Unfortunately this place has gone downhill since reopening. As others have mentioned flies all over the place inside and dirty. Also missing food in my to-go order that I placed inside. Wasn’t worth driving back for $6. Probably won’t be back and will visit the Roswell Rd location instead. I hope they do better!

Great Staff, Very attentive and helpful. I really like the staff. The people working there are always friendly and they answer my questions (why do I have questions). The food is the quality and grade expected. I can see why they changed the drive through and layout because the previous layout required you to walk in front of cars to enter the building. I just wish that they had a play area and gave a military discount.

The remodeled store is now several steps down from the previous one. Its smaller with much less seating inside. The drive through only has one lane now as well, with the other lane being given over to mobile only. The mobile only is almost always empty or has a car or two at most.

I’m not sure what happened since the renovation, but we have been to this location 4 or 5 times since reopen and they have gotten our order right 1 time. We had the absolute worst Chick-fil-A experience we have ever had at the Chick-fil-A Lassiter location, and I called the Sprayberry location to see if the store operator, Scott Reed, was there to tell him. He was not, but Josh was and Josh was amazing. He actually listened to our problem (not just rattle off some cut and paste response) and was empathetic to the problems the Lassiter location made for our family. Then he went further and made it right. The Lassiter location literally ruined our family’s dinner, but Josh listened, cared, and went the extra mile.

The order precision here is not as good as at other CFAs. I asked for a wrap with fried instead of grilled chicken, which I have gotten at other CFAs, but they said that was not possible. Then I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich only, but they instead charged and gave me a whole spicy chicken sandwich meal. I also asked for water, but they didn't clear out the fruit punch flavor of the dispenser before filling up my cup, so my water had a slight taste of fruit punch which was gross. Also, my cookie was room temperature (they are great when they are warm, but this one was not). However, the other food was good and warm and the service was fast.

Disappointed in the quality of the food. All the nuggets looked burned. One of our boxes of nuggets wasn't even full halfway because the nuggets were more like burnt crumbs that smelled strong of oil. I took it back to have replaced as well as get the drink they forgot to give us. They apologized after they saw what they gave us ..... they promptly gave us the drink they forgot and replaced the nuggets. Replacement was a bit more normal sized mixed in with crumbs still, and unfortunately still way overcooked. Very young manager came and stated this is how all their nuggets look and that they dont consider them burnt. There was no real resolution. I will no longer be using this location, which is unfortunate because its the closest to us.

They tore down the restaurant and built a new one. The new one is soooo poorly designed. Chic fil a was known for their efficiency, but the new design is so slow, backs up easily, it’s damn near impossible to smoothly steer into the drive thru lane, and the mobile lane is always blocked because people don’t realize that it’s mobile and place their order once theyre in the mobile line. I can’t even imagine how much money CFA wasted on rebuilding a poorer design. Plus these poor kids they have working outside during the summer no longer have shade. Half the drive thru line isn’t shaded and these young teens have to walk through the mobile line to deliver food to the other line… the mobile line where people are paying more attention to their phones than anything else. From a customer and employee safety perspective, what a nightmare!

The new drive through is worse than ever. Traffic all the way out into the road with people cutting in because no one knows who’s been waiting longer. Meanwhile there’s an entire lane completely open for mobile app. No one using it. Numerous cars accidentally turning into it and getting stuck. And on top of that, staff hold the line up instead of walking up. I will drive to a different Chick-Fil-A next time. This one is poorly designed.

Did a mobile order and picked up through the drive through. Someone I guess had a big order as we sat there for a good bit before we started moving. The employees were pleasant. However, I ordered and paid extra for a gluten free bun which was not in my bag which I realized when I got home so that was disappointing. Also I got super glutened from what I would assume would be the fries which I haven't had an issue at other locations (I have celiac). Chick Fil A is supposed to cook their fries in a separate fryer which I doubt a lot of locations do but I'm usually fine after eating them. Not at this location.

UNLESS the tea has multiple holes in it and dumps out out all over your work cloths as you leave the drive thru line. Who doesn't love driving in tea bath all the way to work!! First time in the new drive-thru and it took 15 minutes from getting in line to getting the food. Worse than that the order was wrong and the fries were soggy and barely warm, but there was no way I was going back through that fiasco again to get it fixed. I also feel bad for the kids delivering food because they have to cross a lane of active cars twice to get to the far drive-thru lane and back to the counter. Saw a car brake hard to avoid hitting a kid delivering food - it's an accident waiting to happen. Poorly designed and executed concept from start to finish.

Unfortunately the newly redesigned store has some issues. My order was wrong on multiple areas: order of chicken strips was missing, all the sauces missing, wrong salad dressing, and my drinks were wrong. I get that they’re busy, but for the cost I expect my order to be correct. The label on the bag had it all correct though, so it wasn’t an error of taking the order wrong. Its a real shame, I used to frequent this location.

The new layout is HORRIBLE both inside and at the drive thru. Whoever designed this did not consider the flow of traffic at all. Chick fil a used to be fast and efficient, now it's one of the slowest drive thrus around. I decided to go inside after bad drive thru experience and it's not consumer friendly inside either. Didn't know where to enter the line to order and had to stand in the middle of the busiest part of the restaurant to get my food....which also took 17 minutes to get just a brownie. So sad. This remodel ruined this location.

I like the idea of the Mobile-Thru on the app, but this is awful. This was my third time doing it and once again it’s not proven to speed up the line. Each time cars in the other lane have received their food quicker. The only incentive is the bonus points you receive. I’ve had staff be pretty argumentative about the issue with the drive thru. It gets backed up out of the parking lot easily because of where they chose to take orders. I’ve had people hop into the mobile line in front of me, but they didn’t order on the phone so they held up everyone behind them. It’s a mess. The store operator needs to prioritize this with corporate. I’m sure they tested this, and they’ve obviously got some kinks to work out, but I expected better from them.

This location is very drive-thru focused now, but it appears they're still ironing out the kinks in this new setup. Despite using the app-only "Mobile Thru" line that only had a couple cars, we waited for 5 minutes before a human being emerged from the building and a full 15 minutes for our own meal. I expect that kind of delay when you're a dozen cars back and there's only one line. The staff also has to cross over the driveway to reach the outer line, which resulted in some near misses from cars in the inner line. They should make reflective vests mandatory for outside employees. I agree with the other review that the loss of the play area is unfriendly towards families. My daughter has lost interest in us having our daddy-daughter dinners here. The food is great and the staff is super-friendly and helpful. But the major changes make this location a big downgrade.

Chick-fil-A has it down to an art, so the food is pretty much the same at all locations. The restaurant was also very clean, including the bathroom when my daughter needed to go. The door on the handicap stall was slightly out of alignment, so the door wouldn't close, but I'm certain they will fix that very soon. The service was great. At our location, they bring the food and occasionally offer refills. In this location, they heard my husband say he needed mayonnaise (while seated at our table), and they stopped what they were doing to bring it to him. There's a play-place, so if you are dining in, you may get to hear sweet children sounds during the meal.

Repeated my order 2 times to the employee in the outside line. She charged me twice saying she forgot to place the order properly. She said just tell them you ordered 2 combinations at the window. I get to the window and only get 1 combo. When I tell them what the order taker said they tell me to hold on. They then say I owe them more money if I want the 2nd combination. When I asked why they said she didn't charge me for fries. The young man who was doing the talking was very rude and seemed to get a charge out of showing off his authority in front of the other young girls at the window. I asked to speak to a manager who after hearing about the fiasco apologized and corrected my order. BTW soft drinks were unavailable because their C02 was not working. A very frustrating experience. Definitely need to retrain some employees.

Unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A is not accommodating and very rude. I have order from this location and others and I know for a fact we are able to accommodate allergies as well as diet. Today I asked for a fresh fillet on my Chick-fil-A cool wrap because in the past I have had issues with quality at this location. I attempted to order a wrap with a fresh piece of grilled chicken on it and I was denied. I then asked if I could have just a wrap on the side with a piece of grilled chicken and was denied. I will not be returning to this location.

the floor was extremely greasy. i avoided falling best i could , and fell really bad . this resulted in really bad bruising and my knee swelling up. now i walk with crutches around school and i’m in pain. they refused to give me a incident report which is illegal, and didn’t provide any info on insurance. practically making it impossible to see an orthopedic doctor without paying hundreds. they were negligent and had accumulated piles of grease and liquids on the floor. it hurts for me to walk or do anything. thanks a lot! you all are so thoughtful. i loved falling on your greasy dirty floor. my arthritis has gotten a lot worse since falling but that’s “pre existing” and not relevant to chick-fil-a. i hope you all learn your lesson. that law suit will be fun ;)

Every time I come to the Chick-fil-A and put a mobile order in and I get out of my car to get my order. It takes him at least 10 minutes to get one biscuit ready for me. Today they got 60 biscuits ready before my one biscuit even though I arrive before that person. One time I ordered it to be brought out to me and I sat for 10 minutes and it was not brought out to me so I had to get out of my car go inside and get it, and still was not given to me for another 10 to 15 minutes.
