This location after 7pm is ridiculous. Food is burnt or unavailable. How do you not have rice?! Or meat and refuse to make more? You had customers in the store and refused to even get it from the online order area. How do you refuse customers when there are multiple groups? Do better.

Very bad online order quality. second time this week i’ve gotten a bowl barely half full. i used to work at this location portion sizes did not used to look like this. probably my 5-6th online order that’s been severely lacking over the last month or two.

The foods are kind of pricey, but everything else are good 👍

Crowded restaurant without anywhere to sit. They were out of almost everything and couldn't place my usual order. In addition, the app wouldn't work and they wouldn't let me place a quesadilla order in person (online only) even though I showed them the app wouldn't work.

Food wasn't fresh and it was Luke warm

During my recent visit to Chipotle, I was dismayed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. In particular, the tall guy manning the grill was not only rude but also openly used profanity, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Furthermore, the food quality was subpar, with some items tasting stale and others lacking seasoning. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also questionable, with dirty tables and floors. Overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

“FOOD CONTAMINATION BEWARE” Listen, I love Chipotle, and as of today, I’ve lived in 6 different states, and tried over 50 locations so far, trust me when I say THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE RESTAURANT IN THE NATION! TERRIBLE PORTION SIZES TERRIBLE STAFF TERRIBLE FOOD TASTE and as of today TERRIBLE I MEAN TERRIBLE CLEANING AND FOOD CONTAMINATION Today, I was served by an Asian girl with yellow hair, no hair net at al. While she walked trough the line to make my bowl, her long yellow hair touched ALL, I mean ALL the food on the bar. I pointed out to her, she didn’t care at all, and just sent her hair back. While that happened, the other served accidentally, while putting more stake on the bar, threw a ton of pieces of stake into the queso, of course didn’t care at all, and just scooped out the meat and left it there. This is crazy, how much contamination in just 3 min, I don’t want to imagine while no one sees them. At the end, I just rejected the bowl and left. This place is disgusting and alarming. The serves don’t use any type of food preparation, and I promise, HER HAIR TOUCHED ALL THE FOOD ON THE BAR

As a food allergy family eating out is always tricky! Kayla at Yulee Chipotle made it easy today! When I informed her about our allergies she immediately removed gloves, cleaned the counter, removed spoons/ladles/tongs and replaced with clean ones, washed hands and added a fresh pair of gloves before starting our order. She was very helpful, thoroughly reviewed our allergens with me, and checked ingredients on items she was unsure of, and then ensured no one else touched our order without washing hands and a glove change - this is above and beyond! Kayla - you’re fantastic and I appreciate your help!

The last five times I've been to Chipotle's they were at a vegetables and onions is it really that hard to keep onions and vegetables

Can order literally EVERYTHING except a quesadilla inside the restaurant? I mean, you can even order a kids quesadilla inside… but a regular one? Nah, gotta order that on the app. What a joke.

We ordered for pick up in the Chipotlane…as we do at least once a week. We pulled in right at 1pm to pick up our order. We are still in the lane and it’s 1:16 and we aren’t even to the window. We can’t cancel it because it’s after our pick up time. I can’t run in because I have sleeping kids in the car.

I normally don’t care to review fast food. However, there is a worker there who is Christopher that is the perfect example of customer service. Tbh he’s the reason why I keep coming back. He is not stingy with the scoops and is super friendly with the best attitude ever.

This chipotle had a rough start but has gotten a ton lot better recently. Food has been a ton lot better and actually hot with bigger proportions.

Foods good, like the tofu option. Service could be better on the north side but it’s still a good spot.

Small like of 5 people took over 20 minutes to get through. Wasn't even busy and was out of several items, they were scraping the bottom of the white rice, fajitas and pico. Ordered just a regular burrito, nothing extra other than guac on it. They couldn't even roll the burrito properly, was spilling out the sides. Person made a huge mess of rolling it and basically covered it up with the foil. Since ethe placed the guac primarily on one side, all I tasted for the first half was guac, while the rest of the burrito basically opened up into my tray. Ate the rest with a fork. For a $15 burrito, sure it pretty pathetic.

The staff was friendly, but the place was really messy. I arrived close to closing time, so I figured it was just a busy day. However, when I got home and opened my burrito bowl the greens were turning brown, the rice was undercooked, and the steak looked like edward scissorhands had slicing duty. Honestly, it looked terrible. Usually, every other Chipotle I've been to has great food, even if the place isn't spotless. That's one of the main reasons why I, and probably others, choose to eat there. This was the first time I've seen the food look so bad that I couldn't even eat it.

Brown rice nor cooked ask the way and dining room unbelievably trashed. :( Besides the Brown rice - which i asked to taste first based on previous experiences - the food was good...

After reading terrible reviews about this place, we were hesitant to stop on our trip home, but with food allergies, we don’t have many options. When we walked in, the restaurant was clean overall, and wasn’t busy. When it was our turn to order, I asked if they would be okay with wiping the counter and switching gloves due to allergies. They were genuinely so sweet about it, and also replaced every spoon, ladle, and set of tongs that may be used for our food. We have traveled many places and frequented Chipotle’s on our travels all over. This is a first for us! Food allergies are a total pain, and we always feel bad for asking to take extra precautions. They truly made us feel like they weren’t at all inconvenienced, which honestly was a huge relief. The food was excellent, the staff was lovely! We are so very grateful to have had the best Chipotle experience ever here! **I couldn’t get additional pics because my family had already begun digging in before I had the chance! The bowls were all picture perfect, though!

This Chipotle been here for a year and the rice is hard as a rock 70% of the time.

Service here is often terrible. The food at certain times of day is also dried out and should have been replaced.

Good food. But they have changed staff. And they are not very happy.

I've ate here multiple times. It's the best Chiptole in the region. Brett Hirst the manager is the best person to walk into and see because he knows how to cook and he gives good customer service.

Bought a delicious bowl from Chipotle in Yulee. I enjoyed it until the last few bites. I found a piece of bone which pierced my gum. Not a very nice way to end a meal.

Brett Hirst really saved my meal,other workers were cursing and screaming at each other. Brett stepped in and took care of the situation. He told me about how he does everything in the store, he seems to love what he does. He gave me queso for free he said that he felt bad since the queso looked terrible, he apologized for not being able to add new queso to the line.

Stopped in here while in town for Chipotle because who doesn’t love eating here? We didn’t have to wait to long, my daughter ordered a sofritas bowl which she loves, I ordered some chips with my birthday freebie a side of guacamole. Overall good trip, just noted the area around the plastic ware needed to be cleaned up, other then that great store

Great staff, and the place is clean. The only reason I put 4star on food is because of the rice being dry.

I'm so upset!! Hardly any food on the line the portions was terrible 1/2 of scoop of rice (which is the cheapest thing to buy) Barely any meat BARELY ANY FOOD!!!! I know because I used to run a Chipotle . I left still feeling hungry Which that has never happen before Very disappointing. At least the staff was nice. I don't think I'll be returning to this one

Ordered by phone automated system. Quick and efficient it was ready when I got there. Friendly service. I love time efficiency.

I never have an issue with this location. My food is always warm, well made, and fast. Whether I do Togo through the drive up or carry-out I never have an issue.

The food is priced right for the area. It's tex mex food fast. Order ahead and grab it through the drive thru. Easy for sure.
