Food send to be okay. But every single time we eat here they forget atleast 2 items off our order. At the very least this has happened 8 times

The sandwich was horrible and certainly not worth $7.20. I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe. It was a piece of chicken on a bun and a slice of lettuce. That is not what that sandwich is supposed to be. No one asked me if I wanted cheese on it or if I needed sauce or anything else so it was a disgusting experience

I don’t know who they pay to LIE on these reviews but I’m not about to. EVERY TIME I get food from this location my food comes out cold. I live 8 minutes away from the location so how does my food end up cold if it’s supposed to be “cooked to order”. It seems like this location pre cooks food. They pre cook breakfast also and it honestly is beginning to be a waste of my money. They care more about Drive Thru times instead of the quality of the food coming out of the restaurant.

I crave there breakfast #1 the chicken on a biscuit. They’re always A1 steak sauce and I recommend to anyone looking for a delicious bite to eat. Make sure you get the honey packets to out in the chicken. I swear you’ll never eat chicken without the honey again.

My husband took me to Chick-fil-A for dinner since I'd never had it before. We went inside to eat in the lobby. It was surprisingly clean (a very pleasant surprise) for as busy as I know this place gets every day. There are a LOT of tables & booths set up inside but, thankfully, they're just far enough apart you don't feel like the ppl behind you are breathing down your neck or worry that you'll bump into the ppl next to you sitting down or getting up from your table. The decor was simply done giving the place that nice neighborly feel (not too fancy, nor too plain), like Everyone's welcome. The young man that took our order was pleasant. Very polite, quick & efficient at taking our order correctly, & knowledgeable about the menu. All the employees were clean, well groomed, & nicely dressed in their uniforms (Idk about you but all those things matter to me when it comes to ppl who handle my food...) My husband & I both ordered regular chicken sandwich meals. The waffle fries were good, salted just the right amount & not over or under cooked. And they didn't have that greasiness you get with fries from many other places, that was nice. Idk if they offer free refills or not but they don't have a drink station or front door customer use so, if they do offer free refills, you have to go back up to the counter to ask for it. Idk how much of a hassle that would be during their busy times, IF they even offer free refills. Anyway, the chicken sandwich we had was fried, not grilled, but it wasn't saturated with grease either, which I was very glad about. The chicken had a really good taste. Something else I liked a lot is that it comes with pickles on it & I've always enjoyed the taste when they put those good pickles on chicken sandwiches. There's no condiments that come on it but you can, of course, ask for it if you'd like (I went without condiments). The ONLY thing I would change about the chicken sandwich is the bun. They use a regular hamburger bun; which doesn't make like, a huge difference in the taste, but I felt that chicken that good would have tasted amazing on one of those potato buns (or I think they're called potato rolls actually). To me, it seemed like putting that yummy piece of chicken that was seasoned & cooked to perfection like that, on a regular plain ol' hamburger bun takes just a bit away from the premium deliciousness it would be with a potato roll or even just an onion bun or something like that. Pretty much anything other than the regular bun, lol. The price we paid for both meals wasn't too bad either, $19 something. Which is the same price we pay at Taco Bell for one 3 taco meal & one chalupa so, Idk about everything they have on the menu but judging by what we paid for 2 whole meals here, I'd say Chick-fil-A seems to have fair, comparable prices. Anyways, to sum it all up (& bun aside) the meal was still pretty darn delicious, eating inside the restaurant was very nice with the over all pleasant atmosphere, & the employees were friendly & efficient with a professional air to them. I definitely enjoyed it & will be a repeat customer. 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍 from me 😊

I watched an employee play with his facial hair and then put my sauces on top of my fries. This is very unsanitary. Sauces should be put in a separate bag or at the bottom of the bag.

My husband and I go here often and it’s always great. The people they hire are kind and courteous and the food is always quick. But tonight we went through and if was so great I feel the need to mention it. The young man who took our order was great. I think his name is Ethan. Then as we pulled up to get our food, the young man working the window hollered our order name and was so full of positive and fun energy it made our night. I wish I knew his name but he deserves a raise. He went above and beyond in being himself and bringing some extra joy to our experience. Everyone here is great, thanks Chic Fil A.

I'm not sure what Chick-fil-A does differently than most of your other fast food joints, but keep it up! Chick-fil-A has hands down the best customer service ever. McDonald's needs to take some lessons!

THEY REALLY NEED TO OPEN ON SUNDAYS.. EVERYONE ELSE IS AT LEAST OPEN PART OF THE DAY, OPEN LATER IN THE MORNING AND CLOSE EARLIER BUT BE OPEN FOR SOME OF THE DAY ON SUNDAY

This location consistently messes up orders! There is something ALWAYS missing…It’s so frustrating! Yes they rectify with a credit if/and when I call but honestly Ive had enough! I’ve should have known better than to order through Uber as I don’t expect them to check the bag when picking up.. received credit from Uber but now I’m done. Chick-fil-A of Brooksville… get your act together for your customers!!

There are a lot of dirty tables and fingerprints on the windows, specially by the doors and by the kids' playground area.

Good amount of chicken and it was juicy but seasoning/breading didn't taste the same as what we are used to for Chick fil A, almost like the oil needed to be changed or something. Large milkshake was awfully small. We went this Wednesday (May 29th) and it was not worth the $35 we spent

For all of the avid church members, here's a nugget for you: if you come in on Mondays with your church program from over the weekend, then you can get a BOGO deal on the chicken sandwich. Plus, if you get an associate like Kaleb or Gianna, then that is a great bonus !!! Getting a great deal with great customer service equals a great experience! 😊. Chick-Fil-A is definitely worth the trip.

Ordered through Chick Fil A app, they delivered through DoorDash. I was charged twice for one order. Their app says to call the store where order was placed to get refund. I called the store only to be told call DoorDash. Not pleased in anyway. UPDATE YOUR APP WITH CORRECT INFORMATION

I always ♥ chick fil a but the last 2 times I went there our fries 🍟 were shorted. We use to get lots of big waffle potatoes but now it's small pieces and no salt. The prices keep going up and the portions get smaller. I do love the diet frosted lemonade. That's fav

Pretty standard Chick-fil-A, you order a spicey chicken sandwich, you get a spicey chicken sandwich. Usually get a smile from the workers. Sandwich is good. Never had any problems. Do be aware like many locations it's busy as all hell though, and they do that employees standing outside taking drive-through orders thing. Honestly rather feel for them, should give them chairs or something. Forcing them to stand and sweat in Florida heat doesn't make them look any more professional or anything. Parking lot/drive-tru is also quite cramped, but it's a small lot so they're working with what they got.

Went for lunch and place was crowded. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Neither item was fresh. Both were cold and obviously sitting around before I received them. Very disappointed

My husband tried the Spicy chicken sandwich for the first time and really liked it.

The breakfast was delicious and the iced coffee was one of the best we've had.

I recently took my 82 year old neighbor for his first trip to Chick-fil-A. As I was ordering, the manager stepped up and comped our lunch. My neighbor was overwhelmed with the food and the fact someone was so generous. Thank you for being a great person!

I tried just reaching out to the main email so I wouldn't have to leave a review, unfortunately have received no response. I don't understand how you pay for a Cobb salad and when specifically asking what's in it, it's not there ( i.e corn, beans, supposedly chicken ) how bout no beans, literally 1 kernel of corn, about 3 small chunks of chicken, couple shreds of cheese...it was all lettuce, unacceptable, when asked if the extra salad dressing is in the bag answer was if it's on the receipt it's in the bag, we'll we ordered large fries, guess what they were NOT in the bag, by time the entire ordeal was done with the 12 count nuggets we ordered were cold. Hire people that want to do their job. I might as well of thrown 35$ out the window. Some sort of compensation for the salad, fries, and nuggets would be nice. This is the second time this type of incident has happened. ***** UPDATE*****So, still no response as of 4.25, chick fila is seriously going down hill

There were rat droppings in the bathroom. Food was bad as parts of food was burnt. My server was very rude.. when I was ordering. She gave me the stink eye and sighed at me.

Cashier was on point and the place was clean.

Honestly used to love this chic fil a. But over the last few months my order is either always wrong or always missing something. I pay $6 for a fruit bowl and don’t get it three out of 5 times. Pretty sad at this point, I have better luck getting the right order from the McDonald’s across the street.

They "forgot" our fries for both meals. The grilled chicken nuggets are tiny chopped up pieces, not worth the cost at all and the waffle fries when we went back for them, were mushy and flavorless. It was our first time there, in the middle of the day, we won't be back.

It's OK, wish they kept chicken strips on the menu. Waffle Fries are great.

Bible verse for the CFA manager here, Leviticus 19:11. I didn’t get my sandwich as ordered. Got home and couldn’t find it. From reviews it seems a trend.

The food is always good at this Chic, The drive thru set up makes it quick to get thru. Always check your items, as they are all moving pretty quick, so sometimes they miss an item.

I normally love this location however Chick-fil-A has become so expensive and the quality of food is not up to standard. The veteran discount was taken off and it seems odd that corporations do not care for the sacrifices veterans and active duty make. Lower your prices.

I've been to 3 different CFA's in the past week. I'm assuning this one is for the location at the Tampa Premium Outlets. If not, the following doesn't apply :) Service is great, atmosphere is good. Unfortunately, most of the time the food is heat lamp warm at best. They are always busy and I'm sure making enough product ahead of time helps, but I'd like hot food lol. When it's busy, it's slammed. I don't know if they don't have enough staff to cover the crowd or what, but they definitely need some help. It would be nice if they could separate the dine-in/drive thru work from the folks picking up orders. I'm sure everyone would appreciate not having a huge crowd standing at the end of the counter. I like CFA but I think this one could use some help.

Our order taker was very friendly and courteous but we didn’t get any straws, silverware or sauces in our bag. We were on our way to an appointment and when we got there to eat, we were unable to. Not the first time service has been a little unorganized at this location.

Great place! Everything is good. From the food to the people. Some times the wait is a little long but it is always worth it

45minutes of drive through with no menus in sight before 3 different people ask your order. 3 overhead areas for people to ask what you want and 1 menu only after the 3pwollw ask you what you want. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE PRESSURED! No menu no way out of the drive through.

Now after all that send me wonder what happened to the star for atmosphere well that becomes attitude of employee everything can be going exactly how you want it drive these busy but moving right along and is an X fast food restaurant manager of over 18 years I commend the people that work that drive through line cuz that is monotonous and crazy but can be so much fun. Now order taker superb and I love the the sweaters that they were wearing they looked very professional a little warm but professional when I asked a question she immediately answered it and I was very happy that I didn't get the side eye that I get it most restaurants the only problem came was when I was standing with other patrons waiting on my order to be filled when a lady walked up and alerted the manager to the fact that the one gentleman who was back there touching food and begging food and putting food on the tray had just been in the lobby taking trash out of the trash bins and then through the trash out and proceeded to go behind the front line without ever washing his hands red flags fall just disgusting usually I catch that I was amazed that it was somebody else but it's a good deed I was impressed that the manager quietly professionally took the young man to the side we could still see him but the lobby couldn't and let him know that he had totally forgotten to wash his hands he quickly pointed out the two trays of food and the one bag which happened in mine sitting on the counter was what he had touched he immediately went over to the sink washed his hands and then they both retrieved the food and everything was remade I was completely impressed at the professional manner that the manager took that night and I appreciate her very much as did the lady who caught the little problem handwashing seems to be something that most young kids just don't quite seem to understand yes it's important to wash your hands when you're touching trash so that's the only reason for a bad start other than that this restaurant seldom fails to exceed expectations people can have a bad day but my gratitude goes to the customer for her discreetness and the manager for handling the situation extremely well without embarrassing this young man anymore hats off to Chick-fil-A

Long drive thru line. Just don't like the chicken. Always upsets my stomach.

I was going to actually do one of those surveys because my experience was so wonderful, but apparently those aren't a thing anymore. Wynter and the trainer with her today were fantastic. Best drive thru experience I've had in a long time. And everything in my order was correct, which the past few times I've been there something has been wrong.

Jan 2024 update. Was at a two star, downgrading to a 1. Ordered in the mobile app. Got home and found a chicken biscuit was missing from the bag. Drove back (approx. 20min each way) with the bag and my burrito and hash browns unopened in the bag (didn't want to eat without the wife). Very nicely explained that the first item in the ticket was missing from the bag. Now keep in mind the food in the bag has now sat there for 40min. They come back with another bag with the chicken biscuit and a small hash brown order for my (inconvenience). Our order already had hash browns (large), which in my opinion should have been remade now that they're cold and soggy. So I'm sent on my way to eat my (by time i arrive at home) hour old burrito. Another suprise presents itself, not only was my burrito cold.....it's made wrong. (See pics attached of ticket and the food). I ordered a spicy chicken burrito and was given a sausage burrito. Now I understand mistakes happen, however had my order been remade I may have got the correct burrito. Having the food missing was a mistake, everything after was horrid customer service. Deleted the app, will not be back. See my older review below, this is not the first time Drive through design is terrible. Food quality is on par with any other chick fila, so good food. Was given no french fries in all 3 meals ordered. Called in and was at first told to re enter the line (which takes 20 minutes to get through) not acceptable service at all and not what i expect from chick fila. Ended up going inside once arriving back at location as line was wrapped around the building. Also when i arrived home and took everything out my avocado ranch sauce wasn't in the bag. Check your order before driving off at this location as you may not get what you paid for.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a spicy chicken meal everything fresh, first they didn’t have tomatoes. 20 mins later they gave me my food, fresh chicken sandwich and warm/cold fries. I asked for hot fries and the supervisor on duty said those are our freshest fries until tomorrow morning…. Are you kidding me? Then she said well I will refund u for ur fries. I’ve never been treated like this. She was rude about it because she was ready to go home. This is crazy!!

Food is always good, fresh and the staff is remarkable!👌 There can be 15 cars ahead of me and I have my food and under 10 minutes but yet when I go to a different fast food restaurant, there’s one person ahead of me and it takes 20 minutes. Whatever Chick-fil-A does to the drive-through they got it down to a science.

it looks to way to simple. It feels like you are in a square box. There is no wow effect the colors are not there either. i get it they try to make contemporary and like a coffee shop, but in reality its a fast food. to me, it's just not a welcome environment. so who ever design this new chick fil a style needs to get fired. The new upgrades to the drive through are amazing! Allowing team members easy access to the work center helps the flow of food and drinks. They were already fast and now faster and safer!!

Worst service by a management team I've ever seen. They are oup of soap tops I told them I don't need one I'm eating here. They refused to sell me a cup they said you have to buy a bowl. I said so your try to double charge me. I said just put a cup worth in a bowl and they said no you have to pay for bowl. They do not care about there customers. I drive 35 mins to come to here.
