The bowls that they have are good and comes with a decent amount of food. The chicken is tasty, and you can ask them to add some of the skin as extra tasty chunks in the bowl. You also a other toppings like beans, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and more to really elevate the bowl. I would say the best thing about the bowls is their yellow curry sauce. You use to be able to serve the sauce yourself, but unfortunately they took the sauce self serve station off. There is a gentleman that works there often. He always has a positive attitude, and welcomes everyone. When I get his name, I'll be sure to give him a shout out!

Terrible experience, poorly cooked food! Dry and poor quality ripe bananas And the service of the aggressive and unpleasant staff! (older blonde lady). Dirty tables! Flies, slippery floor. I went to have something quick and good for lunch and left frustrated, I also gave them around 20% tip because they spoke badly to me and treated me worse!

Watered down sauces is no bueno !! Avoid this location !!

What’s the use placing an order if they can’t follow simple instructions and add utensils and add proper sauces I will never order another chicken kitchen meal again their staff is completely useless

The food is fine; but dear lord, the manager of all people officially put this location on my list of never visiting again. My wife and walk in at night to simply get two chicken breasts. When the manager, a heavy-ish older Hispanic woman heard the order, she yelped and in Spanish basically told the other employee not to serve us that much in case other orders came in. To make matters worse, she did this because my wife and I were ordering separately, so we didn’t appear to be together and my wife does not look Hispanic; so the manager thinking that her comment would go without recourse is really just disgusting. Then seeing that the two chicken breasts somehow came out to $40 (ridiculous I know) my wife apologized and said she would just be taking one. That caused the already disgruntled manager to huff and puff and complain under her breath. I was so upset, I didnt even order. I will never go back there again simply due to that woman.

Tried CK after years of not coming here and I wasn’t missing out on much. Once you find the few pieces of chicken underneath piles of lettuce and tomato, you’ll find that it’s bland and has little to no taste. The cilantro garlic sauce is the only thing that gives the food flavor and it contains way too much garlic - in a very overpowering way. Got the Cuban bowl and the only thing that diferentes it from a regular bowl is the beans. The beans aren’t seasoned and much like the chicken have little to no taste. Plantains were hard and disappointing.

Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone when you call. They never put the sauces in the bag that you order. And whenever you open the bag to check to make sure that they are there, they look at you with a nasty face because you're doubting their work. But in the end, it never fails, the sauces are never in your bag. Bad place all around.

These people can never get an order correct. They either miss an ingredient or two, and forget the pita. They never answer the phone. Seriously, how hard can it be to follow a list on a paper. Another sign that the owner doesn't car is that he or she doesn't respond to negative reviews. Last time at this location. Good thing I have other loactions near me.

Purchased 2 pounds of chopped chicken breast through Uber Eats. Got 1 pound with the store saying the purchase was for 2 8 oz items. $19.00 would have purchased 2 chicken rotisserie @ Publix.

Love the curry mustard. Put it on chicken rice bowl. Salad. & sweet potato too. They have brownies with chocolate chips, yummy.

Restaurant closes at 10 pm, showed up at 8:50 pm and they were already cleaned up and said they only had teriyaki chicken left.

They consistently hang up on you if you try to place a call ahead order. These people can’t take a order or even speak a coherent sentence before ignoring you or hanging up

I been eating here for many years and the food has always been great! But tonight I came across a great staff! manager Ana Maria (manager) remembered us from our last visit and held our iPad my child lost for months ago. Is so rewarding to know the honesty and awareness they had. We look forward in eating there again and to say hello to the staff!

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and have many options even for me that I am a picky eater. Definitely great tasting chicken, I also love the teriyaki chicken. They have affordable options, it is worth it and they do different deals occasionally so it’s worth checking them out before you order. Don’t know why some reviews don't like the staff, I was treated very nice by them and they were professional. Highly recommended!

The vibe was absolutely disgusting, they close at 10 and had chairs up so people wouldn’t sit. The place looked dirty and bathroom stated it was out of service. I do not recommend this place at all.

I've been to many chicken kitchens. I have one right next to my home 5 minutes away. None the less I choose to drive 20 minutes further to this location because they make the best chicken quesadillas out of all of them. The gentleman that is in charge that makes them is amazing. I come here often its a shame this place is taking advantage of inflation prices. Every week ive came here and prices are higher each time for just a plain chop. Other Cks are not charging as much as this one. I will stop coming here till the day i dont have to pay 2 dollars for a sprinkle of cheese...

They closed 30 mins early and never answered the phones, I called 9 times and when I got there in person they told me they were closed. Mind you it was 8:30 pm and they close at 9 pm never coming there again.

Awesome experience!! I usually don't write reviews but I had to for this one. Staff was amazing. I came in with a group of kids after a football game and the staff was so generous and understanding. The manager helped with everything. Got everything right on the orders, especially dealing with picky kids. The kids were beyond happy!! Thank you so much to Ana Maria and her staff!!!!!!!!!

The original rice and chicken is my favorite! You get yellow rice, chopped chicken, and a half slice of pita bread. The yellow sauce is my favorite. When work is done and the family needs to be fed, this is an excellent option. The prices are good (especially when there are coupons), the food is good and filling and the service is quick! Everything that a tired Mom needs!

Chicken kitchen is usually a weeknight dinner option for when cooking at home is not possible. With their grilled chicken and some rice their chop-chops are always a kids favorite. Very affordable and it all tastes good.

Chicken Kitchen is awesome! I really started eating more Chicken Kitchen last year when I would have pregame meals before my basketball games which was ideal in terms of carbs and protein. In general, I always order the same thing. A bowl with chicken, rice, beans, tomato, and lettuce. I top that off with two cups of the curry mustard sauce, which is their best sauce by far. Don’t waste your time with another sauce, Chicken Kitchen was made for curry mustard. I live close to this particular location which is convenient because I’m usually home within 20-30 minutes of leaving. Sometimes I’ll come here after working out at UFC. It doesn’t take particularly long for me to get my food unless there’s a long line which I have yet to see. Usually it takes the staff about 60 seconds to make my bowl ready and half a minute to process the payment. They are quick so props to them. They’re great and always work quickly to get your food ready. Usually I walk out of Chicken Kitchen full and ready for a nap which is the goal.

I live very close to this location so I come here often. The food is good but the service could be better. Usually i have a good experience but at times when I order on the phone they get my order wrong and even sometimes adds a second order I didn't ask for. One of those experiences they tried to make me pay for 2 orders I didn't ask for. I had to be stern and refuse to pay. After the blonde manager gave up she rudely told me "next time order correctly".

I am always received with open arms. The chicken is always delicious and everything is fresh. I love the Bazooka. I highly recommend them.

I've never been to Chicken Kitchen but one day after I went to a dance camp near Chicken Kitchen I saw the name of the place and I begged my dad to go there just because I saw the name.

This location was great after leaving the previous one in pinecrest that had no chicken. Thank you Kendall location. And the service was awesome.

Chicken Kitchen has been around for a long time. They are consistently good without being gourmet. In many of these restaurants you can get a great meal and never touch the chicken for the vegans. I happen to enjoy the regular and the Cuban Chop. The chicken is tasty, the rice moist, and the curry sauce is just right. At this location, all the staff members were friendly and even laughed at my dumb joke. That's got to count for something! If you're in a hurry and don't want greasy fast food, stop in and bring your kids. It's healthy enough and tasty enough that it'll save you a night of doing dishes!

Is a Mexican food place. Food is good, large portions. I really enjoyed, and will return. So flavorful. They have a good variety of dishes to choose from. Is a very busy place as all the fast food restaurants are.

The chicken is great. It's fresh and it's hot right off the grill right in front of you. The ingredients are fresh too...but it's the choppers. Mine was some guy named Robbie, or Robert or something. Handled the knife like a Shogun warrior, diced that bird and dropped it over the rice like a Ninja. Guacamole...no problem...handles the spoon the same way. Looks like he does 250 pushups before each shift so no chicken breast is too thick. Anything I requested he scopped, chopped or drizzled with flair. I even asked for some extra cheese and he just looked up and with one hand...wham, big pinch....wallah...sprinkled over by bowl without even losing eye contact. If they have a belt system there like Karate this dude was black. I'm defenitely going back.

This Chicken Kitchen is one of the few that I like to go to in SW Miami. They always have chicken seasoned to perfection and treat me as a valued customer. I would recommend this location to anyone who loves this restaurant.
