Awesome food as usual. Service a little off as my cup holders were put on my car windows area, not in my hands, and the bag was shoved in my car. I think it is because the young man was very tall.

I wish they had chicken minis all day ( or at least the biscuits )

Wont be back. Been coming weekly for years. They messed up my food again and decided they no longer fix mistakes? And the Manager was actually rude!? Quality has been hit or miss as it is. They can't seem to get an entire order produced correctly even when sent through the app. So long it was good while it was.

It is our go-to location, everything about this location is present, the freshness of food, cleanliness, hygiene, etc. but especially the customer service is top-notch, employees, manager, and owner himself treat the customer with utmost respect and make the whole experience pleasant. In more than the last 3 years, never had a single dull experience with them. Never. Keep growing guys, great store, food, and great people.

I just came through the drive through and I just wanted to leave a review because this Chick-Fil-A has the most excellent service of all the ones I’ve been to!

Terrible experience at the Drive through, they messed up my order and forgot to give me a straw, when I went back they did nothing to fix my order.

Not only do they constantly forget their condiments that you order… but they are super disrespectful to their nurses… I explained I have a food allergy and wanted to sub the sandwich for just the chicken strips for nurses day, and they wouldn’t let me… but say they love their first responders.

Our family loves Chick-fil-A in general, but this location is by far my favorite. Whoever is training the staff is doing it right! 🌟👏

I have started driving a little further to this Chick-fil-A location because the service is so outstanding. All of the employees seem to be so happy and it really brightens my Day on top of having a good breakfast. One employee in particular named Ester has been the shining star there. Everytime she is working the drive thru, she has the best attitude and is so friendly. Thank you so much Ester for making so many of my mornings so positive. 😊

It was quite clean and the staff were very nice and respectful. We got our food in a timely manner and enjoyed our time there. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, seemed to be ran pretty well.

Great food and great personal service as usual with Chick-fil-A. This location, however, does not have a mobile app drive-through live so you have to wait in the main line which can take quite a while as you know. I suggest finding a different location if you expect a faster mobile Experience.

Great service and quick at busy time.

I normally love this Chick fila, but today I am so mad and very 😡 very upset. I am a regular customer. But this doesn't make me very happy, when I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage meal for my mother, with the person taking my order before getting to the window, and when I got to the window to pay for everything the employee at the window told us that ya'll will not have eggs anymore. Why didn't the person taking my order tell me this before ordering, and we wouldn't have ordered nothing here. Which isn't right. Only egg whites, she told me that ya'll had. It really doesn't make since. You are going to loose customers if this is the case. We didn't get anything to eat. Just coffee, and a iced coffee. And we had to go elsewhere to pick up something to eat for breakfast. Not happy. I come her a lot. But, I am considering not returning to this Chick fila. Not good business at all. Very upset customer!😡 I hope you can change, and maybe I will return. Not sure for now. Upset.

I been to several Chick fil A and I have to say that this location is my favorite. Not only because my 4 year old daughter likes the play area but because of the service they provide. The restaurant is always clean including bathrooms. Every team member is pleasant and helpful. There are a couple of older ladies that attend to the tables. They are amazing women who want to help you with anything you need. I commend the management team for their amazing leadership and focusing on both quality of food and service.

Just ordered two chicken clubs, no tomato with pickle, on gluten-free because both my daughter and I have Celiac. I got two chicken clubs on regular bread, with tomato, without pickle, and gluten-free buns on the side. It's been $26 and I had to throw both sandwiches away because we can't eat food that's cross-contaminated. So I'm posting this for a refund, and I will take down the review once it's fixed.

Normally I order the grilled nuggets due to celiac, but tried the gluten free bun for the first time. It's packaged in its own sealed bag, and the chicken and toppings on the side. Great! However, my bun was moldy, which I know happens, so they did replace it with a new one and a cookie for my troubles. So, just interesting that I have a gluten free meal, but receive a cookie that has gluten. Made my night.

The food came out hot, fast, and fresh. The owner even came out and took our tray when we finished eating, he was so sweet. I love this location so much, easiest 5 start review of my lifeeeee. oh and all the staff were REALLY nice.

I just made breakfast and time today and I’m disappointed. We need the option to have a regular biscuit and not a heart please. I don’t want smaller broken heart biscuits all of February for the same price.

I ordered a number one chicken sandwich deluxe. The chicken on the sandwich is like he's serving size of the chicken for the breakfast sandwiches. This is supposed to be a dinner sandwich. Also the fries were warm. They were not hot. They were kind of soggy, not crispy like they should be. It's the worst food I've gotten from this place.

The absolute worst sandwich I've ever had. Dressing was saturated and dripping out all over the place. The French fries were all little fragments except the two full fries that were on top to disguise the little pieces underneath. Stay away from the Stone Briar Mall Chic-Fil-a

Standard Chick Fil A. Sandwich maybe a little dryer than normal, and charged for fries when they weren’t ordered, but very friendly.

Is there anybody with a brain working at this location?? Just ordered a soup, salad and a wrap and I drive back to work to find they forgot my salad. I guess I have to just sit and block the drivethru until I can pull my entire order of the bag to make sure it's all there. The best part is they remembered the dressing and extra pepitas, just not the salad. This happens way too much at this location. What a joke.

Do you want to be happy and have money? Go there. You will be satisfied with their food. But remember you will may regret for your calorie consumption.

Overall decent. It’s a standard chick fil a. Last time I went, I got the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich meal and it was overpriced and not good.

Consistently the food quality is below other locations nearby, parking is a hot mess and very hard to get cars in and out. Long waits for takeout and drive through.

Have they changed the chicken supplier? Had several times where grilled chicken was inedible. Like rubber. Either defrosted and refrozen. Or been over cooked in microwave type of texture. My gf and I have amassed over 50k lifetime points. Loyal customers but we are done with chic fila for now. Not just this location but seems to be across at lot of franchises. Problem now is where to go? Chic fila was a step above. Not any more.

The quantity is coming down and price is going up. Quality is also coming down. See the "LARGE" fry I got.. almost half of what is used to be in large. Not sure if this is an issue only in this outlet or in all Chick-fil-A. Value is coming down.

Very clean store was actually not terribly busy. Shake machine was broken that day but they offered to replace, refund and even offered desserts for free. Great store.
