Everything was good except it was very hot in the dining area.

I go to this chick-fa-la frequently and at one point I stopped going because a manager hung up on me after my delivery got canceled and I was asking for a refund. Every single time I have attempted to order delivery it has been cancelled. Today I went through the drive through and waited 18 minutes while they helped 10 cars who got there after me, before me. Plus they weren’t even that busy the cars that pulled up waited less than two minutes to be served. On top of that wait I had to go back because I didn’t get one of my drinks. I’m very unimpressed with this location. It seems it doesn’t have the usual Chick-fil-A customer experience. And there’s never a correction for the issue. I’m very disappointed.

Great! Absolute perfection but when we were there there was a fught and the cops showed up:( other than that great:D

When I need a good Mac and Cheese fix, I head over to Chick-fil-A and order me a chicken tender meal and substitute Mac and Cheese for fries. I love the burnt cheese 🧀 that comes with it. Yum Yum.

Drive thru was quick and fast even with a long line it only took 10 min to get in and out

We payed $5 extra for fruit cups and they didn’t give it to us. If we weren’t on a time crunch and long road trip we would have looped back but unfortunately it was not in the cards.

I am always impressed with their service and friendly staff, but I tried their. Chicken noodle soup, and oh my it was delish. I also had their fruit and yoghurt parfait, and that also was wonderful.

They forgot my chikfila sauce in the drive thru but made it up to me with a full BAG of sauce. 6 stars.

Paid $11 for a meal and the mashed potatoes were cold and dry, gravy was as thick as the mashed potatoes and the chicken strips were so old and cold I couldn’t even eat them!

No sauce- Forgot sauce for all meals, gave one wrong drink, got drink replaced at window, didn't catch the sauce missing til got home. Seriously get it together!

Terrible location. It disrupts the flow of traffic from the main road. Parking is confusing and difficult to access. This location doesn’t allow you to order on their app to take-out; you only have the option for drive-thru and car delivery. Car delivery is pointless because the parking spots are just inaccessible.

I got wrongfully terminated from this location a couple of weeks ago because of a rumor that was completely untrue said between me and another person who I had no contact/ communication, or interaction with and I am NOT HAPPY. I never got written up or anything like that, I have been on time for my scheduled shift, was dedicated to CFA and it was my life. Good job CFA, you lost an AMAZING employee and a customer. I will be taking my business to the north side.

The person who was driving this Chick-fil-A car literally almost killed at least 10 people they short stopped directly infount of me in my family in our rv then continued to switch lanes back on forth, then cut off a truck making an illegal turn from the straight lane. The utter lack of consideration for human life was disgusting. All of this occured at 1:28pm.

The food was just like every chick-fil-a, but the service line was lacking. We got our order from the window and when my wife asked about the pickle pack at the window, they had forgot it and were laughing around and inside the window. I've had more professionalism from other locations.

I overheard your workers talking about a women in the drive through who spoke Spanish. And I quote "if you're going to go through the drive through speak English. You should speak English regardless." That's ignorant and disrespectful. The worker is a guy, has straight black hair to his chin and he's the one who said that. But it was a group of the workers confirming and agreeing.

It was the most "meh" experience we have ever had at this franchise. They definitely fell off.

This place is always pretty good. However there is always a significant line. They seem to do as much as they can to mitigate and it moves relatively quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful, never had any issues with customer service, I guess that is what happens when you pay your staff well. Food is good for fast food and the cost is reasonable.

I went through the drive thru and robin helped us she was super sweet and had amazing energy, she just forgot my name on the order which i don't mind, but when i pulled up to pay Courtney was visibly annoyed about it even though it wasn't busy, and was overall not nice about it, i had a good experience but the employees deserve to be treated better

Coming from Round Rock, the service here is a little slower than what I'm used to, but Chick-fil-A still takes the cake when it comes to the most efficient drive-thrus of all time! I love their chicken! This is my go-to place when I need food food, fast!

So it’s been 5 bad experiences in a row that got this bad review for Chick Fil A south side in Abilene Texas. From raw chicken to messed up orders, to bad service to Hair in our order. Then we’re told that they can’t do refunds for anything. So they offer us a free meal that’s like $8 when we spent $70 on food. We just wanted the refund. They have bad management and bad customer service.

I ordered lunch for 4 person and they gave me first small drinks instead paid large ones. After i showed them the receipt they fixed the issue. Took package to my home and here it comes, out of 3 fries that suppose to come with meals they forgot 2 fries in it. This happened again the last time i ordered the food again and that time they forgot to put veggies in my sandwich. I like their food but since orders come half, i don't want to eat here anymore.

They are the fastest fast food restaurant in the business. Make no mistake when you are in a rush you can go in and out before your plans get overtaken.

Grace V. was outstanding with her customer service and genuine care while taking care of my son and myself. She was knowledgeable, quick, kind and was patient. She is a definitely an asset to this restaurant!

They need to train their employees better. Went to pay for my order and they did not find my order. They had to redo my order and I was asked to park in to Wait for my order then the employee brought my order and forgot the drinks. They need better training

Well ... Let's see. The past several times we have been to this joint were less than stellar. Last time, in particular, was infuriating because not only was the order wrong, but the entire staff was indifferent and lackluster. There was a girl at the window who was rude and had the gall to tell my husband that there was a napkin at the bottom of the bag when he asked for napkins (plural)... AND THEN there weren't any napkins in the bag. Then, this time, the staff were less than friendly again, AND our order was wrong. I am unsure why it is so very difficult to put cheese on a chicken biscuit. It is but one extra step in a straightforward process, and we pay extra for it. However, your people, of which a gaggle of them is always standing about, can't stop talking to each other long enough to pay attention and slap a slice of cheese on a piece of chicken?!? We don't even come during your rush periods ... ARE THEY THAT BIRD BRAINED? Your company spent millions hiring Horst Schulze and other top-notch consultants to help ensure that your employees provide excellent customer service skills so that your company would stand out among the rest. This garbage is worse than I would get at Popeyes, and I'm not too fond of their chicken flavor. Your team, and I use the term loosely, should get it together.

I ordered a big mac and they kicked me out

I made a delivery order on the app. Long story short, my order was marked delivered, when I noticed I put in my WORK address instead of my home.🥴 I called, and told them what happened and that it was totally my fault. They offered to send a replacement. We go to this chick fil a quite often and are always treated well with great service. THANK YOU!

So.. when you want to have an adult meal but your child wants to play... its the BEST. And the service is almost of what you get in a full service restaurant. Def my new go to when out with the kiddos.

The best thing Chick-fil-A has going for them is they are incredibly consistent. It dose not matter where or when you go, they always have great food.

white girl with long black hair in the drive thru was upset i didn’t pull right up onto the next car and she was yelling for me to pull forward when i was as close as i was comfortable getting and then walked off upset because i didn’t pull up to where she wanted. it’s her job to be coming up to my window or just wait for me to pull forward there was no reason for her and her friend to be throwing attitude that way

we went threw the drive through. The grilled chicken we ordered was so over cooked I couldn't even get my fork to peirce into the chicken and there was a lot of liquid in the bottom of the chicken container. We also order a nugget meal and they did not give me fries or the sauce we asked for.

We asked the drive thru cashier if yall served breaded chicken wraps, she said yes but we got the grilled chicken wrap. Tastes good, just work better on specific orders please.

They almost never get my order correct. And there is no way for me to get a refund by the time I figure out what's missing. Last time, it was an expensive salad. I hate wasting money. It's happened multiple times now... I won't go back for a while.

Drive thru line is always stressfully hanging out onto busy street, BUT this location is a finely tuned team machine! They knock out service FAST and are always so sweet too!

There's a reason this place stays busy selling the Lord's chicken. They have the best chicken sandwich on the planet. Add bacon to make it even more delicious.

Well when im trying to go home from working outside all day i have to not get hit (i ride motorcycles) by people switching lanes or merging onto 27th. This place has the worst drive thru of any restaurant in abilene and the dumbest people. Please stop blocking the road my life is more important than an overpriced greasy chicken sandwich.

I go thru their drive-thru every week day. They either get the order wrong or give the wrong items, about 75% - 85% percent of the time. And it is never just one item, it is always multiple items. I think we are currently on day 7 (or so?) in a row of missing food or wrong food in the bags. I have gone to Chick-fil-A restaurants all over the country, and I have never seen such terrible food expediting, even when it is not busy and regardless of who is working the window.

The most crowded Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen. Good food, but hard to eat there during the crowd.

Good food nothing wrong with it the chicken is not processed unlike Burger King or McDonald's so it tastes good. I would like to thank Chick Fil A for the great customer service and good food. Keep up the good work

I love CFA so much that we got them for dinner yesterday and today. Unfortunately, my order yesterday was wrong. That didn’t stop me from getting it again today. My order was delivered I called once prior to making sure that the order specifics were good. I asked the driver to DB via text. ( personally I prefer CFA drivers via anyone else). A short time later food was delivered and it was wrong 😑. However Kyle and Toby ( Tony?) we’re able to quickly fix the problem. In less than 15 minutes I was chopping on my dinner. Just 1 negative star because of the back to back hassle.

The 2-Lane drivethru is a not a good system. It is like choosing between the blue and the red pill. I had a mobile order and chose the wrong pill so I don't block the entrance. 5 cars from the other lane got through before me. How is that even possible?

Drive through is horrifficly slow and what people do parking in the main road to get in is illegal. Workers were rude today and I was cutoff by another customer and they ignored me and took her order first. I wont be back to this location ever again. Trash.
