Oscar was great. They got a little backed up during dinner but he made sure no one waited around too long. Great service here

Staff at this location can be rude. The good ones are rarely around either. If you can't hear through the drive thru the appropriate response is can you repeat that or I'm having a hard time understanding your order can you please speak up. Not can't hear you please speak up. Rarely hear my pleasure here. I've gotten food delivered and they acted like I bothered them.

I’ve never had a longer wait at any CFA store drive thru than this location. 20 minutes in the drive thru at 8:30am.

No ice cream for peach milk shake. No offer for any thing else.

I love Chick-Fil-A and i was super in the mood for it today. i am just annoyed because i asked for extra sauces on top of my online order and i only got 2 packets.

Good food as expected, servings are getting smaller for same price. It's disappointing. The young employees are not very professional or polite. A couple were rude because they messed up our order and/ needed more condiments. We may change to different one.

We had a large order and everything was great. Amber waited on us and was very nice and helpful!

This Chick-fil-A location boasts great food and service at the drive through! They got our custom order correct! Food was hot and delicious and very fast!

I’m sick of this place forgetting to put all the food I ordered in my bag. Every time I go there it’s always supper busy. It takes forever in the drive through and they always mess up my order or don’t put all the food in the bag. By the time I go back through my food is cooled. I’m done with this place.

Not worth the hype, expensive for average sandwiches, fairly efficient drive thru process.

My drink was overfilled by team member Claire. My drink was soaked in Dr Pepper to the point that it was dripping all over the floor. I asked another team member for napkins and she was lovely. - just kinda ridiculous that a simple drink can’t be poured correctly. She saw it was dripping and still handed it to me. 🙂

They take the whole don't beat your meat thing waaay too seriously here. They don't even tenderize the chicken. It grosses me out chewing through tough chicken like they serve here.

The only chic fil a that won’t serve waffle fries in the morning.

I don’t think I have ever given a review for a fast food place but this Chick-fil-a is the best! Vince is great working with customers and you can tell the owners really operate the right way! The way they have changed the flow of traffic in their parking lot really makes sense too!

Clean y'all's nozzles in the soda fountain. The water should not taste bitter and have floaties in it when it comes out. You need to soak them in sani water over night, every night. (Trust me I've worked in food forever, and I get it it's a bunch of high school kids, but management should teach them better.) Still a bangin sandwich though lol

Can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A!!!

At first, we were like “wuhhh this is the longest Chic a fil has ever taken”…we had to pull over and wait for about 8 minutes. Then the guy came out with our order of two milkshakes and apologized explaining how the car in front of us had ordered 10 milkshakes and he was the only one on duty. Not only did he apologize, he came bearing like 4 free sandwich coupons just for us. Right when we think chic fil a will disappoint, they redeem themselves and earn 5 stars (at least from me)! Way to go chic fil a. Christ-like service. They care and it shows.

Food is alright. I have had way better food at other chick fil a's. Staff is nice, but this one woman named lunra is super rude. She yelled at my 2 children over them playing in the play place. Never coming back with children ever again.

There are a lot of amazing staff at this location, but Laura is by far the nicest and sweetest.

Parking is crowded and confusing. Don't turn right to park unless you a place open. Else the coned off exit so you have no where to go. Better to use drive up or park in front of vacant old Hobby Lobby across the street if dining in. It was crowded on a Tuesday at lunchtime inside. But food is still good.

Considering they forgot my whole meal. Least the rest of my family was able to eat. Always so bust and they make employees stand outside and take orders from customers. No matter the weather conditions. Sadly, they also don't allow the employees to accept tips. Which, I think is ridiculous.

This particular store is a top tier Chick-fil-a. The employees are exceptional and this store really shines. If you want some bird, this is the place to go.

You see, Chick-fil-A, it's not you, it's your prices. $12 for 12 nuggets and fries? That's more expensive than a concert ticket! I mean, I love your nuggets—they're crispy, juicy, and downright addictive—but my wallet can't keep up with this high-maintenance relationship. I've done the math, Chick-fil-A. I've crunched the numbers, and Costco is calling my name. Just Bare breaded chicken chunks at Costco are not only more affordable but also come in bulk. $19 for 4 pounds of chicken? That's a steal compared to the nugget-nomics you're trying to pull on me. Sure, your waffle fries are legendary, and your Chick-fil-A sauce is like liquid gold, but I can't justify spending a small fortune every time I crave a chicken fix. I need a relationship that's both fulfilling and financially responsible. So, as I bid you adieu, Chick-fil-A, I'll cherish the memories we've shared—the lunches on busy workdays, the late-night drive-thru runs, and the occasional Sunday cravings that went unfulfilled. Order delivery from here kind of often and they are always forgetting something small or skimping me on fries or by a chicken strip.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich had it delivered and they didn’t put chicken in the sandwich. They gave me a plain biscuit and blame DoorDash for screwing up their order.

Picked up a chicken meal through the drive through for three people. Our order was correct. Food is consistently good.

I don't like Chick-fil-A but their chicken is good. The wraps are disgusting. This place is definitely overrated.

Our drinks took a long time and the Chick-fil-A was very empty so we were a little disappointed in that but food was good and other than that service was lovely

Truly Chick-fil-A is not what is use to be and for the price is not worth the upset stomach. Ordered a sandwich with an extra filet and instead of charging me for an additional protein they charged me for another sandwich.

It's just chicken, y'all. $15 for two sandwiches and a waffle fry is insane. Go get Hot Chicken somewhere instead, there are 4 local places within a couple miles.

Chick-fil-A has the market cornered in fast food efficiency! They are like a well-oiled machine. Both this one and the one at 52nd & Wadsworth. Every time I come back I am even more amazed at how well-organized and well-staffed they consistently are. And if that wasn't enough, everyone and I mean EVERYONE is friendly and happy and positive! It really is a refreshing change from the typical I-hate-my-job-this-is- the-last-place-I-want-to-be, visibly unhappy, negative, barely says a word to you, and it's likely not thank you, always under-staffed and short-handed, sometimes you wait 10+ minutes and your fries are still cold fast food workers at the competitor establishments. At Chick-fil-A, there may be 10 cars in line ahead of you, but the line barely stops moving. What could easily be a 30-minute or more process at McDonald's or Taco Bell, never takes more than 10 minutes at Chick-fil-A and they are pleasant, happy to see you, thank you EVERY time, the food is consistently good, warm, and cooked right and their shake machine WORKS! Chick-fil-A is TOP NOTCH, and an exemplary model of service and efficiency that the other chains only wish they could be!

Horrible experience, I ordered through the Chick-fil-A app, received the wrong sandwiches so I called to have it corrected and was told that they could not fix it because it was now after hours of delivery. My husband even offered to go pick up the new sandwiches given that they were not offering delivery and they still would not fix the order. Poor customer service at its finest.

I've never in the 40 years of my life. found a hair this long in my food. This was in my breakfast burrito.. I honestly usually don't have an issue with hair anymore but when I had to pull this out of my mouth. I'm pretty sure I felt it dangling down in my lower intestines you can still see an egg it wrapped its self around

I pick up or order delivery food from here often as I work down the street. In all those times there's only ever been two issues and both times Chick-fil-A went way above and beyond to make sure that not only was I satisfied but extremely happy. Really excellent customer service!

I enjoyed the food very much! Sadly the employee on the mic with me over the drive-thru was very grumpy to answer when I asked a question. I appreciated the efficiency of the team members but I think better attitudes are in order for the employees.

Always a pleasure to go to the local Chick-fil-A

There’s a frustrating lack of care at this CFA sometimes and it is super hit or miss. Tonight it took 15 mins to order with only 3 families in front of us, the fries were burnt, and a homeless man was stealing drinks off of tables. That’s not the CFA quality that you hope for, that’s McDonald’s quality at best. If you’re coming from Georgia or surrounding states near the CFA HQ, there is an obvious difference in level of care compared to here in the West and this CFA is no exception.

I'm a signature member so I go to chicken fil a alot and usually spend 50.00 each time. Every time I go to this location they can never accommodate my requests like every other chicken fil a I got to. Use to always getting a my pleasure. This location is close to my wife's work but unfortunately we will have to find someone where else

This Chick-fil-a location is the best I’ve been too! Thankfully they always have the best service. One of those team members is Charles. He always goes above and beyond. He even remembers my name which is amazing. Thank you for being the best and keep up the good work!

Quick and swift moving drive through line

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Large Sunjoy. I was in the process of wanting to order something else but the person taking the order gave me my total and told me to go to the window. I had told her just a second again she gave me the total and told me to go to the window. So I didn't order anything else when I got to the window and got my order I took a drink of my supposed sunjoy and it was all watered down lemonade there was no tea in it the color of the drink was almost clear. I called them and was told I would get a refund and that they would send some rewards to the app because of my experience there. I checked the app there's nothing there. I think they were just trying to get me off the phone and saying whatever they needed to say. Because when I spoke to him and gave him my number he said that he could not access my account. Like repeated the number three times and they said he could not access my account. And then before he hung up he said I will put rewards on there later I'm not sure how he could do that if he could not access my account. I will stick to the Chick-fil-A on 52nd and Wadsworth because they normally have good customer service and when they don't they truly take care of their people.

I had certainly had a POOR EXPERIENCE at this Chick-fil-A. When I got to the drive thru window the guy handing out the food had a bad attitude. He handed me the cups which were crushed with the lids hanging off, so I fixed each one before I allowed him to hand me another one because I didn't want them to spill. This must have really upset him more because I asked another sauce so he slammed it into my hand and said, "ENJOY!" in a very angry and obnoxious tone. He obviously didn't think I'd notice his attitude problem, and I am hoping this review will be addressed appropriately.

Thank you to one of you sweetest delivery drivers. I am the receptionist so I did not order lunch but our company did for a meeting luncheon. She left and came back with a couple of cards that were be our guest. Telling me I deserve to have something too. I wish I knew her name, I know I should have asked but was kind of shocked that she would take the time to come back and care about me. You have a great employee!!!
