This has to be by far the worst parking lot design I have ever seen. I wouldn't be surprised if they have daily wrecks.

I really love Chic-fill-A. They have really nutritious food. Chick-fil-A had a Mobile app that I truly love. It's so convenient, especially when I'm a hurry! I highly recommend getting this app, especially if you are are someone that has little time and likes to eat.

There is no longer a playground after the renovation. However, the Burger King next door has an amazing outdoor play area.

Used new mobile order lane... I can see the appeal at a busy location but for the two cars in line I think it might have slowed things down a bit. Milkshakes were good, though.

Usually, this location is friendly, upbeat, and provides good service. However, today was different experience. The girl taking my (already processed online) order wasn't very friendly. The girl handing me my food forgot my ice cream cone, the person who brought it to me looked as if I inconvenienced her, with an attitude on her face. I said thank you and she just walked away. Nobody smiled, which okay I get it you don't want to work in fast food, but we didn't do anything to you. Do not take it out on us. Unacceptable behavior for all the staff we had face to face contact with. Not very Chick-fil-A like. Perhaps their standards reduced to the same before they switched locations. Oh, yes, the fries were stale and room temp as well. I have never experienced that from any location before. Very disappointing Chick-fil-A.

What a disappointment! This location appears to be cutting chicken in half on biscuits & sandwiches. Took a photo. 3.55 - chicken not big enough to cover biscuit.

The bags ripped through immediately and food spilled everywhere

We just popped in to get lunch on the way to the beach, and the owner (Rob I think was his name) was so kind! He was so friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Friendly staff as well! The art and decor were my favorite! Overall 5 star experience. Thanks Rob & team!

JUST received the dryest Mac and Cheese I've ever seen. Y'all should throw the pan out immediately. I also have consistently been skimped on sauces from this location. To the point where I'm legitimately mad now and the whole thing seems kinda sketchy. I don't have this problem at any other CFA... so it seems like it's intentional here. Check your bag before you pull away.

This Chick-Fil-A location has recently undergone renovations, and it feels less crowded compared to before. My experience here exceeded expectations – from the warm welcome to the speedy service, everything was excellent. A photo couldn't capture the entirety of my positive experience!

So, I can’t really complain much because chick-fil-a can do no wrong.. however, I would as that you not pack my sauces down into the large fry container. I ordered a large because I want more fries, so I am a little annoyed when I get my food and I basically have a medium fry in a large container with just sauces taking up the empty space. That’s my only complaint. Chick-fil-a has always gave your money’s worth, so this is a little disappointing.

I got a chicken mini meal ask for it cook to order and they told me it was and I asked again when I got to the window and they reassured me it was fresh and cooked to order even after I said I will pull up to give them time to cook it got when I received my food it was not hot or fresh I called them to let them know they told me they would remake my order which I agreed and when I went to there for my remade I ask for the manager Benjamin told me they don’t do cook to order and if everybody does that it will slow up there Business so I ask for his General manager name and he refuse to give it to me so I can make a proper complaint. If my food can’t be the way I want when I’m paying for it I will not be back

I actually enjoyed my Chick-fil-A experience. The tortilla soup was tasty and a chicken sandwich was fresh and appetizing.

Anytime you see the Operator helping in the drive through you know its going to be great and fast service. Highly recommend this location. Right off the highway and very convenient.

I got 2 Chicken sandwich deluxe 2 Mac and cheese 1 Mango lemonade. The chicken sandwich was salty and overheated, the Mac and cheese was overcooked. The drink had no lemonade. Never again

Stopped here with our baby on our long drive from GA to TX. Very clean restaurant, food was yummy & fresh, & all workers were professional, helpful, & friendly. The blonde cashier with short, curly hair was kind enough to check on us & offer to get us refills. Thank y'all for a nice lunch experience. :)

Chick-fil-A employees are so professional!!

What a great group of people, went to Ihop told by people already there they had been waiting over 45 minutes for food and they meet there every Saturday. We went over to Waffle House and no seats were available went to chic fila with a part of 10 they nailed it. Had our food in less than 5 minutes and with smiles the whole time. 👍

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. By the time I got back in my truck and on the road. It appeared to be a burnt sandwich. It was so bad. I never expected something like this from chik fila. Very disappointed.

I love chick fil a but here lately the prices have gone up and the amount of food has gone down. For the 3rd time in a row my fries have been only 3/4 full. It’s one thing to raise prices and another to start skimping on food you serve.

Somehow we always end up here at this exact location when driving through Georgia from Texas. Great service and food always comes out hot.

This was the first Chick-fil-A I've been to that didn't have a play place. It worked in our favor though as we were in a rush and it made the kids focus on eating.

Always a pleasure to go to Chic-Fil-A. Their customer service and courtesy is legendary. The food is always excellent and served hot and the lemonade is the best on the planet in my humble opinion.

First time I’ve EVER had someone rude bring me my food. It was crazy busy and I guess she was stressing - didn’t really appreciate it but to add- 2 of my kids were in the car and that’s a definite No- No. if I had time, I would have gone inside and had a chat with her boss but I did not

A bit confusing with receiving food. Two lanes at window but no window, services come out calling out customers' names. I got my food but couldn't exit lane as car before me hadn't been served food.

The drive-thru line was long of course. I walked inside the restaurant. Was greeted so nicely, the lady who took my order was great, the lady who gave me my food was even better. The grilled chicken nuggets were better than any other place I've had them. Here in the DC metropolitan area they don't taste anything like what I had in LaGrange, GA..I don't know what sauce or season but I LOVED it.

The only reason I don't give them a five star rating is for two reasons. 1) when put under pressure by a secular society about playing Christian music they caved in and no longer play any music. Not even Christian music without lyrics. 2) They serve Coca Cola products which is a woke organization who supports everything but Christianity.

Lunch was great! The food (soup, grilled nuggets and fries) we hot & fresh! Our order was ready shortly after we arrived and was filled correctly. Friendly service as well.

Newly remodeled—with extra lanes for drive-thru. Staff was friendly and welcoming even though we arrived only 20 minutes from their 9:00PM closing time. We saw these young people going over every inch, sanitizing all food prep equipment. Food was fresh and hot.

I love Chick-fil-A Midland! The service is awesome! The food is great. Plus, this is the only Chick-fil-A in the Columbus-Phenix City area with a parking lot that makes sense. I can't stand the other ones!

I typically stand by Chick fil a and their service. However, today after ordering through Doordash, which the food was completely sealed amongst delivery, I noticed two white, rocky substances under my sandwich. Upon trying to file a complaint or report on the chick fil a site, I was unable to move forward as the meal was delivered by doordash. This was not a doordash issue.

Everything you expect from a CFA. Clean, fast and pleasant. Can't ask for anything else.

This is one of the best Chick-fil-As I've been to! Great service, kind employees, clean restaurant. Everyone went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I even noticed an employee cleaning the bathroom — not as her job, but simply because she was there and noticed it needed attention! Great work, hope to come back.

We usually get breakfast through the drive-thru at least once a week. The quality of food, friendliness of service, and speed of getting it is all superb. Everyone knows that Chick-fil-A sets the bar high for all areas of fast food. This location doesn't do any different than any other Chick-fil-A I've been to. The drive-thru line might be lined up to the road but it takes no time for them to get you taken care of and with a friendly smile to boot😁💯

The most disgusting service I have ever experienced with chick fil a. We drove up to the window to pick up our order and the guy very literally burped in my husband's face and handed us our food. He looked like he hadn't showered in a week or two. I questioned eating the food, which wasn't even cooked all the way...we just wasted nearly $20. Never again...
