Rude manager. Dirty atmosphere. Terrible service. I do not recommend this “lounge” to anyone. Skip this and pick the next hookah place on Google. You would be better off going literally anywhere else.

The manager was very rude, the place was completely empty and the owner held the door while it was a group of us waited outside with an outside drink to finish then he proceeds to tell us a price at the door telling us $10 a person as we waiting outside drinking our drink because we didn’t want to go in with outside drink he then let others in then he proceeds to hold and then lock the door.

Quickest hookah I have ever gotten 😂 but they said it was 25$ ended up being 40 for one hookah

I went to the lounge with a group of friends and the manager was quite rude. The lounge had an off smell, almost like mothballs. $10 entry $50 hookah and only can be shared amongst two people. The manger was very impatient as I was trying to see where I could withdraw money and went on to say “Are you getting hookah or what.” I will never go back to this place again. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Don’t go there. The hookah is overpriced and it taste horrible. Bad service. Racist and the service is straight up disgusting.

OWNER TOLD US $10 TO GET IN THEN HAD TO BUY HOOKAH $40 (RIDICULOUS) NO PRICES LISTED NO LISTING OF CASH ONLY NO FOOD....WTH. THE OWNER KEPT BUMPING PPL IN MY PARTY NOT SAYING EXCUSE ME. OWNER/SERVER JUST RUDE. OUR BILL WAS $710.00 NOPE WE WERE THERE NO MORE THAN 10MINS. WE GOT OUR MONEY BACK AND LEFT. NO BIG DEAL THAT ITS BYOB. THE PLACE IS SMALL. I COULD HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE IN MY HALLWAY!!!

i loved it, the music was great it was a vibe the staff was nice not too many people were in there but i liked it because i have social anxiety so being in there with just my peoples was great. definitely would go back

Bad place to find comfort . They have a roach infestation. Very rude manager who judge, criticize, and DISCRIMINATE against the guest and employees. If I could give 0 stars I would ! This place should be boycotted and out of business.

This place is TRASH!!!! Owner is rude and is a scammer ! The hookahs are overpriced and the service was terrible . Oh and btw it’s cash only .don’t waste your money here . There’s plenty of other hookah spots on south st to choose from .

Use to be my go to chill spot its byob now and hookah prices went up use to be 20- 25 and now 30 -40$ per two ppl to one hookah

I was not there long because the group I was with had interest in hookah, food, and drinks, but we were told there was no food to purchase here at roughly 7pm. The atmosphere looked relaxing and I would like to visit a second time to enjoy it's ambience.

All they missing is a kitchen so people can order to eat. But other then that it was cool the music was live

Not necessarily the most inviting place, but if you just want to hookah and drink then this is your spot. They do not serve food.

Nice and comfy place, good music and the hookahs were good. Recommend the mint flavor if you never tried. The tea was also delicious. I came with 3 friends we had 2 hookahs and it was enough to last us all night. Will come back

I really enjoyed this place. Other reviews seem to suggest that the employees are awful and should be avoided. However, I had a great time and I thought the service was just fine. I'll totally go back.
