I ordered salad. They did not give dressing. I came to know after I came home. It was not good, they should have checked the Togo bag before handing it over to the customer.

Difficult to drive around & park

Probably the longest wait I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A drive thru.

2 days in a row at 2 different locations in Howard County my expectations were not met. What's going on CFA? My pleasure where??? Wed they gave me the wrong shake and Thursday they put blue cheese on my market salad even though I ordered it without. CFA we're breaking up 💔

One of the busier Chic Fil A in the areas but it's probably the cleanest and has a great atmosphere.

They gave me 10 nuggets when I bought a 12 count. But the food was pretty good and the peach milkshake was fire so I’ll give it an extra star.

Best drive thru staff and always fast service

Just got home from this drive thru with half my order missing. Gonna start checking bags at the window now before pulling away. This is a first for me with Chick-fil-a.

Check your change!!! ordered a deluxe sandwich and a large lemonade, was $10 and change. I gave them a $20 bill, got $4 and change back. $5 pocketed by “director” - too much in a hurry to check, so warning customers now.

They left the cheese off my sandwich at the drive through and we didn’t have time to go back. Made the sandwich too spicy and ruined the experience. First world problem but frustrating.

Great service but the paper straws are disgusting and pointless. Other CFA have changed back to the plastic. This one needs to or I am going to continue to not buy myself a drink or meal any time my wife send me up here. My 4 year old ends up with a soggy straw as well in seconds.

Location is a major hassle at busy times

Great meals for any time of day. Fast service in large dining area. ** We order the meals while we were sitting at a table using the Chick-fil-A app. The meals were delivered to the table a few minutes later.

Longest drive thru wait I’ve experienced, not exaggerating, waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. I couldn’t leave, committed & held captive by a hangry toddler. The chicken was overcooked and dry at a previous visit. Hoped it was a one time thing, it wasn’t. Employees were nice but not enough to want to return.

Good service, we're waiting so much less than expected. Gave 4 stars cause fries was with no salt.

I went through the drive through excited to try their new Berry Lemonade. When I tried to order, they said that drink never existed (they have signs up for it and all). We also paid for an extra side of fries but were never given what we paid for. It’s sad how this location has changed recently. Save your time & money and go to a different location,

Manager here always is rude and likes to pick fights with young girls. The other staff members are extremely pleasant and hard working, however their leadership could use a few classes in customer service and just basic human decency.

Come here often. I bought a cup of ice water around 10am. Paid .27 cents for it. Not all locations charge for ice water. But this location does based on the franchisee. Regardless, I pay everytime. I went to ask for a refill for water around 4:30pm the same day. And I was denied. Mr. BIG chest standing by the 3rd party order area said refills were for "dine in customers only". I am a paying customer and asked for a refill for water. I paid for the cup, lid, and straw. What kind of morals and principles has this company come to? .27 cents for a cup of ice water and I couldn't even get a free refill from the same location I bought from.

Food was good as usual. They let us eat inside! First time since the COVID lock down. My only problem was they took money from my app even though I specifically said I wanted to use my credit card. This happens about 25% of the time I ask to not use the app to pay. Very frustrating. Happens at any CFA, not just at this one. Update: March 2024 - Food was the same as expected. The drive-through was crazy long. I went inside, which was much faster.

It's Chick-fil-A - do I need to say more? Delicious food served by friendly and helpful team members. The only downside, as with so many things these days, is how prices have climbed.

Line is usually wrapped around causing traffic from 100 into the neighborhood. I think they should expand into the parking lot next door by the hotel and bank. Went early for lunch and the wait wasn't too long. I appreciated having my sauce handed to me and not thrown into the bag. I prefer this location over the Columbia location on Dobbin. They're both congested but this one is a little bit better to navigate through and staff are more pleasant here.

Super fast pulled in the parking lot, parked, walked in and bam there was my food!!! But! The fries which never seems to ever happen were under cooked and cold 🥶 😕

Do not go to this chic fa la. The service is horrible, the food is gross, and customer service is not like that of the other chic fa la. I brought a breakfast bowl, which was half full and nasty as he'll. When I tried to return it, the person was indignant and refused to reimburse me.

Manager Lionel Brooks is worthless. Bosses employees around and does nothing to help. Can’t manage online orders, tells people to call ahead when they get there to pick up. What a joke.

Wow!!!!!! I have never been more impressed with a morning Chick-fil-A crew. I had two massive orders at short notice (think $150 combined) and the team put them together in the span of 12 minutes. Kudos and THANK YOU for the EXCELLENT customer service!!

This location doesn't have the dual drive thru like the Laurel location, but the service and food are just as welcoming.

Need a better Drive Thru and more parking space. The establishment is sitting in an unusual place. An accident waiting to happen.

I love this particular Chick fil a because even if I have a problem, it's not a problem because the management there is always quick to fix it. The staff is usually quite pleasant even when they're busy. Very courteous and very helpful. Of course it doesn't hurt that Chick fil a has the best fast food anywhere!

Food is always fresh and tasty if worth the wait which is almost all of the wait time due to high volumes of hungry customers

Chick-fil-A probably has the greatest problem on Earth as a business. They do not know how to scale their success. For it's popularity and praise, they never continue to operate efficiently over long periods of time. This results into low quality food and bad orders. This is not the first time I've been missing items from the menu that I paid for. The pickup area needs to have two associates constantly interacting with guests to make sure all orders are correct and probably need to add two to three other crew members in the back to help create and deliver the orders. There's too much business flowing through in terms of cash flow to not be properly staffed AND to have that staff not positioned to efficiently transition people's ordering and dining experience. Please do better!

These people really know how to run a fast food restaurant. And the food is tasty, hot and fresh, as well as priced reasonably. I can't believe how busy they always are.

Perhaps the slowest & most inefficient location I’ve ever been to.

Lionel, the director for this location, made my day. I tapped my card to pay and it didn’t work. I had plenty of money and I thought he was prompting the machine to let me try again. But no, he swiped his card and comped my meal. I was speechless, and he said, that is for being my best customer today and for having the best smile. I struggled to hold back tears when he handed me my lemonade. Thank you so much Lionel for being so kind and making my day :)

This location consistently comes through with good food and order accuracy. The only negatives are the tight layout where the drive-thru line backs up so you have to wait to enter the lot at peak times, and they used to have a play place here for kids but it was removed during covid and never came back.

Once you've been to one, you have been to them all. Decent food. Relatively quick. Their salads are actually decent for fast food.

I came here to try the new sandwich/shake. The woman who took our order was an absolute mess. I couldn't hear a word she was saying as she read our order back to us (she had a mask on and a very thick accent, not totally her fault). I wanted a Dr pepper as well but didn't notice till I got back to my seat that she hadn't added it to the order, when they brought our food out she didn't have the milkshake I ordered with her so I assumed it'll be another minute on that (she didn't say anything to me). A minute later I get back in line to order a Dr pepper and let someone know I never got my milkshake (I just happened to get a manager cause she was on the register at the time) she talks to the employee that took our order and tells me it'll just me a minute, so I go back and sit down. A few minutes later I figure "maybe she doesn't remember where we were sitting" so I go to stand by the pickup sign within sight of the front, a few minutes later the manager I spoke to sees me waiting and talks to the employee again, who then comes up to me and asks what it was I ordered. Finally, 20 minutes after we initially ordered I actually get the shake, at which point my food wasn't hot anymore and the chicken patty I got was closer in size to a chicken strip than a patty and didn't have the honey the new sandwich is supposed to have. (I mean half of the bun was bigger than this thing)

Food and service was great - the app unfortunately wasn't working right so we went through the drive thru instead of curbside - also noticed some items that weren't listed in the app?

God's chicken served at their pleasure... What else could you want. The line is long but moves fast. The food always tastes like it was just made.

The food is fine, it’s the parking lot and never-moving line that’s an issue. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, there’s always a line. Don’t think to go around popular lunch or dinner time because if you’re lucky enough to even get into the parking lot, you’ll be waiting 20+ minutes. I don’t know what it is about this chick fil a; I guess at least they’re consistent because their slow service hasn’t changed in 10+ years. Save yourself the frustration and go to the chick fil a on Dobbin or near Maple Lawn.

Go to get food for family. They mess up kids order misplace nuggets for a sandwhich and gave us a rottom sandwhich so we have screaming kids with no food for dinner when we get home. Take 30 minutes to get food. Sandwhich we did get had rotten lettuce and nasty tomato. Go back wasting 45 minutes fixing it. Refused refund only new food due to how old order was. Almost 1.25 hours due to their mistake. Unacceptable. "Claimed this what a sandwhich looks like after that long." Nasty food along with a manager who was rude. On top of messing up the order which was placed online. Pretty hard to mess up an online order.

This is the 3rd time my order is getting messed up at this location. I had to write a review because this is not acceptable. The first time my order was missing fries, the second time I was given a wrong order. Today I was at the drive through and the guy who took my order was very distracted and didn’t get my order right after telling him what I wanted 4 TIMES! I finally got to the window and of course one of my orders was not correct again. Part of my order was a salad with dressing. I got back to my destination only to find out no utensils were added and my salad had no dressing which I specifically asked for and the lady at the window read back to me TWICE!!! I know this might sound insignificant to you but it is very frustrating when your order gets messed up. Now I can’t eat my salad cos there are not utensils where I am and no dressing. As much as I love chic filet I don’t think I will ever come back to this location. I fell in love with chic filet years ago because of the service, consistency and top notch attention to details but this location needs an inservice training with their staff. I am not coming back here again!

It’s chick-fil-a what could go wrong?? I hear the management is harsh though.

I ordered spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and fries during my lunch break. Upon opening the sandwich I saw there was rotten lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. I called to ask for a credit or new sandwich made, and they said it would’ve transferred to the account. After following up the next day because the credit was never transferred on the account, the manager Oscar refused to assist, constantly being rude, standoffish, and ultimately did nothing to do help. Would not recommend anyone going to this location.

Undercooked fries, sandwich great, insane waiting time in drive thru compared to other locations. Even if you dine in it will still take forever just to park. Just not enough space.

Too crowded of a spot for a Chick-fil-A. Definitely love the brand, but the location is terrible.

Ordered take out on the mobile app for the 1st time and it told me to go to the pick up line and wait to have my name called. I waited 15-20 mins and everyone who came in was serviced before me. Finally I asked about why I had not received my order it was said to me in a condescending tone "you should've gone to mobile order it's always at mobile order". I explained the app told me come to pick up line but the fact no one tried to figure out why I had been waiting and waiting for so long or even tried ask if I needed help Plus my nuggets ended up being burnt which was a first for Chick-fil-A overall want too happy with this experience

This is the slowest chick fil a, a company known for it's speediness and efficiency. Budget 25-30 minutes to get your food, every single time.

For a place that is so slammed with customers at certain times of the day, they always are top notch. I highly recommend either ordering ahead or parking and going in. The drive thru line can take 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day.

Every Chick-Gil-A location I have been to, service is always top-notch and the food always feels fresh. They are doing something right and fast food chains ought to learn from them, fast.

As with pretty much every Chick-fil-A this one is no exception... Super polite friendly workers. Other fast food places need to encourage their service model. Most others pale in comparison and it makes a difference in my patronage. Great service, fresh tasty food. Edit: compared to other locations they are pretty slow. Great service otherwise though.
