $5.19 (excluding 6% Maryland sales tax). And to my surprise, the fried chicken was warm, moist, and flavorful. However, without those buttery brioche buns, many customers will eventually go someplace else for the lower-priced and better-tasting chicken sandwiches.

Zero problem solving skills. Zero sense of urgency. Zero service mindset. Just a set of lashes with a tablet. Sat in the drive thru while two girls couldn’t figure something out for about four minutes as ten cars zipped past us in the next lane instead of moving the car at the front that was causing the issue. The second girl was just frantically running around and in and out of doors while the first girl kept looking back for her and the car sat right as it was. They just froze up, stared at each other and stared at us. Didn’t apologize of anything when the line started moving. Absurd customer service. 5:30 pm on a Thursday, do better. At least have a manager out there to help them think. 3 stars because the food was at least good.

Clean Environment, Friendly workers, Great Food

The night staff need to be trained on serve safe practices. They are rude and antagonistic. To be yelled at by someones child is a little weird especially after I filed my taxes with no dependents. As rude as they are they should probably work on Sundays because that's devils work. Staff may also be a little racist if not discriminatory. Just imagine pulling up to a window and they side eye you like you're about to rob them. I cant help to think someone that did not look like me would have been helped. All rules and regulations should be posted and the only rule they follow is closed on Sunday.

Tasty chicken sandwiches and great customer service make an awesome combination

Definitely gone downhill over the last few years, and not the “elite employees” on the dinner shift. Should have known it was going to be a terrible experience when the cashier in drive thru called me “honey”. Multiple times things forgotten, orders incorrect, and rude staff. Definitely worth taking a drive up the road to one of the other locations at this point.

Chic FIL A is always good. People are super cool, food is always what you know and expect. CFA rules.

Food didn't really taste fresh. My waffle fries was undercooked.

This was my first time eating their chicken sandwich and I loved it. I'd highly recommend going here for a quick bite.

Team members had an attitude and they gave me the wrong order to top it off.

I asked for fries to be nice and hot as well as tenders and nuggets. My order came out warm. I was running late for work, so didn't have time to return food.

Went through the drive thru. Line moved quickly and food was delicious.

Family outing after a day of shopping

I ordered my food, and I placed it dine-in, and I waited for 15 minutes for my food and they never came out with it, until I stood up and waited to see if they brought it to me and they didn’t, until a worker comes and tells me my food is where all of the dash door orders are.

This review is specifically for Larry!! I'm a couple days late but I MUST let you all know that you have a gem of an employee on your hands. He was BEYOND pleasant when taking my order in the drive-thru. I was there this past Monday on my lunch break and from the greeting, down to the confirmation of my order Larry was very professional and personable. His tone was excellent and it sounded genuine, not forced. I didn't get the pleasure of meeting him face to face so I could commend him on his customer service, but I hope he gets wind of this review. This young gentlemen deserves a raise and I pray he gets one.

Very very long line. Very slow. Waited 30 minutes to order food. I feel bad for people who only have a 30 minute lunch.

I’m always missing something when I order something on the menu. Sweet tea and received unsweetened tea. No straw. Half of the time missing a salad dressing or bbq sauce.

Have not been disappointed yet and I have been there a handful of times more times than the one closest to my house.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with the store directly? My order has been cancelled twice; however it has taken my rewards. The phone number listed is stating to leave a message for a return call.

The place was a madhouse. I didn't get a straw for my shake even though I asked the girl if it was in the bag and she said it was and it wasn't. So then I had to drive around the building and park, get out of my car,and walk across two lanes of traffic to see the girl for a straw. Then I left and was not given any sauces either so I ended up trying to eat two dried up chicken sandwiches which I ended up just throwing out. Spoke to Wesley the next day and he is going to replace the meal at no charge, but I doubt I will go back. It was too crazy there.

Crowded. Poor layout. No salt or ketchup available without standing in long line twice. No “my pleasure.”

Placed a breakfast order and got to the store at 10:25. I don’t get helped until 10:32 because it’s very busy. I’m told my order was canceled because I got there after 10:30. They had my order ready, they just couldn’t give it to me. 9/10 other chic-fil- A stores would’ve either just given me the food or done something to make it right. Never going to this location again.

Very clean store. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They definitely ask you if you need a refill on your drinks. Food was good as always.

My husband and I came here at 8:40 PM. I had just come from the ER. I wanted to stop to get something to eat after my long ordeal at the hospital. I wanted to go in and sit down and eat. I know they were getting ready to close inside, we proceeded to sit down at a booth a girl watched us that was cleaning the booths sit down after we get our meals we start to unwrap everything and we were going to eat. She came over and said this is closed and I said what is closed she said right here there’s a sign here the sign ,It said it was clean and I said well we just messed up the table because we sat here and put our hands on everything and you didn’t say anything when we sat here. I said, I just wanna relax and sit down. She said I’m sorry it’s closed , I didn’t appreciate her attitude and it was not very Christian family oriented. I don’t see what we were hurting by dirtying up one table. I got so aggravated that I picked up our stuff and went to another one in the store. Turns out they were cleaning that one, but they did not harass us to move but I got the feeling that we weren’t wanted and then I got the feeling that it’s OK to take peoples money but don’t have customer service .so they really don’t wanna be bothered and I don’t think, this is the Christian values that Chick-fil-A started out with this restaurant business. The food was good as always I just hope that they review this and correct their people on how to treat people.

Terrible service. The bacon is never cooked all the way and they always mess up my order. Today I told them I do not want a bag because they charge a .05 cent bag fee. They lied saying the health department will not allow them to serve take out without a bag. When I offered them mine to use they denied and and charged me the fee which is illegal. Go to another location that tells the truth.

I love the way they the restaurant is clean. Most of the greetings or friendly. You can tell the employees are a little extra special. And you can tell the ones that really don't want to be there

Friendly staff, clean environment

I know most Chick fil-a’s have fast service and polite staff, but this location is best Chick fil-a I have ever visited. I pass one or two other stores sometimes to get my chicken fix on here. Plus they do a lot in the community!

Staff is GREAT! Food was hot and fresh!

I have been going to this location for a while but today was the first time I felt ignored and received unsatisfactory customer service. Employees looked me in the face and kept going. Didn’t speak and didn’t ask have I been helped. The one guy was doing nothing but waiting for orders to come up for carry out and I was waiting for a online order. It may have been Pajama Day but your customer service should not be on sleep mode!

This place looks good but they're somehow not good if you are not who they like. I bought food there many times and about 5 times they gave me incomplete orders when I called they wanted a receipt which they never issued me. Again on 04/22/2023 I bought south west salads and they packed it lacking my side dressing which by the way I had paid extra 4 dollars for so they could make it the way I wanted the food ended in a trash can. I guess they're just good for certain favored color because they even told me that my name couldn't be recorded in their tablet as well if this is not bias I don't know what it is.

The employees are always upbeat and friendly.

Lindsay greeted me and my children with open arms. She gave my children place mats for their food, and actually took the time to place them down with the children. I was sharing with her I just took a 4 hour drive to New York for my 3 year old birthday, she came back to the table and told my daughter HAPPY BIRTHDAY and gave her a cup of ice cream with whipped cream and sprinkles. She also gave my boys a cup of ice cream also. My daughter was very excited and smiled from ear to ear. Lindsay thank you so much, that really enlightened the rest of our night. Now I can drive this additional hour home with a smile and warmth spirit. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I visited this store at around 8:50pm and I went through the drive thru and a young man wearing a red shirt started my order. Every time I asked for something he would abruptly interrupt me with “would that be all” after every item I ordered. I was barely able to get the words out before being interrupted. He seemed really irritated or something but I’m very disappointed as I know red shirt workers are experienced team members…

30 CT. Nuggets, you ask for the Polynesian sauce and they give you 2. WOW!!! UMM. ASK FOR THE CONTAINER THAT THE SELL AND THEY GIVE YOU 2 LITTLE PACKETS. :-(

Couple hours ago i visited this place to grab fries, brownie and ice cream cone for kids. Came home there was no brownie in a bag even after reminding the girl up front on drive through but was charges for it. Fries was very old and sauces weren’t the same i ask for. Wasted my time and was very disappointed.

Fries were cold. Grilled nuggets dried out. i’ll stick with the one on Belair Rd.

I was upset because they forgot my sauce but little did I know there was more coming for me to be upset about……went yesterday the food was not good but that should have been my red flag ,got food poisoning and was sick all night. Never had this problem from this location whatsoever or any other chick fil a . I don’t know what happened yesterday but it was no good and I’m paying for it now.

Always mess up my order and not that friendly

It’s CFA, what isn’t there to like. Always top notch service. Food is fantastic 98% of the time. Only downside is the menu becomes underwhelming if you want something other than chicken.

I called twice and it was a very low-frequency feed voice message that I got and nobody was there to pick up the phone when they were completely open for business. Just very very poor business!

It is located in the beautiful white Marsh mall area, which also always seems to be full of beautiful people and chick-fil-a was tasty, inexpensive, fulfilling, and staffed by young professional adults, which was also staffed with cool kids of different nationalities which made me even more prouder to be an American and to of stopped by,,*So to ALL of our young incredible people in the United States and around the world whether you may be Asian, Latino, Arab, white, Black or native American,,,Gracia's,,,For reminding the world that its cool to care because, WE ALL MATTER!!!

We are from South Africa and we visited America over our December holiday. Chick-fil-A was hands down our favourite fast food restaurant and we bought their sauce at Walmart to bring home and enjoy it some more.

What can I say, it's Chic fil A. Nothing changes. My go to spot for FAST food when I need it FAST. Peace

Ordered and picked up a catering order for work. Staff was super helpful and accommodating despite it being a extremely busy time of day! Food was 100% correct!

They were moving very slow it was not crowded and there were plenty of employees walking around....then when I got to work I noticed my order was completely wrong despite being correct on the receipt

They have tents up to keep there people out of the cold, they also have heater's outside. That's great . I'm up in age and have never seen a company take good care of there employees.

I like the design of the store it's different than most

Chick-Fil-A’s food is always amazing, and even better it always consistent! The service at this location was top-tier my only complaint is having to pick up my meal inside. Curbside was unavailable, that’s a bit inconvenient with a toddler. But otherwise great food, great service!

Was at least glad we could park and dine in to eat after going to two other locations. However they had no base for milkshakes,got my to go order wrong and the fried were cold. Highly unusual for this kind of service and food.

Most professional and courteous drive-through staff. I bent to many Chick-fil-A's and this one knows what they're doing.

This is a good location. They get the orders right every time, the only downside is the management of the parking lot. It gets chaotic and a bit dangerous at night.

Super quick , super fresh. I'm just not a huge fan of double wrapping your building with cars and forcing teens to walk in between them taking orders. Doesn't seem super safe for the teens. I could care less if kids weren't involved, but your corporation just wants to try and get the store to do double a normal lunch rush. Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedy.
