This is the best chicken sandwich I have had in Chic Fla in years!!! The chicken was so crispy and the bread was not soggy. The lemonade was perfect !

This place is obviously overwhelmed. The positives are the same as other Chick-fil-A locations- good food, employees that you can tell were at least instructed to be helpful (even if many of them are too inexperienced to do so well), decent menu selection, and better than average order accuracy. Chick-fil-A is pretty much the only fast food I'll eat due to the abysmal service, sloppy food preparation, and incorrect or missing items prevalent at the other franchises/chains in the area. So I used to go here a lot. But the recent remodel has made trying to go here more of a hassle than it's usually worth. I prefer to order in the app. At the neighboring Chick-fil-A, this actually speeds up the pickup process. Not so in Bossier. Here, you are shunted into a communal line with the on-site orders and then have to wait for an overwhelmed kid to conduct entrance interviews on every car to make sure they know which lane to go to. The last time I was there, the lanes around the building were empty except for one car ordering and one car waiting. This wasn't because there were no customers- we were in a long, awkward line out in the shared parking lot because the kid with traffic duty was off somewhere else and had stopped directing people several minutes prior. So all the drivers just just sat there and did nothing. Even if you avoid that pitfall, App orders are then placed in the left lane, trapping them inside the lane of on-sites and making it harder to exit. At best, it takes just as long as not using the app. It's strange that they did all of that remodeling and added numerous QR code signs and a devoted app lane and so forth without actually providing any incentive to use the app. It's worse now all around, as all of the driver interviews and code scanning and such actually slow down the process. Anyway, I'll probably go there once in a while, but not nearly as much as before.

Typical good CfA food, but got none of the sauces I ordered, so nothing to dip my nuggets and fries into

Food was good, gave atmosphere a 3 on the account of inside so so crowded, but service was great and great food

The summer peach shake has always been my favorite. This time it really wasn't peachy, hardly any flavor or fruit . The 2 chocolate shakes were topped with the whipped cream but it had soured. Not a great shake experience at all.

You know what you're getting going to Chick-fil-A, this location is no exception. Good service, consistent quality food, modern fastfood aesthetic.

Talk about perfecting drive thru service .. this place has a line of cars around the building, and down the main drive entrance going into a shopping center .. the line rolls so smooth and before you know it you are handed your food and it is HOT ... nobody cam beat them when it comes to hot and fresh cooked...

It's nice to actually get food from the drive thru and know that the order is correct. Really ensures a smooth and effortless customer experience. Which is becoming pretty rare.

Prices are very expensive but service is still good.

I love Chick-fil-A…. My Grandson was with me… when we finished our business, he said he wanted Chick-fil-A…. We found one close and went for Breakfast… our order was accurate, and quick, and was still hot when opened! You won’t find a crew with better service! They are very courteous, quick with a genuine smile! I guarantee I’ll go back!

I have 0 complaints about the service or food I love chickfila! & this particular one is fantastic the folks are awesome. The only sad thing since it's update has been the play place :/ as a mom who lives in the south & occasionally needs a place for littles to play in AC, this is such a bummer :/ idk what they were thinking especially since alot of their demographic is moms with children

I've always placed Chick-fil-A at the top regarding how they run the operation. However, this location by far has the worst drive-thru process I've ever seen.

Made an online order and joined the drive thru line, instead of the male server that was talking to another employee acknowledging me he just walked off. I moved to another line and his response to the female employee was I guess you have that one. I informed them that he should communicate with customers and not just walk away. He didn’t motion for me to drive forward. We received our order but didn’t receive any condiments which were ordered nor did I receive a fork for the max and cheese so we had to wait until we returned home to Shreveport to eat.

This place is always slammed! And yet they turn out amazing service with their great food. The drive thru can be wrapped around the building and the longest you will ever wait is 15 minutes. You'd swear that they were giving away free chicken the way people flock to this place. The manager of this store should run for public office. if he ran the government close to how he runs this business, we would have an amazing country. Eat more chicken!

Brought my granddaughter there around 2pm. They were closed. No signs up saying why, are apologizing for the inconvienence.

Usually never a problem with any chick fil a establishment, but walked in around 6:50 am and there was a young man and woman in the front telling each other that there were “orders in the front” and yet neither one of them came to take our orders. Luckily Hayley came from nowhere and took our orders. Not a huge deal, but the first time I was made to felt unwelcomed in a chick fil an establishment.

I love Chick-fil-A but I've noticed they've been Consistently getting my orders wrong, I'm always missing something.. Either I have to turn around or just forget about it. They have missed sauces, cookies, and even fries...🤦🏽‍♀️ You know the traffic is always bad, they don't give you much time to check it before you leave the drive-thru.

Bought the grilled chicken sandwich & the bread was stale and falling apart it was very disappointing

Love their chicken. It's tender and juicy everytime. I'm not the type that likes crispy extreme crunchy chicken so I go to this place where the chicken is just the right amount of crispy and its the right amount of crispy later you get mostly chicken in every bite instead that extreme crunchy where you not sure if the bite will have chicken in it. Also if you can't finish it They are still good for a later time. The service is great too friendly and they double make sure your order is right!! Love this place definitely recommend 👌 👍

Stop filling large fries up halfway!!!! If I wanted a medium, I would’ve purchased a medium!

I decided to order a meal from here on Saturday and it was not good. I had a deluxe chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I ended up with the worse food poisoning that I have had in years. It's safe to say that I will never come back there or to any other Chick-Fil-A restaurants again.

Drive-thru was absolutely horrible!!!! Took way too long to wait in line to order, drive around to pay for food, then pick order up.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wanted to argue with a customer and blame the weather for their inability to complete mobile orders. The manager Sara-Lynn was terrible at resolving the issue and only provided excuses not solutions.

Always a good meal, this location, in Bossier City, is missing a few touches that were found in the Austin location. Overall a pleasant experience EDIT: Sometimes you grow to big and not care any longer. That's what the quality feels like with this location. My original review said "missing a few touches" vs what is found back home in Austin. Recently I was reminded of this, I stopped in just shy of 10:30 and couldn't order lunch, so I opted for a spicey biscuit sandwich. Not on the menu for THIS location, nor was other items I asked for, instead I ended up with a dry, falling apart, over salted chicken biscuit after waiting in line for 10 minutes. The peppermint shake was good, that I got by luck after being told "we might not be able to offer that (at 10:20 am). I should of gone to Whataburger but I already invested 10 minutes and there were cars in front of me so I'm trapped. I actually called HQ and the reply from this location was literally a general "sorry, hope to see you again", cause they're to big to fail and not what Chick Fil A used to be. I'll never go to to this location, or really any Chick Fil A again, I can't trust their quality any longer, and $10 dollars is a lot these days. Sorry, Bossier City location ruined my decades as a loyal customer.

I got the grilled chicken sandwich' meal with a Mac n cheese on the side I asked for it plain I got home it wasn’t plain I didn’t get the fries that came with my meal I didn’t get any straw for my drink and the Mac and cheese was not worth 8 dollars my meal ended up coming out to 19.37 which doesn’t really make sense Better off going to McDonald’s to be honest

Chick fil a in Bossier is getting sloppy with their service. They are more concerned with being fast that they are not paying attention to the service and making sure all the food is in the bag. My order was not complete once again. I was trying to pay attention to see if the sauces were in the bag because last several times they were not and of course they are not free. So this time I looked for the sauces, thought I seen the 3 sandwiches in the bags, get home which is about 30 mins away only to find out my sandwich wasn't in the bag. I normally don't complain or even call to ask for a credit but this has happened with every visit the last several visits. I call to notify the manager and informed a reward credit would be applied in a few days as long as they can find my mobile order. If not, they will mail me something. I'm so frustrated because I had just left work after a 13+ hour shift. I just wanted my dinner and go home. This location needs to pay attention to getting order correct and then focus on speed of delivery. Not the other way around.

I brought my son here for the arts and crafts night and he had a blast! We stayed to dine in after he finished the activity and I am so glad that we did. The indoor playground is very convenient and is a great way to let your child(ren) burn off energy without any additional costs. We went around 5 pm, which is one of the peak traffic times for Airline Drive. The restaurant itself was also extremely busy from the time we got there up until about 7:30 when we left. However, CFA flows well under pressure. I placed an order for my son (grilled chicken kids meal) then a few minutes later went back to the counter to order an adult grilled chicken meal for myself and both were brought to the table hot and fresh. Also, in a timely manner, especially under the circumstances of the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. It was PACKED. There were plenty of times where there wasn’t any seating for families to dine in but everyone comes and goes rather quickly so it works out. I will say, they should definitely consider adding at least one more table (with 4 chairs) in front of the play area. The space is there and it would definitely be helpful. Nevertheless, I enjoyed watching my son happy and playful and I am so glad that we went. It’s also a plus watching workers enjoy their job, coworkers and happily serving customers. The atmosphere at CFA can’t be beat!

ordered a CHICKEN SANDWICH meal. got all the way home. and they forgot the CHICKEN SANDWICH. how do u manage to mess up that damn bad. ridiculous. then i called up there. and they said id have to drive 25 minutes back up there to judt get the chicken sandwich. domt get anything for my trouble. absolute horrible service. bring back the workers from before the remodel!!!!!!

The food is always hot and delicious and the spicy chicken sandwich I'd actually has a kick to it don't leave out the max and cheese I love it except for the baked cheese on top th nuggets are also really good for which I most eat

Always great food! Please clean your parking lot. I got a flat tire from a nail in your lot. Parking lot should have been fully cleaned after your renovation. I'm now stuck on the side of the road.

I think it was the dressing. But when I tell you thank you Krystal W. for my salad today. I had what they call the Market Salad. And whew child. I love love love it. All done. Done. Done. Done. Only place in Bossier that never disappoints.

Changed my rating because today I watched them let some young guy go in and get his food completely barefoot. That is so far beyond gross, I don't even have the words.

Horrible experience- ordered ahead (mobile order) got in line. The person with the iPad just walked away, did not check me in. When to the black speaker and no one was there either. Got to the window and they just said - you gotta move up front and wait. 40 mins. It took 40 mins to get my food even when I ordered ahead.

I’m a Door dasher and one girl was rude to me and also mean mugged me when I asked for the customer’s food . Smh horrible customer service

Chick-fil-A needs to teach their employees how to make ice cream cones cause the ice cream is good but not to waste 2 dollars on this.

I wish people who have these large orders would either go inside or order ahead and do curbside. Some of us only need 1 or 2 items. You see their already swamped your holding up the line, people!!! 🤦‍♀️😩

In and out drive thru line wasn't too bad, food was great and hot! Not as friendly staff as our Chick-fil-A in Texas, but still great! Nobody said "my pleasure" verbally or attitude wise! And when I asked for sauces I pretty much felt an eye roll, but I wasn't asked if I wanted any.

It’s sad when you get home and ChickFila forgets your child’s macaroni. ***What’s even worst*** is when you take the time to drive back, provide the receipt, and the kids working there (and manger) act like they don’t make a mistakes!!! They didn’t provide me with the macaroni that I purchased and did not receive, so I purchase another one…. (Sat 5/20 @12 noon) - DO BETTER!

Food was great.. sweet tea was extra good, not too sweet.. order taker seemed distracted.. received order quickly.. one customer stayed parked in the way of the drive thru for a few minutes, tried to tell the order taker but she was distracted by other things going on I guess

I was very disappointed. We came in ordered our food and sat down. When they brought it to our table they asked us to leave and eat elsewhere. They could have let us eat our food at least or told us take out only when we ordered instead of putting out. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant before. It was bad customer service and from a Christian establishment no less.

Good was amazing, but we came in 10 minutes before we close and they gave us our food then kicked us out because they were closing…Your supposed to wait on the customers not KICK THEM OUT!

Apparently when you put in your breakfast order 10:15am, confirm on the app and join the line at 10:28am and then you get up to the window at 10:32am, they won't serve you your breakfast order.

They may not be perfect, but they will make it right. My order was wrong, and I didn’t notice until I made it back to work. I was frustrated because I was not able to eat the item due to an allergy and called the store to see what could be done to remedy this. The manager was calm and gave me some options. She then sent Jonathan to bring me the correct item. He was polite and friendly. I left with a positive perception because they corrected the error all while remaining kind and courteous. Thank you both for going above what your had to for people like me!

Chic-fil-a has this business down to a fine tuned machine, but consistency is lacking. I order 2 sometimes 3 times a week the breakfast chicken scramble bowl & for the longest it was spot on every time, the last 3-4 times it's either missing shredded cheese, only has 4-5 hashbrowns or not much chicken. I will continue to order & eat here, but get back to supervision & training. You still have to be sure it's being done up to standards. Keep kicking that chicken out.

This is not about the food. It's more about the fact that the lines that they have may cause an accident since it now spills out the parking lot and at this point they should either consider a better location for their line or another store. Should be thinking of the safety of your customers and others.

EDIT (March 2023): This was once a 5-star review, but their standards have slipped as it’s gotten busier over the years. We love this Chick-fil-A and go at least once per week. Unfortunately I’m not sure that any location can reach a certain level of consistency when they’re so busy. The traffic at this CFA has become so unmanageable that there is something missing from our orders at least 50% of the time. I wish they’d open another location in Bossier, especially in North Bossier/Benton, as that’s where a good portion of their clientele are driving to/from anyways.

Take-out order was very salty and not tender, fries were cool and felt old. Will not be going there any time soon. Ordered march 25 under the name Max. I don't think the manager was doing a good job.

OMG I got the club sandwich and that was literally the BEST sandwich I've ever ate it was absolutely delicious

I've had good experiences from this location in the past, but this last time was unacceptable. I picked up my order and got home only to find that whoever had put the sandwich in the bag put it in a soggy box which leaked out on the bag causing it to fall out of the bottom of the bag. I called CFA and had to drive back up to the CFA to get a replacement sandwich. No offer of a refund or that much of an apology; they seemed more irritated that they got called out and had to replace the sandwich. Although I wanted to act ugly, I did not as I didn't want to be the new YouTube star. I expect substandard service and products from other fast food places, but not CFA. I will not be returning any time soon...
