Plastic in our kids Mac and cheese. WHAT? Unacceptable Chick-fil-A. Curbside pickup was great. Worker was so nice but food was cold and plastic in Mac & Cheese. Quality of food has gone down at this location several times for us.

Came inside, no greetings , walked to the counter waited , still no greetings , went to pick up for delivery and rang door bell , still no greetings , then a lady named Yeny finally comes and looks at me and nods her head up like what’s up . I said hi hello , how are you ? Nothing . She said the name ? I gave it to her , she sat my stuff there and I told her yall need to work on y’all’s customer service skills . I’m not sure what has happened to Chick Fil A customer service but it has gone to trash . Especially at this location . Second worst one I have been to .

Chick-fil-A is probably one of my favorite restaurants. Of course the food is amazing. But it's everything else about it that I love as well. If you walk in to order your food, you'll see what I mean. The lines are never too long, and when you order your food, you won't be waiting too long either. They are fast with making your food, but they're also efficient. They always make sure you have everything. And the employees are very friendly as well. The drive thru line is usually longer than the inside line, but they are fast and efficient, just like the inside line. Sometimes, they have multiple employees outside taking orders for the drive through so that the line can continue moving. It's an overall great experience, that's why they're one of my favorite restaurants.

Hey today I had lunch at the Ingleside chick-fil-a . I was really feeling a little down and I just needed a few minutes to myself. As I was eating I observed Maddame a worker speaking with the customers as she took their orders. She was so pleasant and spoke in a friendly manner sharing a smile as she completed the order. That was really nice to see and hear becuz you never know how someone is feeling and I always say a smile can go a long way. As I was completing my meal I got a refill and I told her how friendly and pleasant she was. She said “thank you i try to treat people like I want to be treated. She didn’t know how I was feeling but hearing her calm n gentle voice helped me wipe away what i feeling. I also observed another worker Promise who was just as friendly assisting someone with a reservation. She helped direct me to the correct link to share this message. Thank you ladies for your gentle smile and friendly gesture you are truly an example of great public relations service.

I was disappointed that my requests for removing items from my milkshake was not upheld. I was in a hurry so I could not go back and ask them for a change, just wanted the milkshake no cherry and no whip. They were also not friendly and it did not feel that they cared about my order.

I went for dessert. I ordered an oreo cookie milk shake and a cookie. The shake was amazing, and the cookie was warm, but it was sitting, so it was dry, not worth the $2. Makayla was the best. She was extremely helpful. The best service I have received. She made my day.

Good to see Chick-fil-A come out with another specialty sandwich in 2024, something Wendy's has been doing so successfully for decades. The maple pepper bacon sandwich was excellent with a subtle sweet taste and some fantastic pepper bacon on top of pepper jack cheese giving it a little kick also. You can get it regular, grilled or spicy. The only negative is the store itself being so popular that you have to park in the Safeway lot and then walk thru 2 lanes of drive thru traffic to get into the building.

Placed an online delivery order through the chick fil a app and never received my delivery. Apparently someone walked into the location and took my order. Instead of remaking my order and giving it to the delivery driver chick fil a decided to cancel my order. I'm not sure how this location verifies that orders are given to the correct delivery drivers but I'll no longer patronize this location.

Clearly this is a one-off. I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant since it opened. For the first time ever my order last week was short by one sandwich, no salad dressing for my salad and wrong cheese on deluxe sandwich. I notified customer service and they credited me with free food.

Typical great food and friendly service. Minus 1 star because the parking lot is painful and they shorted me a sauce packet that was specifically requested on the order.

I ordered the meal for my daughter who had not been feeling well but had a taste for Chick-fil-A. I ordered Waffle Potato Fries that were hard and cold. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie was a little hard to bite. I used door dash which was great but the food was horrible.

Geraldine Brenda Ashley and Sarah completed ignored my coworker and I when we came in to pick up mobile orders. I politely mentioned that I was here to pick up a mobile order. Brenda gave me a side eye and continued to make drinks. Geraldine and Ashley saw us at the mobile pick up counter and continued their conversation. Some gentleman from the back had to come up front and ask us if we had mobile orders. I could completely understand if the front counter was busy taking orders but they were not. There wasn't a line or customer to ring up inside. The drive thru was very busy but these individuals could have put their personal time aside to take a moment to hand us our mobile orders that were getting cold while we waited. I'd like to thank the individual that came from the back but did not get his name. I feel that I would have faster service waiting the drive thru line. Not welcoming at all.

1st EVER terrible Chic Fil A. The drive thru greeter had a nasty attitude when I interrupted her being on her ear buds to ask a question. No ketchup in the bag, though I specifically asked as they never give it. Drive thru person refused to look, I got the bag, none in it. And waited till they opened the window, asked for it, and you'd have thought the 2pks she gave me were funded by her payroll! The fries have been greasy & soggy last 2 visits and the chicken nuggies weren't cook through, one was still cold in the center and dusty. Yuck!

I just ordered chick fil a today and experienced a bad service from Donte (idk if it’s right). He asked me with unpleasant voice.

I try to give this place a chance and the benefit of a doubt. But it seems to keep disappointing me. I ordered through the app for pick up. I waited a while for the order. The young lady came from the opposite direction from the store's door...very strange. She handed me my order, I requested sauce, and I even apologized that I forgot to add it when I ordered. I received no apology for the long wait. I checked my order and it was cold. So I got out of my car to go inside and request fresh food. As the young lady was coming out with the sauce, I told her it was cold and she said, "I knew it was going to be cold!" So if you knew my food was sitting for a long time, why didn't you just bring out fresh food instead?! She told the, I guess, the manager/supervisor guy standing in the kitchen area. He didn't even acknowledge her nor me. She only switched out the fries, and I had to ask her to switch the chicken as well. So you know I definitely didn't get a "my pleasure"! I'm not sure what will help this place.

A couple of hours ago I was in the drive through and witnessed a customer hit an employee with their car. I was completely in awe when I say the girl get up limping at the management doing nothing about it. No one came to help her or even check on her. I am extremely disappointed with the way things are done at this cfa. Your employees should be your #1 priority especially in situations like these.

i came through the drive-thru a couple of hours ago and i literally witnessed another customer in front of me hit one of the employees with her car. i’m pretty sure no one did anything at all. i saw no one come to check on her. when the employee got up after being hit by the woman’s vehicle in the drive-thru, she was excessively limping. i stuck around a little while after receiving my food to see if anyone would help her. but instead, the employee continued to limp around too long after the incident. to me, it seemed like the management exuded poor leadership during that moment.

I always recommend Chik fil a. It is my favorite and ranking higher than KFC used to. Love the COBB 🥗 salad. The kids are always respectful and pleasant. I highly recommend.

My son and I always enjoy going to Chick Fil A. We enjoy the food and drinks. We sometimes order to go or dine in but I always use the app to order. Using the app definitely is helpful. The last time we ordered, I ordered on the app but we dined in. The food was brought to our table. The food was great, but the service wasn't like it used to be. Usually there's someone checking on you to see if you need a refill or anything but this time there was nothing. After the food was brought to our table, nobody was around except behind the counter. I ended up having to go to the counter for a drink refill. The staff are friendly there but the service wasn't as good. Maybe I missed the change where they don't come around to the tables anymore.

I just received a doordash order from this location and I ordered 3 salad received one . Just sad I will not be ordering and I do not recommend ordering from this better off ordering from inner harbor

Chick-fil-A is usually my go to on hard days of solo parenting my three little kids. This evening I went to the drive-through and once I got home, I noticed that part of my order was missing, including French fries, all the sauces for the kids and the toys. In addition, the chicken was clearly over cooked, slightly burnt. When I called, I was told that I would need to come back to get everything fixed, which is not convenient with the little ones. Simply not their best day, but also not my first time missing items from my order.

Didn't have record of order. Was told they should have it at the front. Another person with the same name, just spelled differently, which is what the girl in the drive thru said... In which my milkshake could have possibly be given to the wrong person.

Must be either new management in the drive through or the woman that used to be there was out tonight. I went to get 2 sandwiches and fries. There was a miscommunication with the girl who took my order and she put down one sandwich and fries. No worries, I didn’t realize it until after I paid. As I drove up to receive my food, I informed the guy who handed my food to me what had happened. The manager thought it was an “add on” and began to berate and yell at both myself and the other workers. “We’re not doing add ons, I don’t care what the situation is. We’re backed up, no add ons” The two people who were trying to explain the situation and help both got brushed off and yelled at some more. I drove off after that. I will not be coming back to this location and have thought about reporting the incident as well to higher ups. Very disappointing and frustrating. Sandwich and fries were both cold as well. Next time I’ll opt for a different restaurant instead of Chick-fil-a all together. What happened to kind service Chick-fil-a? It’s just as bad as any other cheap chain restaurant now. Normally I love this location, but I won’t be back anytime soon. It’s not worth getting yelled at over someone’s mistake just to get dinner for your family.

Did drive through, but this one was better than some other Chick-Fil-A drive throughs. People were friendly, it was quick, and I wasn't forced to be in the way of any other vehicles on the road or in the parking lot.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chick-fil-A. Ordered 4 ice cream cones for my family and received shockingly tiny portions, unlike anything I've ever seen from this establishment. The staff was impatient and dismissive, showing no willingness to address our concerns. Their response was essentially 'take it or leave it,' with a suggestion to go elsewhere if we had any issues. We liked this limited edition sandwich a lot, but it needed 1 major tweak. The pimento cheese was too thin and oozed out of the sandwich all over the place with every bite. You think that being a Georgia headquartered company they would have the pimento thing down, but it definitely needed to have the traditional thicker consistency so most of the dripping would never happen. This sandwich has 5 potential because the taste was very good with the honey and the Southern mild heat from the peppers on the traditional chicken sandwich that is almost always fantastic. I see it's available until November 11, so I might give it another try. Good to see Chick-fil- A experimenting a little, Wendy's has been doing this successfully for decades.

The food and service is good. But if you ever have a problem, good luck with Chick-fil-A customer service. I wrote to them about a minor issue and their reply was, "Sorry about that, better luck next time." Not what I would call a good response.

I really love the service and quality of food at Chik-Fil-A. During the summer I took my camp group of 16 girls for lunch. All of our orders were hot, fresh and CORRECT!
