Great food well worth the money

I have been going for Year's. There great .I lov the garden and to know it's fresh is great.

Best food on Main Street. Best egg rolls anywhere!

Just picked up orange chicken lunch combo and beef teriyaki, egg roll. Very fatty, unedable food, threw it in the trash . I've been coming to the restaurant for years. I will not go back.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had . Pork fried rice no flavor, color to it , DRY. I also ordered Vegtable LoMein , not a vegetable in it . Also dry , no flavor . And I got quart sizes. I will not throw away . Too expensive . I will doctor up with some vegetables , maybe soy sauce . Does anyone have any ideas for me . I have been craving Chinese for weeks . I am dissatisfied & disappointed. OH WELL I called to say no vegetables in lomein She said some people ordered this way . Hard to understand . So I said above her , she would not listen , well I did NOT ! Years ago their food was good , no more!

Great little restaurant, good prices and good quality food. Will go again next time I want quick and delicious Chinese food.

I would give 1 star but my dad ordered some general tso which wasn’t that bad. But the spare ribs tasted so disgusting and the rice wasn’t even that good. They don’t speak English either

Living 3 blocks away for the last 5 years has been a blessing. Consistently great food, with more flavor and freshness than any other spot around. Their Rangoon is legendary. Lo mein not greasy, fried rice the light brown/yellow you get from proper ingredients and frying. Thank you, bye-bye. :>

I've been eating here for a long time but lately the food taste different the pork fried rice was so soggy and for the last month or so I've been getting it like that it sucks because I really like the food. Hopefully it gets better.

Fried wontons weren't fried enough. The chicken wings were alright but the chicken lol mein was the most bland and flavorless I've ever had. It had chunks of unflavored white chicken breast in it. Was highly dissatisfied

Hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Everything was pretty flavorless and the terriaki beef sticks tasted terrible. I’ve never had a beef stick that bad in my life

The rice was flavorless the chicken & spare ribs tasted awful not like real meat & the egg rolls were burnt!!Stay away from this place was not worth the money. Woman taking order on the phone was loud & rude

I can't say enough. This was our go to Chinese restaurant when I lived in Connecticut. My son in New Mexico asked me to bring him some Chinese food when I went home(New Mexico). I bought so much food. I froze the meats used ice packs. It was cold and woohoo delicious. I asked my son how lucky he was to get China Wok delivered to New Mexico. I'm sure i will do this every year!!!

Careful or you'll miss it. Decent little Chinese restaurant on Route 6 in Terryville. Building is a little narrow and sits between others and can easily be missed. No big lighted sign to attract your attention. We weren't even sure that they were open. There is a small parking lot on the east side of the building. I had the orange chicken and it was good, not spectacular, but a nice meal. It was a little oily but still tasty. The portions are also rather large and the prices are reasonable. We had ordered 2 dishes and it cost me $22.95. I will definitely go there again. I also like that they are open until 10 pm when many places are already closed.

1st time here. Lady is nice enough but the chicken fried rice is too bland. The spring roll was ok... But just not something I think I would order again. I probably should have asked for some bean sprouts,eggs and scallions to be added but I assumed it would have already came with them. My mistake. If I order again I will definitely ask.

This place is freaking good. I've eaten a lot of Chinese food everywhere and this place gives u a lot of food for the price they charge verses other places they give u the minium. Definitely go hear you'll be surprised

Wow the lady on the phone started SCREAMING at me for asking if they deliver or use Uber Eats (which they are listed on). She just hung up on me, wow.

Rude. Didn’t even have the chance to talk and they hung up. Asked if they deliver since we are new to the area and the website on fb took us to a site not in the state that says they deliver which I wasn’t aware of until after they hung up , they yelled no delivery, and I was going to say ok, we will pick up, but they hung up. Sad they can’t even build customers with that energy.

Just moved to the area. So much better than any thing from torrington. Best chinese I've had in a long time. Ordered and picked up hot and fresh within 8 minutes (I counted)

Ordered food for the family,when order was delivered it missing items and some items were wrong when we called to tell them what was missing the man on phone started yelling at us, we decided to go to restaurant to show them it was wrong and they refused to give us what we paid for and food that was right was horrible would not recommend them at all would of given 0 stars if it was a option STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Best Chinese food I've had in years. I ordered the Happy Family. One order was generous to last me for three meals. The service was friendly and professional. I definitely have a new Chinese food place.

Whoever said the food was "greasy" and "flavourless" didn't get their food from here. I like trying different things off the menu any time I order and everything has been very good. Very clean, generous portions, more than reasonable pricing, and the owners are kind and gracious.

I have been going here for three decades .. since I was a teen eating egg rolls for lunch and dinner when I lived across the street. The owners are so nice .. always with a smile. The food is delicious .. the helpings are very generous, and it is ready faster then a drive through. Best place in town .. so 5 stars 😁

Food was delicious and very fairly priced. I was suprised dinner for my big family came in under $30 when it's usually over $40 at other local spots. The staff was friendly as well.

Not so good, at the same time not so bad . On the food they put some green vegie stuff (i dont know the name) i didnt like it because of its smell and the way it taste. I had to separate it from my food then eag the food. Not good experience. Also one more thing to point out is That old guy used a towel to clean the outer part or the handle of the grill. He cleaned his hand on that towel and touched our food. I am sure towel was not clean enough 🙄🙄

I do not know what happened to their food because it was the best around at one time. Today it was horrible. Tasted terrible, rice was rock hard, no veggies in the rice. They were friendly however, their food has just declined rapidly. Will not be returning

Totally agree with Ryan below! They try their best to ensure customer satisfaction without being able to speak English very well. Their food is amazing, so tasty! Friends from out of town ask me to bring their food to them all of time after I introduce them to it. I'll be a loyal customer forever.

No sé donde tripadvisor dieron esa imagen de el restaurante, pero eso no es lo que parece. Es realmente sólo un pequeño lugar en un pequeño edificio que se pueden perder si no sabía dónde estaba. Este es un lugar donde puedes pedir y recoger. Creo que ordenar comida desde allí dos veces al mes. No escatiman en la carne que ponen en los platos que hacen. Puedes ver haciendo los platos y todo es fresco. El pea vainas ME DAN con mi pollo todavía son verdes y no blandas. No sólo no saben cómo cocinar la comida pero también temporada adecuadamente. Mejor comida china que he tenido.

Never been disappointed in over 8 years

The guy complaining about her reaching and the .50 cent charge.. she doesn't speak good English she was probably trying to imply you can avoid the fee by paying cash.. I've been going here since I was like 12 and I've yet to find a better Chinese place in CT.. always consistent. Don't be a cheap ass Fairy and complain about the .50 cents, they serve rat the next town over for that 50 cents you cry about. Clean place, best around!

Worst experience ever, i went to pay and the lady i was going to pay on a card and once i pulled my wallet she went and kept nagging about seeing cash in my wallet, she pursued to reach INTO MY WALLET! i said ma'am what are you doing!?! She then proceed to payw ith my card and told me theres a 50 cent charge Fine!..later on on my bank statement i see that there was an additional 2 dollar fee! Never returning lost my business!

Wonton soup is the best around!

They're pretty good and very inexpensive. So good and inexpensive that it's worth it to pay the $0.50 credit card fee if you have to. Normally that would be a deal breaker for me but lunch specials are only $5.35. I'm just about convincing myself to go right now.

My husband and I won't get Chinese food anywhere else! Love the food as well as the owners! So glad me moved next door! Lol
