Yummy chicken Dining upstairs Elevator is very slow

It's not the cleanest place, it looks aged and even when it was brand new probably never had charm but people were friendly

They have three items on the menu for breakfast. This shouldn't be called a chick-fil-a, maybe a Chick-fil-A Express?

Very good place to eat with the family!

This place is slow as hell. Even after having ordered in advance through the app, getting my food took longer than I expected / it should have. So much so that I had to order a rideshare rather than take the train in order to arrive at the airport on time for my flight. Because of the ineptitude of these workers or their systems, I was forced to eat $60 in expense along with my mediocre breakfast bites.

I placed an online order before 12pm to avoid the lunch rush. When I arrived and picked up my food, I walked all the way back to my office before I realized that I was missing half of the items I ordered. To make matters worse, the singular large fry that I ordered was only filled half way. If I'm paying for something, I expect to receive what I am paying for, especially in this economy. I went back and told the staff the issue, and I was given another fry WITH THE SAME AMOUNT AS LAST TIME. I did not get the "my pleasure" vibes from there whatsoever. It was in fact, not their pleasure. Dine where it's actually worth it. This CFA is not it.

This location never does anything right and are always missing items. They also have the worst attitude and the restaurant is always dirty and freezing cold.

1. The store is full of the smell of weed. PERFECT. 2. The bun has a lot of flour at a corner and tastes disgusting. I reported this to the cashier, and the cashier is really nice and wanted to get me a new one. But a store manager cut in the middle, told me it’s normal, and canceled the new sandwich.

Most inefficient Chick Fil A I have ever experienced! Minimum 30 minutes to get order and food. Ridiculous.

Not only the service was super slow , food was awful and the dining place super dirty and is not even a weekend . Tuesday 7/8/24 @ 4:12 pm .

Came in to get breakfast and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Chick-fil-A. Entered and there was no line but many people waiting on the side. This Chick-fil-A had an open concept where bags were coming down from a conveyer belt but when things came down the bags would get ripped and they would have to take the food out and place it in a new bag. There seemed to be only 1 person working upstairs because the wait time was about 15/20 minutes for me and my friend. I ordered chicken minis and a milkshake and he ordered a chicken biscuit. I got my minis first even though I ordered after and then we waiting to get his food and my milkshake. After some time the person working the register stopped taking orders as food was so backed up. After getting my our food the line was to the door. Went up ate and on the way down leaving there were people waiting still that we saw before we went up to eat. Not sure if this is normal but Def not a good experience.

Friendly staff. Well presented, clean store. Sandwiches well presented, not just slapped together. 👍👍👍

The worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to, rude, incompetent employee and extremely spicy chicken with no option to choose another without this seasoning. The premises are also poor and uncomfortable. I wouldn't go back there, I don't recommend it.

Location is good, service is fast, but I think they need to change their oil a little more often, it ruins the experience.

This location was not clean or well cared for. The staff were all at best apathetic if not downright rude. Location was out of multiple items.

This Chick-fil-A was so cool. It had an upstairs area for dining that looked like a giant study. It was a nice vibe!! Would totally bring a book and read here

My mobile order was ready shortly after I walked in the door. Enjoyed the clean restaurant and facilities. I felt the large dining room upstairs was safe. All the staff were very courteous! Very nice view of Michigan Ave and fun to watch the pedestrian on the sidewalk below.

This a fast food branch that you can imagine what is all about, but... rather eat a burger somewhere else or here, im pretty sure that i will choose this one with doubt,beside that the view is pretty cool

Truly exceptional customer service. Part of our to go order was left out and I didn’t realize it until I was back at the office. They went above and beyond to make it right by delivering the missing items plus an extra treat!

Was a really nice chick fil a. You order downstairs and all the seating is upstairs. Got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The seating upstairs was nice and clean and there was a dedicated employee keeping things clean. Nice and quiet as well

Chick-fil-A is in an great spot if you’re walking on Michigan Ave. It’s a little tricky as the entrance is on the side. It has 2 floors but you start by ordering on the 1st floor and taking your order up to the 2nd floor dining area. Ordering is the usual way and they are pretty quick. The dining room upstairs is comfortable and huge! Even when it’s busy, I’m sure you’ll find a place very easily to sit with however many people you go with. Food was served hot, fresh and they even gave me more tenders in my box! Nice bonus surprise. My favorite sauces are the Sriracha, Honey mustard and of course their own sauce is always tasty! If you’re looking for something quick to eat, easy with no frills and relaxing dining area then this is a good place!

The food was made to order hot. The service was helpful and fast. It was a snowy Friday around 6p and the restaurant was nearly empty. Enjoyed my meal.

the way to the terrace of this particular chick-fill-a is through a narrow gateway making it easy for beggars or tricksters to almost block the way and don't let you pass. The man that was asking me for money was not actually blocking the way but my whole visit there was stressful because I kept thinking that going out I have to walk past him. That was the only aspect that was bad for me, everything else was good.

Chicken wrap was good. The avocado sauce was awesome. Will go again to try the other sauces.

Sandwich very but doesn’t give out fresh fries! I asked twice but still fries the same (soft & not fresh) :( order number 1813362

first off their little machines are the slowest thing possible. second of all their tables are literally musty and not clean whats oh ever. third of all their burgers sent all three adults to the bathroom. fourth of all the chick fil a logo on the cups left red stuff all over my fingers.

Slept on? I went to this CFA on a Friday around lunchtime and there as practically no line. They use a conveyer belt style machine to bring orders from up top and it was super cool to see. Dining room was clean and quiet, but I took off a star because my fries were cut a little weird and had some unpleasant bits.

They gave me the wrong order twice, and then there were only 4 pieces of chicken on the Cobb salad, I had warned them that I have food allergies, so to be extra careful. I'm never going back there again. I highly don't recommend this place.

Cob sald lettuce was soggy on the bottom of the plate.

So. It's just my own opinion. 12 nuggets look like 6... French fries look nice but not delicious. And about burger... so healthy but really not yummy... sorry. It was my first time here and I think last one. It was 6pm but nobody inside. Why??? Horrible. You can be better!

Just not the "Chick-fil-A standard" unfortunate. Glad it's got a presence downtown, as I support the brand, perhaps retraining? Additionally they got the order incorrect.

This, by far, is the largest Chik-fil-A I have ever personally visited. Located right off of the famed Michigan Avenue Miracle Mile, it was huge. Luckily, I received the same usual amazing service and tasty food that I've come to love and respect from Chik-fil-A. Don't miss this one if you're in the area.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! The customer service is terrible, everyone has attitudes, and every single time I have ordered here my order is wrong!! This place needs to close or get new staff!! It’s ridiculous the constant mistakes that happen here and the long wait times!! It’s definitely not a pleasure to eat here!

Was quick easy to order , fresh and what you see is what you get . No surprises , taste is great and a quality product , have had it in many states and is consistent pet friendly, go the spicy deluxe, if your from NZ/AUSTRALIA , ask for fry’s , if you say chips you will get chips in the packet .

Loved dining at this Chick Fil A! It was spacious and not too busy with a nice calm ambiance amidst an rowdy area of the city! The cashier was sweet enough to help us with our sandwich selection and overall it was a great value for the buck! First time eating at this chain and was truly impressed! Definitely recommended!!! This is the first location I have ever walked out of without ordering. I stopped for breakfast before 10 AM. The menu posted here shows multiple breakfast options with egg and sausage options. I'm not sure if they don't serve the regular breakfast options found at other locations. The menu here states that they do. The cashier was pleasant and the establishment very clean. I'll go back to other locations but I'll never return here for breakfast.

Service was less than stellar and not the typical service one would expect from Chick-fil-A. Makayla was the young lady who took my order. Get back to my hotel and my order was wrong. Tried to call but of course, no one answered. Disappointed.

The place is clean, and the ordering was smooth. However, the food is not of a high quality compared to other sites I used. Also, they are locking the bathrooms with codes printed on receipts and didn’t work for anyone. People were just puzzled and waiting till someone who somehow got inside open the door!!

The breakfast menu has changed for this location. There is no egg sandwich or fries.

Still no issues. They lock the bathroom but if you look on your recipe, you can find the code. They do not do well done on the food. Still a great spot to get lunch.

Siito de la famosa cadena americana, referencia en Chicago para comer pollo a otro nivel. Nos sorpendió muchisimo el pan de hamburguesa (super tierno) y el sabor y la textura del pollo. No he probado nada igual. De precio nada mal para ser EEUU.

This location is different as far as customer service..Most of the employees (mainly the leaders) need to be working at a McDonald’s or Burger King somewhere on the Southside

If you want a refill you'll have to go from the second floor to the first floor

Their food delivery system is unique, similar to a circulating dumb waiter machine. Food is prepared on a completely different floor.

The food was great. Very fresh and just what I ordered. The restaurant was also very clean. The dining room is upstairs. So you either walk or take the elevator with your food. They do have drink fountains upstairs but it was not working. I didn't like having to keep going downstairs to get a refill.

This place is spotless and has a huge dining room. The dinning room fas fabulous views of the Mag Mile.

I am a dentist in the same building as this restaurant and want to acknowledge the great service I receive. Mark, the manager, is outstanding with customer service. He knows my staff by name and has our orders waiting for us. He seems to wear many hats - helping at the register, greeting customers, cleaning. Leads by example! I always know when he isn't there because things just seem to be moving at a slower pace. I really appreciate him and his work ethic! Thank you Mark - we think you are a great representative for Chick-fil-A!

Love this atmosphere, quiet , nice views , an elevator. Customer service is always great , food comes out in a timely manner. Dinning area is always clean , and I always see workers cleaning as guest leave. The restroom is always clean too. Great place to eat and wind down a bit. Its also near many bus stops and the river walk. Its in a good location. I highly recommend!

All signs say dining inside but survey says that was a lie. What a joke.

After a long day I was hoping to get some food for my family that was waiting in the hotel nearby. So, I ordered a bunch of things. Unfortunately I placed a order when the store was closing. Manager cashier (Brayan) didn't have best a attitude (was bossy ans stressed to close before 8pm) When my order it was supposed to be ready and he told me to pick it up. I realized after I arrived to the hotel that 3 items were missing. 2 sandwich 1 drink Worst experience ever.

Great food, lost 1 star aa rhey didn't give me amy sauce packs despite asking ans when i asked a staff membwr if rhey had any ranch upstairs where we were sat he told me to go het it from downstairs which was absolutely fine but thwn he stood around doing nothing chatting to other staff as it was quiet, i just think they could have offered to get it but not worried that they didn't. The place itself is very basic as you'd expect for a fast food dinner.

El lugar muy silencioso y tranquilo aunque necesita más limpieza. The place is very quiet and peaceful, although it needs more cleaning.

沒吃過別家分店無法比較，僅就本次用餐經驗。典型速食店價位親民，服務生雖然沒笑容但服務快速且親切。招牌雞塊非常重口味，沾醬給的很大方。畢竟一分錢一分貨，cp值很合理。

I went with my family. The chicken sandwich was good. Nothing to write home about. Unfortunately the drink dispenser in the dining room was broken. It took a long time to get a refill to a drink as the staff was very busy taking and filling orders for new customers. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed.

I always get the 12-piece nugget. Sometimes the food is freshly cooked and sometimes food is very cool. It's a hit or miss.

Always great service! We come in late night with "special request" orders and we never had any issues. Management and staff are fantastic!

Bad customer service they took my order and I waited 15 mins . While everyone else was getting theirs within 2-3 mins Finally I asked about my food, they said they were going to talk to the kitchen team. Did not offer apologies or anything . When I finally got my order I asked what was the issue? Mishaye gave me an attitude and said “it probably fell off” I fought the urge to laugh out loud. Chick Fil A prides itself on good customer service but these workers reminded me of McDonald’s employees in sketchy areas. Sad.

Really good chicken at this location my only issue was the Sprite i got was extremely watered down.

Every time I dine in here the staff is friendly and professional. The place is clean and the food is fresh. Always a good experience when I come to this particular Chick-fil-A. Would highly recommend.
