I came in 15 minutes before they closed and they were so nice to me! I was feeling really down about the day and had gone in to get something to cheer myself up and they were absolutely amazing!! Thank yall so much!

Good pizza 6 out of 10 Crust a little tough

My pizza was just ok. Very thick and bready crust. It was decent, just not excellent. Probably won't come back. It's kind of out of the way for me, and I don't compelled to travel.

The staff and cooks are absolutely fantastic!! I have had the calzone, meatballs, and red velvet cake just to name a few and they were all delicious!! Trust me you will go again and again it’s sooo addictive!

Visiting Florence and decided to check this place out, hoping for authentic Italian. Ordered fettuccine Alfredo. Pasta was just ok. Service and atmosphere leave quite a bit to be desired. Table was dirty, they were out of silverware. Process to order and get your stuff and pay, very wonky. Likely wouldn’t come again.

I come here a few times a month . I enjoy it every time I come . Great people, with great food . Friendly staff and a good atmosphere . Would definitely recommend you to try it for yourself !

Being from the North, it's always a guessing game when they say stromboli. But this is authentic stromboli and packed full of meat and vegetables.

I just ordered chicken Alfredo tortilini ..chicken taste like it's out of a can ...Alfredo out of a jar and peas still frozen ....not satisfied....thanks

Good place for outside seating. There is plenty of parking and very big portions, everything is reasonable priced.

Prompt courteous service, with special attention to the quality of the food. Me and my son shared a pizza which was decadent! My Uncle said his Stromboli was one of the best he ever had and the deserts could satisfy the sweetest of sweet tooths.

I love this place! It’s so good. I received great customer service. There dinning area was nice and clean, and very calm. I was able to eat my food and enjoy the environment. I had gotten a salted caramel cupcake after my cheesesteak and it was delicious! I definitely will come here more often!

I eat here all the time, the food is great and I always enjoy seeing this really hot pizza guy he’s got bleach blonde hair and he makes the best pizza I’ve ever ate.

First time eating inside and didn't too much like the demeanor or one of the cashiers! Didn't seem invinting and friendly. The food is good, though. Dine in experience was not that great, but I'll go through the drive thru from now on.

Pasta was complete mush. They didn't give me a fork. Soup was not identifiable.

Chicken parmigiana take home was very good, Italian sun and salads all very good.

We brought our 2 year old grandson here and ordered the chicken parmigiana sandwich, calzone, and pizza and all were delicious. The cupcake selection, along with all their dessert choices were amazing. Friendly and yummy! Definitely recommend.

We had a great lunch here the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The place was empty, which seemed unusual to us, as the service and the food were top notch. We had lasagna, shrimp scampi, and cavatappi noodles, all of which were delicious. Desserts also were a success. Everything was clean and comfortable inside. Would highly recommend this lovely little place!

Great Italian at a great price! I like the ravioli with hollandaise sauce, and the Philly cheesesteak. The wings are good also.

I ordered the meatball sub, and it was terrible! Tasted like frozen meatballs and the homemade potato chips were old and greasy.The female at the front desk seemed bothered by us coming in as if we were interrupting something. This was not a good experience. This place is affiliated with Stefano's and is NOTHING like Stefano's.

Food was great as always. However, customer service training needed for the front person. Not friendly at all. Did not even acknowledge me. They mixed up my order and that happens but she did not apologize, just acted mad at me. Seemed bitter.

Placed order over phone did not get what I ordered. They tried to fix and still wasn’t fixed. I accepted and was very disappointed. I was on lunch and just didn’t have time.😔

I shared a review a while back on Facebook but forgot to share one here! Run, don't walk, to Cibo's and order anything! It's all delicious but lasagna dip and cheesesteak subs are my favorite!

Im not sure why this website was not letting me give a score on my experience Fri night! I could not upload photos of my items I purchased from this restaurant! I'm really disappointed with this restaurant giving me lays ruffles chips instead of homemade chips. I paid over 40 dollars for this meal! Order of mozzarella sticks, order of home chips,12 wings. Just tell your customers you don't have homemade chips! Instead of carrying on like we would not notice the difference.

Great place for pasta, decent food at reasonable prices. Not nealy as flavorful as some places and maybe that's what you like. I had the calamari and then the shrimp pasta with butter and garlic and there was hardly any garlic.

Good pepperoni pizza.. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

Fettucini alfredo....fettucini alfredo with chicken....fried calimari salad....all very good....timely service....fair price....friendly folks....server was new because we go a lot....not friendly but hope she gets better....

The calzone had awesome ingredients but the crust may have been over cooked. It was tough and not really as good as I would expect for the price.

It was my boyfriend's and my first time eating here, and we went on Valentine's Day. The food was delicious and service was very friendly. Definitely would recommend.

The person taking to go orders by phone is incompetent. Tried to order Chicken Parmesan for Valentine’s Day and we wanted one with spaghetti one with Alfredo. Blew her mind that the one with Alfredo needed to be in a separate container for me. Please help her!!! She didn’t know the soups of the day either.

They are better than Stephano I will say they fell off a bit, but Cibo was actually very good. The only down fall was the bread. It wasn’t toasted or buttered. It was just regular sliced bread.

The lady working the register for take out orders was so kind! Everytime we go there, she always greets my family with such a sweet smile. Her name is Crystal and she always provides great customer service!

As a first timer: 1.the pizza was lovely, 2..the wait was descent, 3. The services was spot on. Give it a Try

First time visiting and the food was delicious. I was hoping the menu would have more entrees on it similar to Stefano’s . The chicken parmigiana was better!! So I was very pleased. After we ordered at the counter we took our drinks to a table and when the food was ready it was brought to us. They even included bread with dipping oil. Very casual dining with delicious food.

Best pizza in the area. But, the ingredients we ask for in the calzones are usually wrong.

When leaving after watching me pay I was followed to my car to ask if I cashed out. All the workers stared at me when I walked out after paying. I don’t understand why I was followed and accused of not paying. Ridiculous service.

I went expecting it to be like Stefanos the affiliate, far from it. Not a lot of dinners more of a pizza, subs, salad place to eat Didn't order anything!

We ended up here because our desire for the much better Stefanos was canceled due to their kitchen fire. What a disappointment. Let me first say the staff was great...but it ends there. We kept it simple or we thought. Pepperoni pizza two salads and bread and oil. The Italian. dressing for salads was not good at all. The bread was not even Italian bread...sliced sourdough is what it looked like. The pizza was horrible...bottom was charred and dough was so tuff a knife had trouble cutting. One visit was one too many.

Our family was planning a repass lunch after a memorial service for my ex-husband at Stefano's but that restaurant had a fire and couldn't accommodate us on Saturday December 17th so I looked online and I found your restaurant and we decided to take a chance the service was excellent the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Florence South Carolina

Was not greeted when we walked in. No one else in the restaurant, but at least 5 staff. Feed our daughter 4oz of food then a bottle and our sandwich still has not been brought out. Staff is rude! Wait time for a sandwich at 630 with no other customers is outrageous! 45min is a joke! Sandwich was not that good Never again.

I ordered twice from Cibo, the first time, they sent a calzone with nothing but three cheeses on it. I tried again today, 11/21/22, I ordered two calzones, the bottoms were black as sut and we won't discuss the grease, it was like something you have never seen and I paid 31.95 for this mess. I will never order from Cibo again. I do not recommend.

The people are very nice and service was great. The only thing that kept me from giving them the regular FIVE STARS is the fact that the eggplant was burnt in my eggplant parmesan.

Delicious stromboli bites! Basically a whole meal. Paired with a lunch portion salad and it was more than enough for lunch.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life!! The crust was thin and tasteless, the pepperoni tasted terrible, the sauce was sweet. I forced down 3 slices and threw the rest away. I haven’t had pizza from there in a while and now I remember why! The eggplant parm and chicken parm are decent, Alfredo sauce is usually pretty good although it is hit or miss, sometimes it’s watery. The cannolis are the best things I’ve tried from Cibo’s but too expensive. The food used to be much better. Scratching them off my ToGo list.

Ordered online they were closing got home no chesse no mushrooms just sausage in sauce a few peppers and onions. Paid for extras too Nd was on ticket. So disgusted ....2 subs.

Used to be an Olive Garden lover but haven’t gone back since discovering this place! Beats Olive Garden in every aspect! Better prices, better food, never a wait! Sweetest staff that can always answer questions confidently. We go every time we’re in Florence

Ordered the mufaletta panini. The bread was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth. Service and quality have slowly deteriorated to the point that we will not be back.

I didn’t know what to expect when I tried Cobi. Just piecing together the menu took a while and did not really showcase the possibilities. I wanted to try the spaghetti bolognese and the chicken parmigiana. They let me combine the two with bolognese sauce on the pasta side. The entree was simple but well prepared. The chicken portion was larger than expected. Definitely a good option for casual Italian fare.

Love the bakery in here! They need to bring back the trimarisu cups

When you walk in the place is clean have everyone seems to be friendly the food came pretty quickly and is an amazing quality. If you're looking for a nice quiet semi romantic place to bring the special someone and you found it.

The Calzone was perfectly splendid and the chicken tortellini was stupefacente!

Italian chop salad is delicious 🤤 husband had grinder and was so filling he took 1/2 home. Looking forward to trying more on their amazing menu. Staff is great 😊

Cibos is a very good place to eat there California cheese steaks are awesome but the chicken cheese steak was a surprise IHad never had chicken cubs on a sub for steaks and they were chunky but over all I will always go back except not eating chicken cheese steak

I called my order in , I asked for an antipasto salad, the girl had no idea what I was talking about. I tried explaining what the salad consisted of but she wasn’t listening and said the house salad was similar, it wasn’t. The salad had no lettuce just arugula. My calzone small and was cold . I will not return , nor will I recommend to anyone.

Very good food in a very casual atmosphere. A nice variety of choices. An interesting style of restaurant... somewhere between fast food and being waited on. Desserts for sale to go, great!
