My favorite hidden gem and favorite Thai spot! The pad see ew is scrumptious and while plenty of places made pad Thai well, not every place can make a good pad see ew which is my favorite dish!

My first time ordering here and it was take out but I agree, the Pad Thai is the best I have ever had!! The chicken coconut soup is absolutely amazing and the chicken stir fried chilli peppers was inhaled by my son, the appetizers were a hit dumplings and spring rolls, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back and order something new!!

It's so nice to be able to sit in a space with a nice breeze through an open window with delicious food that is served piping hot. This place is such a jewel. I ordered the Pad See Ew, and it had an awful after-taste as if it were old left overs. The Pad Thai that I ordered, wasn't as bad, but still poor quality. After a few bites of each, I threw the rest away. I tried Thai food for the 1st time earlier this week at this incredible carry-out restuarant in Odenton, MD and fell in love with the food; I was hoping to have the same experience here, but not even close. Very disappointed, especially after paying over $45.

This restaurant is a good local Thai restaurant the food is nice and traditional family owned like most little walk in restaurants. The drunken noodles are very good and so is the yellow curry and chicken satay however their is not as much sugar in the food as most Thai restaurants so if you like more sweet foods I would probably recommended the sweet and sour.

The Kaprow Gai Kai Dow was phenomenal! I was enamored with this dish and would definitely love to consider getting this when I'm in the mood for Thai style cuisine! Hopefully an option gets added (in the recommendations section) to recommend this dish too. The drunken noodle was a unique experience, but tasty as well. Definitely will be considering another visit here to try out more menu options!

Got take out from here as they are not allowing dine in at the moment. Staff was very helpful and pleasant and the menu had the dishes my friend and I were looking for, plus some appetizers (veggie curry puffs) that I had not seen before. The location itself is not fancy but our food was surely delicious!!! Massaman curry was very tasty and the veggies in it tasted very fresh and were cooked just right. The veggie curry puffs were really good too.

The Tom Yum soup had no flavor and literally was chicken broth mixed with chicken pieces and some corn. The Thai green curry with shrimp had no taste. The Spicy Thai basil was just okay. The drunken noodles were okay. This might be considered as a good spot for the Baltimore area, but wow you have no idea what you are missing out on. There are some way tastier Thai food restaurants around Maryland.

I ordered the shrimp pad thai and my daughter had the chicken pad thai. The noodles are absolutely delicious! My daughter is super picky when it comes to food and in her opinion these are the best tasting noodles. Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because I've had better tasting shrimp at other restaurants and I feel it is a little pricey. However, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out if you don't mind paying a little more.

You walk into this corner street restaurant assuming it might be like every "Asian" (American Chinese food) take out, but I beg to differ. My girlfriend and I were very happy once we walked in. Very clean, cozy, and friendly service. Great menu options, nothing complex or overwhelming. My girlfriend went straight to the fried rice with black bean sauce, and it was a worthwhile decision. Great flavors, the sauce seemed weird, but they cooked it into the rice, and it was Delicious!! I got the chicken noodle soup, and the wonton appetizer as meal, and was a great decision as well. They kept all the freshies with a crunchy texture in both my soup and her rice, giving the dishes great flavor and texture profiles. Oh and oh my gosh the wontons were Amazing! Splitting her entree and my appetizer was enough for the two of us. Also, was not unusual prices for Thai, the entrées were all $10-13. Worth it, will be back.

One of my favorite places to order out from in the Parkville area. I often go here for lunch since my work is right up the street, but occasionally my husband and I will order out for dinner as well. My favorites are the Yum Woon Sen, Black Fried Rice and Brown Fried Rice... my husband loves their curries and the extra spicy Drunken Noodle. They also have excellent spring rolls that come with their lunch specials. Seating is limited, so unless you're coming at lunch, I'd recommend ordering for pickup. The staff is always friendly when I call in to order. Love Chok Chai!!

Looking for a lunch spot that could help both myself and my Vegan co-worker we found this spot. Had excellent soups and I had the Tom Yum shrimp soup and drunken noodles which was very good. Unfortunately I can't remember what my friend had but he noted he enjoyed it a lot. Parking was dicey due to the recent snow that had clogged everything up. The place is small with limited seating but efficient. Probably more suited to carry out. Food was very good and reasonably priced.

Chok Chai's best options are soups, curries, and their sticky rice desserts. Their Thai entrees like pad see-ew and drunken noodle are average. This is a little carry-out joint with some tables for those who want to eat in. Seems like a mom and pa shop. They're always friendly and the food is consistently prepared. They serve rice with all their dishes, noodle ones too, which is a bit odd to me. You don't get much food for the price, especially when you realize so much of it is rice. Service is a bit slow which just means you call well in advance. Their coconut milk soup is yummy, curries have been good, and their banana sticky rice is special. If you're hard up for a change from pizza delivery, Chok Chai is serviceable.
