Gave me a peach milkshake even tho they’re out of season, love them and the milkshake 10/10

After shopping at target came here to grab a quick bite as we were feeling a bit hungry. Approaching the drive through line was a bit busy but when it came to the ordering side it was just a car in front of me and then comes me the second lane was bit busy. Tell me why it took so long for someone to come to my car window to attend to me and take my order when that lane had 2 worker while the second lane just have one ? And that one worker was walking up to each car in that lane as soon as she was finished. Although the service was iffy the food was good expect the fries they were Wayyyyyyy tooo DAMN SALTY.

This store has been remodeled, and the quality of the food and service has gone WAY downhill. After the 3rd trip there, we're convinced that they are heading towards McDonald's mentality.

We were running errands in the Town Center area and stopped in to have lunch. It was clean. Service was very fast and our food was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly. Good atmosphere overall. First time we have been at this location. We will be back.

Food was great as always. What was not great is that we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and only received 1. We didn't notice until we got home 30 minutes later. I understand that mistakes happen, but Chick-fil-A has been getting much worse with order accuracy in the past couple years in my opinion.

Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and got two spicy chicken biscuirs

Rude and interrupting while giving order. They forgot my fries and gave me a knife for my Mac and cheese like are retarded?

Maria in the morning shift is amazing.

I just had the strangest experience at the Chik Fil A in the Town Center. I am so use to getting excellent customer service so I was completely shocked when I drove up to the drive thru area and they had stopped physically taking orders because it was thundering and lightning, so for the safety of the employees they were told.that the orders would be taken from the speaker box. The reason why it was so strange is that I had to figure that out. I saw the manager tell the two young employees to go inside- however the young man that worked my line told the car just in front of me and then he walked off without communicating it to me. When I drove up to the speaker box I sat for about 3 minutes and no one came so I drove around and just as I got passed the speaker box I heard someone come to the speaker- I drove around expecting to explain myself to the person that was taking the money- Well to my surprise I ran into the most RUDE young man I have ever encountered in ALL my years going to Chik Fil A! When he asked me my name I attempted to explain what happened before I got to him. He became defensive and started going on about I needed to give them time to set up and he had 7 cars that had given him their orders from the speakerbox and blah, blah...All I wanted was my order to be taken. I told him he was being rude and argumentative. I ended the confrontation by driving off I spoke with the manager , he handled my complaint beautifully. Thank you to the manager for easing my distaste. I hope that Chik Fil A restrains that young man on what good customer service looks like!!

This location is constantly messing up my orders. Tonight I got ice cold fries and a Cobb salad with no nuggets….literally says nuggets on the ticket. I feel like an ahole constantly going back in to get orders fixed and get what I paid for.

I placed a DoorDash order through this Chick-fil-A on the DoorDash app and the DoorDasher dropped off only the sauces and drinks without the chicken sandwiches or chicken nuggets as part of our meal. I called the Chick-fil-A and they were closing in five minutes but the manager kindly apologized and offered to wait past closing time to hand us the order. His kind hospitality of offering his service to stay past hours I very much appreciate.

Not sure why but CFA just does not taste as good anymore. My sandwich was rubbery in texture... none of us finished our food.

Thankful for the outside colleagues that greet you with a smile. That goes a long way. I remain grateful for each person on the outside team! The drive through ran smoothly. The food was definitely quality, as expected.

Terrible experience.If I could give -5 stars I would. Sandwich was bad, bun old and crumbly, grilled chicken dry and tough. The girl took our order to another car, and people touch our sandwiches, and she told us to move the car.Another attendant said we don't have your order, just as the other brought back the bag, hhe said let me change your bag. No apologies, no attempt to replace sandwiches. Had to throw the order away and go to Texas Roadhouse. Needless to say after this experience will not go back. I know you don't care, but I do and if I can spread the word , I absolutely will.

Cleanest facilities and best service anywhere. They set the standard by all others should be measured.

Couldn’t even make it to turn left into the restaurant because the line was backed up all the way into the road on both sides. People were turning in right, one after another in front of us trying to turn in left, even though the cars in the left turning lane were there farrr before them. That’s not fair. They need better traffic control or a double drive thru the entire way like Mandarin. Mandarin is super busy but controls is super well. I hate this location because they have no traffic control and it’s way slower than any other CFA. Couldn’t even get my family a meal today. All those employees, you’d think one could help with traffic control. You’re losing so many customers per day because of this. I watched 6 others pull off not including myself.

i like going to this location when it is not so busy in town center. this location never messed up my order or anything, thankfully.

Today the service I received from Michal Conley was quite possibly the rudest interaction I have ever had let alone at this restaurant “and I’ve been eating here for 19 years with Jeff the Owner and Operator” to say I’m upset is an understatement, I will continue to eat Chick fi la In Daytona Beach where I live, however I will NEVER EAT at the Town Center Location again! This is really sad as Jeff and his team have provided World Class Service for me for 19 years. One person does not completely represent a brand, however this person today is the manager on duty and she at this very second is the face of the restaurant. I recommend you all still eat there just make sure she is not the manager on duty! Love ya Jeff!!

Food is always good and the system they have to handle the volume of customers using the drive-thru is great.

They even have an indoor play area for kids and service personnel in the dining area and during rush times extra outdoor staff in the drive-thru taking orders. Very clean.

They forgot my sauce, only one straw for two drinks, and forgot some of the stuff for the salad. I even asked to make sure they put all of the stuff In the bag and they told me they did.

Don’t me wrong, Chick-fil-A’s food was as wonderful as usual, however at this specific spot, I had a really disturbing interaction. A young man was very obviously sick in the drivethru area where they hand out your food. I asked him if he felt alright because he looked incredibly faint and I was concerned. He admitted to me that he wasn’t feeling too well, but I knew it was worse than that. Forcing this young man to keep working is disgusting and also a severe mistreatment of their employees. I have never been more disappointed and disturbed in my life. Congratulations Chick-fil-A for committing one of the most disgusting acts on your employees. Not to mention, this is a food establishment and having that around food being sold to customers is completely unacceptable.

Listen it’s the holiday season at the town center? It’s crowded no matter where you’re going! But Noah & Mia were both so calm and composed and so polite!! I stopped Mia in her tracks to ask about the seasonal cow ornaments I saw hanging and she quickly was able to grab and check & Noah came and assisted and were so gracious and friendly. Just wanted to share my gratitude and for yall always giving the best experience. :)

I usually grab breakfast here on my way to work. The service is top notch and fast! I was in a line of about 8 cars once and they cleared it in less than 10 minutes! The food is consistently good as well as freshly prepared, and the prices are affordable!

The food was great as always. The parking lot and drive thru is a circus. They do manage to keep it moving and it is a quick trip considering.

The first time I spoke to a manager about the terrible service, the response I got was “we are busy” that was IT. Second time , was rushed to order and spoke to the manager again about the terrible service . Was given a refund but that is not the point . Came through again 10/21 same thing . Very blunt very rushed . Order was messed up and we were already home before we noticed . I held off from giving bad reviews. But the night crew at this chick fil a is terrible . I used to work at chick til a and the attitudes would not have been a thing . Morning or night crew. If a customer complained , no matter what, they were listened to and taken care of. Not at this location . I feel like it is my fault that I want chick fil a at 9pm due to the horrible attitudes not wanting to give friendly service . Never again . Customers go to chick fil a for the SERVICE. I will let everyone know not to come here at night .

This is one of the busier locations we have visited, and the parking/drive thru is a nightmare! If you are in a rush on your lunch break and you park in the parking lot, you might get trapped in because of the cars in the drive-thru line.
