I was sooooo surprised everything is vegan ! It was like being in paradise ! The dough is so soft and warm, the frostings are delicious (especially the lemon one!!!) Would definitely go back again.

The service is excellent! The main person I always encounter there (I am guessing he is the owner) is always so gracious. Today, he showed my daughter how he makes the cinnamon rolls, as an extra little service and she LOVED it. Plus, I haven’t had a thing there that wasn’t DELICIOUS! Cannot recommend them enough! ❤️

Super “sweet” clean little spot to chat with friends. The rolls were hot & delicious, they even have ice cream & fresh fruit- wow!! The owners are super nice & very accommodating! This place is so yummy! It was my first time and he went above and beyond! He gave us a free Cinnamon rolls so we could try the different flavors. It's so good! 10 out of 10!

So…I don’t do reviews. This place has phenomenal service and sweets. Just go, you won’t be disappointed. The manager/owner has never steered us wrong. Everything we have had has been super fresh and mouthwatering delicious.

Absolutely the best cinnamon rolls!! The manager has always helped with selections when needed and even gives out small samples of the icings.

It was quiet when I came in. The owner was so sweet, he gave us an extra bun just so me and my friend won't have to share. And the buns tasted amazing. I was thinking they would be too sweet but that was not the case at all. The tiramisu was my favorite. 10/10 should definitely check this place out if you're craving for something sweet, they also have coffee and soft serve.

Oh my cinnamon bun! Stop here for the best cinnamon bun experience ever. As you walk through the front door, you’re greeted with warm wishes and a big smile. It was my mom’s first time and Mr. Maza explained all the choices to pick from. He was able to help her narrow down her options by asking her certain flavors she likes. My mom was smiling ear to ear. As we sat down to enjoy, the cinnamon bun was warm and melted in your mouth. The icing was full of flavor and delicious. This bakery not only serves cinnamon buns for yourself but you can get mini ones for parties. Other options include, brownies, banana bread, cookie dough, and pineapple soft yogurt. This is a place you must try and you’ll be elated you did.

Me and my parents all loved the cinnamon rolls! They also had cookies, brownies, cookie dough you can eat straight out of the jar raw (because it doesn't have eggs!!), and custom orders too! While my roll was cooking in the oven I chatted with Mazen who is wonderfully friendly! Apparently they decided to open this type of store so they could offer yummy dessert options to children with restricted diets from the nearby hospitals ✨ it's so cool that something so yummy can also be made without allergens 🥺❤️

This is my second time at this location. Very courteous, friendly, clean, fast , freshly baked reasonably priced. I advise to visit this location and judge your self. I am sure you will be back.

Great service makes all the difference! There are many fine eateries to grab desserts…and many taste great, but the impeccable service here combined with a quality product and reasonable pricing make Cinnaholic’s Spring location superb!

I'm tied for the Old Skool and the Plain roll - both were amazing and delicious! 😋 Mazen was so patient while I got lost in the beauty of the display, and even let me try the brownie! Best gourmet cinnamon rolls in town!! ❤️

I saw all the great reviews so we rushed over from soccer for a special treat, arriving 2 minutes before it said it was closed. The sign said Open, the lights were on as well, but the doors were locked. An employee who had to be high school-aged unlocked the door and said they were closed. He apologized and was nice about it, but if your hours say you’re open til 8pm, I think you should be open til 8pm, not 7:58 (or probably earlier). You turned away good business and my excited elementary-aged son.

Omg, I’m not used to leaving reviews especially not great ones, however this store not only are they amazing and friendly, the environment is so cozy, and the food is so amazing. Buns were mid- not warm and kind of tough. First time here, and I was expecting to be blown away by the reviews. Lots of options to choose from and you can build your own. Service was SEVERELY LACKING.

Came here crazing a cinnamon roll and left here craving a cinnamon roll. I didn't care for this place. Cinnamon roll was dry and gross, soft served ice cream is disgusting with a funky icee texture, and they didn't have coffee so that was a disappointment.

I’ve been to a lot of cinnoholics but the 6535 location in spring is by far going the distance with customer service and care. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I drive an extra 15 min just to go to this location do yourself the favor and do the same !!!

I order a old school cinnamon roll and that is the worse cinnamon roll I’ve ever had so much butter drenched on it it was so nasty I ate it and after two bites into the trash, the ones at Walmart in a can taste 10x better

If you like cinnamon rolls or cinnabon, this is the best in town. Very fresh and addicting. They were nice enough to let my daughter make her own.

My first time here and they absolutely had one of the best customer service ever. They let my 2 brothers and I try out the cinnamons before buying, informed us of each Cinnabon, and they were super soft and delicious. Will definitely be back!

The cinnamon rolls here are so good and vegan which is actually wild. Something that could be improved is the hours they don't open till 10 which is kinda odd for breakfast food.

Get your SWEET on!!! They make king cake, amazing cinnamon rolls, and some nice coffee to boot! I just picked up my pre-ordered king cake and made a last minute decision to refuel my mama coffee meter and grabbed a delicious hazelnut iced latte. The gentleman running the store threw in a toasted cinnamon roll for FREE!!! He also helped me bring my cake to my kid music jamming car! Great service! There are a couple of sweet girls who've helped us here before too! Yeah we're hooked. What can I say, we're Cinnaholics!!!🤪😂

The service was great. Their kid is the best cashier. So sweet and nice and welcoming a great face to see when entering. The music was energetic. The mom and dad are fast as always. They care for their business and I love it that's what makes this a place to come to . Only wish it was bigger so I could bring my family to enjoy this vibrant place and sit to eat there.

Crazy good & insanely decadent loaded cinnamon rolls! Big, small, enormous - with a fun variety of toppings. The menu has several crafty combinations to choose from, and you can also customize/custom build your own concoction! Also worth mentioning are some of the BEST brownies I've ever had.... Lunch lady style, these goodies are fudgy & moist on the inside with light, crunchy edges. They also have coffee cakes, cookies, and more, too! Such a GREAT VARIETY of baked treats. We sampled a little bit of everything, and it's all very yummy!!! Coolest part: It's all 100% VEGAN... Dairy free, egg free, plant based. AWESOME!!! But, what?! How?!?! How do they manage to make everything sooooo good?! I don't know the secret, but it's mind-blowing and I'm super appreciative. One of the few bakeries out there that caters to dietary restrictions/allergies... And, I've done a lot of searching. They've made a fan of me, and Cinnaholic is my new go-to for when the sweet tooth hits. This particular location in Spring (off Grand Parkway & Kuykendahl in the big shopping plaza) is especially delightful. The franchise is family-owned and the friendly treatment you receive is a reflection of it. They are very customer-minded, and service is stellar. SAY LESS. GO HERE NOW.

Last week by pure happenstance we decided to pop in while running errands. It was clean, well lit and smelled incredible when we walked in. The gentleman who I now know as the owner Hanan, walked from the kitchen and greeted us. I was with 2 of my kids (10 & 11) This was our first visit and if I could give it 10 stars I would. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. Not only did Hanan take the time to explain all of the treat options, he offered samples to ensure we were going to enjoy what we ordered, included the kids in the process of building our order and helped them have so much fun in the process. He was genuine and kind in his conversation and we felt so welcome and appreciated. It made me want to let others know (a week later-🤦🏻‍♀️) that this business is quality and I highly recommend stopping in to support this family! Thank you so much for giving us such a special experience!

We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty slow, no one else was there. Customer service was not that great, was not greeted upon entering and took a minute to acknowledge us. We ordered left a name and was told it would take 9 minutes, so we told the young lady we would run an errand and return. We return and they had no clue about our order and we gave them more than 9 minutes to get them ready.They were not fully cooked thru and looked more like a mini cinnamon roll you get from a can. This was so disappointing especially since my friend had never been there before. You might want to contact the Cinnaholic in Pearland to see what they are doing different, because their rolls are always consistent.

Every visit here is absolutely amazing! All flavor options are delicious, and the service is always above and beyond! This is also a great place for those who may have issues with dairy products, as there is no dairy in their ingredients! We are life customers! ❤️❤️❤️

I wish I could give more stars! I went today just to treat myself not one apple pie cinnamon roll. I forget the gentlemen’s name working today (so sorry) but he was a god send. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a while. There was a small mishap with my order and he went above and beyond to fix it. He made my day! I stayed in to enjoy my cinnamon roll. Very quant and nice jams to listen to as well. A happy customer is a returning customer and that customer is me 🤗

I have never been disappointed walking in here and trying anything. Everyone that works here is super friendly, they greet you even while working with other customers. There is a gentleman there that I am unsure of his name, but I believe he is the manager of this location, who is the nicest guy. I’ve only ever come to this location and I probably only ever will as I am completely happy with the service and the food and will continue to give them my business as they seriously have never disappointed me.

If your cinnamon role isn't fresh/hot right out of the oven don't bother. If there sitting in the warming rack, ask for a fresh one. Or leave.. Hard to want to return when these things sit and are gross. More often than not they sit and they are just awful. Only reason I will give it two stars is cause if you can get lucky and get one hot/fresh they are good

I came in to buy a birthday treat (1/2 doz original) for my nephew. The owner was so generous - he decorated one of the cinnamon rolls with a birthday theme, even added a candle, and threw in an extra roll! He also gave us dole whip samples while we waited for our order. Amazing customer service is so rare these days and much appreciated! You have a return customer!

Never been to a Cinnaholic store before. Went in not knowing what to expect. Oh my goodness it was amazing! We felt a little overwhelmed at first with all of the goodness. Mazen helped us and he was so wonderful. He gave us different samples - The cookie dough, the different frostings, a bite of the cinnamon roll! We will definitely be back. Thank you for such an a wonderful experience.

Everyone knows the feeling of walking past Cinnabon like a lost puppy if your vegan. But I have to say that Cinnaholic is SOOOOO much better! The owners made my first time experience so much better!! The variety of the menu and the samples they gave me were AMAZING! This will not be my last time going!

1st time here and definitely won't be our last. We met the owner of this location. He was so kind and generous he also allowed us to sample some items. We took home a smores and peach cobbler along with 2 mini 3 count cinnamon rolls. We loved everything we had! My son is now wanting a cinnamon roll cake for his bday ! We will definitely be making this place a must visit when we splurge for special treats !

Everything here is so tasty but what keeps my family coming back is the staff. I’m not sure if it’s the owner or manager but he’s always so sweet to me, my husband and kids. There’s not too many people like that these days. Please come and try their stuff if you haven’t! You won’t be disappointed!
