I did drive thru and the staff is friendly called me by my name and there was no long wait

I was excited about this… and there’s literally the tiniest amount of pimiento cheese on it. There’s no reason to be this stingy with the toppings.

Sydney made our ordering experience seamless as she was super helpful with changing an online order we’d placed. She’s an amazing employee & deserves a shoutout! The rest of the staff were very kind and friendly also, and the food was great as usual. Love this location!

The place was a bit busy, as usual. The food was good. The cashier wasnt as cheery as Chick-fil-A cashiers are, but by no means wertr they bad at their job. I requested a large and only got a medium, but the environment was a bit loud, so I can understand if she didn't hear that part. Definitely know what to expect of the food, and it's always consistent.

I am only visiting Tennessee and recently visited this Chick-fil-A with my grandson. Everyone from the young man in the parking lot, but moved the cones so I could park, James at the register, who not only took my order, but found a highchair for my grandson and George, who stopped by to say hello to my grandson and make him smile we left having had the best visit ever to Chick-fil-A. I don’t know how you do it but your customer service is phenomenal. Keep up the good work.

We always love chick fil a!!! At this location, they went over and above. A 7 year old we were dining with lost a loose tooth while eating!! They gave us a container for his tooth and brought ice cream out to him and his sister. This young man will have extra great memories of losing that tooth!!!

Typically food is alwAys on point, but I think they made up to many premaid sandwiches. Ours has been obviously sitting due to cold sandwiches .. I will still go back

Although the drive thru was packed it went quickly. Also the inside was clean and of course the food was fresh. Staff always exceeds expectations. This location is so popular it is frequented by people of all colors.

All Chick-fil-A stores are high quality, but this establishment may be the best of them all... certainly any I've visited. Randy, the owner, has created an incredible team. Members always go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I thoroughly enjoyed Chick-fil-A's fries, sunjoy, and tenders. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them a perfect complement. The sunjoy was a refreshing addition, adding a burst of flavor to the meal. Lastly, the tenders were tender and flavorful, rounding out the dining experience. Although the overall experience at Chick-fil-A was enjoyable, one minor drawback was that the nuggets were a bit colder than expected, slightly affecting their usual warmth and freshness.

Great location. Crazy busy but when are any locations NOT 😂. They really operate like a well oiled machine here. The food has always been fresh and ready as promised. The staff is very helpful, alert and welcoming. Great job!

Went in because drive thru was long but it took a long time to get our order, we ordered 4 fruit Greek yogurt and there was hardly any fruit in it.... very disappointed ☹️

This place is always jammed packed but the wait is not all that bad. The employees are always so friendly and courteous.

The Hermitage location always has ridiculously friendly people and the food is always hot and fresh. Easy and fast to order in the app and get bonus freebies from time to time. Simple choice for folks with Alpha-gal allergies since there's not a high chance of cross contamination with meat other than maybe bacon and some dairy products. I really really want a plush cow kids toy🐮.

I get a hash brown scramble bowl with grilled chicken (due to celiac) , and this the only location that’s cuts the chicken instead of putting large filet pieces. Which honestly I don’t mind either way. However, going out of their way to cut the chicken without asking is so sweet to me. It’s little things that make me feel happy and this is one of them. Thank you. :) Do not ever go to the lebanon location. You’re experience will not be anything near this.

I don't understand how there are some many people working and they still somehow forget to put a top bun on a chicken sandwich. My last few transactions my fries have been old or burn.

10 bucks for a reduced size Cobb salad is too much. Chick-fil-A is pricing themselves out of reach for most people especially when you consider other people are running specials for six dollars and well under $10 that includes considerably more food. I like Chick-fil-A don't get me wrong. But it's getting to the point we can't afford to eat there as often as we'd like to and $10 for a salad is outrageous for a fast food place especially considering what little substance it has in it besides an individual pounded piece of chicken breast

It is never a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. That being said, even with all the employees in there they couldnt keep up with the crowd. The parking is a nightmare and you have to be on your toes so you don't get run over walking around from the back and into the building. Love their food and high quality customer service is still alive at Chick-fil-A!!

Chick-fil-A is an amazing chain, but this location has some of the friendliest, professional people I have ever interacted with. The fries are always fresh and the salads are always loaded with great ingredients. I hope the chain includes Caesar salad dressing one day soon!

Clean restaurant, super friendly and attentive staff, hot delicious food. It's ALWAYS busy here, but they are pros! Every staff member smiles and is helpful. Management wiping down tables, asking how my meal and day are, fetching me drink refills. Higher priced dine in establishments could learn a thing or two from this place!

I believe that Chick-fil-A is owned by good Christian people.

This chick fila consistently leaves stuff out of our orders but you have to just drive off quickly because they’re so busy they’re already on to the next car. Usually it’s things like the kids’ toys or straws or utensils when you go through the drive through. Once, I called to complain because I was already home (a half an hour away) and it was the fourth time in a row they forgot my kids’ toys. They said “sorry” but didn’t offer to give me a toy the next time I was in without purchasing all over again. That was several months ago. This last time, a few weeks back, we ordered our kids their meals and also a 30 count and we took the kids to a park. We checked the bags before leaving and told them we wanted the toys or books or whatever that go with the kids meal. They went in and gave us two. We told them we ordered three and they brought a third out. We left to the park and when we opened the thirty count box we found cookies with it instead. We also were missing a Mac and cheese for one of the kids meals. My kids all began crying because we had been traveling and we had a sick relative and things were really stressed, so our plan of bringing them a little joy by giving chick fila and a park visit was kind of short lived. My husband took the box of cookies and promised to go back to chick fila and fix it, but the kids all began begging for the cookies. I honestly expected them to let us keep the cookies and told the kids not to worry, but when my husband came back they didn’t even apologize. They took the cookies and chucked them in the trash in front of him and gave him a thirty count without even apologizing. He wanted to buy cookies for the kids because they were so bummed out but honestly, I’m glad he didn’t because they don’t deserve a dollar. What a waste of gas. They deserve an award on how to unapologetically screw up and fail to make a wrong a right.

Good location, brought my food out promptly.

Not a fan of their breakfast chicken biscuits, to me those taste like gas station level chicken biscuits. But their spicy chicken sandwich was amazing. This is the first time I've ordered off the lunch menu, and was very impressed with how good it was. Waffle fries were excellent, first time I've ever had them, and really liked them. Staff is very friendly and got my order up quickly even though they were really busy.

My wife's visit through the drive and my son later the same day. A trip back and friendly service received the missing fries. Remember to check your order we all make mistakes. I have to comment on this remarkable place. We were travelling to the airport on our way back home to Canada and stopped in here for lunch. Although we don't have Chick-fil-A where we live, I have been to one before. The food is very good and it's no secret what they serve and why it's popular. I would, however, like to comment specifically on what I experienced at this location yesterday. I drove in and was a bit confused by the signage for pick up orders - someone cheerfully hollered over that we can park anywhere. When we got in the cashier was very friendly and chatted about our vacation a bit and the food was in our tray lightening fast. We sat down and I noticed I had chicken fingers rather than the sandwich I ordered, so I walked up to the counter where there were plenty of people now queued. Someone immediately noticed I had a problem and grabbed me a sandwich and told me to just keep the chicken fingers on the house. I noticed a bunch of details while I was there: -Fresh flowers on the table; -A very smooth and professional crew that had a real cross-section of age, ethnicity and experience working together well; -Someone from management making sure things were happening by helping out themselves; -Spotless washrooms with complementary mouthwash. By the time I left, I was looking for cameras to see if they were shooting an ad, haha. Anyway, who knows if I'll every be back here again but I was very impressed. I had to get on this morning and write a little rave on here. If you want a very reasonably priced chicken sandwich that tastes great and is delivered to you in just about the best way possible, stop in here.

I cannot say enough great things about this location. Staff is fantastic. We manage dairy & peanut allergies as well as celiac disease. I always ask them to flag as allergies for us, and we've never had an issue. I do order inside though. We last visited on Valentine's Day. My daughter and I had a lunch date. The decor was so sweet. Thank you so much to our home-Chick-Fil-A! Y'all ROCK!
