After waiting 20 minutes for 210 count minis, they sucked. It was yesterday’s minis. I guess they were over burnt terrible. This place needs to close down. It’s not the typical Chick-fil-A.

Food is always accurate and employees are super friendly and efficient. Just hate how crowded it gets.

Service was very slow, condiments were not readily available.

Ordered online, waited only a few minutes for our order. Delicious food.

We had a wonderful experience here!! Bob so kindly pushed tables together to accommodate our group of 16 people. The food was amazing as usual!! And we even got to sing a song for them when we finished eating it. Thank you Bob and team for your hospitality! May the Lord bless you!!

Love Chick Fil A and it's great to have this Chick Fil A in the area, but the service at this location is slipping. Curbside Pickup is a great option and usually Chick-fil-A can pull off good service, but the Curbside pickup service here takes entirely too long. The other day I submitted my order 5 mins before I arrived, parked, watched people show up long after me in the parking lot, go into the mall, and come out 10 minutes later with Chick-fil-A, and I still had to wait at least 5 minutes for mine to come out. And they forgot all the sauces in my bag and the fries were soggy.. It really shouldn't take that long to walk the food out to the cars. Curbside pickup should be convenient for both the customer and the restaurant. This restaurant needs to improve their service.

What you expect from Chik Fil A. I have not gotten everything in my order the past several times at a couple different locations -so I am choosing them less often. My time is too valuable to wait in line more than once or have to call or go back, once I get to my destination

First time eating at this location and will be my last. They didn't get my drink order correct? And The Chick-fil-A sandwich that I got was dry and rather bad tasting compared to other Chick- fillets that I've been at. Plus when I was getting up I grabbed hold of the table to stabilize myself and I put my hand into a great big piece of gum that was stuck under the underside of the table. Nasty to say the least ! We'll not be eating at this location ever again. I even called the corporate offices because this dining experience was so unsatisfactory.

This by far is the worst chick-fill-a in Delaware. I order a southwest salad with no meat cause since they change the chicken you can taste the different and its nasty, so I stop eating the chicken. now if you like the southwest then you know the seeds and tortilla strips make that salad come to live. On 2 different occasions they have been forgotten and of course I don't notice until I leave. You see a lor people just standing around so I would think since so many are standing around you would get my order right. This place just like the mall itself has gone down over the years. So disappointed!

This Chick-fil-A has gone down hall. I have been going here for over 18 years. In the last 6 years they have become a horrible store. They charge more then other Chick-fil-A's. They don't prepare orders properly I still have not been compensated for a purchase in november. they cook raw meat next to meat that is almost done cooking giving it a nasty taste on the breading. The food has not been hot the last 4 times I went here. I talk to the managers but nothing changes. I would avoid this store they clearly care more about money then the product they are representing.

Food is always good but it's a mall so it's always busy but food comes out fast and fresh. No real atmosphere since it's a mall store.

I don’t know why I keep setting myself up by eating here. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too. Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service, unfortunately this location missed the mark. Management is a joke and all the staff do is sit around talking. If you’re in a rush or want to experience great customer service this Chick-fil-A is not for you.

TERRIBLE GO TO GLEN MILLS! This is disappointing for Chick-fil-A fans. This location sucks! I’ve been multiple times since it’s close and each time “the worst” FIRST let’s start off with this is a restaurant location so why does nobody EVER the phone it’s always “voicemail” next the employees and management is very incompetent! Im always missing food that I have spend my hard earned money on. Chick-fil-A cooperate has very high standards and this location follows NONE! Please choose another location and save yourself fustration and a headache.

So we did an order online and and picked up our food. I did not check the bag until I got home. My daughter started eating the fries and at the bottom of that, she pulled out a glove. A USED GLOVE

Two of my daughters got food poisoning from eating the chicken sandwiches on 1/6/2024. I called the store and gave my info to the person who answered the phone but never received a call back from the proprietor of this store. It seems this store is failing and does not care that they are serving under cooked meat.

Update 9 people behind the counter at the Concord Mall(two managers) it takes 20 minutes for an order to be fullfilled. Talk about extreme inefficiency. You want to create a conveyor belt of prep, but yoi end up with people just jumbled up and doing nothing. Covid 19 has impacted everyone. The Concord Mall location has dropped quality like a rock. The store lacks communucation between the cashiers and the backend. I ordered a half of dozen cookied. My order came out and the runner took off without reviewing the order. I looked for the bag of cookies and it wasn't there. When I called the runner back over the discrepancy she didn't appear to have any concern. "We ran out of cookies," she said. I was charged for them. She went to the cashier who took the order. The cashier reacted like a 5 year old. The runner went back. I waited. She ran back and forth with orders. She didn't stop to offer me any resolution. Another employee asked me about my concerns. She went to the back and the runner came back. She tossed me cash, apologized and ran. My parents would have lunch there once a week. It was their romantic lunch in retirement. I stop there just for my mom. It's a shame it maybe my last. UPDATE 16 AUG. The place lost a star. AGAIN!! Your inept team cannot manage an order. You review the order but don't check it. Your team lacks quality control. Now, I won't eat here. I won't order from you. I will avoid you and make the trek to KFC. I'LL ORDER CHICKEN AT THE GAS STATION THAN EAT AT YOUR PLACE. January 4th 2024 I love my parents. they love this place and keep trying. A really bitter work place for anyone. Just allot bickering back and forth. Why can't they get along and get orders right.

My favorite is the classic chicken sandwich. Tried the mac and cheese for the first time, delicious 😋

Thursday December 7th. We went to the concord mall with our grandchildren. We stopped in to get dinner. the service was wonderful staff was over the top. Our 2yr old grandson fell head over heals for one of your employees who was on her lunch break eatting out in the food court. He went up and gave her a hug and held her hand & she walked him back to the store and got him a cookie as well as his sister. She absolutely made our day. He name is Ally. I just wanted everyone to know the kindness of this young women. The gentleman who was greeting people outside the store gave the kids coloring books and crayons + stickers. Thank you for a wonderful trip to chick fil A

I always come to this McDonald’s every morning for breakfast because I work only a couple stores up at Pepboys. I was sad/sick to see this and will never be going again, fly larva on my sandwich. I wasn’t able to talk to the manager because I couldn’t leave work and then had to be sent home anyways from stomach pains from the rotten food my stomach went into a twist. We typically do Curbside for many reasons. Like we don't actually like being in the mall and we can chill comfortably in the vehicle. Food was delicious as usual but had some extra crunch/breading as usual. I have to say I loved it and wanted more. Atmosphere was delightful as I had music playing in my vehicle with the sunroof open. The food came out kindof slowly after being updated that it would be outshortly. I could understand why.
