First time going to Dine in at chicken salad chick. Friendly staff, we were waited on right away, food was served quickly. The food was delicious. We were asked 4 times thru out our 40 min stay if everything was good?? That was a little annoying, but overall, a nice, friendly place to eat.

Lunch was delicious! This was my 3rd time eating here. The chicken salad is ALWAYS fresh!! Sooo gooood! A++++++++ PS. Buy a container of pimento cheese it’s the best here!!!

Sorry, updated food to a “3”. - Had to search for bacon in the BLT …. just seems crazy that there was very little bacon in a sandwich named for bacon. Fast, friendly and always good (one of the few consistently good restaurants). We enjoy the soup and a scoop- can’t go wrong.

They have a variety of chicken salad flavors. My chicken salad platter was delicious n filling.

I would not let my dog eat here!! Yuck! Warm, slimy chicken salad sandwiches were served that tasted bad.The container of quick chik had no made sticker on it. The uncooled dirty restaurant smelled moldy and mildewed. The little general manager was very disrespectful and needs a lot customer service training from the Chicken Salad Chick in Wesley Chapel, Florida! Instead of being on the phone you should be checking temperatures of the food you’re serving!!

Too much mayonnaise! Not chicken!

OMG, what can I say about this place that hasn't already been said? The absolute best chicken salad I've ever had. 😋

We have all Chicken Salad Chick, Brooksville, Ocala and Lady Lake, food-good, service-excellent, clean and highly recommended.

Cashier was rude and very unfriendly. Pimento vheese was dry, hard to eat. Person was vacuuming around our table while we were eating. Chicken salad was very good.

Not wild about these salads...I went with a group...just OK to me..." to each his own "...

Food is always delicious and made fresh, service is quick and friendly, and it’s a nice cozy establishment. An amazing place to stop in for a filling and healthy lunch.

Prices a little higher than expected.

Not a big fan of this place. Went at lunch hour, wasn't busy. Cashier was friendly and polite. Food wasn't as expected considering the cost of chicken salad.

Love love love this place. Wish they would open a location in or near Mount dora. My only little not really complaint is that the resturaunt seems too small for the customer flow and close seating for my taste. Still worth it though. Highly recommend.

This Chicken Salad Chick did not have the freshest chicken and my wife and I have been to many of these establishments. At first I was surprised at how little chicken was actually on the bread. The manager came out and made it himself which was a nice touch as he was quite professional and personable. However, the chicken did not taste fresh and the bread was slightly stale. I thought this restaurant smelled and was not the cleanest. Just simple quality control would be appropriate at this Chicken Salad Chick. Friendly people worked there but the rest was left to be desired.

2/6/24: I wanted to provide an update on my original review. The owner, Lisa, and manager, Tanner, responded immediately to the review with a corrective action and path to a resolution. They were handcuffed with their loyalty program due to an inconsistent supply of the SWAG in their loyalty program, something out of their control. They were patient and kind and focussed on resolving the issues I had. They say it is not how you fall but how you pick yourself back up that matters and in this particular case they did a tremendous job in reestablishing my loyalty to them. I have adjusted my star rating accordingly. Great job Chicken Salad Chick! ============original review======= Nice place for lunch with alternative choices over the usual burger. Reward program is poorly managed. Exchanged points for a large cooler on June 23, 2023 and they keep saying check back as it was not in stock. Going on 7 months and growing tired of them telling me to check back. They need to honor their program or risk a BBB false marketing complaint being filed.

I went in there this afternoon to order what I normally order which is 3 scoops Fancy Nancy chicken salad. The previous clerks always rang up the 3 scoops no one ever said it was a menu item. The owner argued with me & basically called me a liar. Her staff was the one at fault for never suggesting the item that fit the 3 scoops. I will go to a different store from now even though I have to drive farther. You don’t argue with a customer or insinuate they are wrong or lying!!!!

We are frequent patrons as my 18 month old granddaughter loves Classic Carroll!

Always great food. A little pricey for portion

First time visiting this place very nice environment and staff however my issue is for a total bill of $35 I got a salad that consisted of 4 pieces of lettuce and 3 grape tomatoes my partner had a trio and her soup was cold like it had been sitting out for a 15 minutes prior needless to say I will not be recommending this place to anybody you are better off going to chic fila down the street. I know times are rough but this place is clearly a money grab and a rip off

Delicious and special lunch. The chicken salad is so rich and delightful and served in a cute atmosphere. Definitely a place that appeals more to women but my husband can always find something to enjoy as well!

The nicest people work here. I came in for lunch with my niece and sister-in-law. The food choices are many and everything we had was fresh and delicious. Fair prices too.

I had chicken salad with ranch and bacon and the broccoli salad and tomato bisque and all were delicious. My friend had the pimento with bacon sandwich and their pimento cheese is quite good.

Great sandwich shop, nice atmosphere. Had the Kicking Kay Lynne & Barbie-Q. The Lynn could use a bit more spice, but my tolerance is higher than the average, so for most, it should be a good bite.

My husband loves the Classic Carol. I love the pimiento cheese and the Pina colada pie. Their chicken salads are all finely minced with very little mayo. I prefer a little more mayo and chucks of chicken. It's definitely tasty though. Price is a little high but so is everything in The Villages. The customer service and rewards program are both excellent.

My favorite sandwich spot, the chicken salad is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit. I was unsure on how to order and the different flavors of chicken salad so I had to get someone to help me. I am not sure if you are able to taste a couple before deciding but that would be helpful. I got the classic and it was very good. The restaurant was clean. They are constantly walking around the restaurant clearing tables.

Honestly, I expected better after hearing from friends over the years about how good it was supposed to be. I thought it was mediocre, at best.

Love the chicken salad and broccoli salad- all of their locations I have visited are very bright and clean with friendly and caring service

So many flavors to choose from and each one is great in their uniqueness. The staff is so pleasant and ready to answer questions. It is great to be able to take to go containers of all their flavors right off the shelf to bring home.

My first time to visit and the young lady that was working explained everything to us! Wonderful employee!! The food was great, and the atmosphere is pretty cool!

Went for lunch with friends. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. It's a bit pricey, which is why I took off one star.

If you like chicken salad sandwiches and other lunchables, this is a GREAT place!! Sandwiches, soups, salads and deserts!!! You will not leave and be "hungry a couple hours later"🤗 I've eaten there a few times while staying in this area. It's really yummy.

Great place for a delicious lunch. Food and service are always great. Sometimes a long line but it always goes pretty quickly. I sat outside on a beautiful day but it is so close to the street that it was like eating lunch in the parking lot. But delicious all the same!

Love this place! Did have a issue two weeks ago when I went. I always dine in and the portion is perfect. I just so happen to order take out since I had to hurry and get back home. My side of pea salad entailed 5 noodles and a single olive. Was pretty pitiful. I went back the next day since I did not get to enjoy it. The portion was how it should of been. Obviously I will go back but if you do take out just check before you leave.
