Everything was absolutely delicious! We definitely recommend you try them during your visit to Disney Springs. We had the chicken tenders and the Buffalo Ranch Sandwich, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned.

Absolutely the worst customer attitude and service in the whole area. Will never be back they need an attitude adjustment. If you are on the dining plan then what is a snack credit in the parks is a quick service here. Plain rude staff and just all around unprofessional.

Marianny is sweet and kind person, she gave my family and me excellent care. the place is quite dirty. and there are few tables and it is difficult to get one, they are really uncomfortable. The food is delicious but they had better quality in the chicken tenders and more variety in sauces. Work on keeping the place clean, improving the quality of the chicken again. the attention and speed is very good

Used the app. They couldn't find my order . They even helped me order. They wouldn't honor it . So never going there again.

Picky eater who always chooses plain nuggets or tenders. The tenders were so over spiced that I couldn’t taste the meat at all.

Guy Fieri knows how to make a quick service restaurant! The food here is great and the service is quick once you place your order. Be warned though, they are currently refurbishing so there is limited space inside at the moment. That means you can sometimes be waiting a while to get served, and finding a table can sometimes be a challenge. Definitely worth it though!

It's not bad, but it's not great. I like the quality of the chicken but it taste like..... we'll not sure how to say it, but just plain chicken. The consistency is spot on, no bad pieces. 4 people ate for under 40.00. That's great when comparing to other places at Disney springs. I would go back for sure!

This time our food was decidedly average. Fries were cold, chewy and way over condimented. Chicken was just warm, didn’t taste freshly fried. Bacon was super salty. Everything just tasted so much of salt.

They do NOT accept coupons here beware!! They also removed half of their sauces. This restaurant has gone downhill. The variety of sauces is what really made this restaurant pop but since they’ve cut back on the sauces Chicken Guy no longer stands out from any of the other restaurants in Disney springs.

Great food option at an affordable price

Wow 🤩 we did not expect how awesome our first visit to Chicken Guy! was. I have been to many of Guy Fieri restaurants, but, I must say this is his best establishment idea. The atmosphere was “fast food” centric with a pretty good turnaround time from ordering to receiving our food. We ordered the chicken sandwiches and shakes and it was probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I have had. Just perfect and they even have their own sauce which was terrific too! I can’t say enough about the seasoned fries too. I’m so glad that we decided to eat here and highly recommend visiting!

They didn’t have any soap in the bathroom. It wasn’t empty the machine was wide open and just didn’t have any soap packets.

Awful. I ordered my families meals and my meal… food came and my sandwich was missing. Male at the counter pulled up my receipt and my sandwich was never added on it… even though the lady asked for my info on the sandwich. So I had to pay again and reorder all while my family ate. Spicy chicken tenders so spicy not even enjoyable… rude staff… dirty tables… avoid. 8/28/2024.

Good but nothing to write home about. The sauces were just ok. I tried the bourbon BBQ, Cajun ranch, buttermilk ranch and special sauce; none of which stood out to me.

Our family loved having dinner here. We got three sandwiches, the salad and two orders of chicken strips with several of the sauces. Not a scrap of food was left and everyone was full.

Really bummed at how bad this place has gotten. When it first opened, the sauce selection was huge, the restaurant was clean and it was overall one of the best options for quick food at springs. Now, they have taken away a huge number of sauce options, the seating is absolutely horrid and the restaurant is dirty and disgusting. The seating is already terribly limited, but they had the nerve to take seating away to put up merch options where the seats used to be?? Who came up with that idea?? The food quality seems to have gone downhill as well as soon as they started using generic plastic containers instead of the chicken guy branded packaging. The roof even started leaking onto our table and food yesterday Bummer for sure, we’ll pick other options going forward. There are tons of new and better options opening all of the time.

I’m an Orlando local. I’ve been eating at this restaurant since it opened. I’ve never thought this place had the best chicken but it was passable, there was a lot of flavor in the seasoning and there were a large selection of sauces. I mostly came for the pickle chips. They’ve reduced the sauce selection significantly over the years. Now somehow they made the chicken worse. It’s incredibly thin and flat like a patty. The texture is worse. It’s dry. Even with all of the same seasoning they’ve used for years it doesn’t taste good. I ordered the tenders and am very disappointed. As a positive I will say the service is quick. The restaurant is always packed and they’ve figured out a way to move the line and send out orders quickly. It’s still overcrowded and difficult to find a table, but they are doing construction so maybe that will fix it.

Guy Fieri is a legend and we wanted to try one of his restaurants. I got the three tenders and a side of mac and cheese. My sister got french fries as her side. We got water cups for our drink. Seating was pretty competitive to find, but we were able to find some seats. I know at the time we visited, they were in the process of an expansion, so I am assuming seating will be easier to find in the future. The employees seemed stressed out and busy, which was understandable because there was a line out of the door. I got the three tenders with the garlic parmesan and buttermilk ranch sauces, and then a side of mac 'n' cheese. My sister got the fries as her side. The chicken tenders were really good, and had a panko breadcrumb crust. The chicken on the inside was not dry, but it wasn't as juicy as I like a chicken tender to be. The sauces were amazing with the chicken. The side of mac 'n' cheese was honestly pretty disappointing. It tasted very bland and lacked any creaminess. I ended up putting some of my sister's bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce into it which made it somewhat good, but it still was underwhelming. Overall, we had a really nice experience here. I would definitely get the french fries next time because they had some good seasoning on them, and I thought that the breading for the chicken was unique and flavorful.

Excellent chicken sandwiches! The Nashville hot honey sandwich was excellent as well as the loaded mac and cheese! Literally ate every bite!

I had a normal experience. It was last Friday with my family I have to say that the assistance and help from the cashier was excellent. She is a good person, excellent customer service, friendly and willing to help. Her name is Marianna. On the other hand, I liked the atmosphere and the music, but the food was not so delicious. The chicken tastes like old oil. Also, the fries are very seasoned. But otherwise it is a good place to enjoy with the family.

Atmosphere- 3 stars- very busy and loud. This location is in Disney Springs. Hard to find a table and when you do the seats are not very comfortable (high top metal stools). They are in the process of expanding but I believe it’s just a covered outside eating area. Service- 4 stars- Counter service and they bring the food to your table if you have one. Friendly staff and are helpful when ordering. Food- 4 stars- I got the spicy chicken strips with fries. You also get a pick of two dipping sauces. I got chipotle ranch and buttermilk ranch. Strips had some kick but nothing over the top. Breaded very nicely and the fries are seasoned and taste really good. I believe they used to have a lot more sauces as an option but they have downsided the choices. Still a great place to get good chicken fast at a decent price. They also have sandwiches, salads, Mac and cheese, fried pickles and milk shakes. Highly recommend.

Well considering how guy goes around to other businesses throughout the USA and gives his opinions on other people's food etc . Maybe he needs to concentrate on his own places first, just eaten at the Disney springs restaurant and what a total disappointment. The chicken fillets overcooked. Crispy and dry almost enough to break a tooth on and why to they look like someone has rolled over then with a steamroller to flatten them. Where's the succulent chicken fillet filled with juices The sauces are actually pretty lame and boring where is the excitement that guy clearly eminates on TV. We certainly won't be back in a hurry

My family and I drive from St Pete just to eat here. We love the flavors so much that we buy meals to eat later in the evening. Yes, they could use more space, but with the volume of customers they have, the staff do a fine job. You will never taste a better chicken tender anywhere.

Taste good. There was supposed to be avocado on my burger, which wasn't there. Fries very salty. No water was offered with the drinks.

If you come to this place, Be prepared to eat some DELICIOUS chicken! It was a 10/10! Fries super good, But cashier she didn’t care about anything I was saying. I said “ Does Guy fieri own this place “ ( which he does ) she said well he didn’t build it… But food was still good and quick to come. It was expanding but it was still open! Line was long but super quick! Please come here!

July 2024: Food came out fast. Food was a good size. The Salid was nothing special. I wish it had corn or something different. My friend liked her mint milkshake better than the sandwich. Sliverware dispenser did not work.

I come to Orlando once a month. It is tradition at this point to come here before I drive back down south. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING is delicious.

This place is absolute garbage don’t go here !!!!no seating food is over seasoned , trash !!!!!

Always a favorite when we’re in town

Chicken Guy is always busy and after a few years of skipping it due to wait times , my family and I finally were able to visit the Disney Springs location. In comparing Chicken Guy to Chick-Fil-A , Popeyes , Zaxby's and Raising Cains, I would say Chicken Guy tops them all. The sauce was amazing we got the Signature Sauce , the Donkey Sauce and the Ranch. The sandwich we got the original and the Big Blat. Both were amazing , the chicken has an amazing taste to it . I highly recommend Chicken Guy , Guy Fieri definitely made sure he had a quality item when he put his name on this building. Keep up the great work and we will be back when we visit again.

We have a prepaid Disney plan and they only let us choose a hamburger, not even fries or sauces, something basic, when the place itself offers the menu with accompaniments, a shame, don't go in this case

I ate here in 2016 and 2017 it was really good chicken, sauces are good too. I haven't eaten here post covid so I hope it hasn't changed.

Next stop: FLAVORTOWN. I’ve eaten a lot of chicken in my life and I’ve never had the idea to put Mac and cheese on my chicken sandwich. Now that I know what it tastes like I can’t go back. I got the buffalo Mac and cheese sandwich. The chicken was great, the breading was nice. The garlic Parmesan was fantastic and the Mac was soft and creamy. If you like Mac and cheese and chicken it’s a great combo. The drinks also had plenty of syrup so it was a nice break from the heat. We were able to find seating pretty easily despite it being busy. I’d definitely stop here for food if you are at Disney springs. Great options for kids too.

We frequent Disney Springs and usually have reservations at restaurants with hefty priced menu items. Our meal today at Chicken Guy was the best meal we have had in Disney springs. Super affordable but most importantly, absolutely delicious! This will be our go to place for now on when we are in town visiting!

Let’s just say it was nothing to write home about. The food was hot and made quickly. The sauces were decent. Each piece of chicken was made with variety of “spices” but mostly salt. Just so much salt. The chicken had some hard spots and still managed to be slimy on the inside. Prices were decent especially for being at Disney springs. But overall the experience was just meh…

We went to TCG in Disney Springs so it was busy. It didn't take us long to get a table. The ordering process was smooth and simple. .y only issue was the food which is why I only gave 4 stars. The chicken was ok. Run of the mill chicken tenders, though the sauces are nice. My problem is that there are 2 options for the chicken, regular and spicy. 2 of our kids ordered the regular but got hot tenders. When we asked for a replacement they were happy to help but they explained to us that the problem is that the spice transfers onto the regular tenders from the gloves used when packing the food. She kindly gave us extra tenders to make up for it but those were also coated on one side with the spices. As someone who has worked in the food industry this was surprising to me. Not only because it negates the customer's preference but also doesn't take into account that some customers can't eat spicy foods for other reasons such as possible allergies or GI issues. IMO there's a simple solution to this where they can just use tongs to serve the chicken. In the end, we threw most of the chicken out, the kids remained hungry and it was money down the drain. A truly surprising and disappointing experience from such a high profile "celebrity" chef.

First of all, there were little bits of chicken all over the counters. My grilled cheese was a burger bun inside out. It was very cluttered and loud. The food was definitely not the best,but I say it was alright. The staff were working so hard! I appreciate how polite they stayed even through the chaos

Went to this restaurant on Monday June 17, 2024. First of all, went there because I heard Guy owned it or was part owner. I have to say, I was very disappointed. The fries were way way over salted and/or spiced. The chicken was way over breaded and over spiced. Not sure what the hype is, but the recipes need a lot of work. Ordered the chicken tenders and a sandwich. Can’t say that I would give it another chance despite how much I like guy. Sorry bro. I which o liked it.

The food for the most part was very good, but the Mac and cheese had almost no sauce on it and no flavor. The ladies taking orders also didn’t have a very good attitude and came off rude. We have been to this location 3 times and have had the same experience every time.

Had to stop here because we're big fans of Guy, but very disappointed with the service. Ordered to go and half of our order was missing, luckily we checked before we got too far but still. You sell chicken and fries, how do you forget something?

The food is okay. The flavor of the chicken is sad considering that it is Guy Fieri's restaurant. It's almost as if the chicken is based off the sauce you get because the selection is so large. However, if you're not a sauce person the chicken is kind of bland. The employees were nice and helpful to my mom and I since it was our first time. The atmosphere is subpar but that's 100% because of crowds and it's Disney World.

Honestly, this place has one of the best chicken sandwiches ever.

friends and i were here and we had to use the restroom. the hallway area outside the bathrooms smelled like poop. the actual inside of the bathroom smelled fine, but i realized the changing table was out of order. that’s fine, but then i look in the sink.. actual poop. but if the bathroom smelled fine with poop in the sink, what was making the hallway smell? 🙁

We were very excited to try this place. The sauces were great, but the chicken and quality of meat was disgusting. The chicken was rubbery, fatty and overall disappointing.

Fran the nice cashier lady that helped us was amazing, she treated us so well that I HAD to leave a review she made our experience great and is the sole reason I will continue coming to chicken guy thanks so much to her

Sometimes it’s the small things. The food was great, but I was having a down day and all it took was Fran at the register to do a small act of kindness that turned my day upside down. I don’t usually do reviews but I am grateful I walked into chicken guy and I wish the best for Fran.

Honestly don’t know why this place is hyped? It came out very fast & service was good but There is nothing special about this chicken or the way it’s prepared. I probably would not go again.

Great chicken tenders and sauces. Fries are also well seasoned. Staff are extremely attentive and keep the very busy restaurant clean. All 5 of us enjoyed the meal, great place for a quick bite!

Food was basic, and I never would have stopped here except my son loves anything chicken tender. The saving grace were the many sauces. Otherwise, it was nothing special. Now they’ve gotten rid of more than half of the sauce choices! Absolutely not now! What makes you special now?!?! Nothing. I can get chicken fingers anywhere. Bring back the sauce choices!!!!

I want to give this full shout out to the Manager / Supervisor Skylar. My husband and I both ate here for our first time this past Monday and we told the lady at the register I had an allergy to a certain spice. The Manager Skylar (so sweet, respectful and professional) came right over and told me and explained that the seasoning did have the one spice inside that I am allergic to. But he said "No problem, I would make your food fresh with no seasoning" he even asked me what else I was ordering just to make sure I was ok to eat it. Skylar told me it would take about 10 mins to make it all fresh. Which I was perfectly fine with. It actually came out in less then 10 mins. He personally came to find me and gave me my food. It was hot and fresh and most importantly with no seasoning. I appreciated him so much for going out his way to re make my food! I wish we had more Managers / staff out here like him! 10/10 service and the food was amazing! Thank you Skylar! #Skylar deserves a raise!!!

Food was very good! We did have to wait for aboot 10 minutes to sit down and eat after receiving our food. But that's not their fault.

Came here with two kids and two adults. Everyone got the same thing... chicken tenders and french fries. Decent chicken, quick service, and some decent sauces. Not a huge fan, I don't see the appeal. Nothing was bad, but nothing was good. Anyway, enjoy your vacation. Don't forget sunscreen!

The food was GOOD. But I only gave it 4 stars because of sweetness in the fries, like a cinnamon sugar sort of taste, the spicy/buffalo chicken sandwich for not having enough spice, and the ranch for being diverse, but still not the best. Service was like any other fast food chain. And the decor was above average. Now it’s not the restaurants or Disney’s fault, but to point this out the people were a bit selfish and greedy in there. Which is why I put it at 5 stars.

This place is just, ok. Nothing buffalo about the buffalo sauce. No heat at all. The fries are over seasoned. Our order was messed up but we did not ask to have it corrected because of how busy the place was. And, they have paper straws. Which is very annoying. It could be a disney thing but the lid is plastic 🤦🏼‍♂️. Do better, Guy! I expected more heat in the sauce.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. I accidentally order 3 spicy sandwiches because it was my first experience at chicken guy and they remade the whole order no questions asked. I even offered to pay because it was my mistake. They said no it's ok.

Every Orlando vacation my family and I take we are sure to stop here. However, yesterday's visit had prompted us to consider other restaurants in Disney Springs. The cashier that took our order was impersonal and didn't provide the friendly interaction we are used to. Secondly, is my largest complaint. The amount of fries given when you order a side of fries. Paying $3.49 should get you a decent portion of fries. But when you actually receive the amount in a kids meal, it is pretty disappointing. The fries barely came halfway in the container. It used to be more portion friendly, but at least for us it was not.

I had expected more from the hype of others about this quick service. It’s good if you want something easy and quick but not on the same level as other fast food places in close proximity.

The best chicken tenders I've ever eaten. Omg they were so good. And the garlic parmesan dipping sauce is EVERYTHING!!!

I messed up my order by accidentally ordering the spicy chicken. I took one bite and my mouth was on fire. After I put out the fire I went and talked to the guy about it and they remade all the sandwiches no questions asked. I was willing to pay because it was my mistake but they didn't make me.

I tried ordering from the online page, but it wasn't accepting my card of my zip code. When I got into line to order, they told me I would have to wait in the line OUTSIDE to enter the line to order. I had already waited in the line outside to get inside and sit at the table, and they wanted me to leave and waited again to order. Not coming back

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat at Disney Springs. But upon our visit today, we learned that Chicken Guy reduced the number of sauces they have from 26 down to 10. And none of the sauces that we liked were among those that are left. When your tagline is “The Boss of Sauce”, then you kill all your good sauces leaving just the basic ones, you’re no longer placed above any of the other chicken joints.

I went to the restaurant with my wife and kid, I gave my order and when I tried to pay they didn’t have apple pay! So the cashier lady told me to go get my card from the car and she will wait for me. I went running to get the card it took me like 3 minutes and when I came back it was 11pm sharp and they didn’t let me place the order. The staff are very rude and un respectful. I will not come to this restaurant again in my life.

Great chicken dishes! The staff is very friendly. The best chicken sandwiches ever. Very reasonably priced, and especially at Disney Springs. They are also now expanding the restaurant, giving much more needed sitting space which is now always full. Our go to fast food, well priced, restaurant, at Disney Springs. Highly recommended!

Family of four, we were really looking forward to eating here but we obviously set our hopes far too high! Food (both chicken and fries) were so over seasoned that they weren't edible. Not one family member finished their meal.

Updated: Do not recommend this restaurant anymore! Since watching the show, we know what the level of quality is expected of the chicken. Since our first visit, the quality has definitely decreased. The chicken breasts were not tenderized and therefore not as crispy nor did they fit into the sandwich as intended. Lettuce was limited. Highly disappointed!! Will not be returning, nor do I recommend anyone else. Unfortunately another restaurant that does not need to care about quality product because it's at Disney Springs. Old review: Watched the Chicken Guy show and we were thus very excited to try! It definitely did not let us down, chicken was fresh and crispy, with great toppings! Ample amount of sauces to choose from. Service was friendly and quick! Food was excellent and worth the price! Has to be some of the best fast food we have had.

Suuuper crowded. The wait was around 20-25 minutes on a Saturday night. There is a pick-up area after where you order, but it is a narrow walkway, so it is hard to tell who is in line vs picking up. You get a number after ordering, so you can sit down, and the workers will find you if you aren’t waiting at the pick-up area, but I decided to wait to help streamline the process. The fries had an interesting flavor, but they weren’t crispy, and the grilled cheese was just average.

Nashville Chicken Sandwich was big and messy but taste great. Priced well and very busy overall good experience.

First time here. The food was great. The chicken sandwich was great. The salad was great also

Went to Disney Springs and wanted to get a quick bite before getting on the road to Miami. Went around 11:30am and it was already packed. Got a chicken sandwich and a salad, and they were alright. Not quite as good as Chik Fil A, but still better than a fast fast food. It was incredibly loud, and people were everywhere. People even eating standing up. Honestly would probably rather spend my money elsewhere, but for quick chicken sandwiches, cant complain too much.

Bit into a chicken bone in my tender :( Can be loud when dining inside as well. Service was quick though if you’re looking for a fast meal. Sauces were good.

This establishment was chaotic, appears that construction outside one entrance required that entrance be closed so all foot traffic had to use one set of doors, including the double strollers that people were bringing it. You had to double back through the path after placing your order. We took our food to-go. Food was delicious. Fries well seasoned. Chicken tenders had great flavor. Garlic Parmesan sauce wasn't that great, it was thick and clumpy. Sauce recommendations are Nashville Hot Honey, Special Sauce and Honey Mustard.

Gross!!!! Chicken was fried twice and so dry I could have used it like a hockey puck. Used to come here and definitely won't be back. Mc Donald's has better chicken and that gross!

On-the-go place with limited menu but with descent fast-food and fast service. If you have kids and you want to explore, this place won't break the bank.

We ordered our food and received it fairly fast and it was good value, however there was no tables except for one which was so grim that we had to clean it ourselves, we got the Classic, Buffalo Ranch and bourbon bbq chicken sandwiches, with 3 sides of the fries. The fries were incredibly salty, to the point we couldn’t eat them in fear of cholesterol issues, although I like a lot of salt, that was too much. All the burgers were cold and flavourless, they were also falling apart due to the fact that for some reason they were packaged sideways. I also went up after to get a milkshake but they didn’t accept Apple Pay, so I couldn’t get one. Despite it being cheap I still believe the food was overpriced due to the lack of quality.

Very disappointed with my visit, following a program on this restaurant I was looking forward to going there (I'm from Canada). The sandwich was dry and flavorless and the coleslaw lacked seasoning. I expected more since this restaurant chain is owned by a guy who makes millions from his TV shows.

I have a compliant actually. I have an injury in my left knee and I was waiting for my family at a table. The table was next to a beverage fountain close to the entrance, and Lioness (probably wrote her name wrong) was very attentive and cleaned the whole floor, so it wasn’t wet, and even put my leg on the chair in front of me so I could rest it. She went above and beyond her duties. I wanted to give her a Tip and she said that employees are not allowed to receive anything … that is wrong! She deserves much more than I could have offer her as a tip!

Really disappointed, had been planning on trying for a few months and eventually popped in. Chicken was dry and somewhat bland, entire concept seems to rely on sauces alone which themselves were mediocre at best. Save some money and go to any other fried chicken takeaway for better food!
