Small patty, literally burnt nugget, and no salad dressing. This is the worst chick fila on planet earth. Every order they let us down. My wife and I are no longer donating our money to this crap hole of a chick fila.

I ordered nuggets and I never got them, I tried to call them and there phone just beeps then hangs up so WoooHooo 8$ down the drain 👌🏻

Half of my Cobb salad is literally ends of romaine lettuce. What a disappointment 😞 This is the third time Chick-fil-A on Malabar Road does this.

I do reviews for a living and it's not often, no , I mean it's a rarity, for me to give anything 5 stars that's not deserving. Chick -fil-A, I hate to say, it's deserving of a 5 star rating. Even though the drive through is ALWAYS busy, those folks have the system down packed. And the food, oh my heavens. Perfection. And closed on Sunday to honor our maker. They just don't come any better folks. I am elated that they have bottled their sauce, so I can buy it at the grocery store. Now that is the best chicken dipping sauce, EVER.

I realized when I got home that the fries were missing in my kids meals and my Cherry Coke was almost clear (out of syrup). As a father of 3, I depend on Chick-fil-A on nights we get done with personal obligations later than desired, so I greatly depend on their food that I paid for, to be present in the bags so my kids can have a meal after an exhausting day. Thanks for making a single father's night harder, instead of more convenient. Thanks for causing my kids to go to bed later than expected, instead of having a quick meal, shower and bed.

Don’t waste your time coming for the play place, this is the third time going with my kids and leaving with crying kids due to the play place being closed for “cleaning” when empty inside.

Everything is good, some changes I don't like. Such as now corporate stating they will now allow use of chicken that may have been treated with antibiotics. I find that unacceptable. The cost is higher, but that is to be expected with the economy in the toilet as it is now. Overall, I still rate them high. I eat mostly their vegetarian options and love them.

Usually I have good experiences here. There was just a little disappointed with the customer service. When I ordered on my app and it said my order was being prepared, and then I clicked that I was there to go pick it up. The app told me to meet a team member for pickup. There must have been a glitch with the app? My bank account was charged but then the order had disappeared on the app. I went back and forth with the employees to look at my bank account and my app for like 20 mins.. just so I had to prove myself that I actually payed for it. They said they couldn't prepare my order because they don't have it on their end. I had to end up going back in and placing it again. I just hope that they reimburse the money that was taken out of my account, so that I'm not charged twice. Just wish the customer service was a little bit more accommodating for a situation like this.

We were there at noon on a Saturday. Drive thru was crazy busy, so we went inside. Unfortunately, someone decided it was a great time to mop, so the floor was wet everywhere. My chicken was good, fresh, but the waffle fries, were all bits and pieces. Must have been the end of the batch, should have NEVER been served like that. Husband (who doesn't care for Chick-fli-A, was pleased with his chicken sandwich, but had the same issue with his waffle fries. Would have taken them back, but it was July 4th in the afternoon, so we chalked it up to inexperienced help.

Staff is aways pleasant. Fast service. Easy to order online.

Neat location and friendly staff. Tried the new Maple Pepper Bacon Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good. You definitely can't beat a side of tasty mac n' cheese either and glad we stopped by.

I only like the chicken nuggets because the sandwich is too salty for me. I really like the mac n cheese and salads.

Good food, as usual and it has an indoor playground. Parking was a challenge because the layout is unique and has been modified by the management.

As far as CFA goes, this one is on the slower side usually for service. It's always packed but I haven't seen that affect other CFA locations the same. It must be a Malabar Rd thing. I am 100% convinced that all restaurants on Malabar Rd suffer from lack of service in terms of speed, at least this place gets the order correct unlike the other places in the area.

I love their food just bad experiences such as not getting what ordered and paid for. I usually get the deluxe chicken sandwich with Large fries and 2 chocolate chip cookies. My issue with this place have had cookie missing, have had no lettuce and tomatoes on a deluxe sandwich in which I asked for. And my last issue with this place is Large soda which I paid they give me medium. Now if it is a so called Christian business why are yaw stealing from me? I asked correctly and I paid.

Nuggets were tiny and overcooked. Quick and friendly service at least.

I ran in late one night my meal was prepared within minutes fresh and hot my fries were a little broken but overall a great meal . Service was welcoming and warm!! Love this location.

Great restaurant to go to for chicken sandwiches and waffle fries.

They gave us the wrong thing in the drive-through. We had to go inside anyway so the drive-through was for nothing... My husband gave them the drinks and asked for the right ones. The young punk told him he had to pay the difference all rude. Well... it made me so angry because my husband is such a sweetheart and the nerve of them her "manager punk" and minions for being RUDE and gaslighting us. Then accused us of trying to get something for nothing. I showed our order they gave to the wrong person at the window ahead of us. No SORRY just RUDE antagonistic punks.

For some rare reason the Chil-Fil sandwich was dry and burn to crisp. And l was driving on my way home.

Tired of having to check my food bag before I come home because the moment I don't check and drive all the way home to find something I was looking forward to eating, ain't in the bag.

In a word, ideal. Super busy/didn't matter. They were all over it - and with a smile and actual eye contact. To be honest, they make the surrounding 'competition' look third-rate.

I was there Saturday night, we went through the drive through and this kind young lady Breanna took our order. She had an amazing attitude and was so nice to me and best friend. She made us feel very welcome and helped us out with a big smile on her face. Amazing work Breanna she really deserves a raise.

In the past year orders from this location have been problematic. Today we are enjoying a chicken free, chicken salad.. really... how do you sell a chicken salad with no chicken? We ate our dinner without any sauces or straws. Whatever happened to your quality of service?

What happened the the Christian acoustic music??? Now they got something else playing . One of the reasons why I came here was for the music as well but im assuming the teenagers have changed it.

During our dining experience we came with a gluten allergy and the staff was amazing when making sure gloves or changed and no cross contamination was to be found. They even made sure the quality of the food was perfect.

Yes.... At Chic Filet.... Their specialty is farm raised pork chop sandwiches. Theirs are bestest! Closed Sundays.....

1/24/24 - still a great locale, we like to go for lunch and this is busy but always helpful. Even after the redesign of this particular location, this is a solid location to go for Chick-fil-A. The people are friendly the food is good.

It’s my first time back here in several years. Quality is way down. It’s clear they are dropping a lot of food and letting it sit there to help meet the rush. However, I was there at 6:30 or so on a Monday night and my nuggets were definitely not fresh and there was no rush.

I wish you could order a 30 PC grilled nuggets..

I've been to many Chic Fil A locations but this one has impressed me the most so far. I had the juiciest Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, almost every waffle fry was like the photos on the walls and service was excellent even during a busy lunch time.

Ordered Chick-fil-A grilled sandwich meal. One of my favorites. Bun was dry and falling apart, chicken was cold, tomatoes look like they had been there for days. Most horrible sandwich I’ve ever gotten from Chick-fil-A. Fries and drink were fine. So disappointed!!!!

Service is horrible. Their emphasis is on drive thru as opposed to patrons who actually enter the restaurant. Even then, I watched people who ordered after me get their food first. I ordered a simple sausage biscuit…waited 15 mins for it. Had I not insisted on my food I’m sure I would have waited another 15 mins.

So far we have visited 7 different ones across the state and every one of them has been top notch in all fields! Great job guys! ❤️

We went with our son who has celiac. We are always very cautious when eating out, but they were very careful, changed their gloves and made his food. The service was terrible, as was the food, and the restaurant was clean.

This place has a real incompetence understanding food and how it melts. Order the same thing every day the last few weeks has begun putting it in a bag and it’s just a chicken with cheese on it no bread so the cheese melts to the bag. They used to put it in a container as common sense would tell them. I have spoken to management multiple times and no change.

The check in guy was slow, but I was glad to wait.

Had their new Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich meal. Was definitely good and different. Best fast food service you will find in Palm Bay. Just saying!

I gave two stars because the workers are nice, but I'm so sick of getting the wrong order, salty lukewarm fries, and the lemonade always tastes like bitter water. The quality of all chick fil a stores has gone down and I thought it would improve, but it has not. I only eat out because being so busy, it is sometimes the only hot meal I get for a while. I need other options. And to add, is it acceptable to add this much ice? I got the equivalent of a child's drink when I paid for a large.

whenever i go to this location and they’re slightly busy they forget 1 or more Main Entrees, only writing this because its the 4th/5th time this happens.

Chick- fil-A does service very well. And of course their chicken sandwich is also just right! I don't go inside ever, but when I am in their line...I am important to them. Every car is. I'll go out of my way for this experience. We as customers vote for our favorites with our dollars.

Went here only twice since they have been open. First time messed up my order. No problem happens and they are busy and it got fixed. Second time me, the wife, and my father all got sick. Hope better experience for others and looks like it is the place does get a lot of business. We will just pass since 0 for 2.
