Always forgets items but never forgets to charge you for them

Chick-fil-A is always good. First time visiting this location. It was clean and the atmosphere was good. It was my pleasure.

Went closer to closing. Workers were friendly. the strips were not as fresh as normal, but the sandwich was very fresh.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with Pepper jack cheese (dine in). It came out cold, old with a board of cheese slapped on it. I took it back up to the counter and told her it was cold, can you remake or heat this up. Flustered amd bothered, she typed something in computer, took my sandwich, came back 15 seconds later with the same sandwich and said we don't melt our cheese. I tried to respond, but she immediately walked away. I tossed my crusty, old, cold, board of cheese thing they called a sandwich on the counter and left.... If she cant be bothered to respond or listen to a guest, im not eating there. (yes,the sandwich was paid for, i was so disrespected, i didnt even want to wait for a refund or a manager or a remake for fear they will spit on my sandwich)

I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved. Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms. However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for. On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal. Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment. In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again. The food here is pretty fresh and correct when I receive it. It’s definitely hit or miss. Most of time it’s a hit; however the customer service is way below of what you would expect at Chic fil a. The team is rarely personable, polite, or courteous. From a snap shot there is no teamwork, and a very dispassionate attitude.

The food was good as always. The order taker was bored, didn't smile and pretty much a blob with no enthusiasm. The management needs to do a better job training these people.

It's hard to put in words, but it was the worse chicfila experience ever!!

It's starting to get warm, and i wanted to get a shake. Worse mistake I made that day. Waiting in line in the drive thru after ordering and everyone's else's order was being delivered. I can see my shake on the counter, getting pushed around. Waiting for several minutes and still nothing. I finally got an employee's attention, and he mentioned that he thought I ordered food to which I didn't. Don't order the cookies and cream shake, it's lackluster in flavor and enjoyment.

Love the Cobb salad with the apple cider vinaigrette dressing. I'm glad the dressing is back after not being available for a while . Upgrades are nice. The new drive-through seems to get people through quickly.

I ordered a 12 count of grilled nuggets and when i opened the container there was a big piece of plastic in between the nuggets. Very disappointing

Manager serves spoiled cook nuggets. Food smells really bad. Used to visit daily for breakfast. Have since stopped.

This Chick-fil-A is hit or miss. More hit to be honest. However I have had my order be forgotten several times while I'm waiting in curbside. The fries are typically pretty fresh, sweet tea is hit or miss which sounds a bit crazy because it's a staple. The chicken is typically the same. None the less, not a bad Chick-fil-A.

What happen to chick fil a food quality now it's more salty the fries the chicken as well and fries are more broken I'm lil pieces I'm wondering what happen with

The spicy deluxe chk sandwich was very good. The Mac n cheese was good. Service was quick and very friendly.

Love it here! Clean, fast and accurate service, great food. Ordered the nugget meal and the grilled club meal. All delicious. Used my points to order the brownie and ice cream cone before leaving. Woofed both own. The brownie is my new favorite! A bit pricey but worth the cost.

We had been traveling for 15 hrs by plane and needed a meal. We put in an order for pickup on our way home (5 more hrs) for speed's sake. We did not get the bacon on 2 of our sandwiches as ordered, or any of the sauces we requested... We were already on the road when I was handing out the food so we couldn't turn around to correct the mistake...

Slow employee , not good service, i ordered something with different souce but they gave me same souce😂, and counter employee not perfect to take order. Dine in service as like another chicken fil a. Its kind self service . i suggest to franchise owner ; please change entire team.

I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and got this. See picture. I reported it the the boss a couple days later and she did nothing. So the next time I was in there I ordered my breakfast and showed the cashier. He did nothing. But there was 2 girls that were coming in to work and ordered their breakfast. The one girl said I got you and went into the back with her boss and came out with a free breakfast card. She was awesome ill get her name. Thank you.

This location just got remodeled BUT the line is still super super slow. No one directs the vehicles in the order they should be in like they do at quarterfield location. Also blocking the parking lot so it's a one way doesn't help...people still go the wrong way.. Lastly The price for a SALAD is ridiculous. And now it's in a smaller container as well.

Well done remodel.... seems like u get through the drive-thru faster with the NEW set up.... Haven't been inside yet.... They need to bring back the chicken salad sandwich....

It's chic-Fil-a you can't go wrong. My complaint is the same with every store now. Lack of employees means slow service unfortunately and out of things. But that's the world we are living in right now.

Updated. 9/15/23 what happened to chick filet? They remodeled. That didn't help. Salad not made right.. Fries not even filled. Prices higher. Less food? Used to be a great place not sure what happened but I'll tell you this they messed up my whole order and then instead of saving the food for like a homeless person or like somebody that needs food they just in my face With attitude throw the food away. And then they have a sign out there that shows fake money and I was just looking at it since it's sitting right in the front where people can grab it and it doesn't say no touch and the lady rudely grabs it out of my Hands and tells me I can't touch it .. For future reference put a sign on it Not sure what happened to the old man sure they used to be here this place used to be top no more And it was the manager that was like trying to control me with the signDon't take your bad day out on customers if you don't like helping people get a new job always a great place to take my kids great food and service

I normally buy southwest chicken salad, the size of the beans and corn has been reduced, please chick-fil-A do not reduce the size of the corn and beans.

We order $100+ and they can't seem to give chick fil a sauces that we ordered. They will up sell you to order squeeze bottle but if thr app let's me order it then you should give it. Then they gave us the wrong sandwich and never gave us 12 piece nuggets..... Glen Burnie store is slaking.... poor service, can't get a simple order correct...

I'm over the price vs portion sizes. I took on a 1 year break to Chick-fil-A because of quantity and price. The size of the chicken filet has greatly reduced. The size of the drink cups reduced, the consistency of fries and quantity, the up charge for sauces and increased prices... Not interested in patronizing any longer.. I tired

Ordered a 12 pc nugget meal w/ fry and half water half lemonade. I received crumbs for fries, a fruit cup that I didn't order, and 2 separate cups....guy at the window, took back the fruit cup, and said that he gave me a free drink ??????? I ended up going back inside to get my refund because I was upcharged for something I didn't want. They put lemonade and water in separate cups....smdh. Worse service I have ever received, and the manager acted as if he was annoyed to give me my money back from an upcharge. Won't be back.

Only giving 2 stars cause they don’t cater to dogs like other locations.. my dog and I were looking forward to a nice salad and puppy cup (for her) but this location had nothing for her. I’m disappointed I only go to chick fil A because of the dog friendly stuff .

The lady taking my order was rude and she was not listening to me I had to repeat my order several times then my order was still incorrect and I had to go have something replaced once I got home I noticed there was another item.

Took a little longer than usual, 15 minutes for two milkshakes and I was the only one at the time sitting in curbside. Still love them

Morning drive thru and the gent taking my order was not like any chick-fil a associate I've ever dealt with. Very, "take your order" "drink" "drive up". He waited for me to say, you there after every thing said as if he wanted me to just drive away. The young lady that handed me my food with the blue shirt on was very nice.

I went to chick fil a recently , my friend is Asian , I’m American and clearly stated his name as JOE, when we went up to the guy to pay he asked us what our order was and he said it was under Kim. We all know what you did there it’s disrespectful and not funny at all. Anyone who’s worked at a fast food restaurant knows you can see what you look like when you order but the food was good even though you left out two of the sauces we asked for.

Drive thru was very badly managed. One lane moved quickly but 4 to 5 cars orders would be taken from one lane before they would take an order from second lane. Took 27 minutes to get my order even though my lane had only 3 cars ahead of me. Cars that came in other lane behind me got food and were leaving and my lane hadn't moved at all. And you cannot get out of lane to leave, because I would have.

I came here to grab dinner for the family & to be expected, the drive-thru was nuts. I mean, they usually are very quick, though, when taking your order & getting you on your way, though. I decided to park & go inside to see if it was any quicker. Wow, I am going inside every time from here on out! The inside was sparse, at best. The service was QUICK & despite the staff really hustling to get the orders for the drive-thru, the overall experience was pleasant. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized they put the wrong sandwich in my bag. The soup for my daughter & wife is what mattered, though. I will be back!

Not the best or even good chick fil a i had been to.. servers were lazy and rude to everyone in the driveway. And even got my order wrong.

went there for breakfast. they slop my egg sandwich together. I got two sodas a diet and regular coke and they didn't tell me which one was diet and which was regular.

Never have I thought about giving a 1 star review of chickfila waiting in line at the drive thru the order taker seemed he hated to be there went to pay my order which was a pretty big one the lady said she didn't have our order so we had to reorder again because the order taker did a mistake went to the window gave us our food wanting to pay they said we have already paid which we didn't they asked to check our bag of food twice not knowing for what reason finally we got to pay for our meal got home the fries were extremely salty gave us low quality service.

Literally never fill the fries up all the way. It gets annoying to politely let them know that I would like my fries filled up. Everytime I get fries I’m not getting my moneys worth. Literally prefer McDonald’s fries atp because at least they fill it up..

Absolutely worse experience I have ever had at this chicfila after 9pm on 3/1/23. Order taker seemed irritated and not friendly, at the window it was so many workers hitting each other, playing around even one cussing. Orders were mixed up, receipts not working and the manager seemed oblivious and when I asked to speak to her she assumed it was about the receipt even after I said it wasn't several times. I told the employee at the window I come here often and yall need to know we can see everything and this is not good. The chaos and lack of concern or care for their customers was so far from the chic fil a standard. This restaurant has been going down hill and tonight they officially made it there. This was a shame. I am so disappointed in the staff and management at this location!!

Excellent customer service as well as food.

It's good, but the main issue I have here is with the sauce. My family and I asked for a lot of the special sauce, but they only gave us 2. But overall it's always been a solid place to stop at, and pick up some food. They also have a tendency to give you 3/4 ice. (Edit) They seem to have fixed the sauce issue, and they give you much more now! Also the drinks can come with no ice if you ask for none.

Wait was long and small free medium fry was supposed to be added to my order but mysteriously got out of the cart. Confusing but food is great!

Ordered on line order taker could not find my order, window person found my order but it wasn't ready...sent to reserved spot....after 8 minutes people who walked in got there order and left...I walked in my order w a s ready just sitting on a counter..very poor service

Under new management/ownership and it shows. 3 incomplete curbside orders in a row. 20 minute wait with very few cars in the lot. Fries always undefilled. This restaurant used to be a well oiled machine, those days are long gone.

Crazy busy. Last several times my wife has visited, the service/servers were not up to Chick-fil-A's standards. #sad

Never thought I'd see the day when I'd get poor service from a Chick-fil-A. Food great, but service so poor. Plenty of workers to help the only two people in line, but there seemed to be no sense of hospitality. Too much chit chat and not enough service.

Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1star. So many issues at this location since my last review.

As always the food is great, my issue is they don’t give a military discount. I was told none of the restaurants around the Baltimore area gives a military discount. Can someone please give me an answer on that. Just about everywhere I go in the country, Chick-Fi-la gives a military discount. I don’t recommend any of the Baltimore area restaurants for any meals of the day.

I went to the one off route 3 (Crain hwy) in glen Burnie. Wow. Very very fast service. Polite people.

Long line, but line moved along without issue. Everyone was polite and respectful. Chicken tenders, fries and frosted lemonade hit the spot for dinner.

Ok, so the problem here is not the quality of the food, they do that fine, the problem is that every time I go, they mess up the order, either the wrong kind of chicken in the salads, missing grilled chicken nuggets for my dogs, today for the 4th day straight they messed something up in my order! Look for another location, they have serious issues when it comes to doing the job right in this one!

We visited during the winter break, so no long line to wait in. The employees were friendly and helpful. The food of course was delicious!
