I went through the drive through where Wesley was working this morning. He has a great personality for taking care of customers. The product was as great as it always is, which is no surprise, but you can’t train personality and happiness like Wesley displayed.

Violent child in play area. Mother reading and doesn't care. No chick Fila employee doing a thing. I saw 5 assaults on 4 children in 2 minutes. NOBODY DID A THING.

I used to like coming here but after hearing just today that they use antibiotics in their chicken I will go elsewhere- definitely will not bring my kids here!

Placed a large catering order at this Chick-fil-a. The team was super efficient, helped me get everything out to my car, and all the food was delicious and accounted for. Thank you!

Service was excellent I always take the drive through but this time I went inside and I sat where all the employees were taking their break which added a little bit more noise than what I'm used to get at other fast food places but I really liked the food.

It’s disappointing when children wayy older than 3 years old are in the play area. Safety is a concern is all.. they did make a sign stating the age limit so I guess that’s all they can do.

The service in the drive thru today wasn't good. There was two lanes open this morning. I waited five to ten minutes in the left lane before having to back out of the lane. There were so many cars going ahead of me and when I switched lanes I had to get behind five more cars which made me late for work. A young man that was coming to work witnessed me backing out and informed someone on the inside of the problem. There was a car in front of me in that same lane that ordered food and moved on but when I moved up to order no one came on the speaker. I kept saying hello, goodmorning. My food should have been free at that point!

Staff is a bit slow to acknowledge patrons. Suggest leadership instill in their young work force a much better importance of greeting even if you're not working the front. Not instilling good work habits and ethics if the are just bodies filling positions.

Possibly the best fast food chain around. Service is always above and beyond, succulent chicken, the signature sauces are the best and for being a chain restaurant you still sit comfortably in booths

Took 4 orders of my sandwich before it came out other than cold. Workers were rude about it. At the end I gave up and ate a cold sandwich because I was tired of waiting. Chick-fil-A is dead now. Food and service sucks.

I placed an order via DoorDash for grilled nuggets. Received my food and ate 2 nuggets in my car ay my lunch and when I picked up my 3rd I noticed a hair all over 1 of the grilled nugget. This has happened on my last order. I couldnt eat it. Then i tried it again and it has happened yet again. This is absolutely sickening! I understand stuff happens but this is a food industry and this has happened twice in a row. I wonder how many hairs are in people food as they are eating it and not even realizing.

I like Chick-fil-A better than other fast food places. But this grilled chicken breakfast bowl is not it. Come on, Chick-fil-A, you raised the price, but decreased the portion size. Not acceptable. Do better.

You could really put a sign on the outside of the outside of the restaurant saying the play area is closed so I don’t have to drag my toddler out crying because they don’t understand why they saw a slide and can’t go play in it.

I actually love coming to this chick-fil-a. It’s close to my house and they usually have fast customer service. Today was not their best. I ordered a number 1 meal and a spicy chicken deluxe , both sandwiches came back dry and hard to swallow. The fries were unseasoned and dry as well. I did end up going back to get another #1 meal (my boyfriend was nice enough to not return his sandwich, plus he was hungry). The lady at the front was nice enough to get me another meal free of charge and informed me that they had just got a new cooking staff. She also gave me a free cookie which was great. Unfortunately the meal I got was almost just as bad, which is why I wanted to write this review. Hopefully things get better over time.

Food taste and service was great.

Their take-out was not appetizing after the ride home. Overcooked... veggies i.e. tomatoes and lettuce wilted and soggy like it had been kept waiting under a heat lamp. Not eager to return...food quality has really declined.

I hate to give a bad review. We like chick-fil-a and go there often. I prefer them over any other fast food establishment. This morning I ordered two breakfast meals; one with a cup of coffee and one with OJ. When I pulled up to get the meal I received my coffee and took a sip. It tasted awful and smelled bad. I told the employee and she ask if I wanted some cream and sugar for it. She said I like black coffee myself, but our coffee is bitter. Personally I’ve always liked their coffee better than any other fast food place. I didn’t argue with her, and certainly didn’t drink the coffee. Once I got home I had my wife taste it and she said it was awful. I called the restaurant at 9:51 AM and spoke to someone who claimed to be one of the managers. She assured me she would check it. This occurred on 3/27/24, 9:31:28 AM, order # 11824981. I don’t want any form of compensation. However, I would love to know what they determined the problem was with the coffee this morning. I hope no one got sick from it.

Clean facility and restrooms. Good, hot food

This location should be a training center for all other Chick-Fil-A teams! It doesn’t matter what time you go (except on Sundays LOL) they are usually pretty busy. But…they move people through the line so fast and my order is always exactly right. They are always friendly and helpful! Wish other businesses in the area would take a page out of their book! Well done!

Upon ordering, I quickly felt as though I was BOTHERING the associate with a special request of 2 different orders (needing them bagged separately but could pay all together). I didn’t realize breakfast had stopped 20 minutes prior (the associate made it clear I should have) so now I only need 1 order. I asked if mac & cheese could be subbed for the large fry on 1 of the meals….well it could! I pay & ponder why the bill seems high. Though I’m distracted (fetching napkins & cleaning) by 2 large drinks handed to me overflowing, spillage down the sides & wet straws the associate placed on top of leaking cups to come back to the receipt. Without the offer of a drink carrier I managed to carry all to my car & head home. WOW!!! I had no idea that subbing mac & cheese for a large fry on a meal would cost $5.50! I didn’t ask for a “family” size portion & is the normal substitution size?? NO. Frankly, I had no idea this size existed (catering maybe). Unpacking the 2 meals I find 2 containers of tator tots (part of a breakfast meal I was advised by no means can be ordered late & will return in a bit). To add insult to injury one of the large drinks had a hole in the bottom of the cup, which leaked into my vehicle cupholder. By the way, I wasn’t offered any sauces (a Chick-fil-a standard).

I love the food because it is always fresh tasting. Employees are always smiling and helpful. Inside and outside are always clean.

My food was shorted, fries were half full the rest of the container was filled with sauce and my nuggets were shorted. It cost to much not get what you think you are paying for. Close to 1$ a nugget is crazy to get shorted. Not going back to any Chick full a ever!

Really disappointed with the customer service. Whoever was taking our order would ask us what we would like and then talk over us to Justin as soon as we started speaking. She did this multiple times and would speak to him like we weren’t there. If kids are going to work, they need to be monitored to make sure they’re doing their job.

The wait always seems to be really short, almost instant on some occasions. The staff are really nice and will occasionally help you at your table. The food always seems to be hot as well. In terms of fact food, it's definitely one of the best places to go to.

Will NEVER give me sauces for my wraps - doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or curbside. Go to the other store in Conroe!

Consistently bad. I used to live by the one on Grand Central and they were fast and fabulous. Since moving to this side of town I’ve gone for breakfast maybe twice placed a curbside order both times not fresh even though they take at least 15-20mins each time to make it. If it were fresh I would be irritated but fine but for the wait to be that long and the food tastes old is despicable. You’ve only been open like an hour…. Idk but I’ve never had an issue w Chick Fil A but for $9 you can do much better than that.

Went to eat there last night with my wife and kid. Afterwards when we were leaving my stomach started hurting bad and started feeling nauseous. When I got home I threw up uncontrollably and haven’t been able to detach myself from the restroom as a result I got food poisoning from this place and still haven’t been able to recover.

Hello , I when to chick Fil A today at 5:00 pm and I order a orange medium cup it was $4 something with the taxes and I receive the order when I went to look my order my Medium cup was 5 orange 5 so I pay almost a $1 for 5 orange , I was so upset because I always go there and some other different chick Fil A and they give me full cup Medium that upset my day , you need to communicate with the customer before sale something like this :( I was really upset even my daughter said it was bad idea to eat there . The EE was little confuse and they help me but also looking so confuse ! Thank you .

The chicken sandwiches have that unique taste. Their fries are delicious. I need to try other dishes they have as I am missing out on good options. It is always crowded but the line moves fast. Overall I never have to wait too long to be served. Great party food. They have several drive through lines that speeds things up.

Where is the pimento spread? Our sandwiches hardly got any. I called corporate because the location I ordered these so called pimento burgers wouldn't answer. They said they are looking into it... We rarely eat here because it's so unhealthy, but when we do splurge, we want what is advertised...

This place is very clean and nice, our granddaughter had a blast in the kiddie room, they think of the children with healthy food. Love this place

What else can you say but when you crave a chicken sandwich you can’t go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. Always friendly service and consistent food. They will ensure you are satisfied and never have to worry about getting the wrong order. Sandwich and nuggets are unmatched in fast food. Restaurant is clean and kid friendly if a bit small. Always somewhat crowded but they ensure it moves quickly and you will get hot food. Always a regular in our rotation.

I was a bit worried when at 7:45 am they were not busy. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A not busy. That being said, it took 20 minutes for my food, and it was cold. I know we all have bad days. I was a bit disappointed 😞

I love Chic-fil-a. The drive through is great here. But whenever I dine in it takes more time then other locations, tends to be a bit messier, the parking is terrible. I couldn't imagine having kids run out to the car in a parking lot set up like this. I have had the thought to drive an extra 7-15mins to go to a less busy store. (willis/conroe loop) This location seems to be made for drive-thru. Not my first choice. But I am glad to see Chi-fil-a won't be going out of business anytime soon! Seems goofy but my complaint is basically that this location is too busy.

This location always has great consistency with orders. The drive thru can be a mile long and you'll still be out of there in a few minutes.

This location used to be one of the best but now that they no longer let you order well done fries, it warrants a 1 star review. Has anyone ever ordered soggy fries please? Crispy should be the norm, not limp and soggy. Their reasoning is that it speeds up the drive thru, yet most times stuff is missing from the bags. Heaven forbid if you take time to look in your bags and question them, they will look at you in disgust for thinking they left something out. #PleaseBringBacktheCrispies

Great food, but my fries… come on, Chick Fil A.. you can do better. These were microscopic, bottom-of-the barrel. I only had a few good ones!! Mostly all tiny tid-bits.

This was one of the slowest Chickfila locations I've been to. Most of them are very efficient and quick with the drive thru process but this location is not.

The whole experience is about as perfect as it gets. I've never recieved my food and had it taste sub par. I cant say enough good things about this location.
