This chic fil a is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I really enjoy their family nights. Bingo is our favorite.

All staff were polite and courteous. The food came out quick! And we went inside which usually takes a little longer than drive thru. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing! The one thing I really loved is the cheese on my sandwhich was actually melted! I love that! I impulsively and immediately ate that before I took pictures. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich. I love when the dark parts are left! Every thing was right here, and I can’t think of anything to say negatively.

Unprofessional is the best word I can give to this place. Young guy refused to talk to me. He act like I was a germ he refused to touch. Navy suv? Really? He didn’t even ask for a name. And they forgot to put bacon on my sandwich. And he didn’t ask what sauce- you know what. I’m done.

Of all the Chick-fil-A locations I have been to, the one in Middleburg Florida is the absolute worst. Every time I have eaten there the food has been extremely dry and tasteless. And don't bother filling out a complaint on the app because you will just get an email from the owner saying we will pass this on to our management team. No refund, no improvements, nothing gets better at this location! I would rather eat at McDonald's then go to this Chick-fil-A...

i ordered two southwests salads with the original chicken nuggets which shouldn’t have came with bacon bits which i can not eat for religious reasons but when i received my food there was bacon in it. I called to ask for a refund but no has answered. disappointed

One of the dirtiest, most poorly managed CFAs. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I’ve never seen a CFA in such disarray.

Even though the tastefullness of their food has, in my opinion, declined. It's still decent fast food.

The folks are really nice there and the service is fast and efficient always getting my order correct.

Evan provided me EXCELLENT customer service in the drive thru line while taking my order. I appreciated his patience and humor.

After placing a mobile order, I waited inside the restaurant for 19 minutes to get my food. I was asked the name on the order 3 times by 3 different people, one was a manager, and it still took 19 minutes. Won’t be back

It is so frustrating that the workers can’t put whip cream into a cup. I told them I will pay for a small icecream cup just to be able to give my dog a little treat and it’s “no we can’t do that”. Why? I am giving you money for it pls it’s not that hard 😭

The "certified trainer" was not Chick-fil-A friendly. The drinks didn't have the tops on all the way, so they leaked everywhere.

The service was fast, efficient and very friendly. A nice lady named Kathy worked at the register and was incredibly friendly.

Terrible place to eat, go to a different one. I ordered here twice thinking maybe it was an off day for the staff, but no. Dry, old, stale, over salted fry’s. They either don’t give you a straw or don’t give you anywhere near the amount of sauces you need. And the chicken is dry, old, hard to eat. I’ll go somewhere else instead. Plenty of other places near here to eat instead.

So when I when to this place it was the worst I got Mac and cheese and got Other stuff and I spent A lot of money I spent 70$ and when I got home I took me my food out and found out that they only gave me 1 grilled chicken sandwich I want my money back so I went back and asked them for my money back and he said no and kicked me out I am never coming back to that place ever again!

I visit a lot of Chick fil a locations and Oakleaf is the worse. You can tell you have the unfriendly people from the Oakleaf location working at the Middleburg store. I refuse to go to the oakleaf location because of the snotty employees there. The people taking orders need more training in how to change mobile orders. I wanted to change my mobile order and the girl got upset and had an attitude because I asked to change my order. She said I have to go inside to change your order (with an attitude). Fleming island will get my business till these rude kids learn customer service. I miss the good customer service from the Middleburg location. There must be a manager missing. I have noticed the order takers going way down hill.

I'm sorry, but I actually had the worst Chick-fil-A sandwich I've ever had. It wasn't even a 1/2 a chicken breast. They replaced it... still super tiny? What? Very friendly service but food was sub-par. Lemonade was over sweet, fries were mostly tiny crumbles... and over salted The workers are very friendly, it's clean, but we won't be back

What can you say except thank you for great food and service

The absolute worst chick fil a I have been to. Every time my family and I go here they always mess up my order. I order a chicken sandwich add lettuce and pepper jack cheese. Every time they put the order in correctly but when I get my sandwich there is no cheese or no lettuce. The last time I went they forgot my cheese as usual, I went up and asked them to fix it.. they gave me a new sandwich with cold cheese and they randomly added tomato. Like what are you guys doing!? Also as you are heading to the bathrooms all you can smell is sewage. It is disgusting. An employee was coming out from the back and as he opened the door you could see a huge puddle of water on the floor. It is completely unsanitary.. Do better.

Freshly made food is always served with a smile! Consistent taste, friendly staff is why it is always pasked. But, they are efficient and orders are completed quickly.

It's Chick-fil-A of course, it's always good.

This was my 1st visit to this location and I will most certainly won't be my last...it was very clean, employees smiling (what a concept), everything seemed to run like a well oiled machine

Love stopping at Chick fil A for lunch just to witness what a properly run dine in establishment is supposed to be operated like. Employees are sharp, attentive, food is excellent, served hot, with a smile and place is kept clean, stocked, and orderly. Then, there are the other places..where none of that is true. Remarkable to compare/contrast. Keep leading the way Chik fil A

Ordered kids meals for my children , paid and got to the window. Waited about 5 minutes and was asked to pull forward to wait longer so I did. Got home and there are no toys in the kids meals. This is not acceptable.

It's always a pleasure to eat at our Chick-fil-A. All of the people who work there are kind, knowledgeable and very good at their jobs.

A great Chick-fil-A. The fries are almost always crispy the way I like them and the grilled nuggets are good. They did forget to give me a fork but that's alright. The service was great although I've been to better locations.

This was 1st time trying breakfast. My daughter is picky but loved the breakfast. She loves dinner too. I don't want all the carbs so the wrap is my favorite. They cover much more than fast food. Wraps, fruit are better for me.

I drove through the drive thru yesterday and was having issues with the display on my phone. Rylan took my order and went FAR BEYOND just taking my order...with a smile....and repaired my cell phone screen WITHOUT holding the line up! He is AWESOME! Kudos for having such a great customer service oriented employee!!

The employees have always been kind and courteous. The inside has always been clean. I have never had any complaints about the food I have received at this Chick-fil-A.

The staff here is very nice, the restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. If you load up the app, the manager sends out opportunities to get free treats, or BOGO - a special surprise. Yum

You just can't go wrong with a Chick-fil-A meal. You know what you get every single time. Never is anything off or wrong with your order and even though you get it fast, it's hot and fresh, even at peak hour's.

Has really been not getting our order complete lately. Has to return twice to get order right.

I don't know what has happened, but the last four out of five to-go orders have all been missing items, from an order of chicken tenders, a chicken sandwich, and dipping sauces. While they are very apologetic, the trips back to the restaurant are no longer worth it. If you order to-go, please take the time to ensure all items are present.

Who ever the morning manager is with the glasses is, shouldn’t be the manager. Service is lazy and slouzy. Everytime I come here! The operations manager should be ashamed to call this Chic fil A his store!

My minis were hard and dry. Hash browns were cold. Maybe because it was at the end of breakfast but I've never had a bad experience at Chik fil a.

The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The service? Our government could learn a thing or two from Chik-fil-A, as far as efficiency is concerned. Didn't rate atmosphere since we went through drive-through.

It was my third time trying chick-fil-a and I can only say that the staff is very friendly and recommended the best!

Unfortunately, everytime i choose this location over another im left disappointed. Its the closest to me but I have NEVER received a correct order. ALWAYS something wrong either small or large (like receiving someone else's order entirely, multiple times, etc.). Save yourself the headache and trouble and go a little bit further to a different location.

I asked for no jalapeños on two sandwiches and it said it on the box and there was jalapeños on it. They forgot about the ice cream i ordered as well. Also it looks like a puddle of honey at the bottom on the sandwich box. This is a first disappointment at chick fil a. Hope next time its better and im glad we aren’t allergic to jalapeños.

I'm sorry but I just can't get my head wrapped around a piece of dry chicken with a pickle on top stuck in a hamburger bun!! Those waffle potatoes are ok but it's hard to beat a good French fry. Going thru that gauntlet that is supposed to be a drive thru will be a review for another day!!!

I've lived in this area for years. This chick fila has always been the cleanest and the food has always been fresh. This past year it has changed. Customer service poor and food has not been fresh on multiple occasions. Yesterday I spent close to 70 dollars. Some of my food was missing, the strips were cold, and the fries are hard with black specks as of the were fried in dirty grease. Please chick fila I don't get many eat out days and when i do decide to spend 70 I would like to be able to eat the food.

This is the third time that I’ve visited this particular restaurant and the flavor of the waffle fries were off! I just left there about an hour ago and the fries smell and taste like they weren’t fresh. Almost like they were fried in old grease, or maybe they just weren’t fresh?? Not good at all. This ChikfilA location is Not consistent, does not have the same quality in food as the others. Hands down the worst in the area, if not in Jacksonville, which is a shame because it’s in a nice area.

Portions appear to be shrinking... prices are not shrinking with portions, though.

This is always the nicest area Chick-Fil-A. The staff is always very energetic and truly grateful that we come by. Love my Chick-Fil-A, but it is always about the staff. A good meal can be easily ruined by rude and annoying staff. These folks could train other locations in kindness and promptness. Love my Chick-Fil-A - Middleburg!!

Update: decided to give this place another try with a mobile order. On the app what we ordered was available. Wait in the long line to get to the window to be told there that even tho we already paid thru the app that they were out of what we ordered. Then proceeded to speak to us like we were stupid and didn't understand lean manufacturing and distribution, using it an excuse. That was, until they found that the other person in the car with me works for a different location, one that does way more sales and doesn't run out of items. If you run out you're supposed to make the item unavailable on the app asap 2022:Walked inside and before I even get to the counter the 2 at the counter were shaking their head no like they didn't want to serve us. On top of that the dining area inside is closed completely. Can't enjoy food here without sitting in your car. And people not wanting to serve you before you even get to the counter makes this a place I'll never return

The worst location ever! I usually go to Oakleaf, Roosevelt or Fleming Island locations, but had a craving so I decided on the Middleburg location. THE WORST MISTAKE!!! The managers have terrible customer service skills and seem hostile. I have also witnessed on several occasions the shift lead or supervisor speaking very harsh to one of the teens who work there. It broke my heart to see the kids face look so embarrassed. It's time for a house cleaning of this location, get rid of the miserable adults (so called shift leads, supervisors or managers) so customers and theses kids don't have to eat/work in hostile situations.

It was my first time ever eating here and it was very good. The spicy chicken with American cheese is so good and the BROWNIE OMG🤤 MELTED in my mouth. It was so soft and filling. 😋

You all need to train your employees to actually look at the salads that they grab and put, into bags and give customers. Because some of these salads have old lettuce and tomatoes in them. I even had salad, one time, with the entire lettuce stem in it. That's nasty !!!

This place has good food. Is it always good, meh. Hit or miss. Chicken nuggets are always good imo. The chicken sandwiches seem to be getting smaller though.
