I have been to a lot of your restaurants but your staff here (the ones at the food door) are really not that happy. They don’t ever say my pleasure and they are always so drab. I have picked up food lots of times in the morning and it’s really disappointing especially because I have had such great cheerful staff at other restaurants… might want to work on that. I’ve always associated great customer service with this restaurant and unfortunately this one just doesn’t make the grade!

First time trying the grilled chicken breakfast burrito... and it was amazing

I went to this Chick fil A before going to Rigby’s waterpark for my daughter’s birthday. I don’t frequent Bonaire or Warner Robins often but since we were there for the water park we decided to go to this Chick fil A because it was close. We ordered two kid chicken nugget meals and three sandwiches. We requested sauce for both chicken nugget meals and some extra so we could dip our fries with the sandwich meals. I knew we would wait a while because we had a big meal, so the wait wasn’t longer than I expected. However, we got our food and pulled off, without realizing we didn’t have any sauce. I had figured after the extended wait to receive our order that it would have had everything we needed. We were trying to get to the water park so we didn’t turn back around and the line was backed up so at the time it wasn’t worth going back and sitting a while for the sauces. I just don’t want anyone to have this experience as well, so I hope this review helps remind people to check their bag before pulling away from this location.

I love chick-fil-a, I've worked at chick-fil-a, my children were born on chick-fil-a food but this one is, sadly, the worst with getting an accurate order. It is almost an every time occurrence at this point. We aren't ordering some crazy order either. We order 7 sandwiches and 2 spicy ones and every time we've ordered lately we are missing one. It's become a real hassle having to do business with this location but it also stinks because it's a mile from my house. I hate this but no matter how many times we've had to call and let them know it continues to happen here and I know mistakes happen, trust me, I do! This is just every time for us so we are either very unlucky or they are not able to keep up and pay attentiont to the orders. *edit: tried to give them another chance today. We ordered two 12 count meals and a sandwich meal and of course we were missing a 12 count. We checked before we pulled off luckily but I guess we will be driving into Perry for chickfila from now on.

Wasn't the typical experience. Forgot my sauces, and napkins, and gave me the wrong cheese.

I had a fully intact dead fly in my kale crunch salad today. The time prior, i had an extremely hard piece of wood in my kale salad. Awful.

this chick fil a is by far the worst establishment in the world. I went through the drive thru and it was almost as if 1 person was working both lanes and the window. I first sat at the speaker for a few minutes before even being spoken to, then I repeated my order several times because I was told “I’m sorry, can you repeat that “ several times due to the lack of training and unprofessionalism of the people working there. I expect so much more out of them but this morning I was let down tremendously.

Clean and well organized and, as always, polite and professional service!

It seems like every time I come here this place always finds a way to screw up orders. One time I got a sandwich with pepper jack cheese instead of Colby jack cheese. Another time I got a sandwich with pickles instead of a sandwich with NO pickles. I mean damn it’s not that hard to understand what people want while being accurate . And I’ve had countless times where I got a fork instead of a spoon to eat my parfait with. That’s just a few issues I’ve had. Then tonight I get a large Powerade with lite ice and it taste like straight water. Change the freaking BIB out . I wanted to cuss out that girl Courtney on the phone so bad but I’m not the type to do that. This place is nothing like it used to be, something needs to change asap.

Gotta be the only Chick-fil-A in the whole state that will consistently get your order wrong

We ate there last night around 8:15, the waffle fries were terrible as if they had been refried, the nuggets were hard and crunchy which we thru half of them away. As we were leaving, l went to get a refill on my large sweet tea ,the female Mgr. was rude and said quote in a snippy voice" it's 9:04 and we closed at 9:00 so we already threw out all the tea" they didn't even bother to say they are closing to see if we needed refills. She is incredibly inconsiderate and doesn't need to work in customer service. What a jerk. When l called to report her low and behold she answered and was still a jerk.

Fast friendly service as expected at Chick-fil-a. Made a huge order, got it super fast and no mistakes.

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star instead of 5 star review is far too often we have to go back because something was left out of our order. Not everyone is perfect though and I know it will be get better. Other than that everything is perfect!

Update on 04/24/24 Stopped by for a kids meal which comes with a drink. Guy comes out with my food and no drink and says it will be out shortly. I’m confused by this but I go with it. Walks back to the window checking his phone. I wait for another 3 minutes and as I’m pulling off I see 3 employees including the guy who brought me my order hanging out at the window. HOW long does it take to make a coke? I just drive off. I’m done with this location. They need to do customer service training. The service here is awful. I am someone that deeply VALUES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. On multiple occasions now I have had bad experiences. -Either someone is hurriedly taking my order and forgetting something -Someone is hurriedly putting lids on drinks and the drink spills in my car -Or the most common, we order ice cream and NO ONE READS the bag and so our existence becomes an inconvenience for them to bring it to us. If the ice cream machine is too much of a hassle to provide this service then by all means do away with it. I am not a huge fan of Chick fil A in general but my children like it so I often treat them to it. As there are not a lot of options for them around. Today I decided to write a review because it's just one thing after another. We sat waiting on ice cream for about 5 minutes in the drive through line. That doesn't seem that long but when you are one of 3 cars and then the other cars leave and then a new batch of customers come and go....get my drift? So I came inside to address the situation, to which I was told, they needed to get more cones down. CFA has about 15 individuals working on the inside so it blows my mind that someone couldn't stop and "get the cones down." To add insult to injury the car behind me drove off with their ice cream cone after we had been sitting for a while. Believe you me its not about the ice cream, it's about how you treat people and how well you are able to value each and every family that comes through your line. Never was I told by any of the workers that were handing out food that it would be another minute etc. The brunette that was helping me told me that she would handle it and then proceeded to ignore me for the next 5 minutes. It was just awful service. We will find somewhere else to spend our money as this establishment is ran quite poorly. Customer service is soooo hard to come by now, this CFA operates like the McDonald's in Perry. Just sad. Do better. Oh yeah and when we came in, NO ONE stopped to help us. Sadly, one of the workers just coming back from a delivery had to help us. Unbelievable, new management is needed.

Hey, I ordered through Doordash, I made a large order of almost $40 and my sandwich, which by the way is the most expensive on the menu, didn't arrive well, the roast chicken and the bacon weren't there, I mean, my day was bad, and my comfort It was my delicious sandwich number 7. I love Chick Fil-A food and I expected it to arrive "good" and hot and no, in general my orders turn out well when they bring me my order from Chick Fil A in Perry but I don't know what happened With this order at this Chick Fil A in Bonaire for some people the food and their favorite part of the day and I say if I pay that much money the minimum that I hope my order turns out well. I previously worked at 3 Chick Fil-As in different parts of the United States and these things were unusual. I will make sure to never buy from this site again.

I love my chick fil la but I got a grilled chicken sandwich and took a bite and there was a long blonde pierce of hair in that bite. I am a brunette and I just took it out of the package. Hopefully they are wearing hair nets back there 🫢🫢

This is the fastest, most efficient Chick fil A I've ever been to. And I've traveled A LOT. The service is great, the drive thru almost always has 2 people taking orders, another 1 or 2 handing out receipts, another couple at the window handing out food... And they have never made a single mistake with my order. It's the most efficient, well oiled machine I've ever seen in a restaurant. With 20 cars in the 2-lane drive thru line, I can still order and drive away within about 5-7 minutes. THAT'S FAST. You can't even go through a normal drive thru in 5 minutes even when there's only ONE car ahead of you! This particular Chick fil A blows my mind. I love it.

This is my first successful attempt with the mobile app and they handled it beautifully. The app was a little bit cludgyhy the first time in as I had to answer numerous questions in sequence as I was trying to place the order, but I am confident that those questions will be absent from my next attempt. This is a great place to come I recommend it!

I walked in Chick Fil A in Bonaire, Ga on Hwy 96. When I saw the Owner Pat mistreated one of the employee there, very wrong. I tired of these White owner of these Franchise think that they can do Blacks employees any kind of way. I will not come back no more!!!

The staff were very helpful, offering to refill our drinks before we left. Very polite!

I would love to have a conversation with the franchise owner or general manager about an experience I had this evening that, unfortunately, was less than stellar and has been repeated a few times recently from this location. I fully understand mistakes and can show grace for them, however, I don't believe the reaction from the staff member and manager on duty is what would be expected from top management and definitely not in line with the "my pleasure" culture of Chick fil a. Please feel free to reach out should you want to hear about my concerns.

I just wanted to give Aaron some recognition. He waited on my daughter in the lobby and she used one of her gift cards. She only had $10 on the card, but her order total was more than that. I tried to cover the difference, but he insisted on covering it! We just wanted to say thanks again! Aaron you’re awesome!

Drive thru organized and much better

I have zero clue what's going on at this location. Not only did we not recieve the sauces with our order, nor did the kid ring up an extra order of nuggets, but we specifically asked for no blueberries in the fruit cup because my daughter is highly allergic. She couldn't even eat half her meal. The kid who took our order seemed disinterested, like he didn't care to be there. We've had issues with this location before. We took a break, giving them time to get it together, but after this, we won't be back. I'd rather drive all the way across town for better service and to make sure our food is right the first time and without a trip to the hospital.

Typically the service I’ve had here has been unmatched by any other fast food establishment. Update: They’ve fallen off. This is the second time in a row they’ve not added my creamer that I’ve asked for via the app. Unfortunately, both times I’ve driven off only to realize later that I have a black coffee with no creamer. Additionally, the fried chicken has been too salty during breakfast.

My wife ordered a breakfast bacon egg and cheese biscuit and she started to unwrap and eat her food and they only put bacon in the biscuit 😂 so we drove back and they fixed it but it was a waste of time and no one apologized..

The food here was wonderful as always, and so was the customer service. That’s something consistent with Chic-fil-a. But this time was special, a worker named Chandlier asked us if we needed anything before we left. And he did not hesitate to help us. We tried to tip him, but he smiled and said “thank you, but I can’t.” Chandlier was a pleasant and humble man. Only at Chic-fil-a can you get that kind of decency.

I ordered two 10 piece chicken minis for my daughter and her friends. When I got home only one of them were in my bag and I’m pretty sure my 2 year old nephew would have done a better job packaging them. This location has screwed up my order at least 3 times in the last couple of months. From now on I will slow down there drive thru making sure my order is right.

Love Chickfila, but wow it is getting expensive for fast food. $10 per person, but it is a sign of the times.

I just don’t understand why this place stays so busy when every time I come something is wrong breading not done on chicken 1 pickle and look at the lettuce

I ordered grilled nuggets and they gave me fried. They required me to bring my recipt to them to make sure of what I asked for and said they would have to charge me 12 cents to fix the issue instead of just giving me the correct food because they have to watch their finances now.

I can deal with y’all slowly going downhill - missing granola on every yogurt half the sauces not there but IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN ON NEW YEARS DAY CLOSE THE APP.

I was a bit skeptical when I saw 2 REALLY long lines when I was as hungry as I was, but the service was quick, and food was hot and delicious. My strawberry milkshake was * chefs kiss*. I'm glad that this location is open again.

I placed our order in the app, then drove to the Chick-fil-a location. All I had to do was to pull into the drive-thru line, tell them that I had an online order & the name. I pulled forward, they handed me my food & drinks, and we were done. Everything was in the bag, every employee was pleasant & professional.

I've quit coming to this location as often due to errors during pick up. On my last visit, I waited at the pickup area for an extended amount of time because my entire order had been skipped over. It was hard to get anyone's attention because they were so busy. When I finally did get my order, it wasn't quite accurate but I had already made it home so I didn't bother turning around.

I received my order said thank you & im assuming it was a manager because she had on a different color shirt but she literally turned her head and didn’t even say you’re welcome & I know she heard me say thank you!! Definitely not customer service but whatever

Drive thru workers can't pay attention long enough to the words coming out of your mouth to fill their basic duties of punching in the correct order. I knew she didn't get it right, so I repeated it right to her face before moving the car, and she just looks at me and goes "yep!" It was wrong. It's really easy to listen to what I'm saying. They should be giving you receipts on payment, not when you receive your food. That way mistakes can be corrected. I can't imagine this is an accident that it's set up this way.

best chick fil a in warner robins for sure, but put the employees inside! there is no reason to have people outside taking orders in a heat index of 100°. it is perfectly fine to take orders through the speaker

Hey Chick. If the tattoos aren't offensive and vulgar there is no need to make these people cover them up. Especially when it's 100 degrees outside. I think we are past the tattoos are bad stage in history.

Went thru drive-thru tonight and ordered 12 piece chicken nuggets & waffle fries. When I got home I realized I didn’t get my waffle fries and chicken nuggets were hard & stale. I will be contacting them tomorrow to either get a refund or they owe me a large waffle fry. I was upset & disappointed.

I placed a doordash order and didn’t receive ANY of the condiments I requested!! I had to eat my chicken sandwich DRY & my children had no sauce for their chicken strips! Do better please!

My only complaint about this restaurant is the quality of their food. I remember a time I could place an order, and the food would always be fresh and hot. Now the food is just look warm it uses to have good seasoning as well. Maybe things will get better.

There was a piece of hair in my greek yogurt cookie crumble. And I’m just mad that I paid $12 for it just to find that in it.

Everything about them screams, "You are Special, we are so happy you are here" By the time I was done in the DRIVE THROUGH, I wanted to give them a tip.

Chick fil a is consistent. The food is always fresh and the staff is kind and courteous. If they make a mistake they fix it with a smile. Their Chick fil a One is a great App for scoring points for free food. Overall great company.

I come to this location frequently and never have had one bad experience! Even my dog gets excited because she knows one of the staff will give her a pup cup, lol And I LOVE their Mac and Cheese!!

I’ve Been eating here for years. Today my order was disgusting to say the least! My grilled sandwich was delivered to my table all to pieces! I returned to the counter to complain and was handed another bun!! Poor management at its finest at this location !! No one addressed my problem! Like always Chick-fil-A delivers some of the highest quality fast food service in the nation, and this one doesn't cut any corners! Every single visit I've had with this location has been pleasant. If they make any mistakes, which is rare, they fix it, no questions asked. This location also has a little indoor playground that my kiddos love. 10/10 recommend 👌

Konner absolutely made my nephews night. He’s 5 and really likes vacuums so when he saw Konner vacuuming the rugs he was mesmerized. Konner showed him the vacuum and gave him a chance to check it out. He also gave him a sticker and a balloon. What a great young man! Someone give him a raise!
