I love chili's it's an American institution

Server Ethan at the 19905 Biscayne location was absolutely amazing. He kept a smile on our faces (GirlsTimeOut). He was super helpful when it came time to select items on the menu. He did a superb job and will definitely have us coming back. Ethan is a keeper

Alex was an amazing and attentive server, quickly cleared up confusion on our order and handled it with grace. you could tell he values customer satisfaction. food was amazing, would definitely recommend the nachos and the molten chocolate cake!!!

The crowd is too ghetto! Kids jumping around on the tables and throwing food at us. The staff could NOT care less. Even tried to call a girl but she pretended not to see me 2feet away. Unprofessional! The food is standard chillis tho.

Lunch was served hot. Delicious. Even ordered take out for a friend, it was so good.

Chill is always a go to spot for me and my cousin. Thank you so much for Chino!! Chino was the best bar tender we’ve ever encountered at chili’s in Aventura! Chino was professional, attentive , and cool. Thank you for chino for creating a memorable experience for myself and my cousin. We will be back.

The only thing I didn't like was the tablet on the table that tricks you into playing and does not properly advertise that it costs 3.99 and will be automatically put on your bill. They need to put a better notice that you have to pay.

By far the best Chilli's experience I have ever had in my 32 years of life. Not only was everything fresh and piping hot cooked to perfection. Trish our lovely server/bar tender made the best drinks! The kitchen had a flawless delivery of appetizing looking foods that definitely made this whole experience enjoyable. Again the best Chilli's experience by far.

Me and my wife were out and about and wanted some afternoon drinks and something to eat. We decided to stop in to Chilli's for a hassle free dinning experience. I can honestly say, without a doubt this is the best Chilli's I have ever been to. The drinks were great and the food came out hot. We sat at the Bar and Trish the bar tender took care of us. She was amazing. Really helpful and friendly.

Actually 0 stars! I actually really like chillies. But this restaurant is an absolute flop! The service was incredibly unfriendly and dismissive from the greeting to the check-out. Will continue to go to Chilis but will give this restaurant a wide berth.

The food is always consistent and the staff was great.

Service always sucks there is no clue why they probably don’t pay the employees enough, but the food is delicious and I love the menu.

The wait was 20mins but it didnt feel like it, the waitress was very nice, she even entertained our goofy personalities a bit as well. Everything was on point. Especially the food

Everything was all good till I had to ask 3 times for water, my girlfriend had to get up and go get napkins herself and orders took a while to be served. I understand it was a busy Saturday but still I would not recommend .

The place was awesome very friendly and the food was great. 1 thing I didn't enjoy was the management team of how they treated me with the interview. On the day of the heavy load of flooding in June, I got called in for a interview just to get a "no" as rather than just calling me and telling me they aren't looking for any workers the manager called me in just to waste my time and made me sit there 4 hours with the horrible weather.

The restaurant was busy and a bit dirty. The staff was very young and in experience. The server did not come and check on us at all and attempted to take food we asked for a to go container away. I ate at this restaurant last year amd that was a MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE than tonight.

A must on every USA vacation. I really enjoy coming here. Nice service and very fair prices with high quality of very tasty Tex-Mex food. Especially chicken wings and margarita are a must! Water is free and the appetizer (chips & salsa). In the Smokehouse Combo, the $3 extra for the ribs is definitely worth it. Always happy to come to a restaurant from this chain.

I had a triple dipper + smokehouse combo+ chocolate lava cake

Food was a little salty but the sweet margarita cancelled it out. My sever was super attentive and polite. Plus it looked pretty clean. Food arrived hot and fresh. I got the queso dip with chips with the Wish You Were Here Margarita. Both delicious. My son got the Mac and cheese with French fries. Also good. I plan to come back again. This location is always great.

I came here during a glitch in their system. The employee was extremely nice about it and we laughed about it. I've had food from here years ago and it was great. I'll be coming back in honest terms lol

Although it is a highly recommended place, the truth is that it was very basic to me, it was not what I expected

I went twice, one time I was served by a very kind woman with excellent service and another time I have had a man, the truth is, his service was very bad.

Worst service ever. We were a party of 8 and nobody came to our table. We requested at least 3 times for the waiter to come and they didn’t care. After 20 minutes a server approached us and took our order. This place doesn’t care about customers. Not coming back

I went yesterday (May 18th). The food was horrible, the service is usually horrible, and the lady forced me to put 5 stars in each section of the survey since it “affected her.” The one time it was good was the first time we went. After that, the food has been alright or horrible and the service is not the greatest. They are a mess, I asked for fried mozzarella and that came AFTER MY MAIN DISH. Mind you, that is an appetizer that I asked the second the waiter came and asked for my order. Horrible

food was amazing as usual, best sirloin steak i’ve had in a while. i didn’t rlly enjoy the A1 barbecue sauce but that’s not really chili’s fault. great service, quick food wait time, bathrooms could’ve been a bit cleaner though. one of my favorite chili locations and i love the rewards program :)

I didn’t get the name of the host or the server but both were amazing and accommodated to my needs . I usually don’t leave reviews. i’m here on Mother’s Day. The guy is the host and the server was a beautifulll woman with long braids. happy Mother’s Day to her and thank you all for making our party over 11 experience great❤️.God bless you all

The food was good and the server was amazing. The atmosphere was horrible. I couldn’t believe that they would allow the table next to us Vape the entire time indoors. The experience was not fun and the restaurant did nothing. I don’t think that I will be headed here again anytime soon. I hope that they have a policy next time or even try to do something to ensure all guests are able to enjoy their meals without Vapes the entire dinner.

Great place for 2 for 1 drinks…. Awesome atmosphere….Ashley was the greatest bar tender and waitress… she was sweet and her customer service skills were superb!! Way to go Ashley!!! Her Long Island tea is top shelf and nicely flavored… Thanks again!!! We are definitely coming back!!!

Ordered Chilis through their app and DoorDash delivered my food to someone else. 👎🏻 Called my local Chilis and spoke with Todd (who was filling in for the manager). He was super nice, friendly and helpful to get a fast refund. Still hungry but smiling none the less.

Super friendly staff. Everything was prepared perfectly as requested (sauce on the side, no onions, etc...)

They are usually pretty good but today was a disaster. It took 15 minutes for the server to show up. When she did, she was abrupt. We ordered. 20 minutes later I asked about the food since we had a meeting soon. She asked if we wanted to cancel her order. I said we would prefer to eat and she said she would let us know. We got the food and had 5 minutes to eat. Drinks were missed, salt shakers bon existant, etc. To top it off, the 25% off coupon wouldn't work because somewhere in the small print it says you can't have a 3 for me as part of the $50 order. And believe me, it was buried in the small print. Wework nearby at 8:30 twice a week. It's going to be hard to force myself to go back.

This is my preferred place to go in Aventura, its a really nice place. Food is good, serving great and in all the times that I've been there I've had great experience Suggested entree is Faijta trio!!

I went to chilli in Aventura with my, I made our order but waiting 45 minutes no one came to serve us, and saw the food start coming but not for us for the people way after us came. I complained looks like the waiter didn’t care. I decided to leave and spend my money somewhere that they care us. What I was surprised the restaurant wasn’t busy. Very bad experience.

Get drunk, and everything tastes great. Naw, their burger was on point. However, there was a young lady working her tail off. I believe her name is Deja. I appreciate her because she was fairly busy, but that never impeded her ability to make sure we were attended to. Thanks to her, my experience was a positive one.

tiffany Wasn’t being professional at all she approached the table where me and my family where at very rudely. The check was completely wrong and was out of order when we ask her to adjust it she stated that it wasn’t her fault and that she wouldn’t fix it

I had a good order (picture attached), but the people with me received overcooked and dry ribs and French fries. On the other hand, the sirloin steak with broccoli was excellent. Even though the ribs are a popular item, they weren't fresh. The server was excellent and the staff knew what they were doing, despite being short-staffed. The service was great, but I wish some of the food items were fresher.

The best place to eat lots of food for cheap. They have the 3 for me. I take my son there and I still didn't spend over20 bucks

walked in, there was no hostess to sit us. we finally were approached by the bartender (who i can see was busy with the people seated at the bar). we waited around another 10 minutes for someone to bring us a high chair and they never showed up so we left.

Its quality is terrible. They lowered the quality too much. Reheated food. I do not recommend it. Very bad experience.

We went to Chili's after going to the Friends exhibition at Aventura and it was a fantastic experience!! Tiffany went above and beyond with service and exceeded my expectations, making it the perfect experience with my mother. The sunflower girls will be back and we will be asking for Tiffany ❤️ 10/10

My wife and I had lunch at this place and the food was horrible 1. Both of our burgers were very greasy and my burger had way to much mayo on it, the cook dumped like 1/2 of a jar of mayo on my burger I had to scrape it off plus the Mayo saturated the bottom of the bun. 2. The fries had wayyyy to much salt on them and had to scrape the salt off of the fries 3. Our server ( Linaya) was amazing and kind, she tried to make it right but we left in a hurry. Ask for Linaya if you decide to go there. 4. I guess Good kitchen help is hard to find. We will never go back

The burgers we ate were messy when served.

The cajun shrimp pasta was hot and tasty with the perfect amount of spice. It didnt overwhelm me and the waitress was excellent very attentive and swift in accomodating my guest and I. She was the very best!!! However my frozen margarita was a bit blander than i am used to thats saying alot given i prefer lighter drinks I know they have to mix it a certain way but it seems theyre not adding any liquor just a pinch of bitters. We enjoyed watching the heat win and the restaurant was mildly busy, not noisy in the least it was nice.

The food is not the way we have before.

The ribeye was disgusting hard and chewy. No comments any longer about Aventura Chili's Grill. Never came to eat again to this location.

One of the best ribs you can find. The magic of sitting at the bar is unmatched. Everything is a delight.

The hostess here was the worst ever, telling people outrageous wait times to see if they walked out. 2 families walked out due to her treatment. She deliberately skipped over our party to seat another party that arrived 15 minutes after us. Once I called her out on it she said she “forgot”. On the other hand our waiter Jay was great, attentive and made sure our meal went great. The food was good and again our server jay was amazing our drinks were never empty and he checked on us multiple times.

A very special place, the waiters are very attentive and the price is very affordable.

Okay Chilis go off! Freshly fried chips with salsa (5/5) are the absolute best, and all the other food is reasonably priced. The fajitas and the chipotle mex bowl (5/5) that was exquisite: savory, creamy, and well cooked moist chicken. The potato soup (5/5) was cheesy, bacon-y, and delicious! Service is also great, I highly recommend!

I went to Chili's with my daughter and the service that I received today was amazing. Our waitress Ashley was attentive and very detailed with the way she explained everything. The way she was able to multitask and her ability to keep her composure. Ashley, great job I hope you can continue to provide impecable customer service no matter what industry you land in.

Food is good always. But because of the rush hour,they forgot half of my food to serve and I had to ask repeatedly still could not serve! But it was a one time thing during rush hour. I will visit again to find out if my opinion changes.

I don’t know what happened tonight but everything tasted like leftovers. All of the veggie’s and mashed potatoes tasted old.The guacamole was brown and disgusting.I would not recommend this location. We paid for our food and left 90% of our meal on the table. Never again.What a waste of money.

You know what you will get when visiting a Chilis restaurant. Food was great, rrally spicy for a salad but thats a preference issue. Staff was friendly but quite busy with all the guests. Toilet was a bit dirty tho. Enough parking spaced outside too.

Haven't been to this chili's for a while It was good to be honest except that little steak in the 10.99 (16.99) for the steak meal. The steak could have been a better cut

It is used to be a great place to grab a quick, easy meal. But here lately, service has really gone downhill. Slow, unresponsive, always shorthanded, and you never see a manager helping anyone out.

Went here for a birthday lunch. The waiter was very helpful, the wait wasn't long considering how busy they were. Not impeccably clean, but in all fairness there were kids throwing stuff everywhere. I don't remember exactly what burgers we had, but they were amazing. The fries were fantastic and, honestly, the corn chips were a little too filling to add to everything else, and we had to leave some of them behind. The only area where I would really like to see improvement, is on their menu. I had to ask the waiter what the vegan pattie was made out of. Turns out it was black bean, and it was absolutely beautiful. Would like to see those type of basic details printed on the menu.
