I waited around for breakfast, but Alyssa made her grand entrance. Perfectly timed, of course—just six minutes after breakfast ended, leaving us sitting in the drive-thru instead.

Great food, very costly option in hard times, but the service is very sophisticated and extremely efficient! My only complaints are that they're not open on Sundays (but not being judgemental about Christian beliefs and practices here). And the drive thru experience is kinda horrible, mostly due to rude and stupid impatient people, not the people who work there. They could route it a little better, I think. I don't advise trying to go there on a Saturday, a big mistake I made once. They're a bit stingy with the sauces too, but who isn't these days?!

Great service and timing. Even when busy they try to make those minutes feel like seconds with their great attitude. The food is great and always in good quality.

Good is always good but order is incorrect 50% of the time. I went through the drive thru and got a coke with my combo, and was given Dr Pepper. But didn’t realize it until I got back to work.

The location for this Chick-fil-A is not the best but as per usual their efficiency with taking orders and payment keeps things moving. Even though the employees are young they appear to be trained which is a pleasant change these days.

We got 4 peach shakes. They were really good but for the price it was too small I called to find out if you had them. I looked on the menu when I got there and did not see it on the menu.

Staff completely refused to take my lunch order at 10:26AM because they said they would get in trouble and I was told I had to wait until exactly 10:30 and to recirle the drive thru line which there was a long line and I didn't have time for that! I understand it may take a couple extra minutes if your in the middle of switching and I'm willing to wait but atleast take my order. No other chick fil a location has ever told me this before and would let me order a couple minutes early. Never going to this location again that's for sure! I've been going to chick fil a my entire life and really have never encountered anything like this before. All I wanted was a #1 combo.

Food here was great as all Chick Fil A's usually are along with service here being on prompt to the minute with a remarkable crowd inside.and.drive thru line wrapped around the building - Chick Fil A always seems to have everything under control!

Grilled chicken bites were excellent but the Mac and cheese was really dry. I just moved from IA where you can buy extra cheese sauce but not here in NC. At least I know not to order it again!

I came in today at around 8:23 pm, this being my first time at chick fil a I took a while to order something, but the man at the register named Blaze really helped me look through the menu and find something I would enjoy. I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich, mac n cheese, and sprite I had I would highly recommend this place to anyone stopping by.

they’ll get your order right 2/5 times and will have you wait in the drive through for 25 minutes on a day that’s not even busy. do not come here with any sort of expectations. just act the way they expect you to act since there’s not a single other chick-fil-a remotely close by.

I came here for a quick bite to eat and ended up making another trip for a second order. When it came time for me to pay, the young man taking my order told me to keep driving, even though he hadn't taken my cash. I could tell he was getting an attitude. When I got to the end of the line to pick up my food, they had my name as Richard. Clearly, my name is not Richard, and I don't understand how they could mess that up when I told the girl taking my order my name. I feel like they did this on purpose. This will be my last and final time ordering from this location. Never again.

Food is too inconsistent. Will avoid CFA from now on. It isn't the value it used to be

We did a mobile order for pick up before 7am. When we went through the drive thru, the guy working the window turned the screen around and was laughing. Several other employees came over to see what was funny.., because of credit card fraud, my card was turned off- and instead of him saying your card was declined he stood there and laughed. I turned my card on and paid for my food and left mad because he was so rude… too early in the morning to be treated like that. Will NEVER roll through there again!!!

Got a Cobb salad . Looked in the bag it seemed all correct . However when I got home there wasn’t any corn . Tried to call to see if they just didn’t tell me they ran out or they forgot , no one answered . I’m 35 weeks pregnant so it’s hard for me to go back and forth I guess next time I’ll physically open it and look to make sure every ingredient is in it . Such a bummer the corn is my fav part .And I just realized I didn’t get extra egg and I was charged for it .

I had a "mailed coupon", and my lunch was almost FREE. I upgraded to get waffle fries and a drink.

We had quick service even with our large order.

No problems at all. I do miss the peach shakes.

I mean. It's a chick-fil-A, it's generic fast-food and it's usually busy. Certainly better than KFC on stuff, but I think I'd do KFC over this place but it's closer to my hotel.

The sandwiches were great, the waffle fries were undercooked and just disappointing. The lid to the only drink wasn't secured properly. Slow down and do a bit more food prep training. Still overall a good fast food place, this trip just wasn't as pleasant.

I have high blood pressure so i asked to have no salt on the fries and they refused. They said the owner chose to limit the customization.

Standard Chick-fil-A experience. Good service, French fries were a little undercooked.

Cold and half full fries. We paid for 4 large and the pic is how they came. Disappointing .

This compost residue came out of the salad. No need to say more I guess.

Husband and I stopped here for dinner. We both got the chicken Deluxe sandwich meal. It was very good as always. He ordered on the app so it was ready when we got there. Dining room was kinda crowded because there was a bus of FBLA students eating but otherwise it was a good dinner.

For the last few months they've really got stingy with food and quality has suffered! I go out of my way to go to the Viewmont CFA! This location gives exactly 8 or 9 hashbrowns per box...every time. Their Fries are always rither overcooked and hard or undercooked and mushy. The last time we ate here, our chicken tenders were half the size they used to be! I don't get it! The Viewmont CFA stuffs their fries and hashbrown boxes full and they taste amazing! Service at both are wonderful, although, be careful with mobile orders. Twice in the last month I've gotten to the intercom and told them my name with my mobile order, and they said it wasn't there. The app says otherwise and they send me to the window only to learn someone clicked my name earlier and they have to remake it! Really sad, because this location is more convenient for us!

Orders are always ready when you get there, but if you go during lunch, there is a little wait but not long. There's plenty of parking, but it's a little hard to navigate the lot.

For the past few months this place isn't as good as it once was. The food isn't correct most the time, the chicken isn't fresh and the chicken is so small yet I pay a high price for it. Running business myself I know there problem. Too many employees (which is so annoying when trying to drive or even order, seems chaotic rather than organized) which I know is why food portions are smaller now. The drive thru is beyond annoying and employees have no issue just running between vehicles without any respect to you either. I don't know but my family of 9 have chose to choose elsewhere until they figure it all out.

I took my child to the bathroom and am glad I listened to my gut to stay in the bathroom because a MALE employee walked into the women’s bathroom without checking to change the trash and didn’t even bag an eye. There was still a young girl in one of the stalls as well. I was extremely rushed while ordering my food as if it were a burden to sit there and double check my child’s order. Just a weird experience and sad that it was at chick-fil-a

Haven't visited this location in a long time but my visit the other day was very nice. The food was cooked and delivered pretty fast, the tables were very clean and my daughter loves the play area.

The employee's are very polite & friendly. The food is always fresh & hot!!!!

Chick-fil-A has always been great. All stores seem very consistent with each meal. The service is always top tier. When ordering food most of the time, the food is delivered to the table before sitting down. Chick-fil-A will always be one of the top fast food choices on my list.

They alway seem too mess up my order just ordered my food something is always missing or forgotten

I'm really appreciative that mine and my kids food was hot. I got five kids meals and a side salad. The only thing I would say is that some of the employees are a little dry. You should have better conversation skills when dealing with the public and that is just me being honest. As far as their organization and teamwork within that was awesome and on point. Every employee looked clean and alert and that is always a plus.

Love Chick-fil-A! Their chicken is tender and juicy! I usually get mine with Mac and cheese with the lemon frosty 🥶 drink....Mm GOOD! My husband gets the chicken strips and switch from spicy chicken 🐔 sandwich OR the chicken strips and everything else stays the same. I noticed the service was pretty good, the kids taking orders are actually NICE!! Something you don't really get at other fastfood joints.

The store in Hickory is consistently good.

Great location in Hickory, NC. So busy, with 2 lanes of traffic around the building for drive through. Order taking and payment done by staff at your car. Busiest place in town.

It's so cool to eat here. The ordering process makes you feel like you're at an amusement park.

Hands down the best chicken sandwich ever and everyone else is just trying to keep up with what they’ve been doing for years. The honey pepper pimento cheese sandwich is a masterpiece and each bite is a delight. The sides are a step up from other fast food with the Mac and cheese being at the top. In addition, you are not charged for sauce packets if you like a little French fry with your Polynesian sauce.

I go to this location a couple times a week, since it’s near my job, week get lunch. However, my daughter and I went on a Saturday evening and I ordered the cob salad with extra egg. After paying and the young lady brings our food, she says, “BTW we’re out of eggs, didn’t they tell you when ordering” umm.. no they didn’t, I told her I didn’t want the salad with no egg, she ROLLED HER EYES, and said well then what else would you like? I told her what I wanted and she got huffy and puffy and got my new order, brought it back, my daughter, who was driving, said thank you, and the young lady said “pleasure” with an attitude. Not “my pleasure. She either was having a bad day, or just has a bad attitude, this was the second time I’ve had issues with this location. Which is okay, people make mistakes, but don’t take your anger out on me. All other staff at this location, are so kind and courteous, not this girl!

Busy, busy, busy.... Fast service, great food. Always a go to for us.

The food was great but they only gave me that. In the picture I took only 2 bites. But they charged me $5 for that. No fries or drink just a piece of chicken. The person that was taking my order acted like she didn’t know what grilled chicken was. And she didn’t know if they had grilled chicken strips or nuggets. I didn’t have a menu to look at so I asked what they had. That’s just ridiculous.

This place was extremely busy when I was here at noon. Non the less I got my food quickly and I thought the service was great! My kids loved the play area.

Never disappoint with chick-fil-a

I really like that I can make alot of low carb options here. My favorite is get the grilled nuggets with a side of pickles and put them together with the honey roasted bbq sauce, and the spice chicken salad is very good.

Place is great. Owner is a really good guy.

Honey pimento cheese chicken sandwich was great But where are the milkshakes

It is one of my favorite fast food joints around! The quality of there food is off the charts, it's a bit pricey for fast food but it makes up for it with presentation and quality. I also like how when you dine in they bring it out to your table if they don't have it ready right away for you. And they're pretty fast too! They're also one of the only places left around that has a play area for children.
