I ordered few times from this location. The Burrito bowl was full first couple times. Last time I reorder again, it was only half bowl, I never had this bad experience before, terrible. So hesitate to order from this location again.

The food was very "Chipotle' it's what they sell. Their food seems pretty consistent in taste and presentation. The restaurant was filthy. Overflowing garbage cans, dirty tables, and condiments stations. Good thing the food is ok.

The franchisee owner let this location go to the dumpster! I stopped in to get a quick burrito bowl. First the portions are very small and almost non-existent for the meat. The bowl was really all rice. The station for utensil and drink were so messy and missing all but knifes. Very disgusting! I had to ask and was presented by a rude cashier. The tables were very messy, if the cashier and manager wasn't more focused on their smartphone they could grab cleaning supply for the tables and floor. The soft drink was not working as all the syrup was gone for majority of the selection. So if you like to get ripped off, overpay and attempt to eat in a dirty location this is the place. I will never return or recommend this place. I am surprised too, this is located in a busy shopping area. The other food locations in the same location have higher level for customer service and food quality.

I've never had a bad experience at Chipotle until I visited this one. The woman who made my burrito was rude and stingy with portions, the man that made the rest put on way too much sour cream and kind of gave up rolling the burrito so it immediately unfolded, and the kids quesadilla was cold unmelted cheese in a folded tortilla. Most of the tables were dirty. Far and away the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle.

I've always have decent service when I visit this location. Nothing to write home about but nothing bad. Some people have complained about portions but I've noticed that at most Chipolte locations. It's hit or miss. I usually ask for a little more if I feel they are giving me less than what's reasonably acceptable and have had no issues.

Food at this location is going downhill bad. Every time I have rice from this place it’s ALWAYS undercooked. Chips stale etc

Portions are to small for what they charge.

Went for lunch today around 2pm and all the employees had their back turned to me. The employee at the register noticed us but decided to go on her phone. I tried to get someone’s attention but was still ignored. Someone finally turned around and was a bit rude. I ordered a burrito and I asked for a little more sour cream and he said “i guess so” in such a rude attitude. I also ordered chips and they were completely stale. Just an overall poor experience.

The portions are beyond wild ! Barely put any chicken and rice on my burrito !

First time in Chipotle. Food and service was good and helpful But atmosphere was cold and uninviting.

Food was dry poorly Cooke and extremely overpriced 29.11$ for carne asada bowl of rise beans and a small portion of chicken pork . I don’t recommend this place go to bajas instead is basically the same but better prices.

Food was dry. The staff was in such a rush and there was no one there besides myself and my daughter. Because of the staff rushing they came off as rude, no greeting or thank you, customer service was not good. The last thing that turned me off was the price, very expensive for no reason. I will not be going there again.

This Chipotle used to be one of the better ones. But now they are going down hill as well. I ordered online last night & yet again there was no veggies in my bowl and my food was cold. With no communication about it. Not sure how my food could be cold when I walked in to pick up my ordered they were just packing it up. This place is becoming a hit or miss.

My fiancé went in around 7pm tonight and the girl at the counter said they were taking online orders only?? There were about 10 people standing around ordering food from their phones. Chipotle we know what you’re up to.. if you only take online orders you will be able to skimp on portion sizes unlike when people watch you in line. Totally unacceptable.

This chipotle use to be great though it has fallen off over time. It is very inconsistent in terms of having items; sometimes they have the protein you want and other times they might not. It's similar to much lower stakes SAW movie but instead of losing your life you don't get the food you want. It is frustrating that you go into a Chipotle that has very few menu items only to be able to order a part of your order yet you still have to pay full price, but this is the game that they are playing. I hope they step their game up soon though. I'll give them a 4th chance like in an abusive relationship with a significant other in hopes that they improve.

I started coming here because the chipotle in Bald hill rd. Sucks! I went for my usual chicken & carnitas bowl, they don’t have chicken, don’t have carnitas, barely had any steak. Did not have mild. Why are you open ? Very unprofessional, also the workers talk a lot of trash about customers in Spanish thinking people can’t understand them. Horrible customer service considering of the location being Garden city !

Close this place down before someone gets sick. Poor management at best and employees are ignorant. Walked out TWICE due to poor service and food that looks like garbage.

Don’t come here unless you have 45 minutes to waste waiting in line. The employees move at a very glacial pace. They are also always out of random things, tonight they told me they had run out of guacamole. Which wasn’t true, because I saw them give it to someone else. I think this locations issues come from horrible management.

I’m pretty sure this used to be a good location. Now it just sucks. Based on the state of the place last time we ordered, I don't really trust the ingredients here. Doesn't seem like the staff cares enough to ensure the food quality is good….

The customer service is horrible. I went in and had a list of things that I was getting for my family. Not only did they get everything wrong, they also were rude to me every time I ordered. They forgot the lettuce on two of my bowls, didn’t put rice on any of them, and also didn’t label them correctly or in any way that we can tell them apart. Each time I ordered I was told to go to the beginning end of the line instead of just telling them the 5 toppings I was getting(which shouldn't be hard to remember) and then telling the other woman the other woman and so on. The women that helped me were rude and angry with me. One of them slapped her legs angrily and asked me loudly how many things I was getting(keep in mind there is like 3 other people in the store). Then, they refused to give me the discount I was supposed to get and have gotten every other time I've gotten food here. The steak was not cooked all the way and the bowls were half full. After this experience i cried because of how i was treated. I will never be going to chipotle again.

Was sitting at the table looked over and saw 3 cockroaches that's right! 3 of them climbing the food tower that holds the food for takeout, they wouldn't give me my money back! Shame on this restaurant for not being clean

Food was decent. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and so is the dining area. Trash and dirt everywhere. Drink station is half stocked and disgusting as well. A sanitary inspection would shut this place down. Won’t be back. Corporate would be disgusted and embarrassed.

The last maybe 3 times I ordered, all of my food was wrong and cold, I ordered twice for delivery and one online pick up, the tags and receipts said everything I had ordered correctly but all of the food was wrong all 3 times. They did give me bogos for free entries and responded to complaints quickly.

Edited review as last 3 consecutive orders have had errors. When I say the order was wrong, I mean absolutely every detail selected and printed on the label was ignored. A truly incredible performance. From the reviews, I can see I am not alone.

I recently just went in to purchase two bowls. The price for both bowls came to 40$! I was confused on why it was so expensive although my partner did order extra meat. Their menu board has no sign that says extra meat is an extra $13. I will not be coming again after spending that much on just two bowls

Stood in line for 20 minutes was never looked at to be addressed and on top of that they knew they had no food left and did not alert me and my 2 sons while we waited. Seriously, what kind of service is that unbelievable. You can do better guys what the heck. Walked out with nothing and had no apology or anything.

Went here on Columbus Day. Guajillo steak tasted so tender it moo'd back at me. Really great though, the chicken and steak usually taste undercooked. This location also ACTUALLY uses seasoning - pretty great. -1 star for consistency.

Highly dissatisfied with this chipotle. I decided I’d give this place a third chance as I accidentally placed my order online at this location. I was disappointed once again as they don’t serve you a full plate leaving it half empty on top of forgetting to add the chips. I spent $16 for half a bowl and a side of guac. It’s a 15 minute drive to which I didn’t have the time to go back. I don’t really eat out so I don’t always have the habit of checking my food before leaving to make sure everything is there. Yet I didn’t feel the need to as the place was empty of customers so I assumed the employees had plenty of time to double check orders.

The place was dirty af! No utensils, No Rice, No Ice, No Steak, and No problem lol this place was ok. 🤣 The staff's serving portions were way off in a bad way. I believe they had to just do the best they could with what they had available in the way of staff and food.

No help with large order!! I wanted to order a taco bar for our staff of 70 + people…..not flexible with payment only accept cash or card… we belong to a cooperation can only pay with an invoice to request a check.. chipotle is not set up to do that … no problem I will go to another Mexican restaurant!…oh by the way Johnston branch never answers the phone…at least Cranston had someone there to refuse my request for an invoice.

I’ve been going to this chipotle for years and it never disappoints. It is always clean the staff is friendly. The food is always prepared fresh and made to order.

Someone snagged my food before I got there for pickup. The staff quickly remade my order for me as soon as I brought it up. And it was excellent. I continue to order from this store even though there is another chipotle closer to me for this reason.

My burrito fell apart as soon as I opened it. Luckily they remade it for me for free. Don't leave before checking your food unless you like a mess

I like Chipotle when I need something fast but different from the standard burger menu. I also like that you can build your own meal. I usually get a burrito with lots of goodies, some chips and guacamole, and a fountain drink. This visit got 4 stars because the chips were a bit soft.

Same Chipotle as everyone else, you just have to be lucky because sometimes they serve a lot of food but sometimes no. But in my case my experience was normal. The food was very fresh.
