Unfortunately this place has gone downhill since reopening. As others have mentioned flies all over the place inside and dirty. Also missing food in my to-go order that I placed inside. Wasn’t worth driving back for $6. Probably won’t be back and will visit the Roswell Rd location instead. I hope they do better!

They messed up the order, instead of a 12 pack chicken nuggets and 1 sandwich, we got a super spicy sandwich and 2 cookies.

Inside was hot and full of flies. And it's stuffy. New renovations might be great for drive-through and online ordering, but they completely ruined the eat-in experience.

The market salad is great and IMO tastes best with zesty apple cider vinaigrette dressing topped with roasted almonds!

Chick Fil A?! I just want to make sure I’m not tripping. But this a 1/4 of inch thick, slice of meat, you’re selling this for $5?! Are you freaking kidding me?!

Great Staff, Very attentive and helpful. I left one night RT before closing, they for to put my brownie in my order, power was out so when I called kept getting voicemail,(may have had a few choice words I would have preferred the voicemail not caught)... But received a call back very next morning , and was given the brownie an also free sandwich credited to my app!

This was dine-in. The food was ok, but I was ignored when I went to the register to try and get a beverage refill, hence the low rating.

Why does this place not know what the heck EXTRA Pickels means. It's all o them not just this one. I ask for extra pickles and always only get 3-4 of them.

The food is fine, the service is fine, but this location is too busy to have cut down the seating area by 75% compared to before the renovation. Used to have a nice big lobby, now there's only a little corner.

Drinks are overfilled with ice. You are NOT getting what you pay for. We opened our Large drinks to find that compacted ice filled the cup up to 1" below the rim. Please stop shortchanging your customers. No one wants 80% of their drink to be ice.

I really like the staff. The people working there are always friendly and they answer my questions (why do I have questions). The food is the quality and grade expected. I can see why they changed the drive through and layout because the previous layout required you to walk in front of cars to enter the building. I just wish that they had a play area and gave a military discount.

Every time I go to that particular chick something comes wrong! And the potatoes are ALWAYS BAD! Sad that is the closest to my house!

The remodeled store is now several steps down from the previous one. Its smaller with much less seating inside. The drive through only has one lane now as well, with the other lane being given over to mobile only. The mobile only is almost always empty or has a car or two at most.

Why use the driveway through you are going to forget my food items and force me to go inside? This has to be to worst rated CFA in history.

I’m not sure what happened since the renovation, but we have been to this location 4 or 5 times since reopen and they have gotten our order right 1 time. It takes a lot for me to spend my time writing a review, but we’ve probably been taken for $30 at this point with missing items that we have purchased and are on the receipt.

This place has been terrible since the remodel. They are extremely slow and never put condiments in my bag.

Consistent poor service compared to other CFAs. After remodel, it seems to be worse. Always slow service and frequent incorrect order delivery.

We had the absolute worst Chick-fil-A experience we have ever had at the Chick-fil-A Lassiter location, and I called the Sprayberry location to see if the store operator, Scott Reed, was there to tell him. He was not, but Josh was and Josh was amazing. He actually listened to our problem (not just rattle off some cut and paste response) and was empathetic to the problems the Lassiter location made for our family. Then he went further and made it right. The Lassiter location literally ruined our family’s dinner, but Josh listened, cared, and went the extra mile.

Been really satisfied with the new remodeling. Service and food has been great. Food is still fresh and and the drive-thru is faster than the old layout. Will say the new layout is really nice.

Ever since reopening after the remodel we cannot get our order correct. Regularly missing items, incorrect items, long waits.

The order precision here is not as good as at other CFAs. I asked for a wrap with fried instead of grilled chicken, which I have gotten at other CFAs, but they said that was not possible. Then I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich only, but they instead charged and gave me a whole spicy chicken sandwich meal. I also asked for water, but they didn't clear out the fruit punch flavor of the dispenser before filling up my cup, so my water had a slight taste of fruit punch which was gross. Also, my cookie was room temperature (they are great when they are warm, but this one was not). However, the other food was good and warm and the service was fast.

Disappointed in the quality of the food. All the nuggets looked burned. One of our boxes of nuggets wasn't even full halfway because the nuggets were more like burnt crumbs that smelled strong of oil. I took it back to have replaced as well as get the drink they forgot to give us. They apologized after they saw what they gave us ..... they promptly gave us the drink they forgot and replaced the nuggets. Replacement was a bit more normal sized mixed in with crumbs still, and unfortunately still way overcooked. Very young manager came and stated this is how all their nuggets look and that they dont consider them burnt. There was no real resolution. I will no longer be using this location, which is unfortunate because its the closest to us.

Pretty good the food is great the lesson line not so much the milk shakes are great the peppermint is almost as good as the peach

They tore down the restaurant and built a new one. The new one is soooo poorly designed. Chic fil a was known for their efficiency, but the new design is so slow, backs up easily, it’s damn near impossible to smoothly steer into the drive thru lane, and the mobile lane is always blocked because people don’t realize that it’s mobile and place their order once theyre in the mobile line. I can’t even imagine how much money CFA wasted on rebuilding a poorer design. Plus these poor kids they have working outside during the summer no longer have shade. Half the drive thru line isn’t shaded and these young teens have to walk through the mobile line to deliver food to the other line… the mobile line where people are paying more attention to their phones than anything else. From a customer and employee safety perspective, what a nightmare!

The new drive through is worse than ever. Traffic all the way out into the road with people cutting in because no one knows who’s been waiting longer. Meanwhile there’s an entire lane completely open for mobile app. No one using it. Numerous cars accidentally turning into it and getting stuck. And on top of that, staff hold the line up instead of walking up. I will drive to a different Chick-Fil-A next time. This one is poorly designed.

Did a mobile order and picked up through the drive through. Someone I guess had a big order as we sat there for a good bit before we started moving. The employees were pleasant. However, I ordered and paid extra for a gluten free bun which was not in my bag which I realized when I got home so that was disappointing. Also I got super glutened from what I would assume would be the fries which I haven't had an issue at other locations (I have celiac). Chick Fil A is supposed to cook their fries in a separate fryer which I doubt a lot of locations do but I'm usually fine after eating them. Not at this location.

Surprisingly, the remodel made their drive-thru service slower than ever. Considering this takes up half the space, you would believe it to be more efficient. There also isn’t much room inside to dine in.

Nothing is better than stopping here on my way to work for a tea and breakfast burrito! UNLESS the tea has multiple holes in it and dumps out out all over your work cloths as you leave the drive thru line. Who doesn't love driving in tea bath all the way to work!! The burrito sufficed despite being parched.

I didn't get the sauces that I asked for twice. The fries were old and the drinks were not up sized. The problem here is something as seemingly small as sauce impact my future decisions to return. I love Chick fil et. And I realize the employees feel like dorks having to tell me that it's their pleasure to serve me.

First time in the new drive-thru and it took 15 minutes from getting in line to getting the food. Worse than that the order was wrong and the fries were soggy and barely warm, but there was no way I was going back through that fiasco again to get it fixed. I also feel bad for the kids delivering food because they have to cross a lane of active cars twice to get to the far drive-thru lane and back to the counter. Saw a car brake hard to avoid hitting a kid delivering food - it's an accident waiting to happen. Poorly designed and executed concept from start to finish.

Unfortunately the newly redesigned store has some issues. My order was wrong on multiple areas: order of chicken strips was missing, all the sauces missing, wrong salad dressing, and my drinks were wrong. I get that they’re busy, but for the cost I expect my order to be correct. The label on the bag had it all correct though, so it wasn’t an error of taking the order wrong. Its a real shame, I used to frequent this location.

came in before an 8hr shift at work to eat and relax! the staff was polite, my order came out promptly, the food quality was perfect, and the entire restaurant was spotless given how busy it is now! 10/10

Wrong cheese on multiple sandwiches and no honey bbq or chicfila sauce. All after a 15 minute wait. Disappointing.

Went to the NEW Chick-fil-A. We were wanting to see the menu but we're told to drive past it to make the order. We had to guess what we wanted. The new design backs up traffic which is why we were told to move past the menu. New Chick-fil-A...fail

The new layout is HORRIBLE both inside and at the drive thru. Whoever designed this did not consider the flow of traffic at all. Chick fil a used to be fast and efficient, now it's one of the slowest drive thrus around. I decided to go inside after bad drive thru experience and it's not consumer friendly inside either. Didn't know where to enter the line to order and had to stand in the middle of the busiest part of the restaurant to get my food....which also took 17 minutes to get just a brownie. So sad. This remodel ruined this location.

Good food, nowhere to sit had to eat in my car

This location was recently remodeled. Sadly, it is way more cramped than the previous structure. I originally wanted to dine-in, but I had to take my food to go because people waiting on to-go orders are permitted to take up seating that should be reserved for those dining in only.

As it pertains to the new drive-thru...so far, no good. Been through there twice now and got frustrated with the wait both times. Neither line moves very quick. You'd think the mobile line would save you some time but it doesn't. Honestly they were much faster and efficient before even though the parking lot was cramped and there was only one line.

This is my closest chick fil a and I am SO disappointed that the remodel removed the play area. Corporate- please stop taking away this feature for parents when you remodel.

I like the idea of the Mobile-Thru on the app, but this is awful. This was my third time doing it and once again it’s not proven to speed up the line. Each time cars in the other lane have received their food quicker. The only incentive is the bonus points you receive. I’ve had staff be pretty argumentative about the issue with the drive thru. It gets backed up out of the parking lot easily because of where they chose to take orders. I’ve had people hop into the mobile line in front of me, but they didn’t order on the phone so they held up everyone behind them. It’s a mess. The store operator needs to prioritize this with corporate. I’m sure they tested this, and they’ve obviously got some kinks to work out, but I expected better from them.

Food and service is good, however, whoever thought of the re-design for this chic-fil-ae did not do a good job thinking it through. Now when there's a lot of cars, the line piles up outside the lot and backs up the road that leads into chic-fil-ae. Silly and poorly thought out.

With this Chick Fil A's remodel, it has disappointed me since they have removed the play area as well as majority of seating within the building. Service has been slower as well as food being served in smaller portions with higher costs. Really disappointed.

The new drive through was not thoroughly thought out and I hope they consider fixing it. It’s so far back it’s causing congestion in the roadway and only a few parking spots for dine in customers. Great food and service as always.

This location is very drive-thru focused now, but it appears they're still ironing out the kinks in this new setup. Despite using the app-only "Mobile Thru" line that only had a couple cars, we waited for 5 minutes before a human being emerged from the building and a full 15 minutes for our own meal. I expect that kind of delay when you're a dozen cars back and there's only one line. The staff also has to cross over the driveway to reach the outer line, which resulted in some near misses from cars in the inner line. They should make reflective vests mandatory for outside employees. I agree with the other review that the loss of the play area is unfriendly towards families. My daughter has lost interest in us having our daddy-daughter dinners here. The food is great and the staff is super-friendly and helpful. But the major changes make this location a big downgrade.

You’re pushing away business by getting rid of the play ground. We used to specifically drive further so that my kids could play. Now we have to find a new place to eat. Chastain never has had one. Barrett got rid of theirs. Now you guys(Sandy Plains) “upgraded” and got rid of your play ground. It’s a shame that y’all are choosing to become less family friendly. 😞

It took for my cousin to convince me to try chick fil A in Georgia...when their are chick fil A where I live in Chicago...and I loved it...I actually loved it. I just wish their was one in my neighborhood...then I could have them as much as I wanted

I really like this chick fil a but It was 5 of us and I politely asked this lady if she was finished so we could sit there and she straight up told us no she will be there a while. It's just rude to me that 1 person sits at a table that seats 6/7 people.. and just sits there on the phone.

Wow never thought this would be written about the king of customer service . Left off half the order and after driving 10 min back …the only thing we got was the missing items and a nonchalant thank you ….at least give me a dang “coach pat “ on the way out the door !!!

Chick-fil-A has it down to an art, so the food is pretty much the same at all locations. The restaurant was also very clean, including the bathroom when my daughter needed to go. The door on the handicap stall was slightly out of alignment, so the door wouldn't close, but I'm certain they will fix that very soon. The service was great. At our location, they bring the food and occasionally offer refills. In this location, they heard my husband say he needed mayonnaise (while seated at our table), and they stopped what they were doing to bring it to him. There's a play-place, so if you are dining in, you may get to hear sweet children sounds during the meal.

I've never had bad service at any Chick-fil-A!

I go to the store and they give me the bottom of the barrel fries and an hour and a half before they close they feed me salty grilled nuggets I’ve always had a good experience but this is unacceptable

Repeated my order 2 times to the employee in the outside line. She charged me twice saying she forgot to place the order properly. She said just tell them you ordered 2 combinations at the window. I get to the window and only get 1 combo. When I tell them what the order taker said they tell me to hold on. They then say I owe them more money if I want the 2nd combination. When I asked why they said she didn't charge me for fries. The young man who was doing the talking was very rude and seemed to get a charge out of showing off his authority in front of the other young girls at the window. I asked to speak to a manager who after hearing about the fiasco apologized and corrected my order. BTW soft drinks were unavailable because their C02 was not working. A very frustrating experience. Definitely need to retrain some employees.

Wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A friendly service, and Sandy did an awesome job of welcoming and delivering the biscuit. There is a wonderful lady that was handling the dining room that was conversational and friendly.

Unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A is not accommodating and very rude. I have order from this location and others and I know for a fact we are able to accommodate allergies as well as diet. Today I asked for a fresh fillet on my Chick-fil-A cool wrap because in the past I have had issues with quality at this location. I attempted to order a wrap with a fresh piece of grilled chicken on it and I was denied. I then asked if I could have just a wrap on the side with a piece of grilled chicken and was denied. I will not be returning to this location.

the floor was extremely greasy. i avoided falling best i could , and fell really bad . this resulted in really bad bruising and my knee swelling up. now i walk with crutches around school and i’m in pain. they refused to give me a incident report which is illegal, and didn’t provide any info on insurance. practically making it impossible to see an orthopedic doctor without paying hundreds. they were negligent and had accumulated piles of grease and liquids on the floor. it hurts for me to walk or do anything. thanks a lot! you all are so thoughtful. i loved falling on your greasy dirty floor. my arthritis has gotten a lot worse since falling but that’s “pre existing” and not relevant to chick-fil-a. i hope you all learn your lesson. that law suit will be fun ;)

Every time I come to the Chick-fil-A and put a mobile order in and I get out of my car to get my order. It takes him at least 10 minutes to get one biscuit ready for me. Today they got 60 biscuits ready before my one biscuit even though I arrive before that person. One time I ordered it to be brought out to me and I sat for 10 minutes and it was not brought out to me so I had to get out of my car go inside and get it, and still was not given to me for another 10 to 15 minutes. Awful service

Used to be good I love the fact this restaurant is always fast and accurate.. however this location lately has given me wrong and incomplete orders. Making me drive back or wait on the side. To me is turning a McDonald's service wise. Update: This place is missing items In the orders, started with a brownie and now is an entire meal. Had to come back and wait in line again like I don't have to go to work.

The “COVID lameness” has officially hit this CFA. Only 2 employees decide to show up on a Friday morning and so the doors can’t be opened. Time to get out of bed like I did to come eat breakfast at your store.
