I'll let the GM decide if they think this was a "superb experience". - took 21 minutes to receive my food and there was only 1 customer ahead of me. - Self serve cooler broken - Coke flat - My chips didn't make it in my to-go order - Toaster was broken - Out of fruit - Bread for my kids sandwich was stale - The staff was clearly distracted by friends of theirs who came into the restaurant, back and forth chatter between them all, which likely led to the obnoxiously long wait time. One of the employees, was wearing a chicken salad chicken shirt, kept going into the kitchen then back to the register and then out front to hang out with his friends. I'm not even sure this kid was working at that time, at times he acted like he was working and other times he acted as casual as a customer. 🤷‍♂️ Normally a fan of this place but this visit will likely lead to me choosing elsewhere next time.

I’m in outside sales and I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to eat at chicken salad chic . I arrive at the vaughn road location in Montgomery, there is an elderly couple standing at the counter , a girl standing behind them . The elderly couple turned around and said we’ve been standing here 20 minutes and haven’t seen anyone . Do we sit down or just wait . The young girl said she had been there for at least 15 minutes and had not seen anyone . I walk to the counter there’s a lady standing back there so I said are y’all open ?? She said yes some one will be up there in a minute. About 8 minutes a young girl walked up and took the elderly’s order . Another girl with a chicken salad chic TShirt was walking out the door , then a black headed girl came to the front . The place was dirty ! Lids on all teas wasn’t even closed . I’m totally in shock, it cost a lot of money to own a chicken salad chic, I bet the owner has no idea how poorly this location is being managed . It definitely want be back . What a terrible 1st visit for the elderly couple .

Today was a first for me. The service was excellent and so was the food. I actually had the chicken salad melt with a side of pasta salad. I'm not a fan of the pasta salad which I usually love. Next time I'll just get fruit. I had sweet tea to drink and it was perfect. It's not cold so get plenty of ice. The cookie was good also. This was a first but definitely not a last.

Great food with a wide variety of chicken salad. It took longer to get our orders than I would have hoped. I believe they push the drive through service through first before tending to the in store customers.

I love chicken salad chick BUT today I got my sandwich and they forgot the tomato but that’s not what I’m making this comment about …. I got 2 sides and instead of putting my grape salad and chick salad into the 2 separate compartments…. They put my pasta salad on top of my grapes… just careless.

Overall my chicken salad melt was pretty good except for my two sides my Mac n cheese was very soupy and my soup lacked flavor.

I’ll have to change my score for this place. I’m not sure what’s happened but things have become very unorganized at this particular establishment. Every time I visit, my order is either wrong or items are missing.

Had a really good lunch, the Buffalo chicken melt was excellent! My wife really enjoyed the lemon basil scoop. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Look forward to going back

Love CSC when I’m down south! No issues with the food, however the counter help at this location is less than friendly and cheerful. Every other CSC location I’ve been to, they’re always smiling and upbeat.

The young lady (African American w/black/lil pink braid) was such a delight today. Her customer service skills are 💯. She greeted me with a smile and did suggestive sales. She's definitely a breath of fresh air in today's society.. Keep shining😀😁😀😁

The food was delicious 😋 the portions were less than served in the past, at least by a third. This was disappointing.

This location seems so unorganized. How is it that I make a catering order that at first can’t be found, and when it is, when I send the designated person to pick it up it’s not even been made yet? I called the same morning and double checked that it would be ready and it’s still wasn’t right and it actually threw off the set up of the event. Extremely unprofessional.

The facility was clean and pleasing to the eye. The employees were pleasant, neat, and accommodating. I had a difficult time choosing which salad to purchase because all the samples were delicious. Could have used a little more salad on my wife’s croissant bread. I’m sure if I’d brought that to their attention, they were have made it right. Great dinning experience for the money.

I want to say thank you to LaCora for the wonderful service last week when I came in to eat. Food, service and atmosphere was outstanding.

We eat here every chance we can. This visit was for a catering order for the ladies from my wife's office. They were so excited when they saw me bringing in the food because it was from here. BTW, great service! Order was ready when I got there and it was correct.

When I asked for bulk chicken salad to be packaged I was told to go to the refrigerator. Because I didn't have my glasses, I bought one carton type incorrectly. I feel you should be able to purchase chicken salad by the pound if you can purchase fruit salad by the pound. What gives?

The 3 stars is because customer service was excellent! The chicken salad was terrible nothing but chicken skin and gristle. I’ve had chicken salad chick several times and it’s never been this bad. Will not return

Perfect portions for lunch. Chicken salad is amazing. The Mac n cheese is perfect and one of my new favorites. Eating and serving areas were clean. The employees were friendly. Not too much more to ask for.

The staff is always super sweet , and their menu is full of keto-friendly flavors...and when I'm not trying to lose weight, the cookies, seasonal cheesecakes, and sweet tea are divine!

Chicken salad was delicious my side which was Mac and cheese was fantastic and our cashier was very nice and friendly so I would definitely recommend this restaurant because of all the different flavors of chicken salad that they have this place is a go to if you're a chicken salad fan like I am

There are so many good sounding things on the menu I couldn't decide. I thought I would gamble and ask for a sample and they are more than willing to give you some to try. I couldn't decide between the 2 I had tried so I got 2 scoops. I don't want to think about the calories...it was really good though! You get a small cookie with the meal which was also really good.

I love Chicken Salad Chick..so tried this location. The staff was really nice. I ordered Dixie Chick(for onion lovers),and it was as usual good. Their signature soup was Okayish. The Restroom was clean and had a few wall posters for you to read 😁 the Decor could use an upgrade. Will visit again.

If you live in an area that has a Chicken Salad Chick then you probably already know how good they are. I was recently visiting my son and his family at Fort Rucker, AL and we stopped at one in Montgomery when he was taking me to the airport. I live in central Arkansas and we don’t have them here yet but I bet they’re making plans to come. Heck, I may explore buying a franchise! 😆 Back to reality though. If you like chicken salad, this is your place. The minute we walked in the door - and by the way, it was Veterans Day and they were giving complimentary meals to veterans and active duty military - there was the most delightful, informative “hostess” who explained the different types of chicken salad and all of the different options for ordering it. Sensing it was my first time, she offered me a taste of several different ones which were all delicious. The decor is sunny and uplifting, too. It was such a nice change of pace from a regular burger or chicken fast food restaurant. I can’t wait for our area to get one!

Great place for lunch. I like to get a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with one of their soups on the side. This place serves the best chicken salad I've ever had at a restaurant (if I compared it to Mom's cooking it might win there too... but Mom's cooking is always the best!) The staff is very friendly and the service is quick and the atmosphere is light and cheerful. I cannot recommend any improvements to the store. Do double check their hours as they close earlier than other restaurants, 7pm on weekdays.

Lunch time rush took some time, but as always it was worth the wait.

We are wild about this lovely eatery. The food is perfectly delicious. The staff very friendly and helpful. The oilcloth on the tables adds a special touch as do many other things inside the restaurant. We first tried this place while spending the winter in Florida and hubby and I both got excited to find one in Alabama on our way home to Ohio. I would rate everything about CSC exceptional and will be talking about our experiences for a long time.

Chicken salad was good but the meal was not worth $12, $7 for the whole thing would be more appealing as all I had was a sandwich, this tee tiny cup of soup and a drink.

The food is consistently good if you enjoy chicken salad. The menu is limited if you're looking for more, but hence the name Chicke. Salad Chick. Service is usually fairly good, but I have had a few instances where it could improve. Overall, I would recommend Chicken Salad Chick for lunch or an easy take home dinner!
