Rice was room temperature, pork was hard and overheated. My wife ordered a sandwich without mustard, we sent it back and it was very clear to us They wiped off the bread, how do I know… cuz the ham still had mustard in it. Never again!

This little restaurant is awesome! I love the decor and the overall atmosphere. The food was delicious. I had the steak and eggs and hubby had an omelet with bacon. Yum! Breakfast also included a Cafe con Leche which was also very good and I loved the cute little heart design they made on the top. Their prices are very reasonable and all the staff was very pleasant.

Everything was great. The servers were attentive and friendly and the food was very good. We had cafe con leche, pastries, breakfast and a Medianoche sandwich. Everything was really good and the pork in the sandwich was spectacular. My son is a picky eater and had chicken nuggets with fries and even those were really good. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely come back.

OK, so went there on the way home at lunchtime from Bokelia jonesing for some Cuban food (my wife is Cuban, me gringo) so wasn't expecting much. Boy was wrong. II had the Citanos Surtido Especial and it was amazing. I believe they are new and hard to find so I will just say at the very back corner of the Publix shopping center...definitely worth the trip and I will definitely be back and try other things. My Cuban family is in Miami so this is a gem on the SW Florida coast! And to Don Cheapo...you said the food was great. Hope i diidn't miisspell your last name because reading youor reviews across the board, you need to be re-named-el Cheapo.

Okay let me get a couple things straight first, the issue is not with the food OR the servers. They are very kind and the food is delicious. Little bit of a mixup with our waiter and they brought us the wrong order, but no problem they corrected it and 10 minutes later our correct food was brought out. The problem is the pathetic excuse for an owner that runs this place. We came here 2 months ago and had the same issue we had today, the prices on the menu not matching the prices that they try to charge you. Both my entree (Cubano sandwich) and my Fiance's (Ham and Cheese pizza) were charged an additional $3 from the price advertised on the menu. Upon mentioning this to the server she was happy to call the owner to correct this. She let me speak to the owner on the phone, a rude woman with a clear lack of customer service skills and a big mouth. She explained that they corrected the price which I of course appreciated, upon giving the owner advice that they should change the menu, she became very defensive and confrontational saying that inflation affects everyone and that they corrected the price so I should just be happy. She seems to lack the intelligence or integrity to understand that the problem is NOT about the money but about the PRINCIPLE of running a business correctly. I tried multiple times to tell her that she doesn't need to order all brand new menus, either just order a large sign with the correct prices for the adjusted items, or write over the menu prices which we see plenty of restaurants do nowadays. Everytime I tried to talk she spoke over and interrupted me, until I finally said "Are you truly not even going to listen to your customers advice"? She then was quiet for the the first time and after explaining that she could invest in a sign less than $20 to correct this problem, she told me that there is a small sign at the front of the restaurant that indicates that prices may be increased (But does not detail which items or the increase amount). I told her once again it's about the principle and about having integrity to advertise the correct prices up front, and hung up the phone. As I was about to pay, the owner called back (Obviously very agitated) and server took the POS system out of my hand. She had the employee hand me the sign, which I attached a picture of here. If the owner thinks that this tiny sign that does not detail any item up charges justifies a 25%-30% increase on any item they want, she isn't just rude, she is completely delusional. When multiple of your employees have to apologize because they know the owner is atrocious, there is a serious problem with your business. To the owner if you are reading this, have a serious look in the mirror and next time don't take your frustration out from whatever is going on in your personal life out on your customers, and have the integrity to advertise the correct prices upfront. That sign isn't doing you any justice, same as your attitude. Left the servers a nice tip which they completely deserved considering they have to work for someone like this, and they were very sweet and thankful as we left. It is shocking to see the lack of reviews talking about this issue, which is most likely exactly what they want, for no one to question or look at the prices and unknowingly pay more than they were advertised. Once again, this speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.

Food was good. Nice people. Cozy place. There was one annoying customer in front of us making a scene, but the staff handled it in a really professional manner. If you want a cozy place to chill out and eat, this place is really nice.

There is not enough good you can say about this place. Authentic high quality Cuban cuisine. Absolutely the best cuban sandwich I've had in Cape so far. And their pork dish is the best I've ever had at a Cuban restaurant ever. The service is top notch, friendly and prompt. I highly recommend stopping in to give them a try. I am quite sure you will not be disappointed.

Finally getting around to posting a review. This place is awesome. Every time I have been the food is always on point. Their Cuban coffees are delicious. Had the ham, onions, peppers and cheese scrambled eggs with the buttered bread and the steak with a fried egg and French fries. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to try a new authentic Cuban restaurant. They have a very good little bakery section that I forgot to snap a photo of.

Very good Cuban sandwich. Great bread and much thicker than other Cuban sandwiches that I’ve had in the past. A Mi Manera is still my favorite but this place is very good. I would go back.

The Cuban sandwich was amazing, the pork was so tender and flavorful and the croquettes de jamóm were prefect!

This is a cozy place with only a few tables. Perfect for a breakfast or a quick launch. The “batido de mamey”, was amazing 🤩. Also recommend the sandwich, mine was really big. Kids have a pizza, and my husband ask for spaghetti, this was not good at all. BUT everything else was very tasty. I’m going back for sure, I will try their cappuccino the next time. I recommend the sandwiches and also the batidos,

I am visiting the Cape and Citanos is one of my favorite Cuban restaurant in the area. This please has it all. Good food, good ambience, great service and great price. If you looking for a nice secluded spot, this is it!

The staff was very attentive and the food was Great. Very good Cafe Con Leche. Must try. Very clean place. Very happy we went there for Breakfast.

Es un buen restaurante cubano hoy lo visité con mi familia, la atención fue excelente y los desayunos también. Pero tardaron mucho en 3 sándwiches, éramos 10 personas y los sándwiches demoraron más de 50 minutos. La chica que nos atendió nos pidió disculpas varias veces y eso habla muy bien del lugar, serían 5 estrellas si mejoraran eso.

Their lechon and chicharones are perfectly seasoned and cooked. Strongly recommend you try it. Their pastries are also delicious and fresh. Everything is made in house, just the way I like it!

Okay, they have some Pastaletos which are Cuban Pastries like cheese danishes that are absolutely amazing. The bottom is perfectly cooked to a light brown with some type of sweetness on the bottom. The inside of the building has a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a must try. And the process of them making a coffee is legit. They have all the necessary equipment.

Natalie I first met last week. She was so sweet, I came back. I got the guava pastries, croquettes, y lobster empanada! It was muy deliciousol I came again this morning for espresso and guava pastry! When Natalie told me the breakfast (desayuno) was 2 eggs( huevos), 2 sausages, coffee, y Cuban bread(pan), for only $7.95, I ordered it! It was amazing. Check out the pics!
