This place has fallen so far from grace. Cheaper portions, more gristle in the meats, lesser quality ingredients and the staff have gone down hill. No one cares there. And the manager is not good here. This is worst Chipotle around in my opinion. Sad that it's the closest one to my house.

Food is awesome but that's it. Dining area is every dirty, tables have crumbs and food everywhere, floors are gross, not impressed at all

Edit. They we “out” of chips. They were looking through the old orders that haven’t been picked up to give me those chips. I looked over and they had thrown out all the chips 30 minutes prier close. They were extremely rude and I asked for a refund. They didn’t tell me it would take 24 hours or more and threw out my food. There are always missing parts to my order. Placed a pickup order. Arrived. Employees were talking in a circle didn’t even notice I was there. When I said I was picking up they didn’t have my order started. I had received a notification it was ready. They made my order. I payed for extra of everything. They were out of items and didn’t put extra. Employees were rude.

One of the lady servers gave me half a scoop of chicken and gave me another half for 4$ extra smh

I have been twice and every time my order is not correct. The first time the forgot something on my bowl. The second time they gave me a completely different bowl than what I ask for. Their online service rep was no help either. I do not recommend to eat here it is a waste of your money.

I usually go after dinner time. Decided to get lunch today. Friendly employees. But alot of them don't know what they're doing. Got a burrito today honestly was skimpy on meat cheese sour cream fajitas veggies the fajitas is the worst part they give you next to none. Was starting to become a regular. When I noticed these regular occurrences. Skimpy meat, skimpy fajitas veggies, skimpy cheese, skimpy sour cream.

Day Shift is far more professionals and consistent than the evening shift. Portions are never consistent and the trash cans are constantly over flowing onto the countertops.

Good food tough to communicate due to language difference

Rude Spanish lady whispering stuff under her breath about other customers. I used to work here and it was gone downhill severely. They also tried to overcharge me for a bowl of rice and beans. I know the register and all the buttons on it ;)

Slow dirty and skinp on portions

Best chipotle around hands down. The food is always fresh and they hook it up on the portions. 10/10 W chipotle.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service was horrible. We were rushed and they were rude, refusing to remake a bowl when they drenched it in hot salsa.

The worker barely gave me any protein and when I asked for more he said “So you want double”. No I just want a real scoop. I didn’t even get a full scoop of protein. My bowl was 90% rice and I barely got any guac or queso. Paid extra for barely any. Terrible experience. Do not recommend this location.

Rude and miserable woman behind the counter.

Ordered a Barbacoa quesadilla with fajita veggies and chips. Instead I got half a lb of cold cheese, so much it didn’t even melt. No meat, no veggies and not even chips to enjoy the salsa. Go to a different location. I placed my order on DoorDash and have used DoorDash to get chipotle from other locations without issue

You have one job, and that is to wrap a burrito, which no one at this place seems to know how to do. Every time I come to this Chipotle I have to repeat my order 5 times and micromanage the employee to ensure it comes out correct even though I’m being rushed along (even if no one is behind me) and then the best part, watching them wrap the burrito as it’s ripping apart and food is falling out, they continue to cover it in the foil and stuff it in bag without a care in the world. It’s sad because the food is actually decent but what’s the point of a burrito if it’s ripped to the point of no return? This place used to be great years ago but has significantly gone down hill. I understand working at Chipotle may not be your life’s passion but there seems to be no management to ensure the food is being prepared properly or that the place is clean. Every time I come here there is trash and food all over the floors and tables and I leave disappointed.

dont go to this chipotle i had to walk out after they just tried charging me extra to get a full scoop of rice and the least ammount of chicken ever about a half a scoop they are charging extra for a little more cheese now too just to get full scoops of everything you need to pay extra dont waste your time

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered through the app and picked up. When home we realized they did not give us our chips (4 bags!) And so we drove back to the store. Once there they said they were sold out of chips - we had to dig at them to give us a refund; however there should have been communication in the app or when we picked up that they were unavailable. Then, after driving back home we opened our meals to reveal that our meats were missing from them. Absolutely careless and terrible service. We will never be back to this location.

Food is great and the servers are too but this location has really heavy doors and I nearly popped my shoulder out getting hit by it.

They put cheese on my chipotle bowl. I’m allergic. My mom went there so they can give me the write order & explained I’m allergic to cheese. The chipotle worker said “don’t worry, I put extra cheese..” He thought it was funny that he could have give me anaphylactic shock.

The people who work here are awful, also the price at this place is always more expensive than the location on bald hill road, no clue as to why that is but its something ive noticed, id recommend using a different location

I have never had a good experience at this particular Location. staff /cashier are rude never can get the total right. Every time I try to use rewards coupon never comes off. Charge me extra for items that I don't receive then when trying to fix THEY ARE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL I will never go to this location Again 3 strikes you're out.

By far the WORST chipotle to get food from . We go here since it’s so close to our but every time we get a delivery or order online there’s a problem . It’s either wrong , the toppings are missing OR the burrito is sloppy put together and is breaking apart . Save yourself the trouble and go to EG

I'm not sure what happened, but this place has really gone down hill. They used to have your mobile order prepared and on the shelf when you arrived, but now, my order is never ready and I usually end up waiting at least 20 minutes longer than my pickup time. I'd be better off just showing up and ordering in person. Really absurd. It seems like the quality of service has really gone down in general.

It is a shame because i really like chipotle. Rice is raw and crunchy. Ruined my dinner. Food is not getting cheaper and us customers spend hard earned money. Update:I decided to try them out again because i do enjoy chipotle food, however this time i picked up a kids meal cheese quesadilla for my son. I got home and there were two plain tortillas. I had to drive all the way back to pick up the correct order and they didn’t even offer any accommodations. The employees didn’t even apologize which is just basic manners that you learn as a child. They placed the quesadilla on the table, i said the thank you and walked out.

I don't ever leave bad reviews but this is frustrating. The food is really good if you go to the restaurant -but don't ever order delivery. I have ordered delivery from them 3 times this year and all 3 times they didn't send everything. In what was around 30 bucks in food I've wasted 5 to 10 bucks each time on food that wasn't there. I figured it'd be a one off the first time but guess they just suck at following directions unless you're standing in front of them telling them yourself.

i order here a lot always hoping for something better, never once do i think ive got my full order, when i order the kids meal they ALWAYS forget something, whether its a side, chip, drink or anything, they never tell you id they didnt have it either they just dont give you it which is rude, save your money, go somewhere else

Today I watched a customer be very rude to the workers at the chipotle at 1800 post road while standing in line with other folks. I was quite impressed on how the staff handled the situation. The food was so delicious even my grandma didn't complain when she ate it outstanding food lol.

This place is terrible! The girls on the line were almost mad that I was there. The food was cold in fact I had to have them heat the quesadilla again because when I opened it for my daughter it was cold cheese on a tortilla. She grabbed it and didn't say a word. They are very unfriendly and I will not be going to this place again. I will be spreading the word.

Quesadilla was missing vinaigrette and fajita veggies. They also added corn salsa which we didn’t order. Corn salsa has cilantro which my wife hates so it was inedible.

They have to clean up more often.

Takeout order was missing my drink. The small paper bag was so overstuffed that it fell apart when I took it out of the car. Plus, I heard the cashier yell at a Doordash person, she said "get out of here, this area is for my customers." Mean as a snake, no 2 ways about it. I know it's busy and fast food staffing. Most other Chipotles are ok. I've had mildly annoying experiences here before, but today was disgusting. Looked like a different crew than the one here last month. Maybe it's a tough location and they cleaned house, but this crew today was far worse. Never again.

Well it's 3 pm. Lunch rush over. No meat to serve. No vegetables. Although chicken was on the grill. This place looks like a bomb hit it. All tables dirty. Floor dirty. Trash full to the rim. Condiments empty. No lemonade in the building. Weather it's a staffing issue or just to busy. It needs to be done regularly. Food was delicious but drinks were empty.

It is a chain, so it is what it is, but even when the line builds up, the workers have been pleasant every time I have been. We like the food (obviously or we wouldn't be going back) and it is always nice and fresh. I will keep coming back to this location without hesitation.

If your open until 10 you shouldn't run out of food at 915.

Looked dirty and customer service sucked

Not one to write reviews but for here I just had to. Through all my experiences at Chipotles across the county I have always disliked their customer service, but today one person changed my whole view. Stopped in for food while my car was in the shop, for the few hours I was there I watched a younger guy interact with multiple people with arguably the greatest customer service I have ever seen. He simultaneously cooked, made food for customers, cashed out people, spoke with someone interested in employment, and packed a whole catering order. Not once was he not smiling or ever give in on the customers experience. Also to add the whole staff here also went above and beyond. I was not able to get his name but to the younger guy with the head scarf keep it up best Chipotle experience I have ever had.

A young gentleman helped me out, and he made a bomb burrito bowl for me. That said, the robust young woman who helped my friend was extremely sour, rude, and disrespectful. She also did not seem to give a S#!T about my friend, her customer, and ignored requests/choices of fillings/toppings my friend ordered all while haphazardly and heartlessly slopping basically empty spoons of random ingredients into my friend's burrito. Impressed by the first staff person, and extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and somewhat disgusted by how very rude the second staff person turned out to be. Probably will not go back to this particular chipotle. Which says something, because chipotle is one of my top 5 favourite chain establishments. ©️CJW

A very clean environment and a friendly staff.

The food was as great as expected. The people working there are doing a great job preparing the food and making sure it is always ready and fresh. But the restaurant is not very clean especially the floor.

Asked for lettuce, there was none. I asked for the tomato salsa… there was literally maybe a pinch of some in it. Barely any meat there was more rice than the actual items I asked for. Do better. Wasn’t worth $40 I spent, my boyfriends bowl was missing meat and veggies as well.

Store needs a clean up and improvement with service. No smiles here :( As we approached the counter area to order, staff seemed bothered. There was no rice, so we had to wait a few minutes. Meal itself was lukewarm, with small portions.

I got a steak burrito with almost no steak and what steak I did have was gristle asked for guacamole I got barely any because it was at the bottom asked for dressing they didn't have any paid $14 for an awful burrito..I'm 3 months pregnant and was really looking forward to a good meal because I can barely stomach anything at the moment. Totally disappointed.

I want to like this Chipotle, but I can't lie to myself any more. Have to agree with the majority of reviews here. As soon as you walk in you see the food and trash all over the tables and floor. I can count on one hand how many times I've had someone actually greet me with a positive attitude. Half the time the Guac has gone bad and you can see it just sitting in the container turning, stops me from ordering. The whole place feels miserable and it shows.

Upon walking into this store i immediately noticed how filthy it was, every single table had crumbs, and trash on it along with the floor. I then preceded to the front of the store to order and there was food thrown all over the station. I had to skip beans because the brown beans were literally dried out at the bottom of the container, white rice was empty so I had to wait for more. Aside from how dirty it was the service was terrible too. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been too and I will never go back.

The worst bowl I’ve ever ate!! No Rice which is mind blowing because 3/4 of the bowl is usually rice. Steak smelled and presented like garbage in a dumpster. How the heck do you not have rice!!!??? Absolutely Ridiculous tonight! It’s only 7:00pm and you don’t have rice!? What a complete waste of money tonight! The Chips were also stale to boot.

Worst experience I’ve had in a Chipotle. The Costumer service is the worse. They said that every Chipotle is managed differently and plus to that, the girl at the register made us pay for the sides that supposedly were free. The rice was hard and the beans were dry.

Gotten food here twice, First time I online ordered, I'm vegetarian, there was pieces of actual chicken in with the sofritas. that was upsetting. Second time I ordered in person. i at least got what I wanted but I've been sick and in pain with food poisoning. not worth it. never going back.

$40+ dollars for 3 bowls and 1 burrito that was sloppily put together, helpings appeared to be under proportioned and the entire meal was cold. Work space was messy and the staff didn't seem interested in their employment. Skip this location.

The new steak burrito with extra steak was 32 dollars just for the burrito and guacamole and cheese. There was almost no steak at all in a 35 dollar burrito. The food arrived at 80 degrees, major food safety and ice cold. The chips and cheese included no chips. There was no utensils requested and the bag was also open for delivery. 50 dollars for for a bowl of rice and beans and steak juice on it. Splendid work per usual chipolte. No idea how your still in business. I order once every 6 months because I hate you so much and always regret it. Like ITS A 50 DOLLAR BOWL, YOU DONT NEED TO RIP EVERYONE OFF .

The Worst Chipotle ever?? Where to begin…Don’t bother placing an Online order they most likely won’t have a few items. Don’t bother arriving on time to pickup your online order, it won’t be ready. The restaurant is messy and understaffed. Not sure what’s going on but it’s not good.

Super poor service ! Location is clearly under staffed and you have staff not caring clearly going on break and what arguably is the busiest time of the day… LUNCH! Not one person was at the walk in service counter. 2 people on mobile orders and 3 people roaming around the back kitchen area. Better management is needed here for sure. Super disappointed.

I have Celiac disease and need to strictly avoid gluten, every Chipotle I have been to has been Wonderful in accommodating my allergy… until this one. While they went through the motions, the feeling that the girl waiting on me was being put out by having to get fresh toppings was STRONG. I already feel bad when I walk in the door for having to make special requests, but I was made to feel terrible, almost in tears while leaving, for going to eat at one of the few places I normally feel safe. To top that off we threw away half our food anyway. The steak was overcooked, tough and had an off flavor… , beans were hard, the guac had no flavor, it was just smashed avocado. I’ve never not wanted to finish any Chipotle order I’ve made until today. So very disappointed. I recommend avoiding this location unless you enjoy a side of attitude with your less than mediocre food.

Ordered in app. Items missing include chips and guacamole. Guacamole is the main calorie source for my ordered meal besides rice in the veggie bowl. Employee refused to give her name but said she was the manager and said there was nothing she could do. She could not give a different protein for veggie bowl or a different side for the missing chips. The employee only offered us the option to come back another day for the missing items we paid for already or go on the app for a refund. This does not resolve the issue when you need it to be resolved. As far as the actual food, the white rice for some reason did not have cilantro mixed in even though the corn salsa did have cilantro. I don't think there was any lime flavor and it seemed it was just plain white rice given. The veggies also had a very bitter flavor that hasn't been present in prior orders. My experience with this Chipotle was very poor. I do not feel Chipotle has held up to their end of the business transaction.

Stopped in For a veggie bowl Asked for white rice and there was a large piece of dried brown rice stuck together Then the black beans were at the dredges of the pan so I asked for some from the pan that must be replacing it and was told there was no more ready! Yup we walked out without our food This is the second time poor quality food was being served so we will not go to this location again ! Also dining are was dirty. Definitely poor management at this Chipotle
