This place rocks!! Delicious food and drink. A little pricey but soooo worth it. Way better than the usual fast food.

The food is always good and correct... However the way the employees here are treated by their boss is UNACCEPTABLE. There have been numerous occasions where MINORS are worked long shifts, sometimes doubles, without a single break (which is illegal). This goes for the of-age staff as well.

Very very good. Everytime I'm around I stop to get some chicken salad. They have plenty different choices to choose from and it's something you'll keep going back for more. Prices are reasonable . Not expensive for what you get

Extremely clean and attractive inside. Staff very attentive and helpful. Offered samples of several different on site home made chicken salads I was interested in. Ended up with a fruit and nut choice along with a mildly spicy Buffalo selection. Each have their own cute and catchy names which escape me at the moment. Will definitely be going back to try more.

Food is kinda bland. Turkey Club tasted very lunch meaty. I was under the impression that actual cuts were used.

My wife and I came for lunch and it was amazing. We were helped by Jessica who directed us to all the samples and took our orders, very professional and helpful. Will definitely return in the future.

Good food, great service, and the prices are reasonable too. Try their app for rewards from the points you get when you download each receipt are good too.

It is a variety of different chicken salad preparations from salads to sandwiches with chicken salad and soup. It is very creative and tasty. Beats hamburgers. A great alternative.

First time here tonight food was good but the girl working was not very helpful. My mother wanted a sandwich and side and ended up with chicken salad,crackers and pasta salad. My mother doesn't like to complain so she just ate it. Please do better and pay attention to orders it wasn't at all busy when we were there so I'm not sure how it was messed up.

Went in for lunch and asked about the new items. The young lady took us over to the sample area and gave a few samples to try. Was great as I tried one of the new flavors!

Super cute, the colors and decore are so inviting! I had no idea there could be that many versions of chicken salad 😳! And the presentation was great, I just stood up the crackers and cookie so the were visible. I will definitely be returning, and looking for more locations.

I’d much rather you tell me your out of fruit then give me mushy old rotting fruit.

I ordered a chicken but on croissant with a side of pasta salad and a drink. My total came to $14.10. No senior discount which surprised since the clientele were of senior age. The pasta salad was as dry as dust. The sandwich had one thin slice of turkey, small piece of bacon. The price didn’t justify the small size. I had a taste for soup but my choices were cream of broccoli and loaded potatoes. Why offer 2 heavy soups only? The place is very clean and the service was good. I was disappointed in the sparseness of the sandwich. A return visit is unlikely unless you can make some changes

I highly recommend the Chicken Salad Melt. A soft and flaky croissant, chicken salad and melted provolone cheese, with a side or scoop. I've tried all the flavors by getting the scoop for a side. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff.

Interesting concept, clean, attractive restaurant, wide selection, reasonable prices, ample servings,attentive staff. Menu can be confusing for first timers. “Chicken BLT on Toast “ - tasty but…bread grilled on one side only of each slice of bread, instead of toasted, creating strange sensation when you bite into it. Bacon was so cold fat had hardened - unpleasant. “Chicken Tortilla Soup” VG. My wife ordered two scoops of Classic Carol, for expediency as also found menu confusing and didn’t want to hold up order taker. Heavy on mayonnaise We’ll probably give it another try with something else. UPDATE 8/17/23 I was impressed the owner reached out to me and within a few days. Here is a growing family operation whose owners care about their business and their clientele. He was gracious, LISTENED, and explained. We look forward to our next visit. I cannot change the original 3 star. To do so now, without another experience, jeopardizes the integrity of the Review Program- unfair to customers and owners, all who expect and are due a just and accurate description of the reviewer’s experience. I do wish this business continued success! Oh, I did learn free sample tastings are offered at noon.

Girl brought me here against my will... ended up loving it

I had a meeting where the host had brought in Chicken Salad Chick mini croissant sandwiches in assorted flavors from the catering menu. They were perfect for our meeting and everyone was happy. Come 6:30 when my gf gets home I told her about it. 5 minutes later I was out the door to get it for both of us for dinner. I love their takeout large containers, broccoli salad, and fruit. CSC is just always consistently good.

Chicken Salade Chix ... never disappoints. Prompt friendly service, consistently great food and atmosphere. Maybe the cookies that come with each meal are smaller -lol- or maybe it's just me! Love this place~

Have ordered takeout from here several times. The staff is always happy and polite and the chicken salad is amazing! It's a perfect light lunch during the hot days. Love the grapes as well!

First time at this location and I had a great experience! I ordered the Classic Carol as a sandwich (toasted on wheat), made the side a Sassy Scotty scoop, and added a Buffalo Barclay scoop (for an additional $2). - The Classic Carol itself was good, but I would probably venture to other flavors now that I've had it. - I put the Sassy Scotty scoop (and provided lettuce leaf) in a toasted asiago bagel I made at home, and it was stellar! - For context, I'm not a big buffalo person (though I'm slowly warming up to it). For me, the Buffalo Barclay scoop was too much kick with not enough of the flavor. It was kind of one-note to me. (I tried it with a toasted asiago bagel from home as well, and that was just ok. The Sassy Scotty with a toasted asiago bagel is the way to go.) Shout out to Melanie, who saw me waiting next in line (inside), offered to input my order at the drive-thru register, and took my entire order solely by memory (I was very impressed).

I recently tried the Chicken Salad Chick and was blown away by their delicious and creative options. The Classic Carol and Jalapeño Holly were both amazing and packed with flavor. Overall, I highly recommend Chicken Salad Chick for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

Tasty food, good portions, decent prices. Bright and cute atmosphere. Definitely giving off a healthy vibe. Plenty of indoor seating and a few tables outside. Servers bring the food to your table after you place your order at the counter.
