Consistently the worst Chick-fil-A in Chattanooga. Ordered 80$ worth of food and 4 items were missing and they got one of the salads wrong. When I came back to fix it a half hearted apology was given. I then asked for 7 cookies to make up for it to give to everyone and she said she can only do 5. When they gave me the missing items, they only gave me 2 cookies.

Chick-fil-A is excellent and very consistent. Had a large catering order and they happily got it ready 30 min early. Good quality and fair price.

I stopped in here for dinner last night with my kids. This has to be one of the most poorly operated Chick-fil-A restaurants that I have ever eaten at. The service was far from excellent. Sub par if I am being honest. They were extremely slow. My order was not correct. While we sat there and ate our dinner I watched customer after customer complain about numerous things. Oh and did I mention the dining room? It was a disaster. Also they were not extremely busy at the time I came in either. I hope they get this place I'm order as for now I would not go back.

Quick and friendly, tasty chicken and other entrée

This is hands down the worst Chick-fil-A in Chattanooga. Please do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes out of your way to go to a much better location. The drive thru line is consistently slow, once you’re in the line you are stuck until they finally get you your food and even then you might have to wait until the first car gets their food. The “manager” working during lunch when I went was the rudest person I have ever met in my life not only to the other customers but to the poor teenager working outside of the window. Awful experience for cold food.

The company has the gold star for quick serve restaurants. This one also lives up to that standard

The service and food were exceptional. Chick-fil-A is always a good option when looking for delicious meals and great customer service.

This is the Chick fil a we most often visit. Since Covid, they have maintained a system of ordering from the workers who walk up to your car. Most times, the workers are friendly. Maneuvering the parking area and drive-thru is like a mouse in a maze. It makes it difficult as there is only one entrance/exit. In addition, there are plenty of parking spaces that are not being used as a result of this system. This is one reason I would prefer not to visit this particular Chick fil a. Also, their prices have increased significantly. It is hard to feed a family of 4 for under $50. This applies to every Chick Fil A.

Chick-fil-A has always been very clean and very organized and has very good taste in food

I buy a gallon of unsweetened tea 2X a week. I am only getting the gallons here!!!

What you'd expect from Chick-fil-A! The peach smoothie was amazing.

The girl was busy looking at her finger nails and I could tell she did not want to be at work. I ordered a large hash brown and received a small. I was charged for a small which means the girl wasn’t listening to me. Hash browns were overcooked and my breakfast burrito did not have any eggs. Service isn’t what it once was. Last few times I did not receive sauces as requested. Very disappointing.

Location has quick and tasty food like all of the other locations but this location has the worst parking lot

I always choose the Market Fresh Salad. I just wish I was able to get more than 3 dressings. I wouldn’t mind paying extra but they only allow me 3. To only get home 2 days in a row with just granola and almonds😡The ones filling the orders need to pay better attention. I’ll just have to switch to another location. The wait is too long for the order to not be right.

Ladies in the drive thru moving cars are extra rude and were being rude to the young girl working with them. She appeared to be learning and they were not being patient. Kept trying to get me to move my car when I was saying I couldn’t without hitting another car. Lady rolled her eyes and then got on her walkie and said something smart to other workers about me. Very unprofessional. I have been to many other CFA that are way more efficient and kind. Making CFA look bad. Food was good otherwise.

Wish i could give them a negative stars.... i went inside to pickup my order waited for 10 mins and they didnt even care to call my name i had to go there and ask for it and then they handed over to me and that too wrong order ... i had asked for things that werent supposed to be on Salad and it was still there plus wasnt even given any dressing had to ask for it and that too employees had put up soo much attitude.

Got a 60 count nugget and like 6 large fries. Only thing they forgot was my chick fil a sauce . They gave me twice the honey mustard instead of the chick fil a sauce. But it's alright I guess. Good as always though !

The parking lot situation at this location has been bad for a long time. I try not to go to this location at all but when I do I typically order in the app and run in to pick it up to avoid the drive thru jungle. This morning I went through the drive thru because I was on the only car in line. The order taker was standing in a weird spot … up past the menu boards … and then she told me to stay in my outside lane until the flag (which was at almost to the window). I thought maybe I misunderstood because that had me driving in the exit lane/driveway. I asked about it at the window and the girl told me she didn’t know why they did that and recommended that I only ever come before lunch. I got my food and drove around the building to exit the only way possible and sure enough, I was stuck behind people in the drive through and could not leave the parking lot. The order takers had moved even closer to the window and the lane was blocked by people ordering food. I wasn’t given a receipt. I tried calling the store for 20 minutes and no one answered. Take the advice of the CFA employee and skip this location.

Staff is always friendly. The food is always fresh. Even though the lines can be long it always leaves quickly.

Usually fast service, but super slow today for only two items. How long does it take to make a small fries and side salad?! Makes me wish I could’ve cancelled the pickup order while I was waiting. At least they gave me some gift cards for desserts, but it was for stuff I never get.

I don’t know who owner operates this CFA, but it’s evident that the store is not managed properly. The drive thru is an absolute joke. Employees stand at the very back of the store. There is no signage to indicate to not use the speakers. No one manages cars (I’ve been stuck in line after I received my food to no avail). For the Lord’s chicken, please do better than this. Figure out an exit plan because if there was an actual emergency, people could get hurt. The hospital being across the road should not be the default strategy either. Do better.

Too many people, area is too busy.

I'm sure there are people that appreciate chicken with that flavor, but my family and I aren't part of that group. I thought that waffle fries would be different and tasty, but I was wrong. They were under cooked and mushy and needed salt or seasoning or something.

Chik FIL A has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! LOVE THE CHICKEN!!! No one in fast food can beat this customer service. I have not had a bad experience in my town or out!!!

As usual, the food was incredible and the staff were friendly and courteous. They really do out other restaurants to shame when it comes to this. The only negative is the difficulty in getting through the parking lot, but that is to be expected when you deal with a place that has such a high customer volume and limited space to work. Still 5 Stars in my book!

The current employees here have only 2 jobs. Stand around with a stupid look on their face and say "sorry I can't help you". Pathetic customer service and even more pathetic people.

They gave us the incorrect order. We pointed out that the drinks did not look like what we ordered, but they said one was frozen and one not. No one was a milkshake. At home, we realized that we did not get the entree we ordered. We ordered 2 grilled chicken club sandwiches and received one and some other fried chicken sandwich. No bacon to be seen.

Andres and Aaron were fantastic. They were so polite and checked on me as I was dining in. They kept their calm when it got busy and treated my 2 year old daughter with so much respect as well. Such a kind and clean atmosphere.

I'm trying to say this in the most productive way, because I know chick fil a tries to hire the best employees, but when there are people bagging the food inside and 3 people standing outside it would be nice if all sauces, condiments and dressings were included when they were ordered in the app. I was missing my salad dressing, and a dry salad just isn't the same.

Dealt with staff talking under their breath, insinuating my husband was an “idiot” for going through the drive through for a mobile order after telling them to change it to a drive through order. Won’t be back.🫶

The lady handing out food this morning in drive thru was extremely rude. Coughing and barely covering her mouth. I have had the worst experience with this chik fil a. I will not be returning to this location. It is literally the worst one in Chattanooga.

As another reviewer said, this location makes you dine in to have a typical (good) Chick-fil-A experience. The staff are friendly as you’d expect and food is great. However, this location is an absolute logistical nightmare for drive through and parking. Like, it’s a mess! They really need to get that sorted as it’s so bad, I eat here much less than I would otherwise

This is a location where you have to physically dine in to get a decent experience. However, this was the third time I have ordered a sandwich that comes with pickles on it standard and they have not been on there. My most recent experience (this afternoon) has made me consider frequenting other places when I’m on the go. The times I have gotten carry-out or taken the drive-through, my fries are never filled to the top and I am given the wrong sauces. Some of those sauces I put on my sandwich. Not pleased I had to eat it dry due to this mistake but it is what it is!

Went through the drive through and gave the name "Ally" for my order. A man approached me and asked for my name I told him "Ally". My account has a different name but that usually isn't an issue (ie; my husband might order under my account and uses his name not account name). I held up the line a good bit (maybe 8 minutes) because they were walking around looking for someone else. Not once did I hear my account name shouted out. This has never been an issue before and I saw them put the food back at the window and give up. I finally pulled up to the window and saw the bag with my account name on it. It wasn't Ally as I had said at the time of order being placed. I told them it was mine and was given some looks of frustration. As I was pulling away I heard them say: "she said Ally". Just leaving some feedback because the line was being held up a great deal but I have never (nor has my hubby) had an issue with giving a different name than what's on the account. In addition to this, I got home and our Large fries were filled half way up. Kind of a bummer to spend so much and get so little on a Large. Otherwise, food was spot on and amazing. I think this problem could have entirely been avoided if they took down car make/model and made an effort to call out by name on bag. I would have told them it was mine.

I just had my first unpleasant customer service experience at a Chick-fil-A. The girl that checked me in when i arrived snapped at me for answering her question. She opened with "name?!" to which i replied with my name. And she wadded up her face and interrupted "TELL ME IF IT'S MOBILE ORDER" as if she'd given me the opportunity to say anything. It honestly caught me off guard as I've NEVER had a negative experience at a Chick-fil-A, until today.

Why are almost all the parking spaces blocked off? You have to park across from the building and walk across a busy road. Not safe if you have anyone younger than 10. This could be done better Chick-fil-a!

Pulled up to the drive thru and the first thing heard from a worker was an “F” bomb dropped. I wasn’t too impressed with their service starting off. They got our order wrong and when getting home, tasting the chicken sandwich.. it was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting out. All in all probably worst Chick-fil-A in Chattanooga, I would not recommend going at night.

You just can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A! This particular store is always busy, busy, busy, but they provide excellent service, keep things moving, food is great and majordomo level wait staff. Love it!

2022 Review: My wife and I recently ordered dinner from the Chick-fil-A on Gunbarrel Rd. and unfortunately could not help but leave an honest review. As always, the food is delicious! But the quantity of food was very disappointing. We ordered 2 Large Fries with our meal and regret to say that they weren't even full! This is completely unacceptable and request that the store manager re-evaluate these stingy portion control efforts. UPDATED 2023 REVIEW: I picked up food for my wife and I just the other day and had the EXACT SAME issue… we ordered 3 LARGE FRIES and all 3 of them were only half full… completely unacceptable. We won’t be giving business to this Chikfila anymore.

I frequently come to this CFA location for my lunch break, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and they have taken the initiative to remember me by name. One of the people there always stops by to say hello and ask how I’m doing and if I need anything, which I am very grateful for. I’ve always gotten fresh food that looks just like the picture and if ever I have an issue, the staff makes it known that they’re happy to help. This location can be very busy and chaotic, but never disappoints. I do think this is one of the older Chick-fil-A’s I’ve seen and I do think it could use a facelift (maybe a better drive-thru and parking lot), but they’re definitely my top destination for a half-hour lunch break or a breakfast on-the-go.

I just love getting home and my husband's chicken noodle soup is all over my car, my clothes and now my kitchen counter, floors and the REST of our food. The lid wasn't put on securely. This is fun to deal with after coming home from a long day at work to a sick family. Also, the parking lot "drive thru" is a nightmare. Thank you, Gunbarrel Chik-fil-a.

Employees are extremely friendly and the Owner is extremely friendly. One of the best CFA's we have frequented. Best part - they still provide a complimentary meal on your birthday!

Genuine friendly service, clean not nearly as fast as they once were. Chick fil a is great how they hire so many youngsters to teach kids how t work and giving them Sunday off.... but the parking lot lay out is TERRIBLE and service has gone downhill. I think Tacobell has better service now.

This location never disappoints, the fastest drive through and my food is always piping hot.

They have Drive In Windows down to an art. It doesn't matter how long the line is you're in and out of there and under 10 minutes.

Parking is abysmal! It is easier and quicker to drive to either mall and park and go in.

Can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The lines are usually long but they get people through fairly quickly at this location. Employees are always extremely friendly.

This is the worst Chick Fil A anywhere!! I usually drive 13 miles to the Chick Fil A in Ooltewah because this one is so bad! Today was short on time so I said I’d give them 1 more try!! Wrong!! The parking lot is horrible and dangerous… sat there while the girl who was suppose to be taking my order talked to her son’s school… she was really sweet tho and I actually felt sorry for her…asked for Splenda twice…was told it was in the bag… bag said it was in there… NOT! Had to scrape the blackened crud off the grilled chicken nuggets. Grill needs to be cleaned!! They were closed yesterday so there shouldn’t have been so much burnt char on the grill. Waffle fries were ice cold!!! They may be a high dollar/volume store but customer satisfaction is definitely not there. The only positive was the smiling face on the lady that handed me my order. Didn’t hear anyone say “My pleasure”. Guess that’s because they knew there wasn’t anything pleasurable about my visit.

Not recommended for breakfast. Very small portion, thin, dry chicken biscuits. Lunch, dinner - no real complaints. Always courteous, clean, and positive.

Ooltewah Chick-fil-A is one of the nicest fast food places in our area. I'm not just saying that because they pay me in waffle fries.

They're always polite and fast. I really enjoyed the market salad substitute cheddar cheese with the fried Chicken what the avocado lime ranch. And of course always I love the french fries. As many people I wish they were open Sunday.

I’ve lived in the south my entire life, eaten at many Chick-fil-A, but I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever eaten at. This is the absolute slowest and worst run fast food restaurant in the area. It’s been this way for a while, and nothing seems to be changing. It seems as though the only thing that might save this location would be a total change up of the entire leadership/management staff. The food is alright, that’s the only redeeming factor about this location.

If you are not in a hurry and need to kill some time this is the chick-fil-a. Super slow drive thru. Had to drive off they never even took my order.

So we a 5 count of chicken, paid $4+ and got these TINY little things. Smaller than a quarter. Our fries were stone cold and barely filled the box. That along with a chicken salad that barely had chicken. All sauces that we ordered were also missing. Asked for a sweet tea with lemons on the side. They did not give me any lemons at all, when I politely asked for lemons, the lady then lectured me on that i was supposed to ordered them when I place the order. I DID! It was even on the receipt! When i pointed that out, she rolled her eyes and walked away to get the lemons. Didn’t even say thank you for coming or anything. Such rude service along with passive aggressive staff and subpar high priced food. Unhappy fo the first time in my life with Chick-fil-a.

This Chick-fl-A is always a pleasure to visit. The food is very good and always served with a smile. There is plenty of room to sit if you wish to dine in. If drive through is your preference, this location has a very efficient team to help get your food to you and you back onto the road as soon as possible.

The drive thru was very slow today, they almost seemed confused. Workers delivered food behind us 3 or 4 times. Our food was good and hot but something seemed off. It was around 3:30 and not busy as usual.

I ordered a DoorDash meal from Chick-fil-A. $36 meal. Up charged bc I order online then slapped with $10+ of “service fee and taxes” plus a tip for the driver and the salad is old. Lettuce is wilted and half my large fries were gone. What’s going on Chick-fil-A? You failed me?
