Second time in a row at the new chikfila the coke is basically slightly flavored water, dude replace the syrup bibs it's so annoying that I have to check something so simple never happened at old chikfila

This is one of the nicest cfas that I’ve been too. Every crew member is so kind and attentive. We dined in and they were so kind and continued to ask if we were doing well, needed refills, took our trash. Would definitely come back when I’m in the area

Came from Australia for a week to race at Road Atlanta and came in to Chick-fil-A for lunch on the very first day, blown away by the warm greeting, friendly and attentive team of staff and the presentation of the dining room, the food was next level awesome and we returned for lunch every day after that. Big shout out to Melanie & Jeanie for making us feel welcome and at home. Thankyou!

It's Chick-fil-A food. I thought it was expensive for the small 12 nuggets. The lobby folks were cleaning up good and kept asking if we needed anything. My neck was right but I didn't feel it would be appropriate to ask for a shoulder massage.

Food is great at this location, but at least 90% of all of our visits contain order errors (wrong item), missing items, or no straws/condiments/plastic ware. Check your order before you drive off.

Cam Gilbert manager- I was on the road for four hours, very hungry. I really didn't have five minutes to wait for breakfast to switch over to lunch. He said they didn’t have the capacity to make two sandwiches. Okay. I was the only car in the lineup, people were standing around-I guess waiting for those five minutes before starting lunch- I just wanted two sandwiches and fries. Turned down by manager. They would rather have a bad review than to satisfy a rare request five minutes early from a hangry customer who won’t forget or buy those 40 breakfast biscuits in the future. Disappointment in Oakwood at the new store. Do better.

This CFA has been my home CFA for years. From being a small child to stopping by between classes at UNG, they have always impressed me. From going often, I’ve made friends with multiple staff members. Sad to see their location change but happy to know that they are still in Oakwood!

I visited the new Chik Fila for the 2nd time. So much more space and a lot more parking and smiley faces. May God flow with yall abundantly. I ordered a Southwest Salad w/ spicy fillet the salad was really delicious. Service was super fast as soon as I ordered through the app approximately 5 mins my order was ready right away. I haven’t been inside yet just looking at the outside of chik fila is real nice they built this chik fila fast and just the view is awesome. Im happy and satisfied. I will be a retuning customer. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Staff is always professional, and they move some cars through that tiny parking lot. Food has always been fresh, and hot. Can't say enough about Chick-fil-A

Very poor example of a spicy chicken sandwich filet.

This is the second time this location has gotten my order wrong. I order the grilled chicken burrito, and receive breaded chicken. This time it was cold and it had about 2 chopped up chicken nuggets in it. I really don't think yesterday's leftover chicken is gonna taste good at all. My order this morning was awful. If it's sitting under a heat lamp, it wasn't warm from whatever time it was made. I got all the way home when I realized it. What was I gonna do....drive all the way back? Might as well eat the expensive burrito. My fault for not checking my order.

Excellent all round! I was promptly greeted and attended to. The food and atmosphere was great. The manager and all staff were very attentive and made rounds ensuring all customers were taken care of. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A restaurant and will be back.

Extra pickles when I asked for none. Limp fries. When I pay 18 bucks for two meals of chicken and potatoes it ought to be right.

There is always great service at Chick-fil-A but the service here was exceptional. The young lady that took our order was very friendly and the gentleman that was in the dinning area was very helpful and friendly as well. We just left and were truly amazed by their customer service!

The drive thru needs to be fixed that whole line ordeal is just out of order. You can ask for your chicken to be cooked the way you’d like it when at the others you can. I’ve been twice here recently and one of the younger girls with brown hair is rude and shouldn’t be working there in the drive thru line.

My parents have been coming to this location for years and every time I visit from Florida, we have to stop by because this is the BEST Chick-fil-A ever. Their customer service is 2nd to none and they always go out of their way to make sure we have the best dining experience. All of the managers and employees greet us with kindness and we are always grateful for their hospitality. And of course, the food is consistently great.

We love the option of ordering from the app and then continuing on with or trip back to N.C.

As always, the food is delicious. The service is great. The employees have all the soft skills needed to engage with the public. I gave it four stars for atmosphere because unfortunately we arrived at lunch time during spring break. The store was very crowded and loud but the dining room had self divided into two sections of adults only and adults with children and that helped. And even though they were very busy there wasn't a delay in delivering our meal to our table. Chick-fil-A has a business model that needs to be copied and practiced by other businesses.

I’ve had no problems in the past with this location. It’s right next to my school and me and friends go here a lot. The staff are very kind no problem with them. We only use the drive thru so haven’t seen the inside. But today I find a bug in my chocolate milkshake. It was the kind with a bunch of legs. Idk if the machine wasn’t clean or what happened. It was about half way in the shake. We’ll continue to go here just don’t think I’ll get a shake from here again. Just wanted to let the store know so this doesn’t happen again.

The staff here is extraordinary. They operate at a level of service equal to a fine dining restaurant.

i came to eat here with my family and we all got fries and the amount of salt is ridiculous, went up to an employee 2 times to get my fries changed and then go up once again and they tell us that that’s the amount of salt they put on the fries… that’s utterly ridiculous, im also assuming that the manager was the one who said that’s the amount of salt that goes on the fries.. as a fast food worker that’s a lie and especial when i’ve worked in this same kind of industry, kinda seems homophobic in a way! don’t recommend

Worst experience I have ever had at any Chick-fil-A. Horrible parking lot set up, rushed through ordering, rushed through the line, had to pull out of line and wait for a very simple order and it was still incorrect. 👎👎

Never have I been to a Chick-fil-A that was so un-accommodating. I asked for a “pup-cup” and I understand if it is not longer a free service (though it was at one time), but I’m happy to pay a quarter for it. I was denied stating there was not a charge code to bill out for. I stated that’s fine, charge me a dollar for the small ice cream cup, but just put whipped cream in it. Again I was denied. Interestingly enough this is the only location that does not have this code out of the 4 locations I visit regularly. So clearly not a corporate policy.

Good food with friendly service.

The drive through service has been bad on my last two visits this month. Both times I was directed to the side to wait for my order. BOTH times the wait was WAY too long. First time, I finally got out of the vehicle and walked in to check on it. They had not even started processing it... Last night there was not another car in the drive thru. Seemed like they were just goofing off and in no hurry to serve me. When the order finally came out it was only part of the order... on a better note, I ate in a few days ago and everything was great. There is a problem with the drive through.

This Chick-fil-A location has really taken a dive over the past few months. We done here at least once a week on our way home from church basketball. The food has started to get either over cooked or cold. More than once we've had to go back because they forgot an entire entree. The kids in the drive thru have gotten more interested in talking to each other instead of taking orders and the drive thru window is full of kids just standing around instead of checking the orders. This used to be the best Chick-fil-A around, now it's not even the best one in Hall County

We'd like to thank Abby at this Chick-fil-A. My wife is pregnant. She needs to take a walk every day and tends to feel hungry more often. Last week, she went out to walk and was very hungry. She went to Chick-fil-A but realized she did not carry her purse. She called me and I dashed there to pay for her. When I arrived, I found she was already eating. My wife said Abby treated her the meal. We are so grateful and feel that we need to share our experience here. It is so great to eat at a restaurant with people who show love and care to the patrons. We'll definitely keep supporting their business in the future.

This location has the most organized drive thru. It moves so fast.

I have no idea how the food quality is. I drove around the building twice trying to figure out how to get into the drive through. It turned out I was supposed to turn into what looks like an exit. It even has an arrow indicating it’s not an entry but an exit. I def don’t want to enter there. So the cones just led me around the building again. Back to where I started. An employee finally told me I was supposed to turn into the exit for the other cars but after two trips around I lost interest and went to Krystal’s.

I am highly disappointed in the way my mother was treated at this location today. My mother is a single mother of 2 and she fell while walking out of this establishment because the employee mopping failed to put out the wet floor sign in this area. To and insult to injury the employees laughed at the fact my mother fell.

I didn’t know by someone falling in your guys facility is supposed to be funny. Instead of helping this poor woman, your staff stood there and laughed. Will not be ordering from chick fil a.

Ordering online and picking up curbside is so convenient when I am heading to teach at McEver in the mornings. I have never had an issue, and sometimes I am greeted in the parking lot before I even park. Love the morning team here!

Food was what you would expect from a Chick fil a but this is a very cramped location in regards to parking and drive thru experience. I went when it wasn't too busy but I can see this place getting real hectic real quick.

Saturday, August 12, 2023 we decided to come eat on a Saturday evening at Chick-Fil-A - something we normally would not do on a Saturday. I'm glad we did. Aaron Hernandez-Mateos greeted us with a smile, a good sense of humor, and delivered our food to us in a timely manner. He checked on us a few times while we were there and refilled our drinks before we left. What a nice, kind young man. It's refreshing to run into a young person who understands the importance of showing respect and kindness to others and not afraid to actually do the work needed to earn his paycheck. I wish more teens were like him! Can't wait to come back and see him again!

Food still good but the village idiot designed the drive-through. He created a dangerous traffic hazard on Mundy Mill Road and in the parking lot.

Food was good as always but getting in that place is something else I turned in the wrong way twice they need to come up with a better deal on that.

I ate some chicken minis for the first time in forever. They were pretty good. The service was great, I was in and out of the drive-thru line in less than 5 mins.

Drive through missing sandwiches. Walk in missing fries. Check your orders before driving home and have to go back for missing items.. 😢

It never ceases to amaze me how these places handle the unreal volume of cars streaming through the drive-thru. Food was great, order was correct, and the staff were super.

As good as Chick-fil-A food can be but traffic navigation is tough due to the small parking area and traffic cones, you can't exit back onto Atlanta Highway from the drive-in window, so you have to go south on Hwy 53 to make a U-turn which is very hard, so many cars coming you wait 5 minutes to make that U-turn. Too much hassel so I don't come here for breakfast anymore.

Dude, y'all made me sad today. I paid for the extra dressing and got home to NO dressing! Fries sadly were cold. Bread was dry on the sandwich. Y'all are my treat and sadly this visit is just not it. I tried to do the survey but it wouldn't allow me to. 😔😔😔😔
