Connor was so patient with us in the drive thru when my daughters card declined. He was so polite and didn't make us feel uncomfortable. We love the chick fil a employees. Always so friendly. Thank you.

This particular restaurant is one of the best in the valley.

Their service is really quick. Even though they have long lines, they're quicker than almost all of the other fast food restaurants.

Usually a great location! The girl taking the order and manager handing out the orders were not friendly at all. I told both to have a great day and neither responded nor one person smiled. Hope they have a better day but it absolutely reflects on your service.

Both the Idaho Falls and West Jordan Chick-fil-A were amazing and tasty!!! I am a huge fan of the frozen lemonade 😋🤤 I don't like lemonade normally 🤣

This was the first time Chick-fil-A disappointed me. Order taker got my order correct but the kitchen people apparently do not know the difference between their sandwiches because they gave me the wrong one. Took it to my room and ate it anyway because I was too tired to go back and fix it. I did not like the spicy sandwich they gave me.

Decent Chick fil a. the sandwiches are good and above average for a chain.

Ever since they opened the new remodeled chick-fila here… they’ve been disappointing. I’ve ordered 3 times and back to back they’ve messed up my order every single time. One order they charged me for 2 soups and only gave me on, the second order they DID NOT PUT the Chicken patty in the sandwich. I drove all the way home and had to come back, what a waste of time. I will not be coming to this location again

We used to come to this location but after remodeling we came to here 3 times and it was not a good experience. The service is really bad as they always bring the order to us and they not bringing the drinks with the order and we have to keep begging the workers to bring our drinks. Today after we ate our food, we ordered 2 frosted coffee and they came spilled all over the cup and the lady who brought them just through them on the tables without straws we talked to her about straws but she did not pay attention to or she just ignored us. This was our last visit to this location you just lost a good customer

I have never had a bad experience at this location until they remodeled not too long ago. To start off I sat in line only one in line when the manager and all the staff watched me just stand there waiting I was waiting for about 15 min and after the one person was ordering the only order taker looked at me then walked away and when someone finally took my order he was not listening to what I was saying I had to repeat my order many times and my name. And when I finally got my food my fries were hard as a rock and cold like they have just been sitting there for a while and my chicken nuggets weren’t warm either. And one of the co workers kept touching me and making me uncomfortable. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a chick fil a in my life. The one good thing I can say about this location is that it is the cleanest one I’ve been too.

The old man who's name was grandpa on his name tag was amazing. Brought us our food and then made sure we had everything we needed them went and got us some mints on our request and took our garage. He was awsome very kind Professional polite, I could go on and on and on. He Definitely needs a raise. Keep him as long as you can He makes the place Comfortable And happy and a good place to be

Never had any problems with any location I do have a problem with this company closing on sundays I am not mormon and look forward to eating here on sundays please open on sundays you will gain much more customers that is the only reason I don’t eat here often. I came here today to get food for me and my family after a long shift at work and we got 5 chicken sandwiches, some fries, and a drink and I was waiting maybe 5 minutes max, and they were incredibly quick and attentive. I was asked if I needed help twice and got my food very fast. The food was delicious and I'll 100% be back for more! :)

Drive thru only ordered chicken strips, parfait, small fry, and frozen lemonade. Had me pull up and waited for a good 10 mins....while many others came and went. I was asked my name, and what my order was a few times. And they still brought me the wrong one. Disappointed as they normally have excellent service.

This is the best Chik Fil A! I have been coming here for 11 years now. THe employee's are incredible, the owner is the nicest person I have ever met. He is always there helping. He's always out helping his team. I come here every day for an iced tea because it's the best. They are renovating and I can't wait for them to open because I miss them.

The best service I have ever seen in a fast food place

Great service and food was decent this time (usually better), but I am very curious why the day after we ate there it’s now fenced off and was abruptly closed down. There is a fence all the way around it and all the signs were taken down. Weird.

The place was busy, but as always, staff was friendly and eager to help. Food was about the same as any other visit.

I don't care for Chick-fil-A. They use peanut oil which is bad for people with peanut allergies. They have a line of cars blocking traffic everyday.

Who doesn't love the "my pleasure"? Also, for a place with an indoor playground, it's one of the very best food options. Clean, efficient... Prices are getting ridiculous, but inflation is hitting everywhere.

Don’t order breakfast unless you there way before 10:30… my Order is canceled right at 10:30.. wasted my time driving to the restaurant. Just to have my breakfast order canceled as I’m waiting in the stall for my order. That system is a joke.

Chick-fil-A is an exceedingly fast, fast food place. Both dining in and the drive-thru have quick service with fantastic results.

Didn't have coffee ready, and it was early morning. I had to wait

By far the worst chick fil a customer service. Every time I've visit this location I have to wait for coffee to be brewed. It's 8:30 in the morning with only a few cars in the drive thru and no customers inside. And they're sitting there with an empty coffee pot. Get it together. Not to mention I stood in line for three minutes while the only cashier was chatting it up with someone.

Living in the South where Truett Cathy started CFA, the customer service, communication, food quality & order accuracy is lacking and definitely not Truett Cathy standards. I live in the area and I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for a long time and visit after visit and left a bit unsatisfied. So my hope in this review is that you learn from this and do better not anything more, anything less.

Incredible location!! I was starving one night, and got there 5 minutes before they closed. Despite the fact the staff was closing up, the service I received was incredible and friendly, and the food was great!! Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this location!

We had food delivered but the order was wrong. They fixed our order and didn’t recharge us to our surprise. They have amazing food and customer service! Thank you again Chick-fil-a!

Customer service and food were good, per usual. But the cleanliness was lacking. At 10:30am on a Tuesday I would think the dinning area would not have been as messy as it was. We had to wipe down our own table and the floor was sticky. The play area was the worst. It was very sticky and had definitely not been cleaned in a while. The ground was dirty and every corner of the place was dust covered greese. Reminded me of a burger King, very disappointed.

I found out during this visit that they have a 30-piece chicken nugget meal . I drove from Elko, NV. specifically to have Chick-fil-A. Thank you...

The only other place I could expect this quality of service is if I was the Lord of a medieval mansion.

Quick in and out thru the drive thru. Such friendly and professional staff! We love the chicken, the waffle fries, the sauces.

Megan was a delight at the front register. She was helping another guest before me and was patient, and gave me a compliment that made my day. She also offered to take my tray as I was leaving, and asked how my shake was and if I will be back in again soon. The friendliness of the employees and the quick efforts to get your food out to you is top-notch. Having Chick-Fil-A this close to my job helps out a lot, especially when I am in a hurry. I will be back more frequently.

Their sandwiches aren't as good as I thought they used to be.

Terrible drive through, they rush taking your order and walks away as you tell them what you want. They will then ask you to pull up and just to walk away again. This leads to messing up our orders since this happened in multiple occasions. Make sure to check your food before driving away.

Flag in poor condition …ripped …asked mgr to come outside and she agreed (November 14) However didn’t seem to really care ,I call the corporate help desk and left a complaint . Went back November 21…same thing …replace or remove ! Called help desk again and they had my first call on record . Went back yesterday …same …completed a on line review (they emailed me a sandwich scan ) Well today I was in the area and same thing …I don’t think Truett Cathy would let it go ,guess the franchisee of this eatontown New Jersey just doesn’t care …I do and I’m sure there are many others who do as well Tom Rogers Jersey shore

Always yummy but costly for a family.

Great food, ordeeing was simple, the children play area was clean, and my son played between bites of waffle fries, and Employee Ashley was OUTSTANDING! she was out on the floor watching for trash, cleaning tables as party's left, AND she was greeting people as they say, asking if she could get anything for them, and she was doing it all with a beautiful smile on her face! As one who used to work as shift manager for a restaurant, she's the type of employee any manager dreams of! Thanks to her your location is now on my family's visit again for sure!

My husband and I had a great experience. The food was delicious as always and the staff was friendly and fast with our order. There was a staff member named Brycson walking around checking on diners and offering mints. We will definitely be coming back to this location!!

Every time I eat here it is such great service. Fast, friendly, and cheerful. The "Operations Manager" was genuinely happy. When someone needed something, everyone there were eager to help immediately. When there was down time, one of the workers would go around with mints or ask people if they needed refills and go and get it. Or immediately clean tables or check on garbages. Really good workers there.

Basic n delicious but limited it's chicken

Haven't had chick-fil-a in years but now that they have become woke I am back. I personally think companies should celebrate diversity and therefore chick -fil-a can have some of my hard earned money. Diverse chicken is the best chicken.

Wasn’t given my correct change and when I asked Roxana to double check she didn’t even look and told me she was right. It’s not a big amount of money so it’s not a big deal. But at least double check when the customer asks. If I’m giving exact change I probably know how much I should be receiving back.

Kala? (The lady who took our order) was great, friendly and we didn’t feel rushed. She talked to us like a friend . We got all of our correct order and everyone was super nice!
