I would have come back if it had not been for the young lady running the register, named Ashley. This woman is the first face you see when you walk in, helps you upon arrival, is supposed to greet and describe thr business to the customers, etc. Once my husabnd and I was walked in, she and the other girl at the front did not greet us, we had questions, and she was obviously irritated and did not have the answers. There was a confusion about a previous discussion, and from there, she refused to acknowledge our presence any further, even though my husband maintained his composure. Jackie, the manager, handled the situation with grace and professionalism. She continued to ignore us on the way out the door even as we said goodbye and thank you three times. I was appalled at this behavior frkm Ashley and the other front desk attendant, considering this was a small business and we were trying it for the first time. If her name was not Ashley, then I must have misheard what her friend called her. I apologize. The bottom line is that the service by this young lady was horrendous and made my 5 year old feel very sad and made my husband VERY angry and he felt small and it also made him regretful that he gave this place a chance. The other girl at the counter was only slightly better. And that means she acknowledged us (light brown hair) where as the girl with dark brown hair completely ignored us after telling us we misunderstood Jackie. It was NOT a good experience. I am sad that you are hung up on the incorrect name. Disappointed in this place. I will stick with Zedricks, even with our dieticians recommendation to try this place out. They never disappoint.

The food may be good but they have THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. The cashier could not or would not make contact or even acknowledge anyone’s presence in the store. I was referred to this location and was told I would have a great experience but for the price I can receive better service elsewhere. Will NEVER go back to this place again.

Absolutely delicious and fresh. Enjoyed every bite. Had the BBQ Swiss black bean burger and a black bean bowl. Very healthy and fresh. I definitely recommend.

The food is good, but frozen so it loses something in texture. The salmon was rubbery. I like this restaurant model and hope more companies go with this. Healthy, right portions, and very convenient!!

Can't recommend Clean Eatz enough! From dine in to the many options for meal prep, every item we have purchased has been so good! Love to have this as a healthy option for our whole family. I have eaten from this establishment two days in a row. I have to say, the gluten free chicken nuggets are perhaps my favorite item thus far. Paired with a cheese sauce and sweet potato fries, they are the perfect meal to have when you are trying to get healthier. On top of that, the prices for their food is reasonable, even on UberEats. I will be eating from here more frequently! It’s nice to see a place in San Antonio that has more healthy options than just a salad!

Meals are okay. I don't care for them freezing them. My biggest complaint is the dark haired tattooed woman at the front register. Look, get a grip when I walk in there. I don't need your help. And stop asking me if I know how to heat up meals in my own microwave. That only alone, I won't be going back to this place. She's super rude and asking me if I know how to heat up meals.

Quick, simple and delicious food. The place was clean and definitely a peaceful space. Although the menu food takes awhile, so order in advance. And if you do, I would recommend the Queso Steak Meltz with a side of their sweet potato fries!

Delicious low calorie, low carb food. Have meal plans and honestly the price is the best! It’s 8.99 for a meal and 5.99 for a smoothie, absolutely great value and great Customer service!

First time, service was genuine, detailed, very patient with us since it was our first time ordering dine in. Options are endless along with the ability to customize to your choosing. I got a chicken pesto wrap (substituted the chicken for bison instead) with sweet potato waffle fries (omg, naturally not a BIG fan of sweet potato) but these were GREAT! I had read previous reviews on them and just had to try! They did not disappoint. My husband got a bowl with bison & another meat and veggies with 2 sauces of your choosing. Also, spot on! He then tried a coffee with protein blended and he LOVED it. We will be coming back! Always on the look for healthy and quality options when we do eat out. They also offer frozen ready to by meals or meal prep plans.

The best cafe that offers ready-made frozen food, and most importantly healthy food. I am so happy that I found this place, I recommend it to all my clients.

Upon entering and informing them I had never been here before, Hursh was immediately and super helpful in showing and explaining all this place has to offer. My friend Brianna and I got 2 smoothies after our workout: 1 Straw-Nana Blast, and 1 Frozen Chocolate Banana. It was our first time trying these smoothies and they were great! Sarah helped us out and she was the sweetest! The best consumer service! We’ll be back tomorrow! 😊

The entire team from the front of the house staff to the owners, Howie and Jackie are always extremely friendly and more than happy to help! The food is tasty and will keep anyone’s diet or lifestyle on track! Plus they have guilt free treats -white chocolate buckeyes and chocolate chip cookies are my favorite!

This place is amazing! Food is great both dine-in and grab and go meals! Quality and pricing are fantastic and service is even better. By mistake my husband and I went into the establishment after hours, we did not realize they were closed (staff were having a meeting hence the doors were open) and Howie was kind enough to make us feel welcome and make our grab and go purchases.

I’ve been purchasing meal prep for several weeks now and every meal has been delicious. They are also very affordable. If you’re wanting to order from their cafe and eat there too, you can do that or grab a frozen meal to go. Everything is tasty! Check them out for sure!

Usually stop by here when I visit San Antonio. Jasmine always helps me pick a meal that is close to the meal plans I follow at home. Great service here every time we come here. Also, my boys have yet to tell the difference in pizza and the cauliflower crust one that they have here.

Awesome place to get healthy food already prepped and ready to heat and eat. If you get a chance to go and dine in please ask for Kassie, she was so extremely helpful and bubbly! She even helped me build a bowl from the cafe, it was delicious.

Absolutely love this place! The BBQ chicken flatbread is my favorite thing on the cafe menu! The sweet potato fries are to die for! Also the staff is so friendly and kind attending to all requests! Meal plans are at a great price and they have a great variety! Definitely my go-to restaurant!!
