Always great service and I love the new sandwiches!

Fresh and great quality it's in a busy area so it's usually a rush but they handle it well one of the best stores they have in orlando area cause I don't go back to low quality places so this is a good one in my book

Such a sad story.. What became of the beloved Chic Fil A? It's extortionate how much they charge for such little (and mediocre) food. Small Chewy nuggets and "happy meal" serving sizes. It was the best but now it's become a shadow of its former self

I've lived in this area for almost 30 years and saw this store built. In the past, they always took pride in exceptional customer service. However, in the last year, it has gone done hill. The workers are rude and are more into socializing, including the manager, than doing their work. Both at the counter and drive-thru, they always forget something and if you take time to double-check your order, the get upset. Only to then make faces at you when you point out they missed something. Today, after being in the drive-thru, with only 2 cars in front of me, the wait to place my order was almost 15 minutes, then 7 minutes to pay at the window.. I finally get to the window and pay. Then, they tell me to pull over because there is no grill chicken and will take 5 minutes to cook. But, there's all these employees, including the manager laughing and carrying on. I wanted to change my order, but they declined. I ended up asking for a refund. They should have disclosed this information when I first placed the order and/or before they asking me to pay at the window.

Love the way they have employees taking orders. Never a long wait and staff are very friendly

Spent $40 and asked for a small bowl, which would cost the company maybe a penny? The girl at the front told us it’s against policy, so I had to buy another Mac and cheese to get the damn bowl. I don’t think a negative review is worth a penny bowl and losing a regular. 07/27 240pm. Pink shirt.

You can wait in line at the drive thru for 10-15 minutes just to get skipped by someone that comes in the gas station… they need to manage the line better outside because I’ll mobile order ahead of time, just to get my food in hand after someone that just drove in and skipped everyone. So what is the point of ordering ahead?

The drive to order is not the best for pick up trucks

Chick Fil A corporate must not care how this operator really doesn’t care . Look at all the negative reviews .. Tonight we dropped by for an ice cream cone.. as we pulled into the drive through the young attendants were too just chatting with each other to take our order. Then after order and waiting 10 mins for 4 cars to get up to window (unlike any other chick fil a window I have been to which is extremely efficient), they giggling tell me they have no ice cream at this time. I asked her why they wouldn’t have said something when I ordered and she still giggling with her friends said something about the communication not working .. This is sad for chick fil a if this is what they accept now .. no better than McDonald’s .. I left without even getting my money back because they were too immature to talk to.. complete lack of leadership

You can’t go wrong at Chick-fil-A. The only bad thing I feel about Chick-fil-A is sometimes when your fries are not piping hot and they’re kind of soggy.

I just left this location with my minor child who heard the cashier cursing right in front of her manager. I pulled another manager to the side and mentioned her language was inappropriate in front of my child! You think he cared nope…I wonder if it’s because the complaint came from a black women and the cashier was white! The crazy part is her language was directed towards her father on her phone.Yea she was on her phone while she should be working.

Nice location. Quick drive thru. Was a little bummed I missed breakfast by a few minutes, but the food was good.

OMG Their Mac n cheese is off the hook! Oven baked, lots of cheese, amazing! Grab a med size, a 5 pc nuggets and a drink you are set for dinner.

I usually don’t write Reviews but I just spent $100 or more on a catering order at this location. And wasn’t really best customer service at all! I went to the side to let them know that I had an order to pick up and also a mobile order that I ordered also. And then the gentleman went to go look for my order and I asked him for my receipt for the order and he did not give me it then I went to the bathroom and came back, and the guy was on the phone and did not give me my receipt or my order! and I was like what is he doing what about my order. Then I had to get another person involved to try to get my order and my receipt. And then I finally got my order after three people getting it, and it was a good bit of stuff and they didn’t ask at all to help me bring it to my car not the best customer service at all at this location was very disappointed!

Piled all the food in one bag just for the bag to rip and food dropped all over the lobby.

They make you park and wait longer after you wait in the driveway for 20 + minutes

Long line, people did short cut. It seems like they don't care, I spoke to the drive through guy, he was rude. I will go there only for emergency. Waisted most of my break time. I have only 2 mns left from my lunch time.

If you want crispy golden fries this is not the location for you. I specifically asked for fresh fries because the previous time they arrived tasting cold and frozen in the middle. They still gave me old fries immediately soggy and terrible. I complained they gave me some from the same batch instantly and sent me on my way. Bad fries. It's sad because I was so looking forward to some good crispy Chick-fil-A fries on the way home from a long day of work.

I went through the drive through. My name is Karen, yes the original. I ordered 4 chicken biscuits and chicken mines, No chicken came with my order. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to go there. When I called the number to the store no one would pick up. they didn't even get my name right.

Had to go here because the chick fil a on 436 closed down. Have to say that it’s very dirty and the staff is disrespectful. There was grease and ranch on the floor when my 3yr fell and when we told the cashier no one cleaned it right away . When the manager finally showed up and asked what was wrong with the floor the cashier shrugged her shoulders like she had no idea . Unprofessional staff . No one apologized especially when most customer falls are lawsuits waiting.

Placed a take out order on the app which said it was ready and would be out shortly. However I ended up standing there for 10+ minutes waiting. Also ordered a three piece chicken strips and got 2 full strips plus 1/8 of a third one. Very disappointed in this location and will not be returning. Unfortunately the Altamont Springs location is closed for renovation so I had to come to this one instead.

This a a consistently busy location, yet the food and service is always great.

Haven't had chik fu la in 3 years and the one time i get it cause finally had the money to eat there, waffles fries were soggy and the chicken was cold never eating fast food again. I'll just make food myself since it wont be soggy! :)

Amazing job by the crew. Congrats!! I'm not too much of making reviews, I often visit this specific restaurant sometime daily, and their acurracy in orders are not so bad, sometimes missing 1 item or 2 but nothing major. But just a few minutes, they surprised me, I was missing a 30c nuggets, they called me in about 1 minute to notify me about it, and on top of that they added some cookies in the bag no additional cost!! I just had the best experience ever! Employees had a nice attitude, too! Keep it up!

I’ve been to this location quite a few times and it is a pleasant experience. Lot’s of area to park, relatively easy to access, next to the highway and a 7/11, nice interior and atmosphere, workers are polite (as always), and the food is always fresh. I have only ever ordered the Chick-fil-a sandwich, waffles fries, chicken minis, and hash-rounds to-go and am never disappointed. Everybody loves the Lord’s chicken!

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was on point for an evening meal and tasted great. It's sad hearing the interior music choices from CFA continually lean more and more secular.

My child saw the huge slide from the drive thru.. decided to park and walk inside instead… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED… PLAY AREA CLOSED ….the reviews about the service and food discouraged me from even ordering anything. Walked out immediately

Chick-Fil-A generally sets the high bar for fast food experiences. This one, however, set the low bar. Food delivered without requested sauces. No napkins available in the condiments bar. Nobody looked up to see why I came back to the counter needing both. Bench I sat in moved around on the floor like it had wheels. Random storage area in the middle of the dining room with just a curtain. To sum it up, it was like the restaurant was sold to a random brand new franchise owner that didn't read the contract and had never seen a Chick-Fil-A. The great food was the only thing this place has going for it.

I love chik fil a but if you pay 30 dollars for 3 meals I want the correct drink size and fresh fries my fries were burnt and my milkshakes were not the correct size they were a small and NOT STRAWBERRY the person that is on milkshake duty is rude and was not helping poor guy at the window I held my standards too high for this company I spend my money else where for the time being!

Ordered a 30 piece with sauces and they forgot ALL sauces. I was a bit disappointed :/

Your manager was asking everybody else what they order was what their name was. And kept going over me. As I look and turned over everybody was not the same race the same color I was. I waited 12 minutes from my damn order hear still no reply from the manager. So I walked up out of there you have my money. But you won't get my service again or my money again. You guys gave me the wrong order every time I come. I asked for the egg white biscuit with cheese and no meat. You guys give me the grilled chicken biscuit all the time with regular egg that happened 8 times and I'm at work and can't do anything about. Now I wait and this happens to me you're not getting no more money

This location tends to be dirty, and most of the employees have bad attitudes. They consistently burn the muffins. I only visit this one when I'm in a rush to the office; otherwise, Altamonte Springs' location is much better.

Got the wrong order and my cat didn’t get his pup cup and you don’t disrespect my cat like that, reasons like this is why I don’t support raising the minimum wage. Edit, been to this chick fil a couple more times since this review, and got my order right zero times to this day. Also how you going to ask me if an 8 count nugget is okay and then proceed to give me 5? Drug test your employees

Avoid this location. Really strange because normally, CFA’s are exceptional in their customer service and food quality. Not this one.

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A. I stop by every morning and get a special order. Zakia and her sister are always so friendly. She remembers my order, even though I custom make it. I look forward to coming to this establishment every morning because of her.

One of our go-to places for quick and delicious food. Just be aware that it can get backed up during lunch rush and around 5 with wrap around traffic.

Pimento chicken sandwich is soooo good

The only thing I eat for breakfast is a buttered biscuit with double extra honey butter. I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten a whole chicken biscuit because either the staff don’t know how to ring it in or think that’s what I’m saying. I don’t eat the meat… I have no clue why all the staff don’t know how to ring that in. Sometimes I’ll get someone that does and its perfect so the kitchen actually does it right. Today of course I asked for my usual Buttered biscuit with DOUBLE extra honey butter. I emphasized DOUBLE extra honey butter plenty of times because I know it CAN be typed in that way. Still the young lady repeated it back to me as just extra honey butter. Then I get the biscuit… it was as white as snow. Didn’t even look cooked. On the ticket it just said biscuit + butter+ hb… I say it specifically that way so that the kitchen does it correctly.. of course it Was just a HINT of honey butter in there. I don’t put any other condiments on there so that’s why I ask for a lot of HB…this is the only location that has a problem with something as simple as this.

Fast and pleasant drive-thru experience

We live nearby to this chick fil a and we were in the drive through for breakfast and was there by 10:23am and since the car before us had a complicated order and the guy was having technical issues with his iPad we ended up getting to him at 10:30am and he insist we couldn’t get breakfast since they cut it off. We explained that we were in line before 10:30am and if it wasn’t for his iPad messing up we would have been able to order our breakfast. He didn’t do anything and was pretty much like ohwell. I feel like they need a system where they know which car was in line before 10:30am because I don’t think it’s ok to just tell a customer sorry, since we had technical issues or the car before you took 5 minutes they can’t get breakfast. How is this the customers fault if they were there before the cut off? If you plan to be there for breakfast please count for the line either being long, previous customers having issues with their order or the team having issues with the iPad because they will not care if you were there on time.

The food was cold. For some reason, their fries are always cold. The nuggets were mixed hot and cold nuggets. When I returned the items, the manager had an attitude.

Just be warned if you have kids they don't get to enjoy the playground like EVERY other Chick-fil-A in town.. because this restaurant is extremely lazy and would much rather use the playground as a storage closet and not have to worry about cleaning the kids playground. This gives you a prime example of the kind of customer service you get here. The whole reason my kids like to go to Chick-fil-A is to play on the playground... Chicken nuggets are a dime a dozen anywhere else in town but it was the playground that kept him coming back here. So I hope they enjoy their "storage closet". Because it definitely cost them this family's business. ****And the worst part is when you ask them about it they blame it on "corporate". which is such a lie. Why would corporate make THEM keep their playground a storage closet and let every other Chick-fil-A in Orlando open their playground???!!🤔🤔🤔 I would be willing to put up with the subpar food and the rude employees but clipping the playground clothes is a nail in the coffin for me... This is hands down the worst Chick-fil-A in town ..

Ewww. Most tables were dirty & several staff members walked by dirty tables & full garbage and did nothing. Wasn't busy and there were plenty of staff. Won't eat here again.

The staff is typically rude. They got many people’s order’s wrong. The store is very dirty and not picked up. There is trash on tables, tables are not clean. The container for forks did not have forks in it. The container had a bunch of trash inside. When I went up to get a fork from the staff ignored me. There is trash on the floor. The bathroom was dirty and had trash all over the place. Disgusting

Per usual, CFA meet and often goes beyond expectations. I Pool especially hard for something wrong or out of place but I always get my food on time and with a smile from the team member. I enjoy their food and eat there at least once a week.

Before becoming an EDM producer, I managed a Starbucks for several years and I must say, the manager and staff at this location deserve a GOLD MEDAL!!! The chicken is always crispy... the order is always right... they are super fast and sooo sweet to me!!! They even put up with my insanely loud EDM music in the drive thru without yelling at me...lol

Easily accessible from the Main Road Maitland. Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. They have the usual drive thru. It was staffed by friendly employees who kept everything moving along smoothly. The restaurant was clean inside with sitting tables available and they also had restrooms which were clean. Super Location with a Super staff and of course the Food is tremendous and always fresh! Kudos to the Management! Visit 9/21 6:30

It took me over 25 minutes to get through this long time only to get hard, horrible tasting room temperature fries. It was raining and the staff was sitting in the dining room visible to us in the drive thru chatting with other team members instead of being outside getting this long line down like normal. I got to the window and was told we don't want to get our employees wet. Like really? That's what umbrellas, raincoats and ponchos are for which other locations use. To make matters worse once I left my food was not up to standards! My waffle fries were disgusting. I don't know if the oil was old and needed change but it was not that normal delicious flavor. Not to mention they were room temperature and some were hard. I got the new honey pepper pimento sandwich and my sandwich had barley any pimento cheese spread on it and I tasted no honey on the sandwich either. All these employees standing around and a long wait just to be disappointed and my money wasted.

I work near by so I come here often on my lunch break, the drive through experience is shockingly unpleasant. I’ve never been to a chick-fil-a where the staff is so rude. I thought maybe it was an off day but I’ve had an unpleasant experience THREE SEPARATE TIMES. I’m not sure what corporate does for training for customer relations at the other locations but this specific location should be retrained. It’s almost like they’re annoyed that you’re there trying to order your food. I don’t understand. My co workers have also agreed they have had the same experience as well. I would rather take the 15 mins drive to the next location than to ever give this location my money again.
