It was a great 30 piece and the Polynesian sauce is to die for!!

The service and food was great!!

The peach milkshake was gross, and it's my favorite things that have and the only reason I go there once a year. It took about 20 minutes to receive it (it was the only thing I ordered) and it was melted and didn't taste right.

The store on 9 mile Rd has basically NO on-site parking . You have to park in Target parking lot and walk over, then you have to dodge all the cars in the drive-through. This makes dining inside a real pain to do.

It is always a great dining experience at this establishment.

Love the chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, miss the Cole slaw

The quality of this Chick-fil-a isn't the same since the new grand remodeling. Wilted lettuce constantly and multiple wrong orders since the store has opened up again.

They got rid of the play place. And got the name wrong on the order. More upset about the play place though. It was little ones favorite spot for that reason.

Ate here today for the 1st time ever eating at a Chick Fil A and they did not disappoint. Everything was just so good. I had the grilled chicken bites with fruit salad and unsweetened tea with strawberry in it and omg I was so happy to be eating fast food that was nit terrible for me. The staff was super pleasant and the building was super clean! most certainly a huge fan and going to come back again very soon!

Very busy on Saturday afternoon. Almost completely packed inside and drive up. Staff was working very hard at keeping up and doing a good job at it. 3 drive up lanes and delivery.

After receiving an incorrect order during the absolutely busiest lunch hour, I was late returning to the hospital for my shift. I called to ask for a refund but instead, was met with impeccable response. They not only delivered the correct meal to my job, they even threw in a free brownie. For a busy nurse working in the local hospitals, making this right was worth way more than the value of the meal. I cannot thank them enough, truly raising the standard for what chick-fil-a stands for in our community!! THANK YOU & God bless 🙏🏻❤️

We go here every Saturday and they never let us down. The food as well as the service is always excellent.

The friendliest and most accommodating staff ever.

Went through and purchased 5 meals, they did not include any of our sauces. We called kindly to see if they would remedy the situation and they did a whole lot of nothing. The kids wouldn’t eat their nuggets bc they were no dipping sauces and our sandwiches were bland as beat all. I could have bought chicken strips at Publix. The sauce makes the chicken at Chick Filet. Very disappointed in management here, and not a smart way to retain customers. And mistakes do happen certainly, but when it’s apparent corporate greed from a billion dollar corporation is the priority and not customer satisfaction, I as well as those in the car with me agree we won’t be returning to this chain. McDonald’s would have comped the whole receipt to retain their customers. We didn’t even expect that, but not so much as a coupon for free ice cream cone…anything. SMH we won’t be back to any chick filet due to the fact that customer satisfaction should come before corporate greed always. There’s other places to get chicken.

I just heard that the management had a bunch of teenage employees arrested for giving away a few soft drinks and ice cream. I cannot believe this! Chick Fil A is supposed to support and uplift their employees! I will not frequent this location. Plenty of other well run CFAs who care about their employees

We love bringing our family to this Chick-fil-A! Everything is always great here but I wanted to give a special shout out to David in the dining area. His positive attitude is truly infectious and his love for his job is so evident. Thank you, David, for always taking such great care of us!

I didn't visit this place but was in the parking lot across the street eating my lunch and watching the constant ebb and flow of the customers and Chick filet delivery vehicles they're doing great business if you like chicken. I don't.

The nepotism and religious bias of this work environment should be enough to have you avoid punching that clock. If not, the unfair wages, taking advantage of the ignorance of young workers, strict rule set, and small amount of hours should suffice. Needless to say it is my strong recommendation to avoid working here. P.S. McDonald's pays their employees more to deal with far less. This job is supposed to be a stepping stone, but it is so far underwater that I would recommend stepping elsewhere. Managers are either married to managers, related to the workers, or go to church with one another. They let that bias drive their decision making.

My boys love Chick-fil-A. I can get them to eat Chick-fil-A when they won't eat anything else. Their favorites are the Chick-fil-A sandwich and the nuggets. I wish they sold the hash browns all day. Service is always great. Friendly staff.

While getting my 4 year old set up with his meal my entire meal fell off the table. Within 1.5 seconds a team member refused to let me pick up the mess and took care of it for me. He instantly replaced my meal at no charge. As an overwhelmed single mom I can't tell you how much his kindness meant to me. The food was perfect and the entire restaurant (including the play place) was squeaky clean. Thanks for always coming through Chick-fil-A! 🩷

working here was the worst job I’ve ever had and I’ve worked many jobs including Wendy’s and Arby’s the culture is what I really hated it’s a bunch of snobby insufferable private school kids you get in trouble for the most regular fast food things like being a 2 minutes late and you can forget about taking leftovers or having any breaks

If you order mobile and pick up mobile, skip the mobile order drive thru and use the regular drive thru, mobile order line moves twice to three times slower than the regular drive thru it's ridiculous

Everytime I visit, employees are always so kind and helpful. Greeting you, asking if you need anything. Kind of like a restaurant but fast food setting. Food is always great and they make it right if they get something wrong.

Had to be worst service ever. Barely order my food and was delivered within two mins of placing order. However what good, is speedy service if do not get out of line or even parking lot until food is cold and lunch time is nearly expired. Hold up was customer waiting on either large order or special order... either way no excuse keeping everyone waiting.

Fresh hot food with day service.

By far the best Chick Fil A in Pensacola. I live off of 9 mile and will still always come to this location. I’ve never once received cold food/fries & they’re very efficient even during peak hours. The parking lot, like most CFA’s is very tight but I believe it helps with the heavy traffic they receive.

MANAGER PLEASE CALL ME! They're very controlling. Have you ever been to a chick fil? A and had to go through their little obstacle course like cattle? They want to control DoorDash, who are picking app food by telling them what to hit and win in order to get the order. And I'm sorry that's unacceptable for me. I would like a manager to reach out to me about this concern. This of shows how far I am parked

Chicken biscuit was hot and fresh and Cherry Coke was ice cold! Nice combo.

Went for a late lunch. Used the drive through. Excellent customer service. Payton took my order and she was amazing. Efficient and very friendly. The food was great as always. 7 out of 5 stars!!!

What have you Done to your Breakfast sandwiches? The bun is horrible, the egg used to be fresh cracked, instead of egg product. The Sausage is pre-cooked and bland, Totally tasteless with fake grill marks. Chick-fil-A is slipping badly. Does anyone care anymore?

They have service down to a science. Even with two full lines of cars , it doesn't take long to go through the drive thru

Tell your drivers to slow down, he nearly hit two cars when he sped into the parking lot and then he cussed us out and honked. if you don’t know how to drive, then you should get a new job

I recently visited during breakfast with my 2 year old son. He refused to be put down. The CFA crew were so helpful: bringing everything to our table, grabbing a high chair for my son, talking with us and making it just a bit easier on me. The little bit of kindness really brightened my day.

It's a good place to order food from, very fast and efficient.... I get food orders for my coworkers from there, however my one complaint is that when the store is buying and it's all on one check they won't bag the orders per individual or give you the option to label who's ordering what.

The food was fantastic and also the service. The parking was not so good if you were eating in.

This place is getting very "WOKE". Can't get a well done chicken sandwich or a large shake. I don't need them to regulate my lunch. Very disappointed.

For Pensacola - this is the best Chick filA you'll find. This follows the CFA Brand. From welcoming you vs walking up w/a smile waiting for ur order. Pretend I'm new everytime. That's what I'm used to since 1980's The one on 9 mile gets my complaints every time (good face time, but food mistakes are numerous & apologies nicely say "..it's your fault hv a nice day").

The only weird thing was checking in with the app in the drive thru. It wasn't really clear on where to park for your order and I felt like I was in the way. Other than that, always great food and service.

This is 1 of the most difficult CFA's we've been too. U can't get into it unless u pull a U-turn & then u have to wait in the highway cuz the lines are ridiculous. If u try to circle the building to hop in line, u CAN'T cuz it's an exit only. I went inside so i wouldn't have to get back on the hwy & circle back, but they have 1 person working the counter & the line was long inside too.

Completely disrespected my gluten allergy and gave me a breaded sandwich and I am gluten free; then when I called, after I got all the way home, instead of refunding my order, they gave me a sandwich to claim in 14 days. Which really helps me right now while I'm starving after working all day....

I went right during the lunch rush and got through very quickly. My order was spot on and the employees were very friendly

If I could would rate it lower! I am so disappointed! Ordered a number 1 made it a large and instead of giving me the barbecue sauce like I ask for I got ketchup instead! Just to explain why it’s so bad I’m allergic to ketchup!

We never have an issue when we visit this location. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly.

I mean, what do you say about the #3 most popular fast food chain that has excellent quality food and super efficient and friendly service? I wouldn't have their app on my low capacity phone if they weren't awesome. The only issue I had was the mobile thru scan code was only located at the first two drive thru lanes. Those of us on the outtermost lane didn't get to scan a code so we had to wait a bit after telling someone about our order. Not a huge deal but it'd be nice if that putter lane had a code on a pole at some point. And it's way too low to the ground to scan it seems. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not a reflection on the staff or quality of food. Just a suggestion 👍

This place is a nightmare to get out of at lunchtime stay away. Maybe if they got rid of their useless mobile lane and allowed people to drive around the building. Nothing like buying $250 worth of food to sit for 20 minutes because you can’t get out. Horrible.

Me and my friend were eating here when a strange man came up to us and asked us if we were 18, we told him no and he confirmed saying "so you're underage?" and walked away. After he got his food he sat near us and kept looking our way and we got nervous and left to sit at the starbucks next door. After a few minutes we noticed him walking outside on a sidewalk and when he noticed us he walked into the starbucks parking lot and stared for awhile so we ran back to this chick fil a and told the staff what was happening and they helped us so much they gave us good food and ensured we were safe and walked us to our car which i'll forever be thankful for. Thank you Chick Fil A for potentially saving two girls from being trafficked.

Love the food. Ordered via app while in parking lot and food was ready with 5 mins! Amazing at this one as other places have taken way longer. The Mac n cheese is great and so is the new peach shake.

The absolutely best ran fast food place in the city. Even better than all the other CFAs. Staff is always polite and swift. The drive thru is crazy fast. Job well done!

Great fast service. Got grilled chicken nuggets and they tasted great and were hot.

They have the app and drive through down to a science, but I don’t go as often as I’d like because they are still so busy. We need another one to take the pressure off!

Even in tonight's torrential downpour and tornado warnings, the staff was still trucking along, taking orders for the delicious food to be served. Luckily, the staff was able to be inside taking the orders instead out in the weather. Took a little longer than normal, but with the weather, it was understandable.

Had to come here and post a picture of my medium fries that I just received with the meal I drove 10 miles for. Super disappointing. It’s almost like it was done as a joke. 3 fries. 1, 2, 3. Three fries and some crumbs. I’ve rechecked the bag 10 times.

This place is good. But just like another restaurant, just check your order before you leave. They forgot the bacon on my birthday sandwich, and when I went back, I was told the points would go to my profile and never did. But you still can not go wrong with Chic fil a, as far as having a good sandwich or salad.

Of course, the food is awesome. Spicy chicken deluxe is my drug of choice. The service was OK, and that is very unusual as typically they are top notch. They seem more interested in letting an employee order their meal vs. helping us, but I understand. It did look like the dining room needed a good cleaning, but we cleaned our own table with no issue. It was lunchtime so it was very busy. I still will go back there anytime I need my fix
