Typical Chick-fil-A service and food quality. The only downside is the parking lot, which is tight and not well designed.

This particular chic fila on Lauren’s rd has great customer service, meals are just about always accurate, inside and out is always on point, the drive thru still a bit of a challenge and the right hand drive thru is always slower for some reason, never knew why that is ( maybe training) bit overall good.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a coke.

Chicken 1 or spicy 1 combo is the best. Love the taste.

The number of times they have messed up the order is unreal. On June 21, 2024, I called about a botched order and the girl that answered the phone hung up on me as soon as I expressed my frustration. No great customer service and always inaccurate orders. This location and the Haywood Road location must be run by the same person because they both have the same issues...

Great people. I was charged for a sandwich I didn't order. I called and asked if they could refund just the sandwich over the phone. The manager said he couldn't without having the card present but he could refund the entire purchase without me coming back. That was so nice of him. I was in town for my son to have back surgery at Shriners Hospital. That was his first meal after surgery. I really appreciate the kindness the employees all showed.

Tran Number:6857 CFA Bisc Combo Fruit Cup Lemonade The biscuit tasted like it was cooked, a week ago. The chicken inside, of the biscuit was cool. The hash browns were room temperature. I was not pleased. So disappointed! I will never return to this location. The worst Chick-fil-A EXPERIENCE!

Food is always good, but speed and attention to guests is sometimes lacking inside versus drive through.

Quick curbside pick up for breakfast. They are a very very very business location. They have plenty of signs, arrows, cones, paint on the road to help you find where you need to be. Whether it's dine in, curbside, or take out. The staff is very friendly, communicative, and quick. Great job team.

Ordered a salad with selected dressing and waffle fries with polynesian sauce. Get back to work, no salad dressing, and no polynesian sauce and the waffle fries are all pieces of fries like the end of the bag ! I am trying to post a photo of the fries but its not giving me that option. Unlike Starbucks, this place doesnt acknowledge real and true reviews, especially one star reviews !

I had an issue with the app where it took my payment but the order just disappears on the app. The staff helped me, during a very busy time, and made sure I got my order. I really appreciated them taking the time to look at it with me and help me get it figured out. Thank you so incredibly much!

Two weeks ago I would have told you this is one of the best chick fil a’s out there, however the past THREE times that I have gone to this location they have given me zero sauces despite the fact that I have them entered on the app. Two of my three orders left without sauce were salads, so unlike other circumstances in which I could find substitutes I really was just left with a bad meal. It seems as though the Lauren’s Road chick fil a needs to find a way to learn how to balance efficacy AND accuracy. All of this is to say, check your bags if you end up at this incompetent location.

This review is for Joshua! He went so above and beyond to try and help me adjust my order for a totally different CFA location when their phones were down. He called multiple managers, even when I thought it might be too late to make the adjustment, and this was during the breakfast rush. I would not have expected anyone to prioritize my individual needs to the extent he did during such a busy time, and the fact that he did really warmed my heart. Stay awesome, Joshua!! And y'all give that boy a raise!

I swear this Chick-fil-A is the most efficient place on the planet! Just stopped by this location, two lines of course, no exaggeration must’ve been at least 35-40 cars wrapped around the building through the back parking lot at the movie theater, to the road… I was literally in line less than 5 minutes! From the time I pulled up, placed my order, paid, received my food, drove out of the parking lot - time 3 min and 41 seconds to be exact. lol 😂 Service is also always friendly and hospitable. Food always fresh and hot!

Love Chic fil a's food. Every one of these restaurants I go to is a mad house! This particular store...the parking lot is like a line at an amusement park! But the unruly kids (parents not "parenting") are a given at any of these restaurants! I'm just a fuddy dud, I guess.

Take experience was Horrible. I ordered online. Had to wait an hour to get my food. I put my condiments on my order nothing was in my bag! My fruit is frozen. I'm assuming I will need to wait an hour to eat it. Very disappointing

Monday 2/12/24. Absolutely terrible management. Making the employees stand out in the rain while taking orders. The rain is very heavy and consistent, so the workers are getting absolutely soaked, as well as inside your vehicle when they take your order. Very bad experience. Figured they would treat their employees and customers much better than that.

Called into get price on big order. Got price and ask if there was price break for big order and told it is what is. Sad cause my workplace orders alot from there but not now.

I have ordered multiple delivery orders from this location and never is the order right. Today I order a 12 count grilled nugget meal with a side salad and 2 chicken sandwiches. I received an 8 count nugget a salad with no dressing. I’m very disappointed that every time I order delivery I’m left without items or wrong items. And if you call the store it takes over an hour for them to rectify the problem. Order number 9065

The staff is very friendly. Items were omitted from my order and when I called back, I was treated very nicely and given several rewards for the mistake. I so appreciated the staff going the extra mile for me. Great location! I'll continue visit that location frequently! Thank you so much!

Saddened today that this chick fil a chose not to accommodate to my health needs. Asked for just broth from the chicken noodle soup and they refused to do so. The anderson location has done it many times. Lack of consistency and care. Spoke to the manager and there was no apology. Y’all need to learn from Jon Holmes in Anderson SC.

Cleanliness of area,food was hot and employee friendly and courteous

Formerly a restaurant inspector it's one of only 2 fast food places I will eat from. Most wouldn't believe the filth at many places. Also, I highly recommend avoiding Asian restaurants! You may be eating food scraped off dishes brought back to the kitchen.

After waiting in the crazy traffic to get my food it was handed to me from a cart sitting outside that I could clearly see from several cars back so yep you guessed it when I get back to my office the fries were cold and so salty they couldn’t be eaten….want be back to that madhouse again!

I was waiting for food in the curbside pickup area and a mishap happened with my order but after talking with associates, my food was made fresh and I was given a refund! Amazing customer service, very caring team and awesome food!

My medium fry had 5 fries and some crumbs. The drive through also did not give me dressing that I ordered.

Service was pretty decent, especially for being late at night. Got our rather complex orders right! Problem was, they didn't clean the frosted beverage machine between uses. My frosted "lemonade" tasted like a little bit of everything, which I initially didn't mind, but the person before me must have ordered a frosted coffee. I'm caffiene sensitive and was awake for the next 8 hours. Please, please clean your machines correctly! It has a bigger effect than you may know. I was lucky it was a Saturday night and not Sunday as I would have went to my manufacturing job sleep deprived.

Food is fine. Standard issue CFA. The entire facility is a cluster in general; from parking, drive thru line, exiting the drive thru, entering the main entrance, finding a table, poorly trained staff. Just a cluster.

Standard chic fil a. It has a play place though and my granddaughters enjoyed it

I get the employees walking up to cars in line but if you don't know the menu makes it hard to order. Need more menu displays in beginning of drive thru, not end.

Sad to say but the service went downhill fast. They are forever changing how cars enter and exit the drive-thru and it is extremely frustrating. I don't visit the store on Laurens Rd. any longer.

Placed a door dash order and left one item out. Called the Chick fil a right after I hit place order and asked if they could add it to the bag and I could pay over the phone or do whatever I needed to do. It was one biscuit that was left out but I was told they could not modify the order. So instead I had to pay 12 more dollars to have it delivered to the same location. Chick fil a is great and I have never had problems before now but it just did not make much sense considering the driver will end up picking up both bags at the same time anyway.

Love this chickfila. Service is always fast and with a smile. So you see those commercials where someone from chickfila helps a customer- its real. My car died in the drive thru pull up and wait area. They checked on me and helped me get it jumped off with a delivery vehicle.

What can I say? It's Chick-fil-A! Food is always best quality. Service with a smile and the atmosphere is top notch. Me and my family call it Jesus' chicken!

This particular Chick-fil-a has two drive thru lanes, not only two lanes, two pick up windows! It is like nothing I have ever seen before. This is what free market capitalism is about, it drives improvement and precision and customer satisfaction. I was at the McDonalds in Easley, SC yesterday (only to use the facilities, will not eat McDonalds with the exception of french fries) and I noticed they had a young man out there taking orders on a tablet walking with the cars. Chick-fil-a is driving competition! I absolutely love it! Chick-fil-a is one of a kind, great food, stellar service.If you love America, you'll know what I mean.

Great Chick fil a, they updated this one two years ago to be very modern. Very tasty food as always :) They have great communication and organization. The food is quality and even the delivery drivers say "My Pleasure!"

What have you done to the parking lot? It has created a very dangerous environment for those turning in from Lauren’s Road. Not to mention it’s nearly impossible to maneuver through the parking or exit. Please put it back the way that it was.

I work at Toyota of Greenville, for the past few months, i stop at this location EVERYDAY before I go to work, the 1st couple of weeks, the service was fast and my food was correct, but for the past month, my food has been wrong 2-4 days out of a week. I called and spoke with a team lead on Tuesday, got a free meal on yesterday just to go back this morning and my order is wrong and I know what everybody is thinking, "I should check the bag" but who wants to hold up a line checking food that is suppose to be checked multiple times before being handed to the customer and I use to work for a chick fil a chain and we checked our bags 3 times before going out the window! I always order.... Plain butter biscuit with egg whites and colby jack cheese hash brown lemonade Simple right? It's the simplest order that gets messed up with either a chicken filet being added on or putting a regular egg on my biscuit or putting the egg white and forgetting the cheese, I just can't anymore, this morning did it for me, MY ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN THIS MORNING, and I won't be returning to this store again! The staff has always been so nice and kind to me..... T!

Rude brunette wearing an unbuttoned lucky brand shirt. Had attitude and forgot our straws. Don’t be mad at us because YOU forgot to do your job. Didn’t even say my pleasure.

Went through drive thru, got home and realized we never received the kids meal. Called to try and get a resolution as I paid $23 for half of our order and phone call was sent to voicemail. Left one but never received a call back.

Horrible food and service manager didn't accommodate issues with food. Will never be back here Go to the one next to haywood mall never had an issue there food is always fresh. Manager Q. said food is never bad and we can't have any issues with the orders when you do drive pickup. didn't want to help and was so Off Standish.

I eat lunch there when I am working in Mauldin, they never disappoint.

In 8 and a half years of using this location before and after it's current renovated building, I experienced my very first mistake on an order today. Everything got handled. I had to come in and give a 5-star review today because despite today's mistake, this is by far the most efficient and most accurate restaurant in this area.

This location needs to get their act together. Drive thru is super slow and some employees are unprofessional. So unlike any other CFA l have ever been to before!

4/24/23 two years later still Horrible service . Come all the way through the line at 9:30pm NO macaroni, and cheese and I ask for fresh fries for time to be just warm. This establishment needs to go better it’s beyond annoying and it’s subpar at best . DO BETTER ‼️ This establishment charges too much money for the quality of food or the lack there of , especially not to make it right with the customers

Drive thru was crowded but moving

Nice time, though very low on booths. The food is delicious as always and they tend to hire such nice people. If you order takeout they have specialized numbered parking just for that. There were even numbered tables. fairly comfy ^_^

My fries were absolutely delicious! Hot and slightly crispy on the edges just as I like them. My only issue was the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was very lukewarm to the point where the cheese slice wasn’t fully melted. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until I got home and it was late, so I didn’t return it.

I ordered a delivery yesterday and everything was fine until I discovered a strain of hair in my Mac and cheese. I'm so disappointed about this matter. Make it so bad it's my favorite side. HAIR NETS SHOULD BE A MUST BEFORE YOU GET SUED.
