I really do not know why getting your food the way you ask for it is so hard. I always have a problem with this and very difficult to comprehend. Please do better and read the requests.

Last night ( 6-27-2024) is why I'm not coming to this location again... I have visited this location less than three (3) times in the last eight (8) MONTHS and it's because I always use the mobile app (they obviously want you to use the mobile app because the line is always shorter) yet SOMEHOW EACH AND EVERY TIME, I'm missing at least 25% of what I paid for/my whole order 🙄. If you're going to charge customers $35+ for JUST TWO PEOPLE, then make sure you at least get the order correct; it's not hard 🙄🙄🙄🙄 I know y'all hire a lot of teeenagers because mom and dad "made them get a job" but if you're going to waste the time hiring them, then you can waste your time making sure they're doing their job CORRECTLY 🤷🏻‍♀️ I expected better out of Chick-fil-A 😔😔 I also noticed that this location doesnt do the receipt survey anymore, i wonder why 🤔. I would love for the owner to reply to me ❤️

Food and drinks are always yummy and fresh. I really like the greek yogurt parfait and cobb salad here! The lemonade is always fresh too ~

Breakfast is great. Chicken minis, hash browns, chicken hash brown scrambled egg bowl. Spacious.

I am immensely irate on this great and beautiful morning due to the incompetence of the morning crew at this chic fil a. I have never, EVER seen a morning crew so sluggish as if the clientele have nothing better to do. The WORST part of this is that there WAS NOT A LONG DRIVE THRU LINE nor was the line in the restaurant long, so they were simply all slow, discombobulated and witless for no apparent purpose. I already placed my order for drive thru , but decided to come inside to pick it up instead because I needed to wash my hands. Worst mistake ever! Taco Bell morning crew is faster and their customer service is much better. Ridiculous.

Every single time I've placed a breakfast order at this location I've received only part of my order. I never have this issue with afternoon or evening orders. Check your staffing CFA.

Chicken still tastes good but you sure do get a lot less than you used to. A meal in a casual sit-down restaurant will yield a better bang for your buck. Lesson learned.

I mean, come on, it's just a chicken sandwich and no big deal, fast line to order and get your food but you aways have to ask twice for condiments if you want them.

Got our order wrong, so we had to backtrack to get the correct order. Food was seasoned better than other locations, so I guess that's a plus.

I have been to this location 4 times. Out of those 4 times, my order has been wrong twice. If you go during breakfast check your order. I been given the wrong breakfast sandwiches. The food is great, no problems there. But you would like to eat what you order.

Food was great as always, my food was supposed to have been customized the kitchen only got half of that correct! But at least what was incorrect was easily taken off before eating.

I will be very honest on this review, this chick-Fil-A Is the worst Customer Service I’ve got the Majority of the employees that work in the morning, They are very rude, and unprofessional they don’t know how to communicate at all including their so called manager. They do not know how to communicate to their customer. Their employees called Adrian was very rude and he discriminate people from different backgrounds.

Employees were very friendly and and gave nice customer service. It was clean, no waiting in line & food came out fast. But my 🍟weren't Hot by Far😬(considering it was lunch hour) but just warm enough for me not to request new fries. And they could have used more salt, but I'm okay with that, but next time I will request HOT fries.

The food was fresh but I placed an order for me and my crew but when I made it back to work I had everything except my order in the bag..

Just go to the next one. Line takes half an hour. My order was missing items, containing wrong items. The fries were both overcooked and cold. It looked like everyone was trying but it just wasn't working out.

Always busy, if you go through drive through order ahead on the app not as long of a wait. The location change is nice and seems to work well the the huge amount of people that go here. It would of took a bit more space. But I wish they would of added a driving lane or 2 (inbetween the 3 lanes), at the pick up area so you can leave and not have to wait behind someone still waiting for their order. As I said ordering ahead in the app is way faster then not.

Very bad service, try to order in the drive tru got in to the wrong lane they refused to take my order after they had no cars in line. They rather lose a costumer than take an order definitely not come here ever again, it was a very tall and skinny guy. He told i can’t take ur orde sorry have to drive again and get to the right lane after he gas the tablet and everything to take my order sad sad

The almost constant line around the building tells you this place is good! Very fast service, good food at good prices, always clean inside, live order takers outside to speed the process, indoor play area for kids to stay cool and dry.

This was not the usual visit. The line was slow. The chicken was a bit too crispy and the fries were under cooked a bit.

The manager here a white male working mornings is terrible and has a garbage entitled sarcastic attitude. Nothing about his condescending ways say Christian. Doesn't take suggestions well either and revels in being facecous. Whom ever is over this mngr or owner operator should in my opinion do the public and restaurant a favor and dismiss him. I wouldn't eat here based on him....Also, funny how it says new signs coming next week and when I made the suggestion of some about the mobile orders in drive through then that's when he got sarcastic and rude....this doesn't reflect your brand well and I've been eating chic fila for years and at this location before they moved.....I would let him go before his nastiness in his attitude spreads…crazy how yall keep throwing out the 3rd party language likes that’s an excuse to care less about people delivering your main value to your customers…so you only care about convenience for everyone else??? work on your drive through instead of creating more unnecessary excuses …crazy thing is your customers order would have arrived faster and no one was I mean no one was in the drive through you all took pleasure in having me inconvenience myself and your customer to come in and get it and it was abusing the little power you thought you have 😂😂😂 btw I’m still on the platform you tried kicking me off of 😂😂😂 go ahead and reply with another lame excuse I’ll update my reply again and again…

came through drive thru ordered 40$ worth of food and asked for a large lemonade no ice they gave me a watered down lemonade and when i asked for them to remake they gave me one more watered down i watched him put water in my lemonade

Food was good, everyone liked trying the different sauces. Standard fast food setup and easy to get everything. First time ever at a Chick-Fil-A, staff were super helpful with the menu and gave us one of every sauce for the kids to try. Very enjoyable first time.

Chick-fil-A always has good food and great service by staff. It's a brand new restaurant, so it's super clean with a comfortable dining room and some outdoor seating. One time they got my order incorrect and provided coupons for my next meal, which I really appreciated. If you go through the drive-thru, ask for Leo... always friendly and helpful, and don't forget the big tip!

Me and my husban love Chick-fil-A But yesterday 9/27/23 I went around 11am got me a #1 a Cobb salad and 30 nuggets We ate couple hours later we felt horrible I started throwing up and bad stomach pain and later on my husban started to throw up we both felt so bad since yesterday we ate it Idk if there’s something going on with the chicken. But Chick-fil-A please figure it out..

Yesterday 9/27 I went around 5pm with the kids after we ate an hour later kids started to throw up. That was the only thing the kids had ate im disappointed our favorite food kids don't even want to know about the .

In this new Irving location 2525 N Beltline. Around the mall. I received wrong order ALL THE TIME . Unbelievably this time I received my order wrong AGAIN. the sandwiches HORRIBLE! Bread was cold and the meat was reheated. First time I called this store to explain.I also work in this industry. I’d NEVER allow food to be sold under these conditions. This needs to change, I know I'm not the only person who has been sold this very poor quality food.

Today I spoke with a young man by the name of Yahir. This guy was absolutely impeccable. His customer service exceeded expectation, and you can tell that he serviced me with a smile. This truly speaks high volume for individuals Who take pride and integrity in their job and he for sure.. Topped the charts!!! SHOUTS OUT TO YAHIR!!!! I placed the order on doordash and wanted to make sure that my condiments were present with my salad. He made sure to pull my order and make sure they were there for me. That to me is meeting me at my moment. And it speaks very highly for a company hiring such an individual with great leadership skills. That was absolutely phenomenal and made my night to say the least!!!

After sitting in a drive thru line from hell for 20 minutes. I finally arrived to the menu . Placed the order and pulled around to pay. A lady comes to the car and ask did I place a order. 🥴 “Yes” She then said she will double check and walked inside. 😑 Came back out asked for the order name. Which should have been asked before she walked back in. At this point you’re just wasting time. She goes back in and comes out and asks for the specific order. Then goes BACK IN ! She then comes out and says the order was deleted 🤔 and I would have to reorder. I left because this is supposed to be fast food. I was questioned and interviewed for nothing. This is a MESS! I waited 20+ minutes for nothing!!! Literally. Everyone around me was getting their order with no problem ! Strange but whatevs.
