I'm sorry, I tried it and I don't get it. Its not crispy. For all of the build up and people telling me its great, nope, skip. You do you! Service was great Fries were good

I love this store. The food is always good and that is of first importance, but the service is kept at a high level and that motivates me to come back. They do an outstanding job!

When I asked for extra chicken on my salad, I did not receive it. I went through the drive thru a second time to get the extra chicken and it is more money by itself instead of being extra on the meal as ordered.

The only Chick-fil-A I have ever been to that will not make waffle fries for breakfast time. They are perfectly capable of doing this, but didn’t want to take the extra few minutes to do it. So then, when I asked the manager why they couldn’t do it they said it’s because the owner ED does not allow it. Ed do better!

Wouldn’t let me get lunch at 9:30 AM. Said they don’t serve lunch at that location. I’ve been to at least 5 other locations in Louisville and never have had any issues ordering lunch in the morning. Really don’t understand why you wouldn’t when almost every location in the city does. It’s okay I took my business to Outer Loop.

Great chicken they never seem to fail when I go there. The chicken is always moist and tender and the fries are always fresh.

I love chicken 🐓 They are the best at chicken sandwiches. They always get my name wrong but that’s ok. They make up for it with their speed,taste, and customer service. Why do I always want to get Chic-fil-a on Sundays? It never fails. I like the nuggets also. I gave 5 stars ⭐️ but to be totally honest I do not eat the waffle fries. I’m sorry but they don’t have any flavor. I never order them. I would rather just get an extra sandwich. I still recommend.

I have never been disappointed with a trip to Chick-Fil-A. Food is always hot and fresh, and customer service is above and beyond anywhere else I could go.

Food is always great and service too! I do think that Chick-fil-A tries to do too much and has too many people out in the parking lot, and there are many hazards with how their parking lots are set up for especially for delivery drivers but definitely five stars!

Chick fil a may have 57 people in line, but you will get your food faster than the Popeyes next door even if you're the only one in line.

Waited in the drive thru for abnormally longer than usual, ordered meals for myself and my Three children. Not only was all three of their 5pc nuggets hardly warm to the touch, all 4 orders of fries were super soggy AND the combo I ordered for myself was original when I ordered spicy, and had pickes when ordered plain. I was very disappointed with this visit. I would have turned around had I not been pressed on time. Let down was an understatement. ]

I’m honestly very disappointed chick fil a today. I ordered a cup of chicken tortilla soup and they only gave me half a cup. The soup is already overpriced. At least give me what I paid for.

Chick-fil-A is hands down my favorite fast-food spot! The service is always exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is consistently delicious, especially their signature chicken sandwich. The clean and welcoming environment makes every visit enjoyable. 5 stars without a doubt!

They have the best service and all the staff are so friendly. They are so sweet to.our kids and tend to give out stickers when they see us eating. We don't come here super often because we eat at home a lot, but when we do it's always fresh and hot food with excellent customer service. They also always get our order correct and we never have had any issues with our meals. I also like the curbside availability. It was especially useful on a super cold or rainy day.

Nice place, friendly helpful staff. That said I do not like the fries at all. Totally lacking in flavor, no crispness at all to them. The Crispy Spicy chicken was neither.

I have been coming to the Glenmary Chick-fil-a for years because I live and work in the area. Today was the first time I’ve ever had a terrible experience. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I realized after I was in the drive thru that I actually did curbside. The girl in drive thru was every sweet, helpful and kind. She tried to find it in the drive thru but I told her it’s okay if she can’t find it I’m more than happy to walk inside because it was my error for going thru the drive thru when I did curbside. They restaurant actually called me asking where I was and I explained I was in the drive thru on my own error but I was here. She very rudely said “ just drive thru the drive thru and come inside to get it. “ then hung up. I walk inside and waited for only about 5 minutes for someone to ask me if I was picking up. I’m assuming the manager is the one who threw my food on the counter while rolling her eyes. I’m honestly she’ll shocked because the only reason I spend the extra money is because they are usually very kind. I’m always very polite even when I shouldn’t be because I also work in customer service. The office I work for uses this location a lot for catering for our meetings, I’ve heard people the past few weeks I work with complain about how rude people are here but I’ve never personally experienced that…..until today. Do better, I messed up and apologized for me going into the wrong area and was NEVER rude. The girl in drive thru Kaela was exceptional and very very kind, the manager should take some hints from her and learn to be kind herself. I’m sure my office will no long be using them for catering. You can’t preach kindness when the manager herself isn’t. I’m only giving it any stars because of the girl in drive thru. You are very kind and helpful and I hope you get all good things in life, maybe you can teach your manager a few things.

Went for a quick lunch. Just beat the crowd! Even so, CFA is well organized and works quickly. This CFA has an area that holds the straws, forks, ketchup, etc. Unlike the other CFA's I've been to where you have to beg. This place was very clean. The food was hot. When delivered to our table, the gal actually waited to hear our answer if we needed anything else and if the order was good! Perhaps this will be our new go to Chick-fil-A!
